“In like manner, the one destroyed at the cross was the one who put Jesus on the cross, Satan.  Heb 2:14.  The way for each of to defeat Satan is by daily taking up of the cross!  If Satan had known what he was doing he would never have crucified the Lord of glory.  1 Cor 2:8.  The daily death is the chariot of victory.  See also Dan 6.   The cross, dying to self, is the way we fight evil.  Never violence  Basically, the same thing happened in Dan 6 as in Dan 3.  We don’t fight with carnal weapons.  Our weapon is divine, the sword of the cross, unconditional love is how we defeat evil.  Love our enemies.  Self sacrifice.  Overcome evil with good.  Rom 12:21” Travis Bryan III
