To “watch and pray” is essential to overcoming sin, Satan, and being with Christ. No one can do it for you. You must choose. You are a full grown man, woman. Hell is full of people who will never escape, who are there due to neglecting this so great salvation (Hebrews 2:3). No believer can overcome temptation without the cross and prayer. Memorize the words of Jesus in Matthew 26:41 now.

“Watch and pray, that ye enter not into temptation: the spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak.” Matthew 26:41

Those who choose to refuse to “watch and pray” – to “pray without ceasing” – will not have the LORD’s power working in them to overcome sin and will therefore be separated from God who is “Holy, holy, holy”. (Isaiah 6:3; Revelation 4:8)
