Judgment is Coming on the Whole Earth [podcast]

DIVINE JUDGMENT IS NOT GOING AWAY JUST BECAUSE YOU OR SOME FAKE PREACHER IGNORES IT!!!

Jesus Christ is Creator and LORD. He’s Large and in Charge

“The earth is the LORD’S, and the fulness thereof; the world, and they that dwell therein.” Psalms 24:1

The LORD owns this house, this earth and is returning to take His rightful authority over it. Nothing can stop it! Anyone who isn’t in agreement with and in obedience to the Son of God will be crushed by Him – crushed under the power and weight of His holy justice.

“Serve the LORD with fear, and rejoice with trembling. 12 Kiss the Son, lest he be angry, and ye perish from the way, when his wrath is kindled but a little. Blessed are all they that put their trust in him.” Psalms 2:11-12

“And to you who are troubled rest with us, when the Lord Jesus shall be revealed from heaven with his mighty angels, 8 In flaming fire taking vengeance on them that know not God, and that obey not the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ: 9 Who shall be punished with everlasting destruction from the presence of the Lord, and from the glory of his power; 10 When he shall come to be glorified in his saints, and to be admired in all them that believe (because our testimony among you was believed) in that day.” 2 Thessalonians 1:7-10

“Behold, the day of the LORD cometh, cruel both with wrath and fierce anger, to lay the land desolate: and he shall destroy the sinners thereof out of it. 10 For the stars of heaven and the constellations thereof shall not give their light: the sun shall be darkened in his going forth, and the moon shall not cause her light to shine. 11 And I will punish the world for their evil, and the wicked for their iniquity; and I will cause the arrogancy of the proud to cease, and will lay low the haughtiness of the terrible.” Isaiah 13:9-11

Divine vengeance? Wait, I thought God was love, loving, merciful. Yes and that’s exactly why He’s going to unleash His fury, His wrath, His holy vengeance on all the wicked, ending in the vanquishing of those His enemies who refuse to comply with Him, the Father of this house, His creation. Why did God slaughter the enemies of His people under the Old Covenant? Not because He’s hateful but because He is love and will do whatever it takes to protect His beloved. Do we begin to have a clue how much He loves His people? No. Let’s make bring this home. Think about a family who was on vacation and arrives back home only to find that other sordid characters had broken into their family home unauthorized. What’s is that loving father going to do? Why? He’s going to call the cops, perhaps go in their and started executing vengeance upon the intruders, right? Why? Because he loves and will die to protect his family. He will clear his family home so that he and his beloved wife and children can dwell safely, happy, without conflict. Think the elaborate luxury of the New Jerusalem. Read Revelation 21 to see how this all ends and the accommodation being prepared for Christ’s elect.

Isaiah 24 – Judgment on the Whole Earth

1  Behold, the LORD maketh the earth empty, and maketh it waste, and turneth it upside down, and scattereth abroad the inhabitants thereof.

2  And it shall be, as with the people, so with the priest; as with the servant, so with his master; as with the maid, so with her mistress; as with the buyer, so with the seller; as with the lender, so with the borrower; as with the taker of usury, so with the giver of usury to him.

3  The land shall be utterly emptied, and utterly spoiled: for the LORD hath spoken this word.

4  The earth mourneth and fadeth away, the world languisheth and fadeth away, the haughty people of the earth do languish.

5  The earth also is defiled under the inhabitants thereof; because they have transgressed the laws, changed the ordinance, broken the everlasting covenant.

6  Therefore hath the curse devoured the earth, and they that dwell therein are desolate: therefore the inhabitants of the earth are burned, and few men left.

7  The new wine mourneth, the vine languisheth, all the merryhearted do sigh.

8  The mirth of tabrets ceaseth, the noise of them that rejoice endeth, the joy of the harp ceaseth.

9  They shall not drink wine with a song; strong drink shall be bitter to them that drink it.

10  The city of confusion is broken down: every house is shut up, that no man may come in.

11  There is a crying for wine in the streets; all joy is darkened, the mirth of the land is gone.

12  In the city is left desolation, and the gate is smitten with destruction.

13  When thus it shall be in the midst of the land among the people, there shall be as the shaking of an olive tree, and as the gleaning grapes when the vintage is done.

14  They shall lift up their voice, they shall sing for the majesty of the LORD, they shall cry aloud from the sea.

15  Wherefore glorify ye the LORD in the fires, even the name of the LORD God of Israel in the isles of the sea.

16  From the uttermost part of the earth have we heard songs, even glory to the righteous. But I said, My leanness, my leanness, woe unto me! the treacherous dealers have dealt treacherously; yea, the treacherous dealers have dealt very treacherously.

17  Fear, and the pit, and the snare, are upon thee, O inhabitant of the earth.

18  And it shall come to pass, that he who fleeth from the noise of the fear shall fall into the pit; and he that cometh up out of the midst of the pit shall be taken in the snare: for the windows from on high are open, and the foundations of the earth do shake.

19  The earth is utterly broken down, the earth is clean dissolved, the earth is moved exceedingly.

20  The earth shall reel to and fro like a drunkard, and shall be removed like a cottage; and the transgression thereof shall be heavy upon it; and it shall fall, and not rise again.

21  And it shall come to pass in that day, that the LORD shall punish the host of the high ones that are on high, and the kings of the earth upon the earth.

22  And they shall be gathered together, as prisoners are gathered in the pit, and shall be shut up in the prison, and after many days shall they be visited.

23  Then the moon shall be confounded, and the sun ashamed, when the LORD of hosts shall reign in mount Zion, and in Jerusalem, and before his ancients gloriously.

Romans 8

“And if children, then heirs; heirs of God, and joint-heirs with Christ; if so be that we suffer with him, that we may be also glorified together.

Future Glory

18  For I reckon that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us.

19  For the earnest expectation of the creature waiteth for the manifestation of the sons of God.

20  For the creature was made subject to vanity, not willingly, but by reason of him who hath subjected the same in hope,

21  Because the creature itself also shall be delivered from the bondage of corruption into the glorious liberty of the children of God.

22  For we know that the whole creation groaneth and travaileth in pain together until now.

23  And not only they, but ourselves also, which have the firstfruits of the Spirit, even we ourselves groan within ourselves, waiting for the adoption, to wit, the redemption of our body.” Romans 8:17-23

2 Peter 3

“The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance. 10 But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; in the which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up. 11 Seeing then that all these things shall be dissolved, what manner of persons ought ye to be in all holy conversation and godliness, 12 Looking for and hasting unto the coming of the day of God, wherein the heavens being on fire shall be dissolved, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat? 13 Nevertheless we, according to his promise, look for new heavens and a new earth, wherein dwelleth righteousness. 14 Wherefore, beloved, seeing that ye look for such things, be diligent that ye may be found of him in peace, without spot, and blameless.” 2 Peter 3:9-14
