Pray without Ceasing [video]

“Pray without ceasing.” (1 Thessalonians 5:17) … We know there is the danger of the dehydration of the body and therefore we continue to militantly force water into our body, right? In the same way, and much more importantly with eternal consequence, we must be disciplined followers of Christ, empowered by His truth, the warning, and the Holy Spirit to “pray without ceasing.” (1 Thessalonians 5:17) The perpetual awareness of the danger of spiritual dehydration is upon our hearts as by the Holy Spirit. Are we listening? “Men ought ALWAYS to pray and not to faint.” (Luke 18:1) Those who don’t drink lots of fresh water will have physical problems and those who don’t drink from the well of the LORD in prayer without ceasing, will suffer defeat here and eternally (Matthew 26:41)

Your prayer life will grow as your knowledge of God’s Word grows. Knowledge is power! (Proverbs 24:5) Praying God’s Word is praying God’s will!
