What False Teacher? – Me!

I WAS A FALSE PROPHET, then was caught up with a whole slew of false ministries…. whew….. we are in the final days and “strong delusion” is being sent by God Himself to all who refuse to love Him enough to seek His face in His Word for themselves (2 Thessalonians 2:9-12). Jesus found me in sin and saved me.

“See, I have this day set thee over the nations and over the kingdoms, to root out, and to pull down, and to destroy, and to throw down, to build, and to plant.” Jeremiah 1:10

There is MUCH deliverance I’ve personally had to go through as a disciple of our LORD Jesus. If there are any connections with the Bethel cult/Bill Johnson, or any other false gospel, we must repent and openly, verbally denounce, getting before the LORD, crying out in the name of Jesus Christ for Him to deliver us of all, ever trace of anything that does not belong to Him.

“Sow to yourselves in righteousness, reap in mercy; break up your fallow ground: for it is time to seek the LORD, till he come and rain righteousness upon you.” Hosea 10:12

It had been said by some that I was on the track/course to have a “thriving church or ministry” or more. One lady, a “prophetess,” prophesied that I’d be on TBN soon and launched into a big time ministry. But I was lying to people. Perhaps I would have become a Word of Faith “rock star” but the LORD had mercy on my wretched soul, rebuked me by His truth, began to instill His holy fear, and brought me to repentance.

Recently, over coffee, I shared with a close friend how that during this season of delusion, I knew in my conscience that I was doing wrong and had to make a choice to repent. Our sins are always deliberate because we have the conscience the LORD made us with and His written Word (2 Thessalonians 2:9-13, etc.).

Usually, it is wise to refrain from speaking of ourselves and yet, like Paul, perhaps more often we should glory in our own infirmities/weakness.

So many of the people we see preaching are cross-less and completely self serving. Can you spot them? They want to use God to get what THEY want and therefore confess things for their own self-serving lusts instead of confessing that they are “crucified with Christ” which would be the Bible truth to confess (Galatians 2:20). Instead they teach people to confess for selfish earthly trinkets to get what they want which is luciferian…. Is 14:12-15; Gal 2:20….These “enemies of the cross of Christ” are using the name of the LORD in vain – for their own self-serving agenda (Philippians 3:18-19). The LORD is calling you to repent and run from these greed-driven wolves who are not submitted to God….

What are you willing to sell your soul for? What so-called temporary “success” are you willing to trade Jesus in for? Who are you truly serving? Full of The Holy Ghost [podcast]

We must be empowered by our LORD to do HIS work (Acts 1:8).

When we are born again the Holy Spirit is in us (1 Jn 3:24; Rom 8:9,16)…. yet there is a baptismal measure, the full measure God wants to give us as a gift….. to empower His people (Acts 1:8; 2:38-39, etc.).

In order to have divine “power” to be Christ’s witness, one must be baptized with the Holy Ghost (Acts 1:8).

****WE MUST not only preach the original Gospel, we MUST be divinely empowered by the Author of that original Gospel! Acts 1:8 …. Are you born again and baptized with the Holy Ghost? If not, you are not yet equipped by Heaven to do the work of Christ! Acts 1:8 It’s only “AFTERRRRRR that the Holy Ghost is come upon you” that divine power floods your being to do God’s work. WHO ever taught us that WE can, WE are sufficient to do God’s work? Delusionment! Let’s do things GOD way saints. Beginning now. ARE YOU anointed by God to preach sinners and backsliders into Christ’s kingdom? (Acts 1:8)

The apostles thought it so important to make sure every born again kingdom saint was filled with the Holy Spirit. When some in Samaria were saved, Peter and John went down and that they’d be filled with the Spirit. Are you baptized with the Holy Ghost?

“Now when the apostles which were at Jerusalem heard that Samaria had received the word of God, they sent unto them Peter and John: 15 Who, when they were come down, prayed for them, that they might receive the Holy Ghost: 16 (For as yet he was fallen upon none of them: only they were baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus.) 17 Then laid they their hands on them, and they received the Holy Ghost.” Acts 8:14-17

Re-filled? Yes! While being persecuted for Jesus, the apostles cried out to the LORD…….

“And now, Lord, behold their threatenings: and grant unto thy servants, that with all boldness they may speak thy word, 30 By stretching forth thine hand to heal; and that signs and wonders may be done by the name of thy holy child Jesus. 31 And when they had prayed, the place was shaken where they were assembled together; and they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and they spake the word of God with boldness.” Acts 4:29-31

So many today are consumed with self, have not laid down their lives, and therefore do not care for people. They are too busy building their own empire, temporal ministry kingdom. But Jesus cares and came to set men free from sin and Satan.

Does the Devil oppress people? Notice that Jesus was anointed with the Holy Ghost and power to do what? To do men good and bring healing to “all that were oppressed of the devil; for God was with him.” When God is with us, He uses us to see that men get set free from the oppression of the devil. …. God has an answer for the work of Satan, doesn’t He?

“How God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost and with power: who went about doing good, and healing all that were oppressed of the devil; for God was with him.” Acts 10:38
