“The words of the LORD are pure words: as silver tried in a furnace of earth, purified seven times. 7 Thou shalt keep them, O LORD, thou shalt preserve them from this generation for ever.” Psalms 12:6-7

Read that again, slowly. Psalms 12:6-7 conveys that God’s hand, His providence has been present all along in getting His Word into new languages. People who question the KJB seem to be very “I know better” arrogant. They are what some call “Bible agnostics” who believe God dropped the ball after the originals. Laughable. Seems to indicate damnable unbelief. See Hebrews 3:12-15.

What is an “agnostic”? There are some who believe God exists, or do not deny that God exists and yet, they don’t believe He is active in the affairs of men. In other words they believe the LORD checked out sometime in the past. False. God’s Word assure us that:

“The most High ruleth in the kingdom of men, and giveth it to whomsoever he will.” Daniel 4:32

God is unchanging and so it would be impossible for Him not to be integrally involved in mankind’s affairs.

“Jesus Christ the same yesterday, and to day, and for ever.” Hebrews 13:8

“God is love” which alone tells us much! (1 John 4:8, 16) One thing it reveals is that God would never abandon His own!

WHAT IS A “BIBLE AGNOSTIC”?

Bible agnostics are unbelievers (though many claim to be saved). They believe that somewhere along the line, God checked out and is not longer doing anything among men. They deny that God saw to it that His inspired Word made it in our language. The underlying iniquity is unbelief, lawlessness.

Recently a man wrote me and said: “I do want to understand my Bible in light of the culture and history of the people who wrote it.”

REPLY:

No. First off, it’s not YOUR Bible. It’s God’s Word! You will only understand the Bible by believing the Author of that Word. And what did He promise He was going to do and did do? See Psalms 12:6-7. Curious minds will be deceived. Read Proverbs 3:5-7 and 28:26. The devil has a million ways to question and cast doubt upon God’s Word – which he’s done from the beginning (Genesis 2:17>3:4 and 3:1; Deuteronomy 4:2; Jeremiah 26:2; Mark 4:15; Revelation 22:18-19). God’s people are known in that they hear and believe His words. Memorize John 8:47. His people don’t question His wisdom, His words.

MESSAGE RECEIVED:

“The Bible was written in Hebrew and Greek and Aramaic, and translated into many languages and translations – one of which was the King James Version. Be careful of worshiping an English text. Tyndale, Wycliffe, and the Geneva Bible preceded KJV. Since 1611, the KJV has had to amend an error or two from the original printing. The original manuscripts are God breathed. Translations into all languages are used by God to bring to light the gospel of Jesus. There ARE things called “the Bible” that are not at all. Among those are “The Message Bible” and “The Passion Bible.” But there are several good translations in English.”

REPLY:

Identifying God’s true Word does not equal “worshipping the English text.” In perfect fulfillment of the divine prophecy of Psalms 12:6-7 is manifested in the King James Bible.

I get leery with those who are wormish, squirmish, don’t like the idea of a definite article BIBLE that is truly God’s Word. That tells us something about such people. We see satan himself working in those who cast doubt on God’s Word…. and want to expand the scope of what His Word might be so they can escape truly dying to self in this fleeting life…. at heart they are rebels, unaccountable.

Indictment upon the Almighty you make here – “The original manuscripts are God breathed” – in order words “God stopped working, He dropped the ball. He didn’t guide the translation of His Word through HISstory. These are the thoughts and words of an agnostic who believes theirs a God (so do the devils) and yet He’s not active in the affairs of men – which is a lie (Dan 4:32). Snake in the Garden.

If you dare, if you have nothing to hide, to list what “bibles” you use or respect as true. And we shall blast those counterfeits for all to see. This isn’t just a difference of opinion, this is war and you are on the wrong side. Genesis 3.

REPLY:

Those who defend clearly fake “bibles” have no credibility with me…. they have the devil in their lives…. no doubt since he was the first to question and change God’s words and still does so through human snakes today. Gen 2:17; 3:1, 4 etc.

Bible agnostics love to coddle satan’s counterfeit fake “bibles”, the corruptions and contradictions of the Word of the God they falsely claim to love. Bad fruit.

Contrary to this man’s accusations, the Word of God itself and history seem to mesh together in the preservation of God’s Word in the King James Bible (Psalms 12:6-7). The preservation of the divine Scriptures certainly couldn’t possibly be the LORD who is behind the use or defense of the completely fraudulent “bibles” Stuart uses and names in this conversation. They are clearly false, having come from corrupted Vatican manuscripts. ESV, NASB, and NKJV.

The lawless do not want to believe that God put His hand on and kept His holy sovereign hand on the preservation of His Word all the way through HIS-story (Psalms 12:6-7). If they were to believe that His Word is preserved, which would mean we have it today, as He clearly promised, then they’d be accountable to that Word. But instead, they evade the King James Bible and lamely migrate to fake catholic “bibles” have reduced the doctrines of the original Gospel down, have mutilated the contents….. Rebellion seems to underly those who protest that the King James Bible is God’s actual, preserved Word in fulfillment of Psalms 12:6-7.

“People just can’t understand the King James Bible” is nearly the lamest excuse I’ve ever heard. Such a deceived person doesn’t mind that God’s Word has been butchered…because he has no fear of God, does not love God, and loves his darkness rather than the light of Christ, the light of truth (John 3:19-21). Stop Lying About It!

These “experts” who teach in most seminaries today speak many pious sounding lies in hypocrisy, like saying there are only “minor” variations in the wording, when in fact there are literally thousands of words either added or omitted from one version to the next, and hundreds of verses that have completely different meanings from the others in the Bible Babble Buffet, and yet they piously “contend for the inerrancy of THE Bible”, which they will NEVER actually identify or take a stand on.

And they do all this with a straight face.

Why do so many Christians today continue to LIE about what they really believe about “the Bible”? For example, James White SAYS he believes The Bible IS the infallible words of God. I asked him this question personally on his radio program. But when I asked Mr. White where we can see a copy of this infallible Bible he PROFESSES to believe in, he immediately changes the subject. The simple fact is this –

When James White, and others like him, says “I believe the Bible IS the infallible words of God” he is not referring to a real, tangible, in print, hold it in your hands and read Book at all. He is referring to a mythical, imaginary, hypothetical, invisible and non-existent, phantom “bible” that he has never seen, does not have and certainly cannot give to anybody else.

In other words, he is professing a fantasy faith in a Fantasy Bible. And then he thinks we King James Bible believers who have a real Bible printed on paper between two covers we can actually hold in our hands and give to anybody that asks to see it are “a cult”, and even heretics.

In his way of thinking, those of us who confess faith in a tangible, preserved, and inerrant Bible are “heretics” and “cultic”, but people like him who LIE when they say they believe the Bible IS (as though it really exists) the infallible words of God” are somehow “Orthodox”.

Actually, the polls show that there are many who, at least privately in an anonymous poll, are beginning to be more honest about their beliefs and admit that they do NOT believe “The Bible IS the inerrant words of God”.

God is a God of truth and He cannot lie (Titus 1:2) and we His people are supposed to speak truth one with another. “Wherefore putting away lying, speak every man truth with his neighbour: (Eph. 4:25)

God says in His word – “Lying lips are abomination to the LORD: but they that deal truly are His delight.” Proverbs 12:22

God’s word also tells us that the last days will be characterized by LYING. “Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils (Yea, hath God said…?) SPEAKING LIES IN HYPOCRISY…” 1 Timothy 4:1-2

If you go to almost any Christian website or Church home page they tell you what they supposedly believe about “The Bible”. You will usually read words to the effect of “We believe the Bible IS the inerrant and infallible word of God.” Notice their use of a present tense verb “is” as though it were something that EXISTS now.

However, if you press them about it, you soon come to find out they are not talking about any real or tangible “hold it in your hands, read and believe every word is true” type of Bible. No, they don’t really believe such a thing exists. Then they begin their backtracking, Double-Speak Dance by saying something like “Oh well, only the originals ARE inspired and inerrant.” Well, my Christian friend, there ARE no originals and everybody knows it.

Two such prominent Liars and “highly respected men in the Christian Community” are James White and Daniel Wallace. Both men profess to believe “The Bible IS the infallible words of God.” But if you ask either of them where we can get a copy of this inspired and inerrant words of God Bible they SAY they believe in, they will NEVER tell us.

James White is the demonic Protestant Pope of the New Vatican Versions.

Likewise Daniel Wallace, professor at Dallas Theological Seminary and main creator of the well known NET version, has written an article called “Why I Do Not Think the King James Bible Is the Best Translation Available Today”. See my rebuttal to his article here.

The very first thing Dan Wallace says in his article where he criticizes the King James Bible is: “First, I want to affirm with all evangelical Christians that THE BIBLE IS THE WORD OF GOD, INERRANT, INSPIRED AND OUR FINAL AUTHORITY FOR FAITH AND LIFE.”

Notice that Dan Wallace is using a present tense verb here – IS – when he professes to believe The Bible IS the word of God, inerrant, inspired and our final authority.” Sounds great, right? So where IS this inerrant Bible he piously professes to believe in?

A little later in this same article Dan Wallace writes – “NO TRANSLATION IS INFALLIBLE”. Wait a minute. What’s going on here? At this point it behooves us to ask Dan Wallace and James White and others like them, WHERE exactly IS this “inerrant and inspired Bible” you guys piously PROFESS to believe in? Do you perhaps have an UN-translated Bible in “the original languages” of Hebrew and Greek that you can show us that you honestly believe IS the inspired and infallible words of God? Not a chance. They will NEVER actually SHOW you this inerrant Bible they SAY they believe in, and they know they can’t. In simple, biblical words, folks, they are lying.

I usually hear from other “Bible agnostics” (they don’t know for sure what God may or may not have written) and unbelievers in the infallibility of ANY Bible in ANY language comments like – “Hey, you’re using “ad hominem” arguments and I’m not going to listen to you.”

The fancy Latin words “ad hominem” simply mean “against the man” and are usually used by those who cannot answer your arguments to mean “You are attacking the man and not his arguments” and it is appealing to a person’s feelings and prejudices rather than his intellect.

I think this whole “ad hominem” argument that has infected much of the professing Christian church today and people resort to calling you when they can’t win the argument is nothing more than carnal, humanistic, worldly philosophy that turns men into wimps. The Bible itself, the prophets, the apostles and the Lord Jesus Christ would ALL be accused by today’s compromising, “tolerant” Christians as being guilty of “ad hominem”.

Note – After I wrote this article a brother posted an interesting article called The Virtue of Name Calling. The man uses one of the modern bible versions in his article, but what he says is right on.

In the ongoing discussion about the Bible Version issue many Christians come up with an empty and meaningless statement like the one found in the well known Chicago Statement on Biblical Inerrancy.

“Translations of Scripture ARE the Word of God to the extent that they faithfully represent the original.” Pious sounding statements like this are absurdly hypocritical on several levels.

First of all, they have never seen a single word of these originals a day in their lives and the originals never did make up a 66 books in one volume Bible to begin with. Secondly, it is absurd to affirm that “translations are the Word of God to the extent that they faithfully represent the original”, when they HAVE no original to compare ANY translation to! So how could they possibly know if what they have come up with at their Bible of the Month Club “represents the original” or not?

They try to give you the impression that they have “the originals” or a copy of them right there in front of them and they’re looking to see if their “late$t and be$t ver$ion” matches the originals or not. THEY ARE LYING.

To take the position of “ONLY the originals ARE inspired and inerrant” is to leave the Christian with no inerrant Bible NOW, and there is no getting around this obvious truth.

A far more honest “statement of inerrancy” based on what they really believe (and most other Christians today too) would go something like this: “IF the originals had survived and WOULD HAVE BEEN placed into a single volume consisting of 66 inspired books, THEN THIS WOULD HAVE BEEN the inerrant and 100% historically true Bible we could have believed in. Unfortunately God did not do it this way and so we just have to do the best we can with what we have and nobody is really sure about or in total agreement with everybody else about what any particular reading or text might be. So, go with God and hope for the best.”

Even AFTER I pointed these things out to a Christian man named Matthew, he came back with this statement: “I believe the originals are inerrant and I believe the stream and transmission we have is the best we can expect. I do not see any reason to assume error as we continue to strive forward we have more access to affirming a bible as close to the originals as possible.”

He still doesn’t get it, does he. There ARE no originals, so how could he possibly know he is “close to the originals as possible” or not?

By the way, this Matthew also posted that he “likes” the NKJV, the NASB and the ESV. Apparently he is either unaware or “sees no reason to assume error” in the fact that among these three modern versions they differ textually by literally thousands of words, including numerous whole verses, and a couple of them reject scores of Hebrew readings, and hundreds of verses have completely different meanings. Matthew also tells us that he thinks Mark 16:9-20 and 1 John 5:7 don’t really belong in the Bible, but he still maintains that he “sees no reason to assume error.” Does this modern day Christian’s lackadaisical attitude toward the words of the living God look anything like what we see in the Bible of those “that tremble at His word”? (Isaiah 66:5)

All I am asking for is more honesty from folks when it comes to saying what they REALLY believe about the Bible. I, along with thousands of other Christians, am a King James Bible believer. We do not have to LIE when we say we believe the King James Bible IS the complete, inspired, inerrant and 100% historically true words of God. That is what we really believe.

You do not have to agree with us on this. You may think we are completely wrong, ignorant, uneducated, “divisive”, the spawn of Satan, a “Cult” or what seems to be even worse – a Ruckmanite :-0 But at least we tell you what we really believe and are not LYING ABOUT IT.

By the way, this same Matthew posted a poll called “Is KJV onlyism a cult”. It seems more than a tad ironic that in his mind Christians who actually believe their Bible IS the inerrant words of God belong to a Cult, but apparently those who don’t believe that ANY Bible in ANY language IS inerrant are now considered to be “Orthodox”. We do live in interesting times, don’t we.

It is comments like these when they call us Bible believers “a cult” or “idolaters” that caused me to write an article called Are King James Bible believers “Idolaters”?

IF you are an “originals only” type of Christian who believes that ONLY the originals ARE/were inspired and inerrant, and that “No translation is perfect”, then just say so. Be honest about it. But don’t stand in the pulpit or write on your blog things like “We believe the Bible IS the inerrant words of God”, when you have no such Bible anywhere in print to give to anyone, and you know you don’t. STOP LYING ABOUT IT!

If you are an “originals only” type of Christian with a non-existent, hypothetical “word of God” and all you can hope for is an ever changing, evolving, ballpark approximation to what you think God may or may not have written (though none of you agree even among yourselves), then just say so. Go ahead with your “I believe only the originals were inspired and inerrant” and leave it at that. It is good that you say “The Bible contains the truth that Christ died for our sins and rose from the dead and those that believe on Him shall receive forgiveness of sins.” We believe that too and want it preached. But don’t use pious sounding words or religious phrases like “the Bible IS infallible” or “the Scriptures ARE the inerrant words of God” when you don’t really believe it for a second. STOP LYING ABOUT IT!

“Hear the word of the LORD, ye that tremble at his word; Your brethren that hated you, that cast you out for my name’s sake, said, Let the LORD be glorified: but he shall appear to your joy, and they shall be ashamed.” Isaiah 66:5

What the Bible Agnostic “Experts” Are Really Saying.

When pompous, self appointed, wannabe scholars try to sound like some kind of expert we usually hear the same old, trite mantras time after time.

Case in point. When asked by a Bible believer (John W) where are all of God’s preserved words today? our wannabe expert (Ron F) replies: “we have the manuscripts.”

And he then further shares his distilled wisdom in the matter by telling us: “Everything else is a translation and there is not any translation out there that does not have some issue including the KJV.”

So what exactly is our resident “scholar” telling us here? Simply that he is his own authority.

In order for our “expert” to know that all translations have “issues”. (nice way of saying “blunders and errors”), Ron would have to have some kind of an Absolute Standard that he actually has in his possession that he has read and studied for himself and by which he sits in judgment on “all translations” and finds them to be wanting – or having “issues”.

DOES Ron F have such a Standard? Of course he doesn’t. It’s “out there somewhere” (The X Files bible) in all those unidentified “manuscripts” that he has never seen and probably can’t even read.

You see how the wannabe expert game is played, folks? We see this type of hubris and foolishness on a daily basis when we talk to professing Christians about what they REALLY believe about “the Bible”.

Ron F and so many others like him couldn’t show us a copy of ANY Bible in any language that they honestly believe is the complete and inerrant words of God if their lives depended on it, and they know they can’t.

But they are just too dishonest and too proud to come right out and admit it. So they try to dazzle us with their empty, pious sounding platitudes in a pathetic effort to make us think that they really ARE Bible believers after all, and that they have some kind of an inside scoop on what God REALLY said.

Of course, they will never actually SHOW US A COPY of it, but they will pretend that they are privy to what it really is.

And it’s my bet that it’s only going to get worse.

“I agree it is the best English translation; nevertheless the Bible was written in Greek, Hebrew, and Aramaic. That is God’s Word, everything else is man’s attempt to dictate that Word in their own tongue. To suggest that the Bible was ratified in the English language is a kind of supremacy cult.”

Aren’t you generous to say that the KJB is the best English translation 😉 It’s not only the best it is God’s Bible for the English speaking people. You are misled and perhaps innocently. God promised to preserve His Word and He did into our language (Ps 12:6-7). Saying that God, the Almighty, was not able to fully bring His words into our language is an indictment on the Almighty. You are saying His power is diminished and that He doesn’t care about this generation and are calling God a liar to say that His Word is less in English that it was in the other languages and you have no proof of such – and seem to be acting as if your puny opinion is authoritative. You are a “Bible Agnostic” at this point.

The Cost of Discipleship

“But none of these things move me, neither count I my life dear unto myself, so that I might finish my course with joy, and the ministry, which I have received of the Lord Jesus, to testify the gospel of the grace of God.” Acts 20:24

Those who count the cost refuse to count their own life dear to themselves and this is the only way not to be derailed, to finish our course, enduring to the end.

“And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death.” Revelation 12:11

Those who balk at and ignore that Jesus says you MUST “endure to the end” to be “saved” into eternal glory, simply do not love Him (Matthew 10:22; 24:13, etc.). Jesus is not worth their life. They were worth His life which He gave for them on the cross, yet the Son of God is not worth giving up their own life in this fleeting world. Counterfeits. These are the frauds who hide behind the eternal security sham.

“So likewise, whosoever he be of you that forsaketh not all that he hath, he cannot be my disciple.” Luke 14:33

EARTHLY FAMILY DOES NOT COME FIRST – THE LORD DOES

By divine design, there’s an order of priority in the Ten Commandments. Here’s the first of the ten:

“Thou shalt have no other gods before me.” Exodus 20:3

And the fifth:

“Honour thy father and thy mother: that thy days may be long upon the land which the LORD thy God giveth thee.” Exodus 20:12

Honoring God supersedes even the love we have for our husband/wife.

“Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind. 38 This is the first and great commandment. 39 And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. 40 On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets.” Matthew 22:37-39

Jesus knew that if we don’t love Him supremely, we will allow other relationships to interfere and circumvent our relationship with Him.

If we don’t hate those other relationships compared to our love for Him, our decisions will be affected, will be to please them and not Him. When we love the LORD supremely, His will takes precedence, priority over all others.

“If any man come to me, and hate not his father, and mother, and wife, and children, and brethren, and sisters, yea, and his own life also, he cannot be my disciple.” Luke 14:26

We must love the LORD so much that our love for others is near to being hate in comparison. If we don’t love God supremely, others will without exception, drag us downward and away from Him.

Of this passage in Luke 14, FB Meyer wrote:

“Our love must be greater than the ties of family affection, Luk_14:26; must be greater than our love for our own way, which must be nailed to the Cross, Luk_14:27; must be greater than our love of possessions and property, Luk_14:33. Christ has done more than any other teacher to cement the relationships of human love, but He always asks that they should be subordinated to the claims of God. Oh, for the love that Paul had! See Php_3:8.”

“What a comfort it is to realize that God counted the cost before He set about the task of redemption, whether of a world or of us as individuals. He knew all that it would cost, and surely He did not begin what He cannot complete!”

In Matthew 10, after speaking of the essential of enduring to the end (v22), Jesus gives warning concerning those things most likely to derail and prohibit our enduring to the end in His will.

“And a man’s foes shall be they of his own household. 37 He that loveth father or mother more than me is not worthy of me: and he that loveth son or daughter more than me is not worthy of me.” Matthew 10:36-37

Of this Adam Clarke wrote:

“He that loveth father or mother more than me – He whom we love the most is he whom we study most to please, and whose will and interests we prefer in all cases. If, in order to please a father or mother who are opposed to vital godliness, we abandon God’s ordinances and followers, we are unworthy of any thing but hell.”

Of Matthew 10:34-42, FB Meyer writes profoundly:

“RECEIVING CHRIST’S REPRESENTATIVES

In Jesus Christ we acquire a new affinity, stronger than that of family ties. When we enter into the family of God we belong to all His children. They are our brethren and sisters in the most intimate sense. See Mat_12:48-50. The new love that floods our nature does not make us less but more tender and sympathetic toward our own kith and kin; but if we are compelled to choose, then we must stand with the children of God, though it should rend us from the old happy family life in which we were nurtured.

As to the closing paragraph, may we not illustrate it thus? When the widow who sustained Elijah at Zarephath entered Paradise, she found herself standing amid the great prophets of Israel. When she asked the attendant angel whether there was not some mistake, he replied, ‘Certainly not. In treating the prophet as you did, you proved yourself to be of the same spirit and temper as he; and it is but right that you should share in the prophet’s reward.’”

To those who are entangled with earthly family, namely unbelievers who are not repenting, it would be spiritually beneficial to get free, to cease your dependence on them and to sever the soul ties and cease basing your emotional well-being on them and how they view you and your decisions. Lay the axe to the root as you denounce false obligation to them. “Jesus said unto him, Let the dead bury their dead: but go thou and preach the kingdom of God” (Luke 9:60). Read Matthew 10.

You are no longer your own. You are bought with the price of Christ’s blood (1 Corinthians 6:19-20). You now and forever are a part, a member of the eternal family of Jesus Christ (Ephesians 3:14-15).

“For this cause I bow my knees unto the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, 15 Of whom the whole FAMILY in heaven and earth is named,” Ephesians 3:14-15

Jesus Addressed the Excuses

Jesus addresses excuses, diversions concerning obeying Him, asserting our highest priority – the LORD, not family. The point becomes even clearer – that we are to be captive to the LORD, our “first love,” supremely, and not family (Revelation 2:4-5).

“And he said unto another, Follow me. But he said, Lord, suffer me first to go and bury my father (wait till parents die). 60 Jesus said unto him, Let the dead bury their dead: but go thou and preach the kingdom of God. 61 And another also said, Lord, I will follow thee; but let me first go bid them farewell, which are at home at my house. 62 And Jesus said unto him, No man, having put his hand to the plough, and looking back, is fit for the kingdom of God.” Luke 9:59-62

Jesus further establishes that He is to be supreme in our lives and those who are His – not natural familial bonds. The body of Christ, its members, are our eternal family.

“And it came to pass, as he spake these things, a certain woman of the company lifted up her voice, and said unto him, Blessed is the womb that bare thee, and the paps which thou hast sucked. 28 But he said, Yea rather, blessed are they that hear the word of God, and keep it.” Luke 11:27-28

The harshest of biblical truth is the delicacy, the delight of the true disciple of Jesus. He runs to all of it and never from any of it. He embraces the cross, never evading it. He delights in the sword of the Spirit that cuts to the core and carves the image of Christ into his life – into the fabric, the innermost core of who he is in Christ! Christ and Christ alone is his sole identity and he counts not his own life in this world dear unto himself so that he is able to finish his course with great joy – hearing from His Savior the sweetest of all words “Well done, thou good and faithful servant … enter thou into the joy of thy lord” (Matthew 25:21; Acts 20:24; Romans 8:29; Galatians 2:20; 6:14; 2 Timothy 2:3).

Militancy is essential in our abiding relationship with Christ (Matthew 11:12). Heartfelt love also.

So many today who claim Christ view salvation as something they did in the past and not a present relationship with Christ on His stated terms (John 15; Titus 1:16).

Jesus commands His very own to “endure unto the end” to be “saved,” and unless one becomes deliberate, absolute, militant, he will not make it “unto the end” with Christ (Matthew 10:22; 24:13; Mark 9:43-49; 2 Timothy 2:3, etc.).

“And there went great multitudes with him: and he turned, and said unto them, 26 If any man come to me, and hate not his father, and mother, and wife, and children, and brethren, and sisters, yea, and his own life also, he cannot be my disciple. 27 And whosoever doth not bear his cross, and come after me, cannot be my disciple. 28 For which of you, intending to build a tower, sitteth not down first, and counteth the cost, whether he have sufficient to finish it? 29 Lest haply, after he hath laid the foundation, and is not able to finish it, all that behold it begin to mock him, 30 Saying, This man began to build, and was not able to finish. 31 Or what king, going to make war against another king, sitteth not down first, and consulteth whether he be able with ten thousand to meet him that cometh against him with twenty thousand? 32 Or else, while the other is yet a great way off, he sendeth an ambassage (a messenger to negotiate peace), and desireth conditions of peace. 33 So likewise, whosoever he be of you that forsaketh not all that he hath, he cannot be my disciple.” Luke 14:25-33

“Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away. 6 For of this sort are they which creep into houses, and lead captive silly women laden with sins, led away with divers lusts, 7 Ever learning, and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth.” 2 Timothy 3:5-7

Striving Lawfully – That is, According to the Rules, the Terms

Denouncing the crippling, corrupting comforts of Laodicea. Grasping for the obedient love of Philadelphia (Revelation 3:7-22).

“Thou therefore endure hardness, as a good soldier of Jesus Christ. 4 No man that warreth entangleth himself with the affairs of this life; that he may please him who hath chosen him to be a soldier. 5 And if a man also strive for masteries, yet is he not crowned, except he strive lawfully.” 2 Timothy 2:3-5

May God bless each of His people to “endure hardness” as good soldiers of Jesus Christ (2 Timothy 2:3). Take note that “there is no respect of persons with God” (Romans 2:11). The LORD made His servant Jeremiah obey Him on His terms. God never bends or modifies, bends the rules (2 Timothy 2:5). We must not deceive ourselves and must “strive lawfully” which means according to HIS terms, not our own or any other.

“And if a man also strive for masteries, yet is he not crowned, except he strive lawfully.” 2 Timothy 2:5

“Be Not Weary in Well Doing”

“And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.” Galatians 6:9

SATAN tempting you to give up? Who wins if you do? Where shall you turn? Turning away from God means we are without Him in our life and trials, right? The LORD, who is your Potter, has a plan. He will absolutely bring you through the floods of water and fire! (Isaiah 43:1-2; Jeremiah 18:1-6) After saving us, God has to bring us to an end of ourselves and that happens through “much tribulation” (Acts 14:22; 2 Corinthians 4; 12:7-12, etc.). Read 2 Corinthians 4. When Jesus had fed the flesh of the multitudes, they turned and walked away from the Savior. But…

GOD told us He’s laughing at these luciferians and all their “elaborate plans” to control humanity. Read Psalms 2. Jesus is coming. His enemies will be crushed under His holy, Almighty feet (Romans 16:20).

The Coming of the Son of Man

Just as Aaron’s rod swallowed up the rods of the sorcerers of Egypt (the world), so shall Christ’s kingdom swallow up the kingdoms of this world! (Exodus 7:12; Daniel 2:44; 7:14) Will you be a part of Christ’s eternal kingdom?

“And the seventh angel sounded; and there were great voices in heaven, saying, The kingdoms of this world are become the kingdoms of our Lord, and of his Christ; and he shall reign for ever and ever.” Revelation 11:15

Bow now or burn forever.

All who refuse to repent, bowing down to “kiss the Son” of God will perish in their own corruption and be violently vanquished into the bowels of eternal damnation, the prison of fire, which will then be “cast into the lake of fire.”

“And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death. 15 And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire.” Revelation 20:14-15

SHE WASN’T EVEN SAVED! STOP HERALDING HER AS SOME GREAT SAINT! GOOD WORKS DON’T SAVE ANYONE! REPENT!

FACTS:

Mother Teresa was never born again. No person who is truly born again remains in the cult of Catholicism, without exception.
Mother Teresa never even claimed to be a born again Christian – besides, there’s no such thing as a Catholic who is a born again Christian.
She never once said you can only be saved by Christ through grace.
She never once quoted Jesus when He gave the essential of knowing Him: “Ye must be born again” (John 3:3, 7).
Mother Teresa was a sinner who spent her life championing the cause of an antichrist, works-based cult.
She kissed statues (idols) and honored the phony pope of Rome.
Mother Teresa betrayed the LORD her whole life and taught salvation by works.
She admitted in her books that she did not know the LORD.

On the surface (at first glance), philanthropic acts of kindness may seem noble and yet actually be a stunt to draw publicity to the individual or group performing them. Asceticism is alive and well today.

“Take heed that ye do not your alms before men, to be seen of them: otherwise ye have no reward of your Father which is in heaven. 2 Therefore when thou doest thine alms, do not sound a trumpet before thee, as the hypocrites do in the synagogues and in the streets, that they may have glory of men. Verily I say unto you, They have their reward. 3 But when thou doest alms, let not thy left hand know what thy right hand doeth: 4 That thine alms (personal giving) may be in secret: and thy Father which seeth in secret himself shall reward thee openly.” Matthew 6:1-4

You see, many who claim to be Christians are quick to join in building homes for people, marching in pink to raise money for breast cancer, give to the murderous United Way and Susan G. Komen each of which supports Planned MURDERhood in killing innocent babies. Yet, these same people never obey the One they say saved them by telling others about His salvation. Astounding!

Defacing ourselves to somehow merit saving grace is an antichrist endeavor. Christ’s one perfect sacrifice alone merited our salvation and to be His, one must repent and put their faith in Him. “Believe on the LORD Jesus Christ and thou shalt be saved” (Acts 16:31).…. “For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast” (Ephesians 2:8-9).

ACCORDING TO THE NEW TESTAMENT RECORD, EVEN IF WE GIVE OUR VERY BODIES TO BE BURNED OUT OF BEING A SUPPOSEDLY KIND PERSON AND YET DON’T LOVE GOD ENOUGH TO OBEY HIM BY REPENTING AND GETTING SAVED BY CHRIST’S GRACE ALONE AND LOVE OUR TRADITION/RELIGION MORE THAN HIM, IT’S ALL IN VAIN AND HELL AWAITS (1 CORINTHIANS 13).

“Though I speak with the tongues of men and of angels, and have not charity, I am become as sounding brass, or a tinkling cymbal. 2 And though I have the gift of prophecy, and understand all mysteries, and all knowledge; and though I have all faith, so that I could remove mountains, and have not charity, I am nothing. 3 And though I bestow all my goods to feed the poor, and though I give my body to be burned, and have not charity, it profiteth me nothing.” 1 Corinthians 13

The national anthem of the rebel who cloaks himself with his religious facade is “I Did it MY Way.” To know God and to be in Heaven eternally instead of hell, one must do things on God’s terms and no other.

So called “mother” Teresa never once even claimed to be born again, washed in the blood of Jesus Christ, or anything but an idolatrous Catholic who was in rejection of the perfect sacrifice of Jesus and “earning” her own salvation. She admitted to being a lost soul in her own books.

Beware of this generation of counterfeit “Christians” being raised up who think that they do God service by their own good works. They are being sold down the river into hell. They refuse to receive the grace of God freely given in Christ and to obey Him in preaching His saving Gospel message which Jesus sends His people forth to do (Matthew 28:18-20; Mark 16:15-20).

Someone may say, “But what about Acts 10:35?” “But in every nation he that feareth him, and worketh righteousness, is accepted with him.”

Reply: v. 35 of Acts 10 must be taken in context with its immediate text and also the whole of Scripture. Note Acts 15:11 – “But we believe that through the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ we shall be saved, even as they.” Good works are a mere outworking of saving grace. No one earns their way into Heaven – only Jesus could have and did do that. Rom. 3:23-25

The Word of God tells us that even if we give our very lives without being led of Christ and loving Him supremely, it will profit us zilch:

“And though I bestow all my goods to feed the poor, and though I give my body to be burned, and have not charity, it profiteth me nothing.” 1 Corinthians 13:3

Many today are being misled to believe that if they will give to a local church to help them build a physical building or do something else that is never seen in the New Testament Scriptures, that they are meriting treasure from God. They give in vain unless it’s to a needy person (especially a Christian) or a ministry that is genuinely fulfilling a New Testament purpose.

Digging a bit deeper than the surface, one will find that it’s ALL a publicity stunt of the Catholic church to “confirm” their adherents in the lies that snare and keep bound their souls.

“Mother Teresa wasn’t even a mother…where does man get these titles anyway? Nuns are called mothers? Man made false titles! She espoused teaching not the truth of Jesus Christ being the only way to the Father but that anyone can be a better person, Hindu, Buddhist, Muslim…etc.”

Mother Teresa was yet another pawn of the pagan Catholic church. They did photo shoots to stage her as some hero of help. She championed the cause of a false religion that is leading millions to hell. So, she is a false prophet. Also, Teresa never – not one time – spoke the words of Christ expressing the clear truth of how to become a Christian. She never once spoke Christ’s words “Repent” or “Ye MUST be born again” (Matthew 4:17; John 3:3, 7). We know by this that she is “accursed” for preaching “another gospel” (Galatians 1:6-9). Like all Catholics, Mother Teresa never once said what Paul taught about being saved by the grace of Christ through faith in Jesus Christ alone (Ephesians 2:8-9).

Her focus was on the virtues of ‘ Suffering.’ Although she won a Nobel Peace Prize for her humanitarian work and founded the Missionaries of Charity, the millions of dollars she attained from the rich on her World Tour was not used to improve the impoverished lifestyle of the suffering people of India! Mother Teresa’s money was mostly spent on religious activities and not on the poor. She built a hundred facilities all over the world bearing her name and organization ‘Missionaries of Charity.’ Most of them were nunneries used to train uneducated and obedient young women in her beliefs which served to establish a ‘Cult of Suffering’.” Kristin S.

It’s not our suffering that merits any bit of God’s mercy and saving grace but rather the suffering of the one Messiah, Jesus Christ, on that cross 2,000 years ago. As He was bleeding for our sins, He declared, “It is finished” which means “Paid in Full!” (John 19:30). Our sins have now been paid for in full by Christ alone and only through knowing Him can anyone be saved. Peace with God

Salvation is in Jesus Christ alone. There is no salvation in Rome. No sinner dressed in a religious costume can forgive his own sins, much less anyone else’s. Only GOD can forgive sins and He will only do that for those who come directly to Him through Christ, the only Mediator between God and man. Jesus says that only “The Son of man hath power on earth to forgive sins” (Matthew 9:6). The Catholic church is a works-based, Christ-denying antichrist cult. They worship “another Jesus” (2 Corinthians 11:2-5). Trusting the Catholic Religion?

Hi Sandra. On what basis was she a Christian? Did Jesus Christ come in vain? Are we going to call the Son of God a liar? Please quote mother Teresa giving the original Gospel please. Good works do not earn anyone favor, forgiveness or Heaven …. without exception, we have all sinned against God, the Judge of our eternal souls …. We have all lied, stolen, used His holy name in vain, not honored our parents, etc. Jesus came to save and forgive, something He alone can do. Mother Teresa preached no such thing. She touted and championed the cause of a false religion, misleading millions. Jesus says “Ye must be born again.” John 3:3, 7 … “For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: 9 Not of works, lest any man should boast.” Ephesians 2:8-9

Hi Pam. Where did “mother” Teresa ever preach that the sinner must “repent” and that “ye must be born again” and that you can only be saved by the grace of God through Jesus Christ and not by your own works? Please give us chapter and page number in her books. Waiting. … Luke 13:3; John 3:3, 7; Eph. 2:8-9 … Unfortunately, you will never find her preaching that original Gospel but “another gospel” which is a false gospel … So-called “mother” Teresa perpetrated and championed a false religion, leading many to eternal damnation.
