Mexico Mission Update 6

When you hand someone the JESUS tract, in most cases here in Mexico, they open it immediately and begin to read it intently. Such was the case today with this dear man who received the ministry of the spoken Word in Spanish and a Spanish Jesus tract.

Present Needs for the Ministry

A few of the present specific needs:

• $40 to have JESUS tract in English reformatted (made ready to print, looking exactly like the Spanish version)
• $350 to print JESUS tracts for the PA group with Tom and Karen Cochran etc.
• $450 to print the JESUS tract in English and Spanish for the FL group with sister Teresita Guadalupe.
• $120.00 currently needed to pay the audio engineer who is editing the ministry’s podcasts.
• Etc.

“… remember the words of the Lord Jesus, how he said, It is more blessed to give than to receive.” Acts 20:35

We can’t possibly feed the whole world but we can be the whole world of blessings to a few who are in need and whom we are privileged to serve as unto the LORD – to show them tangibly His love for them!

Below is a picture of a type of cove where several homeless people were encamped. As I walked by and saw this, I was quickened to get them some food and so went to a nearby hamburguesa (hamburger) cafe and ordered them some food. The lady who owned the place and I had a good and lengthy conversation. This is not a good picture: It simply captures a small portion of the homeless people who were spread out in this area, keeping warm and dry. Your giving made and makes this possible.

A market in Mexico

“And the King shall answer and say unto them, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye have done it unto one of the least of these my brethren, ye have done it unto me.” Matthew 25:40

Alvarado received chicken tacos for lunch at the market.

Lotsss of JESUS tracts passed out in this market on several visits there recently and WORD of our God spoken in Spanish to the people.

Most of them stop and open and start reading the tract immediately

Alvarado did so also. By the time I got him some warm fresh food for lunch he was finishing the tract….. I took a pic from behind him while he was reading the back of the tract. When I first gave it to him is began reading is immediately as I told him I was going to get him some food and would be back in a few minutes. God is good. Oh and precious Alvarado received a few dollars cash too – all because of your generosity.

The following email is from a man who received extensive in person ministry this week in Mexico and also was given a JESUS tract in Spanish:

“Hello Todd, First of all, it was a pleasure to meet such a devoted person to God. Secondly, let me tell you that after my accident back in California I was telling you, I got my dream girl and job, my relationship with my familiy and friends has never been so great. I am glad this new stage of my life, permitted to have met people such as you and will love to have like a offee or something to talk and talk about god and your work. Let’s keep in touch, Regards!” Daniel

Our best investment is in Christ’s kingdom work. All else is fleeting, passing away, phantom, not eternal.

“Lay not up for yourselves treasures upon earth, where moth and rust doth corrupt, and where thieves break through and steal: 20 But lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust doth corrupt, and where thieves do not break through nor steal: 21 For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also.” Matthew 6:19-21

“Durable Riches”

“I love them that love me; and those that seek me early shall find me. 18 Riches and honour are with me; yea, DURABLE (eternal, lasting) RICHES and righteousness.” Proverbs 8:17-18

This is Julio pictured below. We had a lengthy, detailed, total engaging conversation about Christ, about knowing Him in a relationship, not religion. Julio is hungry. He was total aware of and onto the “many false prophets” who are making merchandise of the willingly gullible (Matthew 24:11; 2 Peter 2:1-3). He was given a Jesus tract in Spanish and I was able to inform him that there’s a prayer at the end of the tract that he can pray in repentance and faith and receive Christ! Truly a divine session where our LORD ordained that this man receive a panaramic view of Christ’s kingdom.

Jesus is coming saints!

God is glorified when we feed the poor – poor in spirit and poor in stomach!
Matthew 5:3,6

“He that hath pity upon the poor lendeth unto the LORD; and that which he hath given will he pay him again.”  Proverbs 19:17

God’s Word is getting to the people saints…. THAT’s what “WE”, God’s people are doing – “TOGETHER.” (1 Cor 3:9)

Mexico Mission 5th Update

I walk around in the downtown Central area often and encounter homeless people often. “He that hath pity upon the poor lendeth unto the LORD; and that which he hath given will he pay him again.” Proverbs 19:17  How many meals would you like to provide? MEXICO Mission 3rd Update from Queretaro

If this child’s face melts your heart…. you are not alone! This precious little boy (pictured) was going around seeking food for his family and he was given some (he’s holding it in pic). Was able to help and minister the Word of our God into his ears and heart in Spanish. He was going about to several tables, people… Twas hoping he’d come to me.
