Is John MacArthur in Hell? [podcast]

“And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.” John 1:14 

Decades ago John MacArthur stated the following. Jesus Christ came to the earth, born of a virgin, incarnated into a physical body with physical blood, the blood of God, and that was the very life of His body.

“For in him dwelleth all the fulness of the Godhead bodily.” Colossians 2:9

Jesus came and lived a sinless life and died as a man to redeem man. These are his own words:

“The only importance the blood of Jesus has is that it showed He died, there is no saving in that blood itself. We cannot say that the very blood of Jesus, His physical blood is what atones for sin, it is His death that atones for sin, His bloodshed was an act of death. And so we do not want to become preoccupied with fantasizing about some mystical blood that’s floating around somewhere. It is by His sacrificial offering of Himself. There is NO possible context in which this crass, antichrist denial of the efficacy of the “precious blood” of Jesus is justifiable. The man was a wolf in sheep’s clothing.

“For we are not as MANY, which corrupt (retail, twist, adulterate) the word of God: but as of sincerity, but as of God, in the sight of God speak we in Christ.” 2 Corinthians 2:17

Twisting the LORD’s truth can be very subtle and insidious for sure. And when the most astute Bible teachers do such, it is the best possible weapon of Satan and the most difficult perhaps to discern and determine it is false. John MacArthur was dead OFF when he claimed there’s nothing special about the BLOOD of Jesus. God says Christ’s blood is “precious” and to go with John MacArthur is to go against Christ. 1 Peter 1:18-19

Blood Atonement

To claim there is no life in the divine blood of the One who created and sustains and is the life, is heretical at best. The blood of Jesus is the very blood of God – “Take heed therefore unto yourselves, and to all the flock, over the which the Holy Ghost hath made you overseers, to feed the church of God, which HE HATH PURCHASED WITH HIS OWN BLOOD.” (Acts 20:28) Whatever you do beloved saints, study the BLOOD of Jesus without which no man can be saved (Hebrews 9:22). Follow Jesus not man. John MacArthur is a diabolical wolf. You heard him deny the precious blood of Jesus for yourself (1 Peter 1:18-19).

“IT IS THE BLOOD THAT MAKETH AN ATONEMENT FOR THE SOUL.” Leviticus 17:11

“Forasmuch as ye know that ye were not REDEEMED with corruptible things, as silver and gold, from your vain conversation received by tradition from your fathers; 19 But with THE PRECIOUS BLOOD OF CHRIST, as of a lamb without blemish and without spot:” 1 Peter 1:18-19

DID YOU CATCH THAT? – God calls the “BLOOD” of His only begotten Son, Jesus Christ, “PRECIOUS” and anyone who says otherwise, it a blasphemous heretic and wolf from hell.

“For it is the life of all flesh; the BLOOD of it is for the life thereof … for the life of all flesh is the blood thereof …” Leviticus 17:14

“For this is my BLOOD of the new testament, which is shed for many for the REMISSION of sins.” Matthew 26:28

“Whom God hath set forth to be a propitiation (atoning sacrifice) through faith in his BLOOD, to declare his righteousness for the REMISSION OF SINS that are past, through the forbearance of God;” Romans 3:25

“Much more then, being now justified by his BLOOD, we shall be saved from wrath through him.” Romans 5:9

“In whom we have redemption through his BLOOD, even the FORGIVENESS OF SINS:” Colossians 1:14

“And, having made peace through the BLOOD OF HIS CROSS, by him to RECONCILE all things unto himself; by him, I say, whether they be things in earth, or things in heaven.” Colossians 1:20

“Neither by the blood of goats and calves, but BY HIS OWN BLOOD he entered in once into the holy place, having obtained eternal REDEMPTION for us.” Hebrews 9:12 

Any professing Christian who is not deeply disturbed by any person denying, downplaying “the precious blood of Christ”, clearly proves to be a lost soul who has rejected Jesus Christ, the only LORD and Savior by rejecting “the record that God gave of his Son.” (1 John 5:10) It’s all on “record”, it’s all been recorded in God’s Word and anyone who denies, rejects, disregards, or does not embrace and believe God’s “record” about His Son, is an antichrist.

“What covered Adam’s sin? The fig leaves!? No, the blood of an animal because the nature of sin, its utter sinfulness always separates us from God, bringing forth death. (Isa. 59:2) Life is in the blood. (Lev. 17:11) It is the blood that washes away our sins. (Rom. 3:25) Titus 3:10 says we are to ‘reject’ heretics like John MacArthur. For any person that overlooks the poison he mixed in his doctrine that has caused many to lightly esteem the blood by which Christ purchased (redeemed) his children. “Very alarming. All over social media people are praising this blasphemer!! He is outright denying the Lord Jesus by saying there is nothing special about the blood of Christ. By supporting him they are bidding him Godspeed and will be partakers of his evil deeds! 2 John 11. A strong warning from our Lord! It is shocking how many are bidding him Godspeed. He was idolized! I can’t keep up trying to warn. He denied the Lord Jesus and most could care less. Why should that be shocking so are they denying Christ? They won’t even defend the One (Jesus) they claim to love! “The Bible contradicts those who relegate the Blood of Jesus to being mere human blood—for Acts 20:28 calls it GOD’S Blood—which means that Jesus’ Blood was not human, but Jesus’ Blood was divine:

See how the pronoun “HE” modifies or describes the noun “GOD” right in front of it? Thus, Jesus’ Blood was God’s PERFECT DIVINE Blood, poured out at Calvary’s Cross, to atone for man’s sins.”

Exactly. Bible 101. ALLLL human blood was contaminated after the fall. Christ’s blood had of necessity to be divine and the Bible says it was (Acts 20:28).

Nothing but the BLOOD of Jesus can redeem, forgive, reconcile fallen mankind back to God.
