The 3 perils that consume the lives of self-idolaters. These are the 3 things that many are engulfed in, sending themselves to hell …. because they’ve rejected Christ as their “first love.” (Revelation 2:4-5)

Are you taking care of your own business and not “the Father’s business”? (Luke 2:49) If so, unlike Christ, you are all about yourself, your own self-serving business and not “the Father’s business.” The LORD created and saved you to be about His business first and foremost. How do we think that’s going to work out for you if you don’t repent and begin putting the LORD first in your life and finances? Diminishing returns.

God has a clear warning, a message to those pouring all HIS resources into their own temporal homes in this fleeting world. He’s watching and will hold accountable (Mark 12:41-44).

“Not because I desire a gift: but I desire fruit that may abound to your account.” Philippians 4:17

Paul the apostle of Jesus, cared deeply about the heavenly “account” of Christ’s saints! YOU have an “account” in Heaven and Jesus instructed you to lay up treasure into it!!!! (Matthew 6:19-21)

Those not consumed with Christ as “first love,” will without exception be consumed with “And the cares of this world, and the deceitfulness of riches, and the lusts of other things.” (Mark 4:19; Revelation 2:4-5)

Are YOU supporting the work of Christ, of His Gospel? God is watching the way you spend each and every penny He has and is giving you (Mark 12:41-44). He’s holding you personally responsible to support His Gospel work (Matthew 9:35-38). Are you ready to get your house in order?
