Going to the Heart of the Nation!

With the Trump administration, I wonder why we can’t just appreciate the good and leave the rest to God.

Ministering to those who minister is paramount! And yes all civil servants are “God’s ministers.” Read that again.

“For for this cause pay ye tribute also: for they are God’s ministers, attending continually upon this very thing.” Romans 13:6

First, our LORD, the very “light of the world,” came into the world and paid the full price for the sins of the world (John 3:16-18; 8:12; 19:30). Then He came into our world, into our darkness, shining His holy light and saving us into His kingdom. He found, forgave, and saved us (1 John 4:9-10; 19-20). He now sends and uses us to help others to know Him (John 17:3).

“For God, who commanded the light to shine out of darkness, hath shined in our hearts, to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ.” 2 Corinthians 4:4

Is God answering the prayers of His saints concerning America? Have we underestimated His mercy? (Psalms 103:10-12)

“The LORD is longsuffering, and of great mercy, forgiving iniquity and transgression, and by no means clearing the guilty, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children unto the third and fourth generation.” Numbers 14:18

Shining His Light

“Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven.” Matthew 5:16

We shall refuse to curse the darkness and instead shine the light of Christ’s glorious Gospel straight into that darkness.

“That ye may be blameless and harmless, the sons of God, without rebuke, in the midst of a crooked and perverse nation, among whom ye shine as lights in the world; 16 Holding forth the word of life; that I may rejoice in the day of Christ, that I have not run in vain, neither laboured in vain.” Philippians 2:15-16

The whole world is a fallen world and God’s people must not stand back to condemn but rather stand up and shine the light of Christ, who is the light of the world, directly into that darkness.

To Shine then (in eternity), we must first Shine now

“And they that be wise shall shine as the brightness of the firmament; and they that turn many to righteousness as the stars for ever and ever.” Daniel 12:3

All men are already condemned in their darkness (Romans 3:10, 23; 5:12, 18-19, etc.).

“The LORD is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? the LORD is the strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid?” Psalms 27:1

If Jesus is the light of our lives, let us stand forth and shine that heavenly light saints!

Little did we know when the book was written that the title would become a good slogan – Make America PRAY Again or Let America PRAY Again. Trump and others are using this phrase and we all know it’s a good one. Some of you suggested and have agreed that reaching this new cabinet with this book (and others) would be great idea. Why wait, right? Donald Trump will soon receive the Let America PRAY Again and Born Again books this coming week at his Mara Logo address and in January the plan will be to mail a copy of this Scripture-rich volume to each member of his new cabinet. We are trusting God for the full provision.

Mexico Ministry Update Part 30 [podcast]

RECENTLY Vivian and her precious child received the Word of Christ’s Gospel spoken and in print (Jesus tract), and also hot food, hot coffee, and fresh water from a local restuarant as a result of the giving of the saints of Christ. Your love offerings are making this Gospel difference in the lives of many. This giving out of all Christ’s has freely given us warmed the heart and body of this precious family for God’s glory. Oh and this beloved lady, Vivian, was given some cash (pesos).

It’s amazing how much God does with so little from us right and how He multiplies it! Remember this? How our unchanging LORD, when He’d multiplied and fed the multitudes with 5 loaves and 2 fishes? Then after He miraculously turned the 5 loaves and 2 fishes into enough food to feed 5,000, there were 12 loaves left over??? So that tells us, that reveals that as we give of ourselves – our energies and substance – that God is going to multiply it, in this life and more notably, in glory!

“Lay not up for yourselves treasures upon earth, where moth and rust doth corrupt, and where thieves break through and steal: 20 But lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust doth corrupt, and where thieves do not break through nor steal: 21 For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also.” Matthew 6:19-21

The truth in the chapters you are about to read is the difference between life and death. It is that important. What this author has written about is so vital to the church today that it should be read by everyone.

Paul gave a stern warning to Timothy that in the last days believers would be swept away by seducing spirits and doctrines of devils. Think about that for a moment. What this author is saying is that the origin of some teachings from the pulpit do not come from the Holy Spirit. They come from Satan and his demons to seduce believers into a state of ineffective lukewarmness, or even worse, to get them to depart from their faith in Christ completely. We have to ask ourselves how the devil is successful in this mission when believers are armed with the Word of God.

This book will give you a unique insight into two different paradigms. On one side, we have church members who are not really interested in serving God but they want a ticket to heaven. On the other side, we have false teachers who fill their churches by preaching a message of comfort, regardless if its members are spiritually dead. They have enriched themselves by telling their members what they want to hear and not the full truth of the Gospel. Their incomplete message gives those who want to hear it an excuse to live however they please with the comfort that if they profess their belief in Jesus one time, they will be saved for eternity, regardless of their actions.

Consider the deadly ramifications when someone believes “once saved always saved” is true. A person can get saved, walk several years with the Lord, then turn away from Christ and become a homosexual, and believe that he will face no eternal consequences like the rest of the world will. A believer, when faced with the choice to take the mark of the beast, would then be comforted (falsely) by thinking that he can take the mark and still be saved for an eternity in Heaven.

This book is of vital importance because it is shining a light on this doctrine of devils that has true eternal consequences.
