MANY FAITHFULLY ATTEND CHURCH BUT ARE THEY FAITHFULLY FOLLOWING THE LORD JESUS?
Colossians 1:2 says this,’To the saints and faithful in Christ which are at Colosse.’
- Notice they are called saints. They were set apart unto God and separated from the world who were faithful followers of the Lamb of God!! They were ‘distinct and different’ from the world. How about us today?
The New Birth is a diving transformation by the grace of God. When you are truly born again a radical change takes place in your life and you will no longer live in sin and love the things of this world. You will love and follow Jesus! (2nd Cor.5:17, 1st John 2:3-6, Eph. 4:24, John 8:12)
2. Titus 2:11-12′ For the grace of God that brings salvation has appeared to all men. Teaching us that denying ungodliness and worldly lusts we live soberly, righteously, and godly in the present world.’ THIS IS THE NORMAL CHRISTIAN LIFE.
THIS IS WHAT WE MUST SEE IN OUR LIVES AND THE LIVES OF THOSE WHO ATTEND CHURCH. THIS IS THE REGENERATED LIFE OF TRUE CHRISTIANS!
You can attend ‘a’ church for years and yet not belong to the True Church. You can be a member of ‘a’ church and yet still be lost in sin and not a member of the Body of Christ.
3. People quote Eph. 2:8-9 all the time and say we are saved by grace through faith which is true but we are not being honest with people and with scripture if we fail to quote Titus 2:11-12 which tells us the fruit of saving grace! Also most ignore Ephesians 2:10 all the time. It says,’ For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them.’
4. The True Church composes of those who have repented of sin and placed their faith in Jesus Christ and are now born of God with a deep desire to know Christ and to be more like Christ.
I thank God for local churches with godly, God-called leaders who feed and protect the flock where those who are part of the True Church can come to worship, fellowship, serve and hear sound doctrine.
5. We must have the mind-set of Paul.IS THIS OUR TESTIMONY?
Philippians 3:7-14′ But what things were gain to me, those I counted loss for Christ. Yea doubtless, and I count all things but loss for the excellency of the knowledge of Christ Jesus my Lord: for whom I have suffered the loss of all things, and do count them but dung, that I may win Christ. And be found in him, not having mine own righteousness, which is of the law, but that which is through the faith of Christ, the righteousness which is of God by faith:That I may know him, and the power of his resurrection, and the fellowship of his sufferings, being made conformable unto his death; If by any means I might attain unto the resurrection of the dead.
Not as though I had already attained, either were already perfect: but I follow after, if that I may apprehend that for which also I am apprehended of Christ Jesus.
Brethren, I count not myself to have apprehended: but this one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind, and reaching forth unto those things which are before. I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus.’PAUL WAS A CHRIST-CENTERED MAN BUT ARE WE CHRIST-CENTERED OURSELVES?
6. Are you consumed with knowing the Lord? Or do you just ‘attend church’ to soothe your conscience? Are you a whole-hearted sold out follower of lord Jesus? Is living to worship, obey and please the Lord your number one priority? What are you passionate about? Are you zealous and fervent in your walk with God? (Titus 2:14)
7. Romans 12:11 tells us to be ‘fervent in spirit’ as we serve the Lord! Are we fervent Christians today?
So many are losing their passion for the God of Truth as revealed in the holy scriptures. Friend ‘catch fire’ and be ablaze for God. He alone is worthy of our fervent, passionate devotion.
8. Out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks and what we love to talk about reveals what is in our hearts. Many can attend church but after the service it is back to normal, that is back to living for other things and not living for the Lord everyday. Does our life reflect a life fully devoted to the Lord Jesus?
9. Get on fire for God and people will come and watch you burn!! Let us love the LORD our God with our entire being. The strength of the passionate life is pouring our heart and soul, our very life into knowing God and making Him known. There are a lot of dead passionless people in the church and lets makes sure we are not one of them. No such thing as a part-time follower of Jesus.
10. LORD FILL US WITH ZEAL, FILL US WITH YOUR SPIRIT AND GIVE US A CRAVING FOR MORE OF YOU !!

“And this Gospel of the Kingdom shall be Preached in all the World” [podcast]

“All these are the beginning of sorrows.
9 Then shall they deliver you up to be afflicted, and shall kill you: and ye shall be hated of all nations for my name’s sake.
10 And then shall many be offended, and shall betray one another, and shall hate one another.
11 And many false prophets shall rise, and shall deceive many.
12 And because iniquity shall abound, the love of many shall wax cold.
13 But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved.
14 And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come.” Matthew 24:8-14
The true remnant of Christ are known in that they are enduring to the end in the midst of iniquity, abounding and preaching the Gospel of Jesus the King to the world.
“And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature.” Mark 16:15
PRAYER: Father in Heaven, I come to You in the name of Jesus Christ, admitting I have been living for my own evil glory. I am a sinner. I’ve committed the sin of idolatry, having myself first instead of You. I admit here and now before You that I have been committing the damning sin of spiritual adultery. I have claimed to know You and yet refused to uncompromisingly adhere to Your Word. Here and now, right now if never before, I repent and ask You to forgive my sins and to wash me afresh from my sins in the precious blood of Jesus Christ my LORD. Into Your hands I commend, I submit my spirit, my life, right this moment and ask You dear LORD to fill me with Your Holy Ghost and use me to preach Your glorious message of repentance to those around me so that they can receive the forgiveness of all their sins and walk in the times of refreshing from Your holy presence dear LORD. I love You Jesus. I am all Yours and I know You are all mine. In Jesus’ Name amen.

Jesus Promised Judas an Eternal Throne in Heaven but He Chose to go to Hell #shorts [video]

Judas died and went to eternal hell, irrevocably as every lost soul shall experience (Acts 1:25). Judas is the “son of perdition” and “perdition” means damnation (John 17:12).

Judas was even sent out with the other apostles to heal the sick, raise the dead, and preach Christ’s Gospel (Matthew 10:1-8). He was real, then backslid and is in hell (Acts 1:16-25).
“And Jesus said unto them, Verily I say unto you, That ye which have followed me, in the regeneration when the Son of man shall sit in the throne of his glory, ye also shall sit upon twelve thrones (not 11), judging the twelve tribes of Israel.” (Matthew 19:28)
Judas wasn’t kept and Jesus specifically and irrefutably promised him an eternal throne in Heaven – Matthew 19:28. “TWELVE” not eleven~!
At the time of this divinely-given promise, it is more than abundantly clear that Judas was eternally secure, otherwise Christ would have never given this promise to the “twelve” which includes Judas Iscariot (Matthew 19:28). It is only after this that Judas allowed iniquity in his heart and by his own deliberate will fell by his own iniquity (Acts 1:25; Heb. 3:12-15).
“Saying, I (Judas) have sinned in that I have betrayed the innocent blood. And they said, What is that to us? see thou to that.” Matthew 27:4
“Eternal security”? Don’t kid yourself. Moral cowards who refuse to take person accountability for their every thought, motive, and deed love this lie. Satan’s first lie – which led to the fall of mankind (Gen 2:17; 3:4).
“For if AFTER they have escaped the pollutions of the world through the knowledge of the Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, they are AGAIN entangled therein, and overcome, the latter end is worse with them than the beginning. 21 For it had been better for them not to have known the way of righteousness, than, AFTER they have known it, to turn from the holy commandment delivered unto them.” 2 Peter 2:20-21

The Majestic Eternal Word [podcast]

“We have also a more sure word of prophecy; whereunto ye do well that ye take heed, as unto a light that shineth in a dark place, until the day dawn, and the day star arise in your hearts: 20 Knowing this first, that no prophecy of the scripture is of any private interpretation. 21 For the prophecy came not in old time by the will of man: but holy men of God spake as they were moved by the Holy Ghost.” 2 Peter 1:19-21
Did you know that God has magnified His Word even above His holy name?
“I will worship toward thy holy temple, and praise thy name for thy lovingkindness and for thy truth: for thou hast magnified thy word above all thy name.” Psalms 138:2
