It’s past time for all who name the name of Jesus to depart from the apostasy of fake “bibles” and to read and study the real Bible, the King James Bible. it doesn’t matter that your lame fake “pastor” uses a corrupt “bible.”

It’s a pretty easy decision to use the King James Bible when we see the difference, the absolute attack on God by the enemy who removed HIS words (Revelation 22:18-19).

WHERE O WHERE is the conviction? Wow. EXPLAIN why this is not a big deal. God says it’s a big deal. Read Revelation 22:18-19 and repent. Please explain why the BLOOD of Jesus is removed from your “bible” in Colossian 1:14. Also, please explain to us all why Romans 8:1 is chopped in half in that fairy tale “bible” you read? 4 Verse Comparison

ROMANS 8:1 is chopped in half in the fake news “bibles.” Did you know that?

If you say that GOD’S Word doesn’t matter, He’s calling you to repent now and get saved (Revelation 22:18-19).

Example: To say the new “bibles” are good is to say that the BLOOD of Jesus doesn’t matter to you. If you read a new “bible” instead of the King James Bible, go see if “through his BLOOD” is removed from Colossians 1:14 in that atrocity. No, it’s removed. Is that okay with you? It’s no okay with the LORD. Do you claim to be washed in the blood of Jesus without which no man can be saved? (Hebrews 9:22)

The words of JESUS were removed from Matthew 17:21 in the fake “bibles.” That bother you?

RARE! After being shown how the new “bibles” are Satan’s, this young man responded this way….

MESSAGE RECEIVED:

“I see your point, but I truly believe God is well able to convey Truth in any language or translation ♥️”

REPLY:

Thanks to God that you are teachable…. brother… that is RARE. Okay, we must make not excuse for the works of satan beloved brother. Can’t tell you how blessed it is to see how teachable you are brother!!!! amen Jesus!!! …. this Bible issue is NOT a preference or legalistic issue at all…it’s a holy conviction based on simple comparison. Please avail yourself to the rich contents on the ministry site on this topic…. jaw dropping…. Please avail yourself to the rich contents on the ministry site on this topic…. jaw dropping…. Bible Versions Issue

MESSAGE RECEIVED:

“Which version of the Bible did the early church read?”

REPLY:

Did they have it in written form as we do? No. Do we? Yes. Deal with it (Psalms 12:6-7). HOW does the early church saints dismiss satan’s corruptions of God’s Word? Which version(s) of the Bible do you read and are you defending? Unless you have something to hide, please reveal.

MESSAGE RECEIVED ON POST EXPOSING THE ENEMY’S FALSE “BIBLES”:

“Christians fighting against fellow Christians. Not good. Let’s pray for each other. After all, God still has the final judgment.”

REPLY:

Yes GOD is the JUDGE and He has spoken and His arch enemy has corrupted that which HE spoke – the new “bibles.” Telling the truth is mercy not withholding it. Exposing the enemy of the LORD is not “fighting with fellow Christians” but rather helping them…. You have many things to learn friend.

MESSAGE RECEIVED:

“I also have the Interlinear Hebrew & Greek Bible which gives a word-for-word exact translation.” Anna

REPLY:

Yes amen. I have it also and have taken these things straight to it and personally found that the King James Bible is always correct.  I use it as a reference. Comparing confirmed that the KJB is a direct translation as opposed to the “dynamic equivalence” used by Satan’s scholars who added their own thoughts into the false “bibles.”

Let me go on record to declare this self-evident truth: YOU have some serious heart issues with God if you can see how Satan has butchered God’s words and still justify reading those garbage per-version fake “bibles.” It’s not just the NIV either but rather ALL the new versions that are corrupt. In this post we’re going to take a look at just 4 verses, comparing them side-by-side.

Most modern “preachers” use Satan’s “bibles” instead of the King James Bible and YET WE WONDER why the modern church world is completely apostate?????

It’s interesting how some are proud of “using many versions” of the Bible. Well God told us He isn’t confused – so that must mean they are confused! (1 Corinthians 14:33) He preserved His Word for us in our language (Psalms 12:6-7). Is that every English version? Can’t be.  Shocking 4 Verse KJV Comparison

EVER notice that most of those men who defend the new versions won’t man-up and tell you which per-version they read, even when asked? SMH

SO MANY frauds, amateurs, claiming to be the authority on the Bible. Very few of them care to learn a few things. They insist they know it all when they are completely ignorant of the truth about God’s Word and how He kept His promise to preserve it to us in our language (Psalms 12:6-7). This reveals some serious depth of darkness these people are in. If they are casting doubt on God’s Word, they are under the power of SATAN who’s the first one to cast doubt on God’s Word (Genesis 3:1). And, we “know them by their FRUIT.” (Matthew 7:16, 20) True repentance needed.

OKAY, I KNOW SOME MAY BE SPURNED … MY PERSONAL INTENT IS FOR YOUR SPIRITUAL WELL BEING WITH CHRIST …. THEREFORE THE DESIRE TO HELP YOU SEE WHAT THE TRUE, PRESERVED WORD OF GOD FOR THE ENGLISH SPEAKING PEOPLES OF THE WORLD IS (PS 12:6-7)

IF you think that after the Garden of Eden Satan ceased changing the Word of God, I’ve got some land to sell you off the coast of Florida (Genesis 2:17; 3:4; Jeremiah 23:36; Mark 4:15, etc.). – “for ye have perverted the words of the living God, of the LORD of hosts our God.” (Jeremiah 23:36) Think: new “bible” versions!

SO, YOU BELIEVE SATAN DOESN’T WORK (HIS EVIL) ANY LONGER? WOW, DIDN’T THE BIBLE GUARANTEE US THAT SATAN WOULD WORK EVEN HARDER IN THE FINAL DAYS? 2 TIMOTHY 3:13 AND REVELATION 12:12???

YOU ARE GOING TO SENSE A LARGE AND BLESSED DIFFERENCE WHEN YOU BEGIN STUDYING THE KING JAMES BIBLE EVERY MORNING ….. CLEAN AND PURE …. ONLY THE CLEAN, CLEAR, PURE WORD OF GOD CAN CLEAN AND PURIFY OUR HEARTS!!!! MATT. 5:8 ANYONE?

LET’S GET BACK TO THE KING JAMES BIBLE SAINTS. THE DIFFERENCE IN YOUR OWN LIFE WILL BE AMAZING. IT’S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A PLASTIC KNIFE AND A SWORD! GOD IS GOOD AND THE DEVIL IS A LIAR!

WHAT is the “foundations” for our learning about God? His words, right? Are we so blind as to think Satan, who from the Garden has tampered with and cast doubt upon God’s Word would not be involved in using wolves to change God’s Word today? That is the height of gullibility and ignorance friend.

As if there’s any Gospel at all outside of Christ!

AS IF THERE’S ANY GOSPEL WITHOUT CHRIST!!!! Note how this satanic “bible” removes Christ from His own Word – Romans 1:16 “For I am not ashamed of the gospel…” (NIV) Now let’s read Romans 1:16 in the King James Bible: “For I am not ashamed of the gospel OF CHRIST: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.” (Romans 1:16) The LORD Jesus is most likely removed from many if not all the modern corruption “bibles” because they all come from the same few corrupted manuscripts.

“If the foundations be destroyed, what can the righteous do?” Psalms 11:3

WHEN you desire to be healthy in your body, the first think you do is switch from poisonous soft drinks to good water, right? When you choose to be a man of truth, the first thing you should do is switch to the King James Bible from the devil’s counterfeit fake “bibles.”

DELUSIONMENT: WHEN you corner new version “bible” defenders with the myriad of missing words and verses in their fake news “bible,” some of them will go so far as to say that the King James Bible added those words. If that weren’t unbelievable enough, recently I had just such a rebel tell me that the devil caused the King James Bible translators to add the divine command and word “repent” to the King James Bible over 40 times. He said this after he was cornered with the fact that the New King James version removed the word “repent” over 40 times. Amazing! NEW KING JAMES 666 COUNTERFEIT

The Never Ending Scam of New Bible Versions

Every month or two there’s yet another $cam version of the Bible that comes out from some person or committee that pretends and puts themselves up as having authority. Could all these versions possibly be divinely inspired and yet all different?

It’s real simple: We have the preserved Word of God in the Authorized, the King James Bible. All other English Bibles are unnecessary and in most cases if not all, diabolical counterfeits. Bible Versions: Are there Significant Doctrinal Differences?

HARDBALL: To a man boasting of going back to the Hebrew and Greek, a man who refused to tell me what “bible” version he reads when asked repeatedly…. who was downing the KJB and calling me a hypocrite, the reply was as follows:

God gave us His Word in our language as He promised to do specifically – Psalms 12:6-7. Anyone can reference the Hebrew and Greek. You are no hero. You still didn’t answer my question…. those sissy “bibles” have made a sissy out of you haven’t they?

Please explain why the BLOOD of Jesus is removed from your “bible” in Colossian 1:14. Also, please explain to us all why Romans 8:1 is chopped in half in that fairy tale “bible” you read?

TODAY we hear many in leadership cast doubt on God’s preserved Word by saying things like “A better translation would have been,” etc. In other words, they know better than the most profound scholars ever assembled by King James as God ordained him to do. When you do the research, you will find that at 5-8 years of age, many of those scholars knew numerous languages and were prolific in Hebrew / Greek. Yet we have lightweight so-called theologians today foolishly pretending to be superior in knowledge to those substantially expert Hebrew and Greek scholars whom the LORD raised up to fulfill the promise He gave us in Psalms 12:6-7 to preserve His Word to the English speaking peoples of the world. If this weren’t so pitiful it would be laughable. These pseudo scholars today do not speak or write in Hebrew or Greek and yet pretend to be wiser than those who knew those languages on a firsthand basis.

HOW can you possibly say you believe ANYTHING God has said if you don’t believe we actually have His preserved, perfect Word today? Impossible. Such a person is a snake who has chosen to reject Christ while posing as a “scholar” offering “higher criticism” when he’s/she’s really a sham-cloaked rebel. Hell awaits. Such a person picks and chooses what part(s) of God’s Word he/she wants to embrace and what he/she wants to reject …. just like evil Jehoiakim who used a penknife to cut out and burn what parts of God’s Word convicted him! (Jeremiah 36) Repent. Read Hebrews 3-4.

“HIGHER CRITICISM” OR “TEXTUAL  CRITICISM” ARE SIMPLY TERMS USED TO JUSTIFY THE UTTER AND ARROGANT REBELLION BEHIND THE QUESTIONING AND ALTERING OF GOD’S PRESERVED WORD WHICH WE HAVE IN THE KING JAMES BIBLE (PSALMS 12:6-7). THIS “CONFUSION” IS NOT OF GOD BUT IS CLEARLY THE WORK OF SATAN. “FOR GOD IS NOT THE AUTHOR OF CONFUSION, BUT OF PEACE, AS IN ALL CHURCHES OF THE SAINTS.” (1 CORINTHIANS 14:33) THESE ARE CHILDREN OF SATAN WHO ARE SELF-SERVING, SELF-APPOINTED “SCHOLARS” AND WE KNOW THIS BECAUSE SATAN IS THE ONE WHO BEGAN QUESTIONING GOD’S WORD AND ADDING TO IT (GENESIS 2:17; 3:4, 1). CASTING DOUBT ON GOD’S WORD IS WHAT THESE WOLVES WHO WEAR SHEEP’S CLOTHING ARE DOING TODAY WHICH CLEARLY PROVES THEIR FATHER IS THE DEVIL HIMSELF (JOHN 8:44).

I have no doubt that sin and an evil spirit are behind the questioning of God’s Word (Genesis 3:1)…..

Recently had a lengthy discussion with a pastor who uses the new versions. He listed about 8-10 of them that he uses. Whew, saints, it becomes so obvious how the church world is in such disarray when we see what these seminarians have been led to believe and what they’ve allowed instead of getting into God’s Word honestly and diligently.

NEVER let some corruptED seminarian dupe override the common sense God gave you!

This particular man was teachable. He agreed to allow me to drop ship him a copy of Gail Riplinger’s book New Age Bible Versions …. And also I referenced and gave him the Bible Versions Issue category on the ministry site to peer into on this important, intriguing issue that faces us…. Anyone can usually get a cheap copy on ebay or amazon or straight from the publisher at AVpublications.com

SO FAR …. Not many of those who have cast doubt on God’s Word bother to humble themselves and repent of believing lies. They forged ahead in their dark ignorance, swearing they had the truth when it’s more than obviously erroneous.

CLEAR proof that when we call men to the LORD, we should use HIS Word and not a corrupted version of it. Also, we must get them into the real Word and not a cheap, corrupted counterfeit. Read this passage as a whole…. Revelation 22:17-19 ….

Rev 22:17 And the Spirit and the bride say, Come. And let him that heareth say, Come. And let him that is athirst come. And whosoever will, let him take the water of life freely.

Rev 22:18 For I testify unto every man that heareth the words of the prophecy of this book, If any man shall add unto these things, God shall add unto him the plagues that are written in this book:

Rev 22:19 And if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book.

“Satan’s. Children also quote Scripture just like there father the Devil.”

REPLY:

Yes Satan’s children twist Scripture and misuse it just like the devil did when tempting Jesus and just like the creators of the new “bibles” did to create their corruptions of God’s real Word. In Matthew 4 we see JESUS quoting Scripture. SO, is the Son of God of the devil?

God commands His people to “PREACH the word.” 2 Tim 4:2

MESSAGE RECEIVED:

“Hope you are not referring to AMP, ESV, NLT, MSG etc because they only expound on what’s been said without taking away from what God said or meant…… note KJV Translated from Hebrew to old English (which isn’t the purest language) let’s be clear about something there is no J in the Hebrew language it’s not JESUS it’s actually pronounce YASHUA…. if you wish to get all technical.”

REPLY:

Totally false. WHO gave them divine permission to “expound” on what God stated using their “private interpretation”? Not God and they are going to receive the plagues of the book of Revelation which includes the lake of fire (Rev 22:18-19). It’s called “private interpretation” which frauds perpetrate – “Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools.” (Romans 1:22)

Jesus is the English rendering of the Hebrew Jeshua. You are part of a cult. NAME CULT WARNING: When people get off on this “Yahuah,” “Yah,” etc. stuff and say the English word JESUS is illegitimate, that’s where I cut em off. Delusional. They allowed themselves to be deceived in this matter by foolish judaizing devils who don’t know the LORD and have rejected their own Messiah. Dare you argue with the reality that believers have cast out devils in the name of JESUS for centuries???? Done it myself, many times! You think Satan knows who JESUS is???? Repent devil. Name Cult Warning

Personally I never never use the word “old” when referring to God’s Word because the KJB is the Word of God to the English speaking peoples and as such is ever living and ever relevant (1 Pet 1:23; Mark 13:31).

“I read the NIV version and I’m holy spirit filled and fire filled I think that’s up to God to decide not you my brother Love you.”

REPLY:

Hello. Did God decide to remove 64,000 words from that garbage “bible” OR did Jesus promise that those who did so will receive the plagues of the book of Revelation – including the lake of fire. Read Revelation 22:18-19.

MESSAGE RECEIVED:

“You think those errors in the NIV and new versions make the Bible a “poisoned stream?” I think God uses those versions just fine. For example, I used the NIV for many years and grew tremendously, becoming an ordained missionary, youth Pastor, elder, deacon, teacher, Pastor, etc. Using NIV did not give me a bad theology or make me think less of His blood. Sadly I find this arguing for KJV-only or otherwise more divisive and a turn off to everyone, than beneficial.

REPLY:

Exposing Satan’s obvious counterfeits is only a turn off to those who don’t really love the truth. And what the Word say about those who aren’t “valiant for the truth”? (2 Thess 2:9-12) Your defense of Satan’s works against Christ make it obvious that your heart is not right with God. You are defending and promoting Satan while claiming to be a man of God. I find you a man who is greatly lacking holy conviction. Your personal, subjective experience doesn’t change the very Word of God. You apparently put your experience above what Scripture I posted, which is sad. I believe God is calling you to repent and cry out to Him for forgiveness. Obviously, the NIV corruption you defend didn’t instill any holy fear of God in your heart. When you repent God will make you a man of truth who lives purely according to His truth and never gives credence or crassly overlooks the works of His arch enemy who has corrupt His Word. You also side stepped my simple question about how it’s okay to remove things, anything from God’s Word. You are agreeing with Satan against the LORD you claim to know and serve. The LORD is drawing a line in the sand for you right here and now – whose side are you really on? 1 Kings 18:21; Matt 12:30

What did Jesus mean other than what He stated in Revelation 22:18-19?

Pro 30:5  Every word of God is pure: he is a shield unto them that put their trust in him.

Pro 30:6  Add thou not unto his words, lest he reprove thee, and thou be found a liar.

You are saying that good fruit can come out of a bad tree which is a lie because Jesus says:

Matthew 7:18  A good tree cannot bring forth evil fruit, neither can a corrupt tree bring forth good fruit.

MESSAGE RECEIVED:

“Obviously God always uses the imperfect and He can use any translation. The Bible points us to the real Word of God, Jesus. Holy Spirit came to lead us to Him as well as Holy Spirit fulfills Jesus’s promise to teach and guide us into Truth. God certainly uses the books of the Bible to speak to us and teach/guide us but too many people settle for idolizing the Bible as the true word of God when it should be leading us into deeper relationship with God himself, not just reading books and one-way prayers which aren’t even conversations.”

REPLY:

Thanks for sharing. Perhaps we should consider that this God we speak of issued perhaps His most severe warning to any person who would change His Word in any way, jot or tittle. Revelation 22:18-19. So, we know He doesn’t take this lightly and neither should we if we truly know and fear Him. Idolizing the Bible? Ah, if Jesus is the Word, that’s not possible. I want to exhort you to read what the Psalmist says about God’s Word by reading Psalms 119 afresh, closely. Remember this is the longest chapter in all the Bible, is in the middle of the Bible, with its only subject being the written Word….. through which the living Word Himself is revealed.

Did the LORD not magnify His Word above even His name?

Psa 138:2  I will worship toward thy holy temple, and praise thy name for thy lovingkindness and for thy truth: for thou hast magnified thy word above all thy name.

There’s no way a believer can possibly have the spiritual nutrients the LORD desires him to have for that vital relationship you rightly spoke of….. if that believer is drinking from a poisoned stream instead of the pure Word of our God. Blessings in Christ dear brother.

“The Lord did not ‘give’ us the KJV…… The Textus Receptus gave us the KJV, financed by the King of England.”

REPLY:

Ah okay so the Textus Receptus just created itself, right? Not. Ah so ministry that involves money is evil? That would make Jesus evil because He had a treasurer which means there was money given to Him and His disciples. You are what’s called a Bible “agnostic.” You have denied that God is active in history. But the Bible tells us “the most High ruleth in the kingdom of men, and giveth it to whomsoever he will.” Daniel 4:32

MESSAGE RECEIVED:

“You are deceived! Jesus told us all translations are His Word!” Sheila

REPLY:

WHERE did the Jesus revealed in Scripture tell us such????

No instead the Jesus of the Bible warned us “Beware of the scribes.” (Mark 12:38) Jesus warned us that “SATAN cometh immediately, and taketh away the word.” (Mark 4:15)

If what you claim is true that would mean that Jesus okays the “Queen James Bible,” the “Ebonics Bible,” and even worse, the demonic NIV “bible.”

You are saying that as long as a thick book has the words “Holy Bible” on the cover that such is God’s inspired words, regardless of the contents of that book.

Jesus says that HIS words cannot be changed (Psalms 199:89; Mark 13:31) and if someone changes them, it’s not HIS Word and they will be irrevocably sent to the lake of fire which is one of the plagues of the book of Revelation (Revelation 22:18-19).

Please explain why you believe that the “Jesus” you claim to serve okays all “bible” translations. Tell us all why you believe the Holy Son of God sanctions these corruptions of His Word. For example He okays:

  1. His very words be removed, completely omitted in Matthew 17:21?
  2. That Romans 8:1 be chopped in half?
  3. That His very blood be removed from Colossians 1:14?
  4. That the clearest revelation of the Godhead be butchered in 1 John 5:7?

If you can crassly overlook these blasphemous atrocities, sounds like you need to get the real Jesus (2 Corinthians 11:2-5). That seems to be root issue here.

DIRTY “BIBLES” – ARE you reading one of the devil’s dirty “bibles”? Or are you reading God’s Word, the King James Bible? If “through is BLOOD” is removed from Colossians 1:14, you know you’ve been tricked. Go look. 4 Verse KJV Comparison

The devil himself is behind all lies Jesus taught and is the first and present one behind the questioning of and perversion of God’s words (Genesis 2:17; 3:1, 4).

Everyone saying “you need to read the originals in their original language to truly understand the Bible”… come on guys! You really think that God expects everyone to learn 4-5 different languages just so they can “properly understand what He is trying to tell us”? Please… King James Bible is the perfect, infallible written word of God to English speaking people (which doesn’t mean that Jesus spoke 17th century English)” Ty

QUESTION:

“I was reading someone’s reply on something and he was saying that King James was gay and he is the reason the Bible can be read in English. Just wandering if that statement was true.”

REPLY:

That is pure heresy by Satan’s agents to discredit God’s preserved Word. There is no evidence at all that James was a sodomite. Jesus told us that the devil is a liar from the beginning! John 8:44

TAIL CHASER:

Recently, I confronted a local “pastor” who had been sowing discord among the brethren. This local “pastor” attacked me as he brought up the Bible version issue. In this heated conversation this man told me he couldn’t understand King James English and said “you have to go back to/know the Hebrew and Greek.” So let me get this straight: You can’t understand English but you can understand Hebrew and Greek? SMH …. I asked him if he read or spoke Hebrew and Greek and demanded that he speak those languages to me right then and and there. Of course he was dumbfounded and didn’t know what to say. … I asked him if he claimed to be washed in the blood of Jesus and if so, does it not bother him that in those phony, sissy new versions he’s defending that in Colossians 1:14 the BLOOD of Jesus is removed. I asked him if that bothered him and told him that if not he has no fear of God at all. Let’s get the real Bible saints, the King James Bible, and trashed, perhaps burn Satan’s counterfeits.

TESTIMONY:

Tammy Harris writes: “I threw away my NIV and was in much confusion about this because I had it for so long and it had my notes written in it and high lighted scripture. I read that it wasn’t biblically sound and also that the publishers of it also published the satanic bible. I know that evil spirits can attach themselves to material objects and I was very Leary about the publishers.”

MESSAGE RECEIVED:

“As far as the versions, I study many versions now asking for discernment from the Holy Spirit as I study…..”

REPLY:

Okay, so you actually believe that the HOLY Spirit of God has anything to do with Satan’s attack on God’s Word, the new versions? How does God reveal Himself to us? (John 5:39; Luke 24:44-45) Does He speak to us through His pure Word, which He promised and did preserve to us in our language as He promised (Ps 12:6-7) or through His enemy’s corrupted version of His (God’s) Word? You don’t actually believe the Holy Spirit of God would ever lead someone to read Satan’s corruptions of God’s Word do you? …. “God is not the author of confusion.” (1 Corinthians 14:33)

Since “God is not the author of confusion” (1 Corinthians 14:33), why would you wish to dabble is Satan’s counterfeit “bibles”? Does your conscience not bother you that you are actually reading and approving of the work of Christ’s enemy? Is there no conviction in you to study God’s pure Word, the King James Bible? (Psalms 12:6-7)

MESSAGE RECEIVED:

“Let God be true, and all men liars… I worship God not KJV.”

REPLY:

Smokescreen …. So David, it really doesn’t matter what’s between the pages of the cover that says and claims “Holy Bible” right? If you truly fear and worship God, why does it not concern you that all who add to or take away from His Word are going to the lake of fire? Rev 22:18-19 ….. If you love, honor and worship the LORD, why does it not bother you that His arch enemy, Satan himself, has butchered His Word? Where O where is the conviction? If God is to believed, what is that based on? Is it base on HIS own Word or on the enemy’s corruption, counterfeit of His Word?

“Wait a minute: You apparently have not read the new version of the Bible. It was co-written by Winnie the Pooh, Mickey Mouse, Mr. Rogers, and group of 30 or so millennials. Their research helped them to discover that sin is no longer sin. Great news for people who are determined to call themselves Christians but yet do what they want to do. Roughly 2000 years ago, Paul warned a young Pastor named Timothy that some day ‘Christians’ would refuse SOUND doctrine and turn away from it to fables and that they would find/pursue teachers who would tell them what THEY WANT to hear (2 Timothy 4:2-4). You can add to that a few more of His prophesies regarding people having a form of GODLINESS, etc. Yet they are turning from truth and doing what is right in their own eyes. THAT IS THE PROPHETIC Word of warning from our Maker!” Christopher Wright

QUESTION RECEIVED:

Don’t you accept as an error in translation when the KJV used the word easter?

REPLY:

Hi. No, because the writer was simply marking a time of the year the reader could use as a reference. Acts 12:4. It’s interesting that those who defend the completely corrupted new versions are grasping at straws to attempt to make something evil out of things like this when there is a very simple explanation. Here are some posts on this issue …

QUESTION RECEIVED:

“Doesn’t it cause unnecessary division to discuss Bible versions?”

REPLY:

  1. In the most basic sense, what is the Bible a collection of? The words of God, right?
  2. If those words have been altered/changed, does that not make it obvious that the message has changed?
  3. What is the eternal consequence for any and all who participate with the altering of God’s words? That is, the adding to and/or taking away of those words (tampering in any way with them)? Revelation 22:18-19
  4. Can you show from the BIBLE that the BIBLE isn’t important?
  5. Didn’t God tell us that He has magnified/elevated His words even above His own name? Psalms 138:2
  6. If God’s own words aren’t important, why did He attach such a severe penalty to punish all those who change it? Revelation 22:18-19
  7. Do you know the topic of the longest chapter in all the Bible? Psalms 119 – The written Word of God is the topic.
  8. Do you understand that the apostle Peter taught us that the written Word of God is even more divinely authoritative than the actual audible voice of God speaking from Heaven? 2 Peter 2:16-21
  9. What are we divinely instructed to judge, discern, and weigh all philosophies, notions, statements, doctrines, etc., against? What is the holy standard? Acts 17:11; 2 Timothy 3:16-17
  10. Jesus and His holy apostles and prophets didn’t cease teaching the truth because it caused division. That division is the dividing of those who are “of God” and those who are “not of God.” (John 8:47) These divisions are ordained of God and a blessing. (1 Corinthians 11:19) God gave all men free will and forces no one to love and obey Him. Jesus told us that the truth/His Word falls upon 4 different type heart soils (Luke 8:11-15). It is not mere man’s place to worry about that, only to observe it as he told us this was the case. So, cease from leaning to your own understand and simply “preach the word” in God’s love and wisdom (Ephesians 4:15). Listen to Jesus’ apostle and not only does he instruct us to “preach the word” but also to do it always and without respect to who receives or rejects it:

“Preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all longsuffering and doctrine. 3 For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears; 4 And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables.” 2 Timothy 4:2-4

QUESTION RECEIVED:

“What is someone is no educated enough to read the King James Bible?”

Paul Hanrahan writes: “If somebody has problems with the words in the KJV then look them up in a dictionary to find the true meaning. Then you will get an education too. That’s what I do.”

MESSAGE RECEIVED:

“For people like you and I, yes we can read the King James Bible, but we cannot be ignorant and assume everybody is well read like we are. Jesus did not speak English.”

REPLY:

Isn’t it ignorance to assume Jesus made excuses for people who read Arabic (which was the language He spoke) … like the excuses you are now making for those who speak English? God gave all humans a brain and the ability to LEARN. So you are saying that God gave us His Word in our language and yet we can’t learn to read it? Wow! You just indicted the LORD Almighty who created us in His image with the full ability and faculties to read and learn and increase intelligence.

“A wise man will hear, and will INCREASE LEARNING learning; and a man of understanding shall attain unto wise counsels:” Proverbs 1:5

“Give instruction to a wise man, and he will be yet wiser: teach a just man, and he will INCREASE IN LEARNING.” Proverbs 9:9

The word “learn” appears 32 time in God’s Word and yet you say people can’t learn?

I believe there’s an evil spirit behind this groundless foolishness. Satan wants people to remain dumb. God says “My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge.” (Hosea 4:6) You are personally contributing to the ignorance and destruction of God’s people.

QUESTION RECEIVED:

“How do I defend the truth concerning Bible versions? I want to help others see?”

REPLY:

IF SOMEONE CHALLENGES YOU or foolishly disdains you for being a truth-seeking, discerning, born again believer who sees Satan’s counterfeits for what they are, first realize that such a person is in darkness. Then, simply ask them to explain ….

  1. WHY is Matthew 17:21 missing from the new versions,
  2. WHY is Romans 8:1 chopped in half in the new versions,
  3. WHY is the very BLOOD of JESUS removed from Colossians 1:14, and
  4. WHY is the clearest verse in the Bible destroyed , corrupted, and neutered in 1 John 5:7???

Things will get real silent at that point. I’ve seen it happened many, many times! No need to argue with anyone. Just literally lay the versions side-by-side!

SWITCHING between Bible versions to get a better understanding? Not me friend. it is my personal conviction to give no credence whatsoever to the works of our LORD’s arch enemy …. and especially never to lead someone else to do so by referring to satanic versions …. “Todd, I met a Young gentlemen at a Barnes and Noble bookstore, who was asking the Bookstore Employee, what the best selection of Bible is and when I heard him ask which Bible I quickly and humbly said the KING JAMES Bible (KJB).

He and I met, we spoke and I gave him my story how I found the Lord Jesus Christ and how it changed my Life. He gave me a brief summary of his Life. He is Catholic but said that he felt trapped in uncertainty regarding his relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ.

I told him and let him know that the KJB was the most accurate and ONLY way to go.

I gave him my info, and I referred him to you as well and I’m feeling blessed that he was interested in the Born Again ministry, Praise God.

His name is Tony and am in prayer that he seeks the full truth, and indeed finds a newly restored relationship with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

Welcome to Jesus Tony Gomez and God bless you my brother in Christ. AMEN!” William

“But the Bible says to have self control.”

REPLY:

“Self-control” OR “temperance”? The King James Bible never once uses the term “SELF-control” which is a contradiction of Christ’s cross teachings. Meditate upon this. If you can control SELF, there is no need for Christ and the cross He commanded us to take up! The King James Bible uses the word “temperance” in the 9 dimensions of the fruit of the Holy Spirit (Galatians 5:22-23). The KJB got it right as usual ….. think about this in light of the cross truth ….. We don’t control our self, we crucify it and in falling into Christ are saved from it. As is the case from Genesis to Revelation, the King James Bible got it right because God was in it, fulfilling His promise to preserve His Word to us (Psalms 12:6-7).

The new versions use the wording “self control” as one of the nine fruit of the Spirit.

Yet, we do not control self, God does through the cross ….. as we are crucified with Christ, the deeds of the body are mortified through the cross action in our inner life and self is dead and tempered by God, raised up by He who is the resurrection and the life (John 11:25). The KJB got it right as usual and as usual the new per-versions corrupted God’s Word in this text. Self-control or us controlling self contradicts the message of the cross.

“But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith,

23 Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law.

24 And they that are Christ’s have crucified the flesh with the affections and lusts.

25 If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit.” Galatians 5:22-24

Bible Versions Issue

MESSAGE RECEIVED:

“Of course you realize language changes. The word “gay” used to mean “happy.” See James 2:3.”

REPLY:

What does that have to do with the words the Almighty chose to construct His Word with? Changing words means changing the message …. inevitably. The LORD has used “holy men of God” to pen and preserve His Word as He promised He would do – “Knowing this first, that no prophecy of the scripture is of any private interpretation. 21 For the prophecy came not in old time by the will of man: but holy men of God spake as they were moved by the Holy Ghost.” (2 Peter 1:20-21)

Because Satan’s children now use gay as applied to their sin, what does that change? Ridiculous, lame argument. Did this sin cause the righteous not to know what gay really means?

The Bible tells us that we have the Scriptures because “HOLY men of God spoke as they were moved by the holy Ghost” and this is obviously the difference between the Authorized Version and the ones you trust. … Here you go, the NIV (Nearly/Not Inspired Version) will work for you …. even when 64,000 words were removed ….

The Book of Mormon tells its readers that Jesus and Lucifer are brothers. Using your logic, the Book of Mormon is a good source because it doesn’t matter what “bible” one uses. The new versions are Vatican corrupted and controlled, so in your mind they are good sources also, right?

—- I believe the King James Bible is the preserved Word of God, the fulfillment of prophecy (Ps 12:6-7) to the English speaking people of the world and am very thankful to the LORD for His Word in our language. The King James Bible is God’s Word because it was taken from the Textus Receptus manuscripts instead of the Catholic corrupted and controlled manuscripts. The evidence is overwhelming that the other versions are counterfeits. … It is delusional and incomprehensible how anyone could believe that Satan ceased perverting the very words of God. He did such in the Garden and has never ceased. The LORD’s archenemy has many human emissaries to help him. “For ye have perverted the words of the living God, of the LORD of hosts our God.” (Jeremiah 23:36) Here is a variety of posts on this topic: Bible Versions Issue

“IF…. you studied the language that the “original” was written in, you’d learn that words were translated by MAN sometimes with their own perspective added on to it. We’re just blessed to SEE that now. That does NOT send the old farmer to hell. (And I could give you several examples of that IN your KJV, if you really wanted to see it!) But HE told us to be Bereans. Well TODAY’S Bereans have access to the meaning of the GREEK words which may have been translated with “man’s” twist. Or how about all the “parenthetical” statements that are “added in”, that is NOT part of God’s “original” Word, but “man’s” interpretation ADDED TO God’s Word. I stand totally on God’s Word too… it’s just that some, no, every translation has issues. Does it mean I throw it out?? Absolutely not!! But today, I am blessed to be able to look up what the “original” word was, see what it meant every time it was used IN God’s Word and compare if it’s translated properly or not! People that say I just stand on it cuz “I believe it,” don’t know why or what they believe… they just “go on a feeling.” STUDY to show thyself approved. The KJV has all kinds of translation errors. I was going to list them, but I won’t unless you WANT to see what they are.” Susie

REPLY:

“Knowing this first, that no prophecy of the scripture is of any private interpretation. 21 For the prophecy came not in old time by the will of man: but holy men of God spake as they were moved by the Holy Ghost.” 2 Peter 1:20-21 Those who translated the Authorized Version from Hebrew and Greek were clearly “holy men,” set apart and commission by the LORD to do such. Check the utter perversion of the new versions and the corrupters of the manuscripts from which the new versions were taken. Then we can talk. It’s a circus of homosexual adulterers and satanists.

So God ceased to watch over His Word, to make sure we had His Word in our language and in our day? This would be to indict Him as a liar in light of His promise in Psalms 12:6-7.

God’s Word is Inspired and Preserved

“The words of the LORD are pure words: as silver tried in a furnace of earth, purified seven times. 7 Thou shalt keep them, O LORD, thou shalt preserve them from this generation for ever.” Psalms 12:6-7

The so-called “information age” is a delusion and has misled many. Whose information? A King James Bible (the pure Word of God) and the divine Person of the Holy Spirit are all that is needed. A Strong’s concordance and a few older commentaries are good too …… The King James Bible was translated by the 54 most skilled Hebrew and Greek scholars ever and it sounds like you’ve been sold a lie as far as them inserting their own viewpoints …. but that’s because Satan has fought the true Word of God from the Garden ….. all new versions are Vatican controlled and corrupted ….. words are always added to bridge the gap between languages, that’s no mystery. But only the King James puts those added words in italics …. which means only the King James translators had nothing to hide and were honest.

You say: “But HE told us to be Bereans. Well TODAY’S Bereans have access to the meaning of the GREEK words which may have been translated with “man’s” twist. Or how about all the “parenthetical” statements that are “added in,” that is NOT part of God’s “original” Word, but “man’s” interpretation ADDED TO God’s Word.”

You misused the biblical definition of a true Berean believer because they held even the apostle Paul to the Scriptures. They used ONLY the Holy Scriptures which are the divine rule/authority for all matters of faith in God. Nothing else carries such authority and this is all we need. Greek and Hebrew is no way to determine truth ultimately. Jesus never told us that the Greek and Hebrew would lead and guide His people into all truth but rather 1) the Holy Scriptures (John 5:39; 17:17; Ps 119:105, etc. and 2) the divine Person of the Holy Spirit (John 14:26; 16:13; 1 John 2:20, 27, etc.).

What you are saying here is that YOU are better at Greek and Hebrew than the 54 scholars God amassed to give us His Word in English. This is laughable friend …. no offense meant but that’s exactly what “textual criticism” means …. evil hearted, arrogant dupes thinking they know better than God and that they have to correct God’s Word …. basically Bible agnostics who want to create a false god in their own image by changing His Word …. the promise of the very plague of the lake of fire is guaranteed for all who dare tamper with His Words (Rev. 22:18-19). please check this out and I pray you will humble yourself before the LORD.

It’s always amusing to see people make blanket statements they have no proof for. I believe you need to repent Susie. You are working as an insidious agent of the evil one …. whether you realize it or not …. to cast doubt on God’s very Word, just as SATAN did in the Garden and still does today through his agents …. when he said “Hath God said?” …. in other words the devil is the one behind the casting of doubt on whether or not God kept His Word of promise to keep His Word preserved to us or not (Ps 12:6-7) Ridiculous King James Bible Corrections

“When we say that our Bible is perfect we are talking about the Bible in it’s original form when it came off of the authors’ pen.”

Reply:

Bill – What proof do you have the King James Bible is not perfect? … Also, so you are saying God lied and did not preserve His Word to us? – “The words of the Lord are pure words: as silver tried in a furnace of earth, purified seven times. 7 Thou shalt keep them, O Lord, thou shalt preserve them from this generation for ever.” Ps 12:6-7 … and if He did and He sure did ….. those contradicting versions are obviously not of Him who is NOT “the author of confusion.” 1 Cor 14:33

My Personal Conviction

This is is okay? Wow!!!! Compare for yourself:

KJB – 1 John 5:7-8, “For there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one. And there are three that bear witness in earth, the Spirit, and the water, and the blood: and these three agree in one.”

NIV – 1 John 5:7-8, “For there are three that testify: the Spirit, the water and the blood; and the three are in agreement.”

I stand on both feet and say there is NO respect in my heart for the NIV or any new versions. If you don’t agree, that’s fine …. but please allow me the personal conviction and liberty.

Check out this simple manuscript chart … This chart will compare the difference between the Minority Text (which are based upon mainly 2 corrupted New Testament manuscripts) and the Majority Text (which are based upon over 5,000 New Testament manuscripts). Here it is.

A Common Defense of the Corrupted New Versions of the Bible:

“I can still get the doctrines of God and defend the faith from the new versions, even though there are many verses that have been removed and other additions to the text made.”

Response:

Bill, your reasoning, taken to it’s logical conclusion, would mean that if there was a glass of water sitting before you, and it only had a very small amount of contaminant in it, that that would be okay with you due to the most part of that glass of water being good clean water. …. Of doctrine, the Bible says: “A LITTLE leaven leaveneth (ruins) the whole lump.” Galatians 5:9

Every word of God is pure: he is a shield unto them that put their trust in him.Add thou not unto his words, lest he reprove thee, and thou be found a liar.” Proverbs 30:5-6

Simple fact: God gave no man or committee of mere sinful men, the license or approval to add or take any word from His Word. In fact, the LORD attaches a very high price tag on such:

“For I testify unto every man that heareth the words of the prophecy of this book, If any man shall add unto these things, God shall add unto him the plagues that are written in this book:

19 And if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book.” Revelation 22:18-19

It’s unbiblical and therefore faulty thinking to excuse such corruption of God’s Word and also an enjoining of the forces of darkness who have done this from the beginning … beginning right there in the Garden where Satan added just one 3-letter word which forever changed the course of history/mankind. He’s still at this same game (1 Corinthians 10:13). And, many have joined him in it by defending his corruption of God’s Word.

Check out this king who threw away (took away from) God’s Word …. that is, he used scissors to cut away the parts of God’s Word that he didn’t like ….. which is exactly what the committees of the new versions have done. Penknife Sacrilege

Wolves Warning

—- THINK about it: The same wolves we have who fill pulpits and books today with their pabulum, are the same devils who are perpetrating the new versions on us … the same Jesuit trained seminarians who endorse and only use the diabolically corrupted versions of the bible. Wow. These are the salesmen…. they are the ones who make those new versions sound grandiose and yet, when you do a little digging, you start to see that the new version editors were almost all perverts ….. unreal folks, unreal … no true disciple of Jesus would dare participate in butchering HIS Words  …. such was the case with Dr. Frank Logsdon, a man you can read about on this link attached …. here.

4 Verses to Compare and you will see that the Bible versions are significantly different. Here are the 4 verses that rocked my world and forever changed my view of all these trash, fake, diabolical so-called bible versions … please put the KJB and NIV side by side on these and ALL arguments cease immediately:

Matt. 17:21
Rom. 8:1
Col. 1:14
1 John 5:7

Message Received:

“It’s the Holy Spirit who is our Teacher and so the words of a version don’t matter.”

Reply:

So if the words don’t matter, ANY old mere sinful man can make up his own “bible” and it’s still God’s Word? Wow! If the words don’t matter, WHY did God attach such a high price tag around the necks of those who dare tamper with it?

For I testify unto every man that heareth the words of the prophecy of this book, If any man shall add unto these things, God shall add unto him the plagues that are written in this book: 19 And if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book.” Revelation 22:18-19

The eternal plagues of Revelation, including the lake of fire, are the destiny of all who tamper with God’s Word.

That’s just it, the BIBLE is not mere man’s words … it’s God’s Word and to think that Satan hasn’t been warring against God’s Word is both ignorance of Scripture and blindness. Jesus says that “man shall not live (have life) by bread alone but by every word that proceeds out of the mouth of God.” (Matt. 4:4; Lk 4:4)…. in the Garden Satan began his war on God’s Word by adding one 3-letter word to what God had said (2:17; 3:4) and also casting doubt on what God has stated – just like the new versions do in the text and their margin notes.

Note:

I don’t think we begin to truly see/perceive what a ferocious war we are in the middle of … and it’s been underway for thousands of years before we were even born (Eph. 6:12). To deny the notion that Satan himself would pervert the very words of the LORD would reveal us to be utterly gullible and blind …. because we see right in the beginning, in the Garden, how he did such, and throughout history. Penknife sacrilege has been going on among deceived men for centuries, right in the middle of that which is supposed to be God’s people ….. check this out:

I mean are we saying that ALL bibles are inspired by the divine Person of the Holy Spirit?…. as if He’s schizophrenia and keeps changing? “I am the LORD, I change not.” (Malachi 3:6) … “FOREVER O LORD thy word is settled in heaven.” (Ps 119:89) …  think about it ….. where’s this going to end? I mean now everyone is getting in on the act $$$$$ ….. there’s now a Gay bible? Again, where’s this going to end? Many are extremely appreciative of the preserved Word of God, especially in light of the modern day corruptions …. there seems to be a new, better than all the rest version of the bible that comes out every week or two …. Hi.  The Bible says: “He that trusteth in his own heart is a fool: ” (Prov. 28:26) …. many say “Follow your heart” but the Bible warns against this …. because our hearts are corrupted and this is exactly why God gave us and why we need to have His pure Word (Gen. 6:5, 12; Jer. 17:9, etc.) …. so we are not deceived and misled by our own hearts or anyone else’s ….. Ps 119:105 is an important memory verse to live by and also our LORD’s words in Matt 4:4. “He that trusteth in his own heart is a fool: but whoso walketh wisely, he shall be delivered.” Prov 28:26

The Danger of Corrupting God’s Word:

—- Dr. Frank Logston was appointed as the professor to oversee the creation of yet another new version of the English bible, the NASB (North American SINNER Bible haha) ….. look at what Dr. Logston realized in the midst of this atrocity and how he repented, fearing for his own eternal soul at what he had done and participated in ….. Never forget our LORD’s grave warning in Rev. 22:18-19 – “For I testify unto every man that heareth the words of the prophecy of this book, If any man shall add unto these things, God shall add unto him the plagues that are written in this book: 19 And if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book.” See it here in his own words and on video.

RECENTLY:

Had a long time “friend” on FB cite me for being absurd for objecting to his view of the new versions and for believing God preserved His written Word to the English people in the King James Bible. He refused to deal directly with me. He either already has or could easily get my phone number. Matt 18:15-17 …. Is he hiding in his darkness? Why is he afraid to discuss this issue? What does Don have to hide about his views? Why was he not willing to discuss this matter if it is causing unnecessary division? Didn’t Jesus tell us that truth always causes division – between those who believe it and those who don’t? He said he believed I was causing division and he’s correct because when the truth is revealed, it naturally divides those who believe it and those who refuse it. Here’s my reply.

REPLY:

“Think not that I am come to send peace on earth: I came not to send peace, but a sword.” Matt 10:34

That’s divine division, amen. See also 1 Cor. 11:19.

Okay here’s my response to Don … please keep in mind that I am not upset or in strife with Don, yet since he brings this on, I am simply addressing it. And, just because I disagree with him doesn’t make this standpoint wrong. Weigh all the evidence ……

Please explain to us all why it is “absurdity” to be alarmed that:

  1. The new versions were intentionally translated from Catholic manuscripts,
  2. Matt 17:21 is missing from many new versions,
  3. Rom. 8:1 is cut in half,
  4. The very BLOOD of Christ has been removed from Col. 1:14,
  5. 1 John 5:7, the clearest verse in the Bible on the triune nature of God is butchered and neutered in new versions…..
  6. 64,000 words are missing from the best selling “bible” the NIV …..

Please explain to us all why it’s “absurdity” to be alarmed by these atrocities …. oh and feel free to man up and call me: 214-…

I was informed that this man has been indoctrinated by Dan Corner who is greatly amiss concerning this Bible versions issue. How any true follower of Jesus could say that these corruptions are okay is absolute atrocity. … God’s Word is Inspired and Preserved

—– The fact that most pastors use new versions of the Bible, which are clearly and obviously corrupt, is clear evidence of the prophesied apostasy in the modern church world. Any person who can ignore even one instance of perversion of God’s Word, has a serious spiritual problem (at best).

What’s up with that seminarian sissy you call pastor? Why didn’t he show you this???? If Bible versions and the diabolical corruption (changing by adding to or taking away) is no big deal, why did the almighty attached such a high price tag of judgment upon such? Rev. 22:18-19 if your pastors uses a new version, he’s in darkness.

Do you have no conviction at all concerning the lies you have told?

FYI: I’ve been to 2 Bible colleges/Universities. I know your game. The LORD gave us His Word in our language and you are saying we can’t understand it. Funny you would never say that we can’t understand any other book on earth in English.

You are denying that God kept His Word to preserve His Word to us in English in this generation (Ps 12:6-7). You are saying that God didn’t do a good job and that He hates this generation (which would mean He changed) and could care less that this generation of millions of English speaking people had His Word. Unreal! It’s very likely that you yourself don’t know Hebrew sufficiently.

QUESTION ASKED:

“You know I’m a lover of truth and would never speak against God’s holy word for He is the word and the word is spoken by the Spirit and I would believe that of I did I would be in danger of blasphemy against the Holy Spirit…however please let me know about the comfortable King James Bible…” Cat

The so called archaic words have their specific purpose. The devil is a snake. Firstly, you will much more readily memorize the highest form of the English language, namely when the KJB uses the “archaic” words…. secondly, thee and thou are very specifically referring to God and the worship of HIM alone whereas you and your etc can be plural … and general… meditate on this. Get the book “In Awe of Thy Word” at avpublications.com ….. you will see the beauty and blessing in the KJB like never before.

“I love the Lord very much. And am very careful who to trust / believe! I believe NO MAN! only the Word of God cos there are so many false teachers and wolves in sheep’s clothing. The Holy Spirit is my teacher. John 2:27 ► Parallel Verses King James Version But the anointing which ye have received of him abideth in you, and ye need not that any man teach you: but as the same anointing teacheth you of all things, and is truth, and is no lie, and even as it hath taught you, ye shall abide in him.

I have a Q. I have heard of tribes who have never ever seen a bible in their lives don’t even know what a book looks like have never seen a white face b4 but then missionaries go to these places and come upon these tribes coming with God’s Word. And before they even begin these people of these tribes begin to quote scripture word for word…. How do you explain this? When no man has taught them? The Holy Spirit is our teacher Todd, only God can help us learn and understand His word by His Spirit the Holy Spirit, who lives in us.”

REPLY:

The LORD gave us teachers to help us learn HIS Word Eph 4:12-13 … to mature and equip us.

Ultimately it’s the LORD who confirms the truth of His Word in our hearts and yet, we can learn much from His Word by dwelling together in it with other members of His body – see Col. 3:16; Acts 2:42-47

Teachers … these men are merely there to help us learn HIS Word …. not to be our ultimate teacher ….. John 16:13; 14:26; Ps 119 ….and most of these true elders are NOT found in brick buildings on Sunday morning. They aren’t posers or actors (hypocrites) who are known by how they wait till Sundays to put on the sheep cloaks over their wolf hides. ….and the LORD’s their Teacher and yet, this in NO WAY justifies perverting God’s Word or using a perverted version of His Word once we’ve been given the information exposing the Satanic counterfeits.

God the Holy Spirit gave us His Word and He will NEVER say anything contrary. If we do not realize this truth – that God gave us His Word and changes not – we will be ultimately deceived and willingly misled. Study this, OK: Mal. 3:6; Ps. 119:89 and Mk. 13:31

This is also an extremely essential passage to know: “We have also a more sure word of prophecy; whereunto ye do well that ye take heed, as unto a light that shineth in a dark place, until the day dawn, and the day star arise in your hearts: 20 Knowing this first, that no prophecy of the scripture is of any private interpretation. 21 For the prophecy came not in old time by the will of man: but holy men of God spake as they were moved by the Holy Ghost.” 2 Peer 1:19-21

Peter said he loved Jesus and would never deny Him and then denied the Son of God 3 times ….. not good to say that …. not one of us loves Him as we should.

How God deals with tribes in the rain forest does nothing to negate or change how He deals with and holds us accountable who have His written Word. That’s a diversion of the enemy.

QUESTION RECEIVED:

“What about the NKJV, the New King James Bible?

REPLY:

“—- 666 and the New King James Bible

Carefully notice the cover below, showing an occult symbol forming, 666, on the cover of Nelson Publisher’s New King James Bible. This is a corrupted version of the Bible, based upon the CORRUPT Greek texts of heretics Westcott and Hort. Please use only the original “King James Bible”; not the “New King James Bible,” nor the “21st Century King James Bible” (which is copyrighted and thus cannot be God’s Word). Only God owns the Bible.

Symbols are used throughout the occult. Harpers’ Encyclopedia of Mystical & Paranormal Experience (p.594) says,

“Symbols are important to all esoteric teachings, for they contain secret wisdom accessible only to the initiated.”

Many people have asked about the mysterious symbol on the NKJV.

Thomas Nelson Publishers (publishers of the NKJV) claim, on the inside-cover, the symbol, “. . .is an ancient symbol for the Trinity.” But Acts 17:29, clearly FORBIDS such symbology: “. . . we ought NOT to think that the Godhead is like unto gold, or silver, or stone, GRAVEN BY ART and man’s device.”

And why does The Aquarian Conspiracy, a key New Age “handbook,” bear a similar symbol? New Agers freely admit it represents three interwoven “6”s or “666”.

Constance Cumbey, author of The Hidden Dangers of the Rainbow and a notable authority on the New Age Movement, said, “On the cover of the Aquarian Conspiracy is a Mobius, it is really used by them as triple six (666). The emblem on the cover of the New King James Bible is said to be an ancient symbol of the Trinity. The old symbol had Gnostic origins. It was more Gnostic than Christian. I was rather alarmed when I noticed the emblem…” (The New Age Movement, Southwest Radio Church, 1982 p.11)

The three esoteric “6”’s separated.

Plainly displaying the interlocked “666.”

The Triqueta is used as the centerpiece for the logo for The Institute of Transpersonal Psychology (ITP). The ITP is a New Age demonic school following the Jungian Psychology [occultist Carl Jung]. One of their stated goals is to reach the recognition of divinity within (see Genesis 3:5, “…ye shall be as gods…”).

Textus Receptus (Latin: “received text“) is the name retroactively given to the succession of printed Greek language texts of the New Testament which constituted the textual base for the original German Luther Bible, for the translation of the New Testament into English by William Tyndale (1526), Myles Coverdale’s Bible (1535), Matthew’s Bible (1537), The Great Bible (1539), The Geneva Bible (1557 – 60), The Bishops’ Bible (1568), and the King James Version (1611), and for most other Reformation-era New Testament translations throughout Western and Central Europe such as the Spanish Reina-Valera translation and the Czech Bible of Kralice. The Textus Receptus has been translated into hundreds of languages. (See Also The Word of God for All Nations) The origin of the term “Textus Receptus” comes from the publisher’s preface to the 1633 edition produced by Abraham Elzevir and his nephew Bonaventure who were printers at Leiden:

Textum ergo habes, nunc ab omnibus receptum: in quo nihil immutatum aut corruptum damus. Translated “so you hold the text, now received by all, in which nothing corrupt.”

The two words, “textum” and “receptum“, were modified from the accusative to the nominative case to render textus receptus. Over time, this term has been retroactively applied to Erasmus’ editions, as his work served as the basis of others that followed. Many supporters of the Textus Receptus will name any manuscript which agrees with the Textus Receptus Greek as a “Textus Receptus” type manuscript. This type of association can also apply to early church quotations and language versions.

The Curse of a Divided Heart and Blessing of a Whole Heart! [podcast]

Israel’s heart was divided. The solution.

Their heart is divided; now shall they be found faulty: he shall break down their altars, he shall spoil their images … 12  Sow to yourselves in righteousness, reap in mercy; break up your fallow ground: for it is time to seek the LORD, till he come and rain righteousness upon you.” Hosea 10:2, 12

King Asa: Tragic end of an otherwise obedient, fruitful, God-glorifying life….

Are you blessed or cursed?

“Thus saith the LORD; Cursed be the man that trusteth in man, and maketh flesh his arm, and whose heart departeth from the LORD.” Jeremiah 17:5

King Asa trusted the physicians and not the LORD and he paid dearly.

“And Asa in the thirty and ninth year of his reign was diseased in his feet, until his disease was exceeding great: yet in his disease he sought not to the LORD, but to the physicians.” 2 Chronicles 16:12

Feet speak of foundation. Without feet, physically we cannot stand. Without a sound foundation of truth, of God’s Word in our lives, we shall not stand. Read Matthew 7:19-29.

One writes notes the following about the meaning of feet in God’s Word:

“Why Are Feet Important in the Bible? Just as men and women stand upon their feet as the foundation of upright posture, Bible verses also use feet as a euphemism to represent a strong foundation in various circumstances. Feet are not referenced as we see them today, but they are used as symbols to represent greater metaphorical concepts, such as guidance or direction.

The feet represented something that was common to all people but used differently. For example, one of the most noted scripture texts involving feet is Psalm 119:105, ‘Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path.’ This emphasizes how the feet are used to travel and traverse. Yet, without the word, the traveler is left walking in the dark without a known path.

Essentially, the feet are referenced as a critical part of life as walking was commonplace. We naturally travel where our feet lead us and the Bible verses use feet to represent a means of traveling through life itself. If we walk down a dark path, we are likely to stumble. If we walk down a holy path, we are sure to please God. All of this is facilitated symbolically by the feet.”

The foundation truth we learn in God’s Word and obedience to it determines the direction of our lives.

“As ye have therefore received Christ Jesus the Lord, so walk ye in him: 7 Rooted and built up in him, and stablished in the faith, as ye have been taught, abounding therein with thanksgiving.” Colossians 2:6-7

Becoming Rooted and Grounded in Christ

Like Asa, many today trust the counsel of mere men, such as doctors and not God. This doesn’t mean going to a doctor is a sin and yet, the true disciple will primarily trust and obey and be led of the LORD, not men.

But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.” Hebrews 11:6

Read Hebrews 3-4 prayerfully for the eternal danger of having “an evil heart of unbelief” AFTER being saved. Repentance required.

“They speak vanity every one with his neighbour: with flattering lips and with a double heart do they speak.” Psalms 12:2

Got depression? Are you seeking the LORD in true repentance whereby He will grant you great joy? (Psalms 51; 2 Timothy 1:7) Or, are you seeking out and trusting the mere human, the finite pundits of this fleeting world?

“But ye are forgers of lies, ye are all physicians of no value.” Job 13:4

Those who trust human physicians and not the Great Physician, are cursed, not blessed. Their faith in mere men reveals their utter rebellion.

“See, I have this day set thee over the nations and over the kingdoms, to root out, and to pull down, and to destroy, and to throw down, to build, and to plant.” Jeremiah 1:10

2 Chronicles 15:17 – Upon becoming king in Judah, Asa, having inherited an idolatrous, lukewarm people, system… he began to command that…

  • The people do that which is right in God’s eyes (2 Chronicles 14:2)
  • That all idolatrous altars we torn down (2 Chronicles 14:3)
  • That God’s people seek His face (2 Chronicles 14:4)
  • That idol altars in the cities of Judah be removed – “and the kingdom was quiet before him” (2 Chronicles 14:5)  ….. Proverbs 1:33
  • Fenced cities be built …. so the land could be at rest, at peace, and not fear the enemy (2 Chronicles 14:6)
  • The people be involved in building fenced, walled, protected cities – “Therefore he said unto Judah, Let us build these cities, and make about them walls, and towers, gates, and bars, while the land is yet before us; because we have sought the LORD our God, we have sought him, and he hath given us rest on every side. So they built and prospered.” (2 Chronicles 14:7)  ……  1 Chron 16:11
  • Great military be built (2 Chronicles 14:8)

“The LORD is with you, while ye be with him; and IFFFF ye seek him, he will be found of you; but IF ye forsake him, he will forsake you.” 2 Chronicles 15:2

“But the high places were not taken away out of Israel: nevertheless the heart of Asa was perfect all his days.” 2 Chronicles 15:17

“Well; because of unbelief they were broken off, and thou standest by faith. Be not highminded, but fear: 21 For if God spared not the natural branches, take heed lest he also spare not thee. 22 Behold therefore the goodness and severity of God: on them which fell, severity; but toward thee, goodness, if thou continue in his goodness: otherwise thou also shalt be cut off.” Hebrews 11:20-22

“The wicked shall be turned into hell, and all the nations that forget God.” Psalms 9:17

“Now consider this, ye that forget God, lest I tear you in pieces, and there be none to deliver.” Psalms 50:22

“Believe in the LORD your God, so shall ye be established; believe his prophets, so shall ye prosper.” 2 Chronicles 20:20

God blesses those who trust Him and curses, removes His blessings from those who once trusted Him and yet now have forgotten Him. When we willingly offer ourselves as living sacrifices to the LORD our God, He avenges us of all our enemies (Judges 5:2) …. “But IF thou shalt indeed obey his voice, and do all that I speak; then I will be an enemy unto thine enemies, and an adversary unto thine adversaries.” (Exodus 23:22)

“WHEN” does God avenge us of our enemies? “WHEN” does God judge our enemies?

“Praise ye the LORD for the avenging of Israel, WHEN the people willingly offered themselves.” Judges 5:2

When we offer our lives a living sacrifice unto the LORD – that is, we simply surrender this life to Him – the subduing of our enemies begins.

“I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service. 2 And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.” Romans 12:1-2

Asa reigned as king in Judah for 39 years (2 Chronicles 14-16).

In his final days, after obeying God and bringing much needed reform to the people of God, Asa forgot the LORD, and had grown cold in his faith and was therefore cursed with a divided heart.

All those who trust mere men, just because they have a white coat on and are called “doctor”, are going to die as did king Asa who trusted in earthly physicians, instead of the Great Physician! Repent now sinner.

“Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. 6 In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths. 7 Be not wise in thine own eyes: fear the LORD, and depart from evil.” Proverbs 3:5-7

Are you a pessimistic pansy or an optimistic overcomer? Are you like the 10 spies or the 2 who entered the promised land while the 10 sad sack whiners were shut out? “The righteous are bold as a lion.” (Proverbs 28:1) Jesus asks “WHERE is your faith?” (Luke 8:25) Repenting for real and putting all your trust in the LORD is essential – and no one will be in the promise land of Heaven without sound, solid faith in God. “Without faith it is impossible to please him.” (Hebrews 11:6). “Thus saith the LORD; Cursed be the man that trusteth in man, and maketh flesh his arm, and whose heart departeth from the LORD.” (Jeremiah 17:5)

Read Revelation 2-3.

Remember the woman Jesus, the Great Divine Physician made whole of her issue who had previously spent all she had on human physicians?

“And a certain woman, which had an issue of blood twelve years, 26 And had suffered many things of many physicians, and had spent all that she had, and was nothing bettered, but rather grew worse, 27 When she had heard of Jesus, came in the press behind, and touched his garment. 28 For she said, If I may touch but his clothes, I shall be whole. 29 And straightway the fountain of her blood was dried up; and she felt in her body that she was healed of that plague. 30 And Jesus, immediately knowing in himself that virtue had gone out of him (accessed by faith in Him), turned him about in the press, and said, Who touched my clothes? 31 And his disciples said unto him, Thou seest the multitude thronging thee, and sayest thou, Who touched me? 32 And he looked round about to see her that had done this thing. 33 But the woman fearing and trembling, knowing what was done in her, came and fell down before him, and told him all the truth. 34 And he said unto her, Daughter, thy faith (in God not men) hath made thee whole; go in peace, and be whole of thy plague.” Mark 5:25-34

You claim to be trusting God but you take a mood drug? I don’t think so. MOOD DRUGS ARE FOR THE WICKED UNBELIEVERS. PERIOD. REPENT.

When a person resorts to using a drug to uplift their mood, they are loving and believing the world more than God, forfeiting the blessing of God for a cheap substitute, and manifesting their contempt for the LORD, their unbelief. A born again, presently abiding disciple of Jesus has all the fruit of the Holy Spirit which include, “Love, joy, peace…” (Galatians 5:22-23) God gives His people “power… love, and a sound mind.” (2 Timothy 1:7) God’s Word has the answer to “ALL things that pertain unto life and godliness” and that specifically includes a “sound mind.” (2 Peter 1:3-4) Holy Scripture specifically uses the terms “sound mind” and “sound heart” which come only from learning and adhering to “sound doctrine.”

We live in a fallen world and were born in sin. Via the things that have happened to us and that we ourselves have perpetrated on others, fragmentation of our hearts has occurred. Only One can make us whole.

“And there was delivered unto him the book of the prophet Esaias. And when he had opened the book, he found the place where it was written, 18 The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he hath anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor; he hath sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised, 19 To preach the acceptable year of the Lord.” Luke 4:17-19

“And the very God of peace sanctify you wholly; and I pray God your whole spirit and soul and body be preserved blameless unto the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ. 24 Faithful is he that calleth you, who also will do it.” 1 Thessalonians 5:23-24

“He healeth the broken in heart, and bindeth up their wounds.” Psalms 147:3

Counting it all Joy

“My brethren, count it all joy when ye fall into divers temptations; 3 Knowing this, that the trying of your faith worketh patience. 4 But let patience have her perfect work, that ye may be perfect and entire, wanting nothing. 5 If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him. 6 But let him ask in faith, nothing wavering. For he that wavereth is like a wave of the sea driven with the wind and tossed. 7 For let not that man think that he shall receive any thing of the Lord. 8 A double minded man is unstable in all his ways.” James 1:2-8

Through the trials we face in this life, we must learn to “count it all joy when ye fall into divers temptations”, trust God not men, ask for and rely on His wisdom and not waver, but rather finished our course trusting and walking with Christ to the end of our lives.

“I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith:” 2 Timothy 4:7

“For God is not unrighteous to forget your work and labour of love, which ye have shewed toward his name, in that ye have ministered to the saints, and do minister. 11 And we desire that every one of you do shew the same diligence to the full assurance of hope unto the end: 12 That ye be not slothful, but followers of them who through faith and patience inherit the promises.” Hebrews 6:10-12

The Whole Heart

“And all Judah rejoiced at the oath: for they had sworn with all their heart, and sought him with their whole desire; and he was found of them: and the LORD gave them rest round about.” 2 Chronicles 15:15

The result of seeking the LORD with a whole heart is that He gives us “rest round about.”

“But whoso hearkeneth unto me shall dwell safely, and shall be quiet from fear of evil.” Proverbs 1:33

9 Times in the book of Psalms the words “Whole Heart” appear. Here’s the first 3 of that collection:

“I will praise thee, O LORD, with my WHOLE HEART; I will shew forth all thy marvellous works.” Psalms 9:1

“Praise ye the LORD. I will praise the LORD with my WHOLE HEART, in the assembly of the upright, and in the congregation.” Psalms 111:1

“Blessed are they that keep his testimonies, and that seek him with the WHOLE HEART.” Psalms 119:2

PRAYER: Dear heavenly Father, I have sinned against You by not wholly trusting You nor sought You with my whole heart. Here and now I confess this for the evil sin of unbelief and rebellion that it is and ask You to please forgive me now in the name of Jesus. Please wash me afresh from all my sins with the precious blood of Jesus Christ. Also please make my heart whole and increase and fill me with Your faith Father, and cause me to trust You will all of my heart, no matter what. I love You my dear LORD. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

Fresh Start with God

MESSAGE RECEIVED:

“Hi Todd. I just want to make sure that when I’m talking about salvation but I am being biblically correct. I don’t believe in once saved always saved. While I believe God is always willing to forgive and restore the backslider. I do believe that a person can choose to turn away from God and go back to living a life of sin they’re for forfeiting their eternal life. Any correction would be greatly appreciated. In Christ. Andrea”

“NEVER take a Vacation from God” [podcast]

God’s Word teaches us to be diligent in knowing and following Christ – even when the word diligent is not used.

Seek the Lord and his strength, seek his face continually.” 1 Chronicles 16:11

Make the deliberate decision to “set…

“Now set your heart and your soul to seek the Lord your God; arise therefore, and build ye the sanctuary of the Lord God, to bring the ark of the covenant of the Lord, and the holy vessels of God, into the house that is to be built to the name of the Lord.”  1 Chronicles 22:19

“Don’t you EVER take a vacation from God!” said my first pastor.

This beloved  brother knew exactly what happens when the disciple relaxes in his seeking of the LORD. Think foolish virgins. The result can be deadly, irrevocably.

He was dead on in this warning. Give the flesh an inch and it will take a mile, right?

Have you ever slipped backward? If so, you know it started with just not reading God’s Word one day. That one day turned into two, three…. Right?

Never must this happen. The war is won in the now. You must “Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour” (1 Peter 5:8).

“Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.” James 4:7

God requires that we “give diligence to make your calling and election sure: for if ye do these things, ye shall never fall” (2 Peter 1:10).

It’s only those who remain built up in Christ like the wise virgins of Jesus’ parable, who “keep” themselves “in the love of God” who are not going to fall away.

“But ye, beloved, building up yourselves on your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Ghost, 21 Keep yourselves in the love of God, looking for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ unto eternal life. … Now unto him that is able to keep you from falling, and to present you faultless before the presence of his glory with exceeding joy, 25 To the only wise God our Saviour, be glory and majesty, dominion and power, both now and ever. Amen.” Jude 20-25

Jesus warns:

“Watch and pray, that ye enter not into temptation: the spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak.” Matthew 26:41

How did this kind of wisdom get lost from us beloved of God?

The disciple must get out ahead of the flesh. He must be one step ahead – knowing by testimony of the Word and by personal experience that there is “NO good thing” in us other than Jesus (Romans 7:18). This is exactly why Paul also said things like:

“I die daily.” 1 Corinthians 15:31

“But I keep under my body, and bring it into subjection: lest that by any means, when I have preached to others, I myself should be a castaway.” 1 Corinthians 9:27

Exhorting the sheep of Christ, one pastor said:

“Have fun this summer.  Enjoy the outdoors. Travel to see friends and family. Explore the world.  Just don’t take a vacation from God.  He loves you more than you can imagine and wants to keep refilling your sack with his awesome gifts so that you can keep sharing them with others in your life!”

“The desire accomplished is sweet to the soul: but it is abomination to fools to depart from evil.” Proverbs 13:19

Various Quotes on the Importance of Diligence

“Nothing in the world can take the place of persistence. Talent will not; nothing is more common than unsuccessful men with talent. Genius will not; unrewarded genius is almost a proverb. Education will not; the world is full of educated derelicts.”Calvin Coolidge

“Prefer diligence before idleness, unless you esteem rust above brightness.”―Plato

“Diligence is the mother of good fortune.”Miguel de Cervantes Saavedra

“Amateurs look for inspiration; the rest of us just get up and go to work.”―Chuck Close

“If he [Thomas Edison] had a needle to find in a haystack, he would not stop to reason where it was most likely to be, but would proceed at once with the feverish diligence of a bee, to examine straw after straw until he found the object of his search.”―Nikola Tesla

“Laziness looks at excuses as something to treasure while diligence always focuses on excuses as an inconvenience to be overcome.”Dr. Lucas D.  Shallua

“The slothful man saith, There is a lion in the way; a lion is in the streets.” Proverbs 26:13

In all labour there is profit: but the talk of the lips tendeth only to penury.” Proverbs 14:23

“Wherefore gird up the loins of your mind, be sober, and hope to the end for the grace that is to be brought unto you at the revelation of Jesus Christ;” 1 Peter 1:13

“Wherefore – Having such encouragement. Gird up the loins of your mind – As persons in the eastern countries were wont, in travelling or running, to gird up their long garments, so gather ye up all your thoughts and affections, and keep your mind always disencumbered and prepared to run the race which is set before you. Be watchful – As servants that wait for their Lord. And hope to the end – Maintain a full expectation of all the grace – The blessings flowing from the free favour of God. Which shall be brought to you at the final revelation of Jesus Christ – And which are now brought to you by the revelation of Christ in you.“―John Wesley

“Slothfulness (laziness, lack of diligence) casteth into a deep sleep; and an idle soul shall suffer hunger.” Proverbs 19:15

Power Words Power our Lives!

Remember those power words your parents instilled in your growing up? Remember things like “readers are leaders”? How about “The early bird gets the worm”?

What are some of the good words your beloved parents instilled in you as a child that live on in your mind and heart daily?

My beloved father taught us five to “always be consistent.” Oh and these weren’t just words. Oh no. My brother and I are only 13 months apart and so when we started playing football at about 6 years old, my parents set us down and looked us in the eyes and said “If you start this football season, you WILL finish. We require it of you, so count the cost.”

Nothing replaces consistency. Say it out loud with me right now beloved of God – CONSISTENCY.

While we’re on this topic, I hope you won’t mind me saying that it is befuddling to see how people start doing something that works and then quit – from a work out program to a lifestyle change in eating and most devastatingly, serving God then quitting.

Wait a minute, you were doing _______ and it was working, was blessing you, and then you quit?

Hebrews 10:32-39

“But call to remembrance the former days, in which, after ye were illuminated, ye endured a great fight of afflictions;
33  Partly, whilst ye were made a gazingstock both by reproaches and afflictions; and partly, whilst ye became companions of them that were so used.
34  For ye had compassion of me in my bonds, and took joyfully the spoiling of your goods, knowing in yourselves that ye have in heaven a better and an enduring substance.
35  Cast not away therefore your confidence, which hath great recompence of reward.
36  For ye have need of patience, that, after ye have done the will of God, ye might receive the promise.
37  For yet a little while, and he that shall come will come, and will not tarry.
38  Now the just shall live by faith: but if any man draw back, my soul shall have no pleasure in him.
39  But we are not of them who draw back unto perdition; but of them that believe to the saving of the soul.”

Hebrews 6:9-12

“But, beloved, we are persuaded better things of you, and things that accompany salvation, though we thus speak. 10 For God is not unrighteous to forget your work and labour of love, which ye have shewed toward his name, in that ye have ministered to the saints, and do minister. 11 And we desire that every one of you do shew the same diligence to the full assurance of hope unto the end: 12 That ye be not slothful, but followers of them who through faith and patience inherit the promises.”

62 times the words “diligent,” “diligence,” and “diligently” appear in Holy Scripture.

Each time we read these words, they pertain specifically to serving God “diligently” with “diligence.”

“Diligent”

“He becometh poor (spiritually) that dealeth with a slack hand: but the hand of the diligent maketh rich (spiritually).” Proverbs 10:4

“Diligence”

“Keep thy heart with all diligence; for out of it are the issues of life.” Proverbs 4:23

“Diligently”

appears 37 times in God’s Word

“But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that DILIGENTLY seek him.” Hebrews 11:6

“Looking DILIGENTLY lest any man fail of the grace of God; lest any root of bitterness springing up trouble you, and thereby many be defiled;” Hebrews 12:15

“Keep your dukes up!”

Growing up boxing, from home training to being on a golden gloves team in high school, the command of the coaches was always and repeatedly “Keep your dukes up!”

Those who drop their dukes, their hands from covering their face, get hit, get knocked out.

Another sign on the wall of that boxing facility was: “When the going gets tough, the tough get going.” unknown

We are going to go through what Jesus foretold:

“For then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be. 22 And except those days should be shortened, there should no flesh be saved: but for the elect’s sake those days shall be shortened.” Matthew 24:21-22

YOUR PRAYER: Holy Father, in the name of Jesus I come to You now. Please forgive my sins of self-idolatry, slothfulness, and spiritual adultery.

“Simple Concerning Evil” [podcast]

Holy Scripture uses the phrase “simple concerning evil.”

“For your obedience is come abroad unto all men. I am glad therefore on your behalf: but yet I would have you wise unto that which is good, and simple (innocent) concerning evil.” Romans 16:19

“But I would have you – Not only obedient, but discreet also. Wise with regard to that which is good – As knowing in this as possible. And simple with regard to that which is evil – As ignorant of this as possible.” John Wesley

Concerning Romans 16:19 Donald Stamps writes:

“God wants believers to be innocent (Gk. akeraios) in what is evil; this word means ‘unmixed’ or ‘pure,’ i.e., innocent like a child whose mind has not yet been exposed to evil or mixed with the values of the world (cf.1 Cor. 14:20). (1) This biblical principle is in direct opposition to the idea advocated by some that children of Christians should be exposed to sin, immorality, ungodliness, and the things of Satan in order to learn to confront temptation. Some suggest that children need not be guarded from ungodliness. However, according to biblical revelation, the philosophy is not only against God’s will for the believer, but also represents Satan’s own desire that everyone be exposed to the knowledge of good and evil (Gen. 3:5). (2) Knowledge of evil, along with continual exposure to Satan’s ways, will lead many from the path of faith and obedience. Lot found this out to his deep sorrow, losing his entire family for this reason (Gen. 13:12-13; 19:1-38). Scripture warns that ‘evil communications’ (i.e., company) corrupt good manners (1 Cor. 15:33), and that ‘Jesus Christ … gave himself … that he might deliver us from this present evil world’ (Gal. 1:3-4). Those who advocate exposing innocent children to an ungodly environment and/or influence are in danger of violating Jesus’ warning in Matthew 18:6. (3) Believers should do all within their means and power to guard their children from being exposed to the deceitfulness and sin and the perverseness of this generation. To refuse to protect our children in this respect disregards the Holy Spirit’s desire that they be innocent and babes regarding what is evil.” Donald Stamps, Life in the Spirit Study Bible, p. 1959

Spoil the innocence of a child or others and God will spoil, bring ruin to you.

“But whoso shall offend one of these little ones which believe in me, it were better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and that he were drowned in the depth of the sea.” Matthew 18:6

“Brethren, be not children in understanding: howbeit in malice be ye children, but in understanding be men.” 1 Corinthians 14:20

Concerning the fact and principle of offering children to Satan on the altar of Moloch, one source notes the following:

“Based on historical and biblical accounts, child sacrifice to Moloch was a Canaanite and Phoenician ritual, often described as offering children to a deity in a “tophet” (place of burning). Scholars interpret this act as a desperate attempt to appease a god associated with the underworld or to ensure divine favor in exchange for the ultimate sacrifice.

Why Children Were Offered to Moloch:

Appeasement of a Deity: Moloch (or Mlk) is identified by some scholars as an underworld deity or a Phoenician god linked to the underworld, requiring the ultimate sacrifice to ensure favor or safety.”

“Lot … Pitched His Tent Toward Sodom”

“Abram dwelled in the land of Canaan, and Lot dwelled in the cities of the plain, and pitched his tent toward Sodom. 13  But the men of Sodom were wicked and sinners before the LORD exceedingly.” Genesis 13:12-13

Of the act of Lot pitching his tent toward Sodom, the late Donald Stamps wrote:

“PITCHED HIS TENT TOWARD SODOM. Lot’s great failure was that he loved personal gain more than he hated the wickedness of Sodom (v10-13). (1) If he had loved righteousness sufficiently (see Heb. 1:9), it would have caused him to remain separate from the wicked ways of sinful people. Instead he tolerated evil and chose to live in wicked Sodom (v13). Perhaps he reasoned that the material advantages, culture, and pleasures of Sodom outweighed the dangers, and that he was strong enough to remain faithful to God. Thus, he exposed himself and his family to the immorality, and ungodliness of Sodom, only to learn the bitter lesson that his family was not strong enough to resist its evil influences (Gen. 19:24-26; 30-38). (2) Parents must be careful not to place themselves or their children in a “Sodom,” lest they come to spiritual ruin as did the family of Lot.” Donald Stamps, Life in the Spirit Study Bible, p. 27

“Although Lot was distressed by the filthy deeds he saw and heard (2 Pet. 2:7-8), he still was willing to tolerate the wickeness of Sodom for social and material advantages (13:12 note). This compromise brought tragedy to his family (v24). Likewise, believers today who expose their families to ungodly environments and evil influences for social or material gain are setting themselves up for family tragedies.” Donald Stamps, Life in the Spirit Study Bible, p. 34

Gentlemen, if we lust for the things of this world, it will cause us to sacrifice God’s truth on the altar of our greed and cause needless destruction in our families.

Ephesians 5:1-17

“1 Be ye therefore followers of God, as dear children;

2  And walk in love, as Christ also hath loved us, and hath given himself for us an offering and a sacrifice to God for a sweetsmelling savour.

3  But fornication, and all uncleanness, or covetousness, let it not be once named among you, as becometh saints;

4  Neither filthiness, nor foolish talking, nor jesting, which are not convenient: but rather giving of thanks.

5  For this ye know, that no whoremonger, nor unclean person, nor covetous man, who is an idolater, hath any inheritance in the kingdom of Christ and of God.

6  Let no man deceive you with vain words: for because of these things cometh the wrath of God upon the children of disobedience.

7  Be not ye therefore partakers with them.

8  For ye were sometimes darkness, but now are ye light in the Lord: walk as children of light:

9  (For the fruit of the Spirit is in all goodness and righteousness and truth;)

10  Proving what is acceptable unto the Lord.

11  And have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather reprove them.

12  For it is a shame even to speak of those things which are done of them in secret.

13  But all things that are reproved are made manifest by the light: for whatsoever doth make manifest is light.

14  Wherefore he saith, Awake thou that sleepest, and arise from the dead, and Christ shall give thee light.

15  See then that ye walk circumspectly, not as fools, but as wise,

16  Redeeming the time, because the days are evil.”

“And have no root in themselves, and so endure but for a time: afterward, when affliction or persecution ariseth for the word’s sake, immediately they are offended. 18  And these are they which are sown among thorns; such as hear the word, 19  And the cares of this world, and the deceitfulness of riches, and the lusts of other things entering in, choke the word, and it becometh unfruitful.” Mark 4:17-19

“Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him.” 1 John 2:15

“Blessed are the pure in heart: for they shall see God.” Matthew 5:8

Key to a pure, innocent heart…. is that the LORD Almighty is truly first in our lives, that we are truly one with Him—just as Jesus prayed in John 17. The futile god of self must be denounced, as well as the sin of spiritual adultery and idolatry.

“Keep thyself pure.” 1 Timothy 5:22

PRAYER: “LORD, right this moment, I release everything and everyone that I might be holding onto tighter than You….I will have no other god before You dear LORD…You Jesus Alone Are My LORD And Savior. In Jesus’ name. Amen.” Marlene Austin
