What Was Satan’s Very First Teaching? Is this same teaching being taught today? If so, by whom?
“Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.” 2 Corinthians 2:11
BIBLE 101: Sin separates men from God and so all Satan has to do is get you to sin in order to disconnect you from He who is “Holy, holy, holy” (Isaiah 6:3; Revelation 4:8).
Romans 6:23 informs us that the wages of sin is still death (separation from God).
God’s grace in Christ never changed His definition of sin – and never will.
God’s grace grants you power over sin, not an excuse to justify it! Repent now.
Beware of the great disguiser! Dressing the part in order to steal your heart! That’s what Satan did in the garden and seduced the man and woman to drop their allegiance to God.
“Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves.” Matthew 7:15
Verses to get to know: Genesis 2:17 > 3:4 and Mark 9:43-49.
Satan and his false leaders are the only ones teaching OSAS as is clear from God’s Word (Genesis 2:17; 3:4; Jeremiah 23:17; Jude 4).
“But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it: for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die.” Genesis 2:17
In the Garden God told the man that if he disobeyed, if he sinned, he would die which means to die spiritually and be separated from God (Genesis 2:17).
There it is. This is the exact lie we know that’s being peddled today as OSAS (once saved always saved), eternal security, or the “perseverance of the saints.” Then Satan countered God’s warning with:
“And the serpent said unto the woman, Ye shall NOT surely die:” Genesis 3:4
We know the LORD kept His Word and yet if God had not kicked Adam and Eve out of the Garden when they sinned, we’d know He is:
- a liar
- did not keep His own Word
- is no longer holy
- that the wages of sin is not death
- the fall of man never happened
“For there are certain men crept in unawares, who were before of old ordained to this condemnation, ungodly men, turning the grace of our God into lasciviousness (license for sin), and denying the only Lord God, and our Lord Jesus Christ.” Jude 4
Just as was foretold, OSAS / eternal security theology would be the rule of the day leading up to the return of Christ. It is a false doctrine espoused by and designed to snare moral cowards, rebels who refuse to truly repent and lay down their lives. Therefore they “heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears (unrepentant hearts)“ (2 Timothy 4:2-4).
The eternal security teaching is a sin-justifying heresy (Romans 6:1-2).
We should explore what happened in the Garden, the first lie, and how Satan tricks man to be compromised in his relationship with God.
Counterfeits don’t want to engage in a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. They refuse to truly repent. They will not give Jesus the control of their personal lives because if they chose to do so they would have to die to themselves and repent. These are self-serving souls who just want to use Jesus to get to Heaven but don’t want to get to know Him on His terms here on the earth.
Marsel Madzar writes:
“I heard people say that falling away means, you never were in the faith to begin with. But how is that logical? Can an apple fall from the tree, if it never was on the tree to begin with? Can I lose my Samsung mobile phone, if I never possessed one to begin with?”
“Sealed”? Are you sure?
OSAS (once saved always saved) / eternal security…. is a heresy, a doctrine of devils (1 Timothy 4:1-2; Jude 3-4, etc.).
“Sealed” simply means stamped and cannot possibly be indelible, un-forfeitable. because the same word “sealed” in Ephesians and 2 Corinthians is the same Greek word in Matthew 27:66 where Jesus’ tomb was UN-sealed when He raised from the dead. Case closed.
Jesus gave conditions for His blessings including the promise of having the Father keep you…. you must hear His voice – present tense – and follow Him or those promises are not yours – John 10:27-29. Context. Condition.
Just a few chapters later Jesus teaches that all who are in Him who do not abide (continue) with Him, will be cast into the fires of hell (John 15:6).

The Killing Power of the Holy Ghost with Judge Travis Bryan III [podcast]

“For if ye live after the flesh, ye shall die: but if ye through the Spirit do mortify the deeds of the body, ye shall live.” Romans 8:13
“Always bearing about in the body the dying of the Lord Jesus, that the life also of Jesus might be made manifest in our body. 11 For we which live are alway delivered unto death for Jesus’ sake, that the life also of Jesus might be made manifest in our mortal flesh. 12 So then death worketh in us, but life in you.” 2 Corinthians 4:10-12
“The cross of Christ is the sweetest burden that I ever bore; it is such a burden as wings are to a bird, or sails to a ship, to carry me forward to my harbor.” Samuel Rutherford
Momentum in the power of the Holy Spirit comes from a continual perpetual downward dying motion, being then raised up reciprocally in the resurrection grace of Jesus Christ.
“The flesh loses its power over you when it is crucified. Christ’s power begins to reign. The worries and stress of this life leave. And you begin to have the peace that passes all understanding. Philippines 4:7 Amen! A crucified life! Hallelujah all praise to Jesus.” Karen Cochran
God’s plan for your life….here it is:
“I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me.” Galatians 2:20
The ministry has put together 3 volumes sure to deepen your life in Christ, in the crucified life. 3 volumes to boost your life in Christ, in the cross He commanded us to take up – and by which He raises us upward in His glorious power and grace (Luke 9:23-24).

“For we ourselves also were sometimes foolish, disobedient, deceived, serving divers lusts and pleasures, living in malice and envy, hateful, and hating one another. 4 But after that the kindness and love of God our Saviour toward man appeared, 5 Not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to his mercy he saved us, by the washing of regeneration, and renewing of the Holy Ghost; 6 Which he shed on us abundantly through Jesus Christ our Saviour; 7 That being justified by his grace, we should be made heirs according to the hope of eternal life.” Titus 3:3-7
