“Pray ye therefore the Lord of the harvest, that he will send forth labourers into his harvest.” Matthew 9:38

God so loved the whole world that He graciously gave His only begotten Son to take our place on Calvary’s cross “while we were yet sinners.” (Rom. 5:8) He then raised Christ from the dead for our justification (Rom. 4:25). “We love him, because he first loved us.” (1 John 4:19) Divine love gives and indwells all true believers who then reach out to those who don’t yet know Him – evangelism. “Because the love of God is shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy Ghost which is given unto us.” (Rom. 5:5)

Jesus Christ, the eternal Creator and Sustainer of all things, left Heaven where He existed from eternity past as the eternal Word (Jn. 1:1-3). He left behind the glory and splendor of His Father to be born in the flesh, live a perfect life, conduct a 3.5 year ministry, die on a wooden cross, be buried and resurrected 3 days later. His one sacrifice completely satisfied the claims of the Father’s justice to fully redeem mankind (Jn. 19:30; Heb. 10:12, etc.). He came to save the alienated and otherwise helpless race that He had created (Rom. 5:6,8). The Son of God came to this sinful earth on a Heavenly mission of mercy – to rescue all of us from our sinful and lost state which separated us from the holiness of God.

2. To whom does the LORD give the power and right to become sons of God? John 1:12

________________________________________________________________________

3. How has God ordained that the people of the world hear the Gospel? Romans 10:14, 15

________________________________________________________________________

Simply put, a “preacher” is a proclaimer or one who declares a message. Every believer is instructed by the One they have believed upon unto salvation, to be a communicator of the Gospel.

4. What was the apostle Paul’s wish for Philemon (a Christian brother)? Philemon 1:6

“That _____________________________________________ may become effectual by the acknowledging of every good thing which is in you in Christ Jesus.” Philemon 1:6

The apostle Paul was here exhorting Philemon to communicate the “faith” and that such would “become effectual by the acknowledging of every good thing which is in you in Christ Jesus.”

5. How is it that we are to first communicate the Gospel? What component of the Word of God paves the way for sinners to be brought to salvation in Christ? Galatians 3:24

8. So, what is it that brings us to Christ?

9. Is the law good? 1 Timothy 1:8

________________________________________________________________________

10. Who is the law made for? 1 Timothy 1:8-11 KJV

But we know that the law is good, if a man use it lawfully; Knowing this, that the law is not made for a righteous

man, but for the __________ and __________, for the __________ and for __________, for __________ and __________,

for __________ of fathers and __________ of mothers, for __________, For __________, for them that

11. According to the Gospel, is the law to be used to show sinners the exceeding wickedness of their sinfulness and separation from the only true God who is holy? 1 Timothy 1:11___________________

12. Go to Romans 7:12 and complete this verse: “Wherefore the ______ is ______, and the commandment ______, and ______, and ______.”

Wherefore the law is holy, and the commandment holy, and just, and good. Was then that which is good made death unto me? God forbid. But sin, that it might appear sin, working death in me by that which is good; that sin by the commandment (law) might become exceeding sinful. Romans 7:12-13

God’s holy law magnifies the sinfulness of men with it’s razor sharp holy edge. Concerning God’s law, Charles Spurgeon said:

“I do not believe that any man can preach the gospel who does not preach the law. The law is the needle. You cannot draw the silken thread of the gospel through a man’s heart unless you first send the needle of the law to make a way for it. If men do not understand the law, they’ll not feel that they are sinners. If they are not consciously sinners, they will never value the sin offering. There is no healing a man until the law has wounded him. No making alive until the law has slain him.”

So, when evangelizing, always remember that God’s law, namely the 10 Commandments (see Exodus 20), is to be used first and foremost to bring sinners to realize their unholy state and separation from their holy Maker.

“…by the law is the knowledge of sin.” Romans 3:20

“I had not known sin, but by the law: for I had not known lust, except the law had said, Thou shalt not covet.” Romans 7:7

Sin defined: “…sin is the transgression of the law.” 1 John 3:4

One must be made aware of his own lost state before he will realize his utter need to be forgiven. Only the holy law of the LORD can bring sinners to such a place.

“The law of the LORD is perfect, converting the soul: the testimony of the LORD is sure, making wise the simple.” Psalms 19:7

13. What comes to the humble hearts who hear and receive the truth of God? Romans 10:17

________________________________________________________________________

14. Why did Jesus Christ come to the earth? Luke 19:10

________________________________________________________________________

In Luke 19:10 also notice the phrase “that which was lost”. When the first man Adam sinned, he lost his fellowship with God. This caused the whole human race to be born in sin (Romans 5:12). The mission of Jesus was to bridge the gap again between God and man. He was entirely successful (Is. 59:2; Rom. 6:23; Jn. 19:30; Rev. 1:18).

Jesus came to reconcile us to the Father and commission the reconciled by giving “to us the ministry of reconciliation.” (2 Cor. 5:18)

19. Who are said to be “bold as a lion”? Proverbs 28:1

20. What did the early Church pray earnestly for? Acts 4:29

________________________________________________________________________

21. Did Jesus suggest or command all disciples to preach the Gospel? Mark 16:15

________________________________________________________________________

Notice that Christ did not command His disciples to wait until they felt real good, led, or obtained a college degree, then to go preach, but rather to simply “Go” and “preach”. He promises to be with us “confirming the word with signs following.” (Mk. 16:15-20)

22. Where did the Lord tell His disciples to go preach? Mark 16:15

________________________________________________________________________

23. Where did Jesus tell them to start? Acts 1:8

________________________________________________________________________

The LORD commands all of His disciples to be filled with the Holy Ghost to be endued with power to bear witness of Him. He then instructs them to start sharing the Good News right where they are and move out from there. Notice the sequence of towns the early believers were told to witness in, “Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth.” When Jesus was speaking these words to His followers, they were in Jerusalem. First, He instructed them to proclaim the Gospel right where they were (Jerusalem), then to move out to the surrounding cities, and then to the “uttermost parts of the earth.” Read this verse again and notice this start where you are, and move out from there principle that Jesus taught. Beloved, if we don’t communicate the Good News to those around us, who will?

24. When commissioning His disciples to declare the Gospel, who did the LORD say would be with them always, even till the end of the world? Matthew 28:18-20

________________________________________________________________________

The word “commission” denotes that there are two or more people involved in one mission – co-mission. The believer is not alone when he goes, Jesus is with us at all times. – “All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth. Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world.” (Matt. 28:18-20)

The Father sent the Son, and Jesus sent the Holy Spirit who indwells us, to lead and empower His people in communicating His Word of life.

25. As “Jesus went about all the cities and villages” what did He do? Matthew 9:35

The power of love. “Charity never faileth.” 1 Corinthians 13:8

27. After seeing the multitudes of people who needed the Shepherd, what statement did Jesus make? Matthew 9:37

28. Are there many or few souls who can be harvested into the kingdom of God? Matthew 9:35-38

________________________________________________________________________

29. How did Jesus say that we are to pray concerning the harvest of souls that is to be reaped? Matthew 9:38

________________________________________________________________________

Doesn’t Matthew 9:38 identify an important item that should be on every believer’s daily prayer list?

30. Did Jesus say to wait a while, or to go reap the harvest? John 4:35

________________________________________________________________________

Do you truly desire to be a true and fruitful disciple of Christ? If so, then you must be willing to obey His command to be filled with His Holy Spirit, communicate His Word, and go and reap the harvest. In this verse Jesus refutes the waiting, procrastinating mentality. There is no reason to wait “the fields; for they are white already to harvest.” There are people in our vicinity who need His love today. The LORD will return soon and all who will be with Him should be found with their hand on the plow, reaping His harvest. (Luke 9:61-62)

Read John 4:35 again. Notice the phrase “Lift up your eyesand look on the fieldsfor they are white already to harvest.” To “lift up your eyes” means to open the eyes of your heart to the reality of souls that Jesus wants to rescue from eternal hell! The expression “look on the fields” means to look from the LORD’s perspective and beyond selfish needs into the needs of others, in this case, the unsaved. To “look” is to realize the needs of the hurting of this world. The hurting include all who are without Christ, whether religious, rich, poor, black, white, brown, red, or yellow.

31. What does the LORD see as He looks down from Heaven upon the earth and into the hearts of those created in His image? Proverbs 15:11

________________________________________________________________________

34. Will soul winners receive rewards from God in eternity? John 4:34-36

________________________________________________________________________

The true disciples of Jesus will be greatly rewarded with premiums that will never lose their value in the eternal kingdom of God. To win souls to Christ is to lay up timeless treasures and to make wise and eternal investments. In the LORD your labor is not in vain, God is an eternal rewarder of those who diligently seek and serve Him (1 Corinthians 15:58; Hebrews 6:10, 11:6; Matt. 10:42).

35. In eternity, who did the LORD say would “shine” with “brightness…as the stars for ever and ever”? Daniel 12:3

A. _____________________________________________________________________

B. _____________________________________________________________________

36. While on earth, what was Jesus’ “meat”? John 4:34

________________________________________________________________________

Christ’s priority was to please His Father in the redemption mission that He was sent on. It consumed Him (Ps. 40:7-10). The true sustenance of this life is to do God’s will and accomplish that which He sent us here for.

37. What “meat” did Jesus command His disciples not to labor for? John 6:27

________________________________________________________________________

“The meat which perisheth” refers to the temporal things of this fleeting life. Beware of the things of this world which can steal the affections of your heart. Beware of local churches which care nothing for evangelism but only to perpetuate their own existence while the world goes to hell. Friend of God, we should be very discerning, prayerful and careful concerning being entangled with doctrines that rob our hearts of pure and fervent love for Jesus and the spreading of His holy Gospel. Many today are being drawn away from the work of the Gospel they are called to with frivolous teachings which cater to the flesh while enticing and fostering idolatry and covetousness – inward focus (Phil. 3:17-21; 2 Pet. 2:1-3). Instead of presenting the clear teachings of Jesus Christ, Satan is using many “leaders” to misdirect the focus of the LORD’s people and cause them to be unfruitful in the kingdom of God (1 Tim. 4:1-6; 2 Tim. 3:1-5). The true Gospel of Jesus Christ causes one to love God supremely and to love his neighbor as himself. This includes obeying the command of the Master to love thy neighbor by communicating the Good News to him in lifestyle, testimony, or presentation of Scripture in written or spoken form. The Gospel causes men to love and obey God in simplicity and in truth.

38. What kind of “meat” did Jesus instruct His followers to labor for? John 6:27

________________________________________________________________________

By faith you must see that God is laying up eternal treasures for you as you obey the LORD Jesus.

39. What will determine reward amounts received? 1 Corinthians 3:8

40. What are some prerequisites for being a faithful soul winner? Psalms 51:7-13 (Read v13 first.)

41. What did Jesus say was the “seed”? Luke 8:11

________________________________________________________________________

42. What does a farmer do with seeds?

________________________________________________________________________

43. If the farmer doesn’t plant his seeds, will he still have a harvest? (circle one)

YES

NO

The “seed” of salvation (God’s Word) must be planted within the hearts of people if there is going to be a harvest of salvation. This can be done/communicated in any number of ways.

44. Did God promise that His eternal Word would be productive? Isaiah 55:11

________________________________________________________________________

45. When spoken, what will God’s Word accomplish? Isaiah 55:11

________________________________________________________________________

46. How is “he which soweth bountifully” going to “reap”? 2 Corinthians 9:6

________________________________________________________________________

Evangelism is sometimes tough, but always remember that it was greater pain than we’ll ever know for our Savior to suffer and die on the cross for the sins of the world. Read Hebrews 12:1-4 and 1 Peter 4:1, 2. There are times when the enemy and your own mind are going to attempt to cast doubt upon the effect of your witnessing. We should evermore live by the unchanging Word of God and not our fickle and temporal feelings. Beloved, be encouraged and do not waver, but persevere and “endure hardness, as a good soldier of Jesus Christ.”(2 Timothy 2:3). The LORD is doing a work in and through His children and all Gospel work will be rewarded.

47. What is involved in the process of winning souls? What do we observe men to be doing in this process? 1 Corinthians 3:6

________________________________________________________________________

To obtain the harvest of salvation the seed of salvation must first be planted and watered. The Word of God teaches us that a constant flow of the Gospel is going forth in the earth. One is planting, another is watering and God is bringing the increase of salvation (1 Corinthians 3:6). As a member of the Body of Christ, we are called to do our part. Satan is going to try to discourage us. He hates the truth that is being spread, because it is setting free those he has blinded and captured with his devious lies (John 8:31, 32). Press on beloved. You are a messenger of the Almighty Creator of this universe. Your God owns this earth and has commissioned you to share His message with the people that He loves (Psalms 24:1). We go forth under His authority. Boldly share the unchanging truth, the Gospel, that makes men free from sin, the devil, and eternal hell. Let’s proclaim liberty to the captives.

48. When the Word of God is planted and watered within the hearts of men, who is it that brings the increase? 1 Corinthians 3:6

________________________________________________________________________

49. What is the Word of God within you called? 2 Corinthians 4:7

________________________________________________________________________

50. What did Paul command Timothy to preach? 2 Timothy 4:2

________________________________________________________________________

As a disciple of Jesus it is of the utmost importance that you simply proclaim the truth of God’s Word, letting God’s Word convict and draw men to Him. All opinion and religious thought, not yet purged, must die. Fill your heart and mind with the eternal Word of God daily. Be prepared to share His truth with the souls that you come in contact with.

51. Did God tell Ezekiel the prophet to stop preaching if no one listened and obeyed? Ezekiel 2:6, 7

YES

NO

God has never promised that all who hear would be saved, but this does not remove the responsibility of the Body of Christ to proclaim His truth.

52. In this dark world of sin, what blazing torch does God instruct His disciples to hold forth as they work out their salvation with fear and trembling? Philippians 2:12-16

________________________________________________________________________

53. Concerning soul winning, what did Paul charge Timothy to do in his earthly walk with God? 2 Timothy 4:5

________________________________________________________________________

54. Who is it that is truly walking in divine wisdom? Proverbs 11:30

________________________________________________________________________

55. What two entities in the earth right now are calling sinners into the kingdom of God? Revelation 22:17

________________________________________________________________________

56. As a disciple of Jesus, how often should you be ready to help others come to know God’s truth and love? 1 Peter 3:15

________________________________________________________________________

57. What is it that will enable the disciple of Jesus to be able to answer critics of God and His kingdom? Psalms 119:42

________________________________________________________________________

58. According to Psalms 107:2, what is God’s instruction to you as a redeemed child of God?

________________________________________________________________________

We should pray to our Heavenly Father daily to open doors to tell others about Him. We are instructed to pray for laborers and be one ourselves (Matt. 9:38). Let’s pray that He would send forth laborers into His harvest. Proclaim His goodness at every possible opportunity. Ask Him for boldness. Remember that “The righteous are bold as a lion.” Proverb 28:1

Will you pray and obey? Please take a minute to search your heart before answering this all-important question. Repent of any previous hardness of heart and disobedience. Ask the Lord Jesus to cleanse your heart of all rebellion and to grant you a fiery zeal to proclaim His truth in love.

YES

NO

NOW IS A GOOD TIME FOR YOU TO BEGIN TO PRAYERFULLY EMPLOY DIFFERENT METHODS TO REACH PEOPLE WITH THE GOOD NEWS. IDEAS: SHARE GOD’S WORD AND YOUR PERSONAL TESTIMONY WITH OTHERS. USE GOSPEL TRACTS – ALWAYS HAVE THEM ON HAND. PUT A TRACT IN ALL ENVELOPES THAT YOU SEND OUT. PLACE THEM ANYWHEREPEOPLE WILL FIND THEM. GIVE THEM DIRECTLY TO PEOPLE. NEVER LEAVE HOME WITHOUT A GOOD SUPPLY OF GOSPEL TRACTS. WRITE LETTERS TO FRIENDS AND INCLUDE SCRIPTURES, TRACTS, AND/OR YOUR TESTIMONY. THE LIST GOES ON. JUST USE YOUR GOD-GIVEN RESOURCES AND WATCH HIS BLESSING BEGIN TO FLOW.

CHALLENGE ESSAY ASSIGNMENT:

In 250 words or more, detail the ways that the Word of God should be incorporated into the daily life of the believer. (Tips for your essay’s content: study, performance, prayer, warfare, proclaiming, meditating upon, memorizing, etc). Search the Scriptures as your source for this essay and use Scripture and references to validate your statements. Begin with deep and prayerful meditation on God’s Word. Write your essay neatly and in an organized manner.

SCRIPTURE MEMORIZATION: Mark 16:15

It would be very advantageous for you to cross reference all of the Scriptures in this study. For example, pencil in each topically similar verse into the margin next to the corresponding verses on this same subject. Write out these verses with references on index cards – make it a priority to carry and post them where you will study and meditate upon them. These two measures will build in you a wealth of truth on each topic. This will help you to retain and become resourceful in the Word of God – ready to be used of Him. Capture the knowledge that you have learned, don’t let it slip away from you.

Capitalize on your efforts. This is preparation in earnest (2 Timothy 2:21).

Mexico Mission Update Part 28

SATURDAY

ONLY GOD can do stuff like this!
SMH for His goodness.
After asking Luis (pictured below) where a certain food item was, he showed me and a lengthy conversation ensued. Luis was asking me questions about the USA after he found out that is where I originally from. At some point in the conversation, Luis said “make another statement in Spanish.” I guess he was seeking to measure how much Spanish I had learned. This caught me off guard yet I said “Jesus Christ reigns” in Spanish. AS SOON as I began saying those words, a dear man and his wife (Manuel) were turning the corner into that isle and so as I spoke those words I looked Manuel (whom I’d never before laid eyes on) straight into his face in order not to waste or limit who God’s Word was being spoken to. Manuel immediately lit up and rejoiced to hear God’s Word because he and his lovely wife are on-fire disciples of Jesus! Manuel then began ministering to beloved Luis who is not yet saved. The timing and arrangement of this event was nothing less than a divine miracle. We were all quite stunned at how this unfolded. Everyone exchanged contact info and Luis is going to continue to minister to and lead Luis to Jesus.

JESUS CHRIST IS MINISTERING TO AND SAVING SOULS!!!!

RECENTLY: Another 1,500 more JESUS tracts in Spanish picked up from the printer.

LAST NIGHT: Just got back in. Was able to pass out dozens upon dozens of JESUS tracts and speak God’s Word to each person…. ran out of tracts and loving it. Home restocking the pouch now.

The amazing people of Mexico are receiving the Gospel of Christ (Romans 1:16). Your prayers coveted.

The only spirit I have ever been in with ministering to Mexican people is “compassion.” Jude 22-23

I am praying for you all….. part of me wants to encourage more people to pray about leaving…. for their own safety and fruitfulness in Christ. Just a thought.

The amazing people of Mexico are receiving the Gospel of Christ (Romans 1:16). Your prayers coveted.

LAST NIGHT: AFTER sending out the weekly Bible teaching tonight, a young man named Julio here in Mexico replied with this:

“I want to learn the word of God, thank you for sharing the word of God with me.” Julio

He’s not yet saved (that I know of) and he’s reading the Word he’s being sent and now has the 4 ministry books in Spanish, including the Born Again book and the JESUS tract, etc.

Thank you for praying for our brother in Christ, Justin.

“About two weeks ago I would wake up spontaneously praising and thanking God. Normally, I am too groggy. But it just happened so naturally. It blesses my day and I give thanks for the challenges. Love you too bother.” Justin

When Alfredo (above) was given a JESUS tract and had God’s Word spoken to him, he was on the phone. He hung up and came and grabbed me as I was walking away. We spent ample time together and he was excited that you would be lifting him in prayer. He was very open and honest and asked me how he would be able to stop drinking many beers daily. In return I preached Jesus to him and that when he repents and receives Jesus, he is going to be forgiven of his sins and born again, a new creature in Christ and that all old things will pass away. He was instructed to repent and receive Jesus as I pointed to the prayer on the back of the JESUS tract (oracion). He was also shown the Reina Valera Bible 1960 to download onto his phone. He has my number and as soon as he texts me back he will be sent the Born Again book in Spanish and receive biblical ministry. Thank you for lifting this dear man in prayer. The honesty of the people of Mexico is so very refreshing!

God loves the Mexican people. Jesus died for them.

Thank you for pausing to pray for the people of Mexico.
Here’s beloved Martha who recently received ministry – as a direct result of your prayer and support.

“Hi Todd. Greetings. Thanks for the Bible messages.” Carlos

IF you want to have a ‘field day’ adventure of evangelising lost souls, 90% of which are just waiting to be told about Jesus….. perhaps you may wish to pray and ask God if He’d have you move south to Mexico. A blessing. Psalms 37:23, right?

God be praised for your prayers and support. HE is doing a work in the hearts of the people of Mexico.

Satan Hates Soul Winners With A Passion

Are You On His Hit List?

“He that winneth souls is wise.” Proverbs 11:30

Do you desire to win souls? Are you willing to try a new, yet time-tested method to reach others for Christ while there is still time? This method that I am going to share with you is approximately 500 years old and could revolutionize your life today here on earth, and throughout eternity. It started when the LORD had the printing press come into existence so that His Word could be propagated to all the peoples of the earth.

As a roman catholic monk with an unredeemed, darkened heart, Martin Luther read the book of Romans and had just discovered that a man is saved by God’s grace through faith, not by works or adherence to a religion (Ephesians 2:8-9). He accepted God’s gift of eternal life and was saved. So, this reformer nailed the 99 declarations to the roman church door and was thereby persecuted by the catholic system from that day forward. A few years following this event, and by divine providence, the printing press was invented. Luther began publishing literature (tracts) about salvation by grace through faith and was able to reach tens of thousands across Europe with the Gospel. Riding upon the vehicle of the printed page, the Gospel of Jesus spread like wild fire across the Europe.

Gospel Tracts have been used by Christians for some 500 years now to reach millions of precious souls who might never have been otherwise reached. The Gospel of Jesus Christ in short form on a tract can convict the alienated soul of sin and plant the necessary seed of salvation.

“I HAVE PLANTED, APOLLOS WATERED; BUT GOD GAVE THE INCREASE…NOW HE THAT PLANTETH AND HE THAT WATERETH ARE ONE: AND EVERY MAN SHALL RECEIVE HIS OWN REWARD ACCORDING TO HIS OWN LABOUR. FOR WE ARE LABOURERS TOGETHER WITH GOD.” 1 Corinthians 3:6-9

Did you notice that the apostle Paul said; ” I HAVE PLANTED, APOLLOS WATERED; BUT GOD GAVE THE INCREASE…”? How can God give “the increase” if His servants don’t plant and water the seed of His perfect Word? Isn’t it amazing how that our Heavenly Father has granted us the privilege of participating in His plan of redemption and even promises rewards in Heaven to the faithful?! (John 4:35; Daniel 12:3)

A tract as defined by Daniel Webster means “a pamphlet or leaflet, especially one on a religious subject.” A Gospel tract is a vehicle upon which God’s holy Word is recorded. The tract is then placed where the lost can pick it up, read it, and have the Gospel of Christ enlighten their hearts. This is a proven method of communicating the death, burial, and resurrection of the Son of God to sinners.

“Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path.” Psalms 119:105

Has the Holy Ghost been prompting you to reach the lost in this last hour? If so, it is important for you to realize that literature evangelism is a method that He also originated and is integrally involved in today.

Remember, there will be no sinners to reach in Heaven and we only have a short time to reach them here on earth, because our LORD is coming soon. The close of this age is at hand, “…the night cometh when no man can work.” John 9:4 If we are going to do something for Christ, we must do it now.

Someone has wisely stated that “The only thing better than going to Heaven is taking others with you.” I dare to say, according to Scripture, that ALL true Christians have a desire to share Christ with others. It would not be impossible for His love to fill one’s heart and he not desire to tell others.

I am writing to you today, as your friend and brother in Christ, to tell you that you can do something significant to reach the lost for Jesus! You can use this practical method to reach others for Christ. Distributing Gospel literature is a very effective method of evangelism. I am no different than you and have been putting out Gospel literature for over 15 years now. On a daily basis I have developed the simple habit of carrying tracts wherever I go. I always have 3-10 tracts on my person with at least 50-150 in my car. This habit has become so natural that I feel lost without Gospel literature in my possession – only because I have developed the habit of evangelizing this way. Under the inspiration of the Holy Spirit, the apostle Paul instructed Timothy to; “Do the work of an evangelist.” 2 Timothy 4:5 Note the phrase “the work of an evangelist.” “The work of an evangelist” is to win the lost.

I KEPT RUNNING OUT AND THAT GOT ME MAD!

One of the reasons I started a tract ministry in 1987 is because I got tired of running out of tracts to pass out. I got very frustrated and wanted to put an end to lack, once and for all time! I never wanted to be without Gospel literature again! It seemed like every extra dollar I could squeeze out, I’d mail to a tract ministry to order 100-200 tracts. That’s all I could afford at the time. Obviously, I didn’t have an abundance of money in those days, but the LORD used what I had to His glory and He multiplied it, as He promised in the parable of the talents and as He did with the loaves and fishes (Matt. 25; 2 Cor. 9:10).

TRACT MANIAC

Within days of receiving tracts in the mail from other tract ministries, I was completely out and wanting more in order to reach more people. Finally, after praying about this, I believe it was impressed upon my heart to write an evangelistic message, so I did. It became the very first tract we ever published and was titled “The Absolute.” Then, I felt impressed to get a printing press. At that time I didn’t even know what a printing press looked like. Well, to make a long story short, we were blessed with one and started learning how to use it without the slightest lesson or experience. The first night, myself and a friend ruined 1-2 reams of paper trying to learn. We learned as we went. This was the start of a ministry that would lead to numerous salvations by producing some million and a half tracts over the next few years, and it all started by simple obedience to God’s Word.

Write the vision, and make it plain upon tables (the printed page), that he may run that readeth it.” Habakkuk 2:2

THE 1080 PLAN

What do you think might happen if you simply placed 3 tracts per day where someone could pick them up? That’s 90 per month and 1080 per year! Just think, if only 50% of those tracts got read (that’s a conservative figure) what could happen. Only Heaven will reveal! That’s 540 souls who would have the eternal Word of God planted in their hearts as a result of your ministry. Isn’t this exciting!?

Just maybe you have experienced the thoughts that went something like this; “Okay, I want to be used by God to reach the lost, but how do I get started? What practical thing can I personally do to let fellow men know about the love of God?” If this has been the question of your heart, just maybe you could obtain some Gospel tracts and begin a tract outreach ministry to the world around you? No one else can reach your world but you. This is your calling from God. What do you think? Only eternity will reveal how many people miss eternal hell and go to Heaven as a result of your service to our LORD. Remember the song, “Thank you, for giving to the LORD, I am a life that was changed…”? Will there be people in Heaven who thank you for reaching them before it was too late?

HERE’S HOW YOU CAN REACH OUT WITH TRACTS:

Reflecting upon today, I remember that I was privileged to distribute several Gospel tracts in my travels. I didn’t even need to go out of my way – I was already going to be in those places. I thought, “Why not make the best impact for Christ while walking to and through a building?” In the morning, while searching for a greeting card, I placed some tracts (2-3) inside some greeting cards at the grocery store, and on the way out dropped one in each of two soft drink machines so that the next person who got a soft drink, got a tract too. This took little extra effort, I was already enroute, yet could have eternal consequences. At a restaurant tonight, I used the restroom and placed 3-4 in there so that the next few unsuspecting patronizers would have the Gospel readily available to them. Don’t forget, there is normally a water fountain and/or telephones near bathrooms where tracts can be placed. Don’t forget to place one of two in different places of the phone book. Today, at the gas pump I placed a tract on the pump so that the next person could get it. There are limitless ways to get tracts out so that sinners can be reached. Your imagination is the limit. What an adventure!

THERE ARE MANY PLACES GOSPEL TRACTS CAN BE PLACED. HERE ARE A FEW:

Hands (remember to smile with God’s love), convenience stores, newspaper stands, coke machines, Laundromats, beauty shops, telephone booths, airports, airplanes, park benches, magazines/magazine racks, restaurants, doctor’s offices, grocery store shelves, bus stations, dentist’s offices, public restrooms, libraries hospitals, shopping malls, at social events, etc….and the list goes on. The idea is to infiltrate, inundate, and saturate your community with the Gospel.

INVADE YOUR CITY WITH THE WORD ON THE PRINTED PAGE: Launch a major tract attack in your world. Begin today. Jesus said: “The seed is the word of God”. It’s our time to PLANT IT! (Luke 8:11) God will bless your efforts. If you need tracts, contact us.

This ministry exists to spread the Gospel. We would love to assist you in starting your own witnessing ministry for the Lord. All you need to get started is a willing and obedient heart, and some good Gospel literature.

“Testifying both to the Jews, and also to the Greeks, repentance toward God, and faith toward our Lord Jesus Christ.” Acts 20:21

P.S. – It makes it all worth while when you get a personal phone call at 3 AM in the morning from a guy who has just read a tract you distributed and is wanting to pray to get saved! This actually happened! But, whether you see the fruit or not, you must understand that God’s Word does not return void, but accomplishes what God ordains in the hearts of those who read the literature you place out in your world. See Isaiah 55:10-11; Rom. 1:16

NEVER doubt the power of God’s Word.

Tracts

Have you ever desired for your friends and family to be present at a gathering of Saints where there was in anointed call to receive Jesus and they were drawn up to be saved? I have. That’s a great desire and yet in the days of those special gatherings of true, Jesus-seeking disciples are becoming more and more limited. Therefore we must be that altar call, that anointed vessel of God who goes to the people and brings them in. God will make it happen in His resurrection life as we consent to daily dying (2 Corinthians 4:10-12).

Mexico needs Missionaries [podcast]

GOD is our Maker and Redeemer and He knows where He has and wants each of His children to be—where you already are or otherwise. The LORD is in control (Psalms 24:1).

“The steps of a good man are ordered by the LORD: and he delighteth in his way.” Psalm 37:23

Last week Jesus saved this beloved woman, Katherine! See more on that salvation story here.

Recently I commented under a Mexico video…. which received nearly 100 likes to date….

After leaving the USA and now living in Mexico, I began to see just how un-free and vulturous it was there (the greed-driven gov’t mainly. America is a corporation). This is simply my personal opinion: You will never know you are not free, till you leave.

Thank you for pausing to pray for the people of Mexico.

TODAY: Was invited to a luncheon with a group of amazing expats from all over the world. Beautiful ranch and land outside of town.

View looking out from the ranch. (below)

Here’s beloved Martha who recently received ministry—as a direct result of your prayer and support.

The perks of Mexico begin with our wonderful Creator and the people, places, and plates of food He has on this part of HIS earth (Psalms 24:1).

Mission Mexico

Is your life fruitful for Christ?
Or is it being wasted? John 15

WE the body of Christ, are a separate entity from the world (2 Corinthians 6:14-18). We are here on earth for but a bit more timesaved and sent to do Christ’s Great Commission (Matthew 9:35-38; 28:18-20; Mark 16:15-20; John 4:34-38). Jesus foretold that these final days before His return would be tumultuous (Matthew 24; Luke 21), and to “Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in me” (John 14:1).

TODAY: Another 1,500 JESUS tracts in Spanish were picked up from the printers. | The JESUS tract.

“That was the true Light, which lighteth every man that cometh into the world.” John 1:9

EACH WEEK a strong, loving message from the Word of God is sent out to to dozens of beloved souls here in Mexico via text. I have connected in person with each one of them, ministering God’s Word to each soul. Some are saved, some not. Just sent a message out tonight and am receiving responses as usual, including this one below from a beloved man name Julio who is not yet saved. Please lift him in prayer.

Below are messages from two men here in Mexico who have been ministered to and are continuing to receive God’s Word weekly:

“I am interested in knowing God and reading the Bible.” Julio

“Hi Todd. Greetings. Thanks for the Bible messages.” Carlos

This response from Julio is VERY common here in Mexico. I just texted Julio the Born Again book PDF. Boom.

If you want your life to count for the LORD, to the highest degree of glory and fruitfulness to Jesus, you may wish to stop your life today and ask the LORD to prepare and place you where it best eternally glorifies Him (John 15).

Take a look at the exciting Mission Mexico posts here

Thank you for praying for the precious people of beautiful Mexico.

“Ask of me, and I shall give thee the heathen for thine inheritance, and the uttermost parts of the earth for thy possession.” Psalms 2:8

You’re working to pay bills but are you fruitful for Jesus? John 15

DO we really think it’s God’s will to have millions of His people in the USA, further drowning in the misery, embellishing, intoxicating themselves with more trinkets, being unfruitful, while the beloved people of Mexico go un-reached? I don’t. Stop. Ask God to break and strip and prepare you and place you exactly where HE wants you ministering on HIS planet.

“But I don’t know Spanish.” Reply: Can you smile with the joy and love and peace of God handing out JESUS tracts in Spanish and simply say “Cristo reina para siempre”? Or “Cristo te ama”? Anyone who desires to, can. See link below.

Are you ready to pray that God put you on HIS Great Commission adventure?

On another point of motivation….. some are saying “The new American dream is to leave America.” Since moving to Mexico, a truly free country, I have never been happier personally.

I wonder what it’s going to take for some. Will they want to leave once the nukes begin landing in America? How many more assassinated by the government people will it take? How many more cities must burn? How many more criminals in government….

People here and in so many parts of the world are so kind and content. They walk around whistling, singing etc.

“And around here in the USA many don’t want to receive the Good News. Very closed up and some too religious.” Anita

Move to a country that has family values such as any Latin American country. Nearly EVERY child, kid, boy, girl, is meek, humble, obedient to their parents, respectful, etc. Amazing. America is over.

Is there a time to move on?

“And whosoever shall not receive you, nor hear your words, when ye depart out of that house or city, shake off the dust of your feet. 15 Verily I say unto you, It shall be more tolerable for the land of Sodom and Gomorrha in the day of judgment, than for that city.” Matthew 10:14-15

How did our families get to America? They got there by leaving their homelands due to apostasy from what is right, wicked governments which resulted in dire times financially, etc.

Communicating The Gospel in Spanish

IF He is calling you, only if. IF you answer the call of God and go to a foreign land to minister, and have the adventure of your life! ….. this ministry outreach will supply at least your first round of JESUS tracts in the language needed.

*** Are you asking God to prepare and place you on HIS planet where HE wants you, to do HIS will, work, powerfully? Time is short!

IF you don’t desire to see others saved, you are in need of salvation.

Matthew 12:30 – When you are truly with Jesus, you exist to serve Him and others, not self.

WHEN our lives are crucified with Christ we are preoccupied no longer with self but rather the Savior and others! This is “the mind (disposition) of Christ” as seen in Philippians 2:3-5.

AS you get out of your own world and into the world of others—to serve them as unto the LORD….. you will not continue to stagnate and be miserable. Chasing trinkets has and never will result in anything good. Seeking Christ and living as He did—to serve the Father and people—is the guarantee of His resurrection blessings exploding and abiding in your personal life. As you die daily, Christ raises you upward and into His harvest fields which are “white already to harvest.”

“Jesus saith unto them, My meat is to do the will of him that sent me, and to finish his work. 35  Say not ye, There are yet four months, and then cometh harvest? behold, I say unto you, Lift up your eyes, and look on the fields; for they are white already to harvest. 36  And he that reapeth receiveth wages, and gathereth fruit unto life eternal: that both he that soweth and he that reapeth may rejoice together. 37  And herein is that saying true, One soweth, and another reapeth. 38  I sent you to reap that whereon ye bestowed no labour: other men laboured, and ye are entered into their labours.” John 4:34-38

“They that sow in tears shall reap in joy. 6 He that goeth forth and weepeth, bearing precious seed, shall doubtless come again with rejoicing, bringing his sheaves (harvest) with him.” Psalms 126:5-6

“Let nothing be done through strife or vainglory; but in lowliness of mind let each esteem other better than themselves. 4  Look not every man on his own things, but every man also on the things of others. 5  Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus:” Philippians 2:3-5

Is today the day we SHUT UP AND DIE?

“For he that is dead is freed from sin.” Romans 6:7

Would you like to say the above verse 3 times prayerfully right now?

One will never be “freed” till he chooses to die.

The Crucified Life always produces the fruit of serving God and others, not the god of self. Dethrone yourself now.

Anyone not crucified with Christ, is not serving Him.

“I have just begun to realize that we must love Him but we also must know and believe He loves us! According to 1 John 4:16, ‘And we have known and believed the love that God hath towards us. ‘His love towards us should permeate our whole being. Once it does we not only know He loves us but we believe it. And this is how we love our neighbor as ourselves (Matthew 22:39). ….  You will never have more of Jesus until you lay your own life at the cross and die! The cross life will completely transform you and then you will know and embrace who you truly are in Jesus!” Karen Cochran

The Crucified Life

After leaving the USA and now living in Mexico, I began to see just how un-free and vulturous it was there. You will never know you are not free, till you leave.

One man responded to this above comment of mine.

“I’ve lived outside the US as well, and traveled extensively. Interesting you make a blanket statement about the freedoms you have versus living in America. Give us some specifics. List five ways you are specifically more free where you are than when you lived in the US.” Rob

REPLY:

Well first off, this was a personal comment and do we not all have liberty to view things as we see fit? Yes. Traveling to a country and living there, are two completely different things. Unless you live somewhere, you don’t know. Nearly no one here in Mexico is road raging, no one is uptight, no one or nearly no one is getting a traffic ticket, no one’s door is being kicked down by a swat team at 4AM for the crime of praying at an abortion clinic that babies would not be mu.rdered…….. The house, the casa in Mexico is sacred. In general the government will not mess with the sovereign dwelling place of the family….. no one here is being over taxed, no one here is being charged 80% child support when the law says 20%, the real estate tax is so low it’s laughable compared to the USA, oh and how about the hospital visits and meds? Dirt cheap. One American who lives here told me recently that he got sick and so his doctor, whose phone number he has, came to his home and treated him and it was $70. He said he also has his dentist’s phone number, etc. Taxes, especially gross over taxing as is the case in the USA, is debt slavery and it’s not decreasing. How does any of this (a mere sampling) equal freedom? I wonder how it’s true freedom when 80% of Americans cannot or can barely cover their basic costs per month. Have you seen all the videos where Americans are living in their vehicles and storage units due to not being able to afford rent? Those videos are abundandant on youtube. This is not even to mention the increase in homelessness, or people living on the streets. PATRIAL LIST OF TAXES IN THE USA: Property tax, Sales tax, State income tax, Local school tax, Marriage license fees, Vehicle registration tax, Business permit tax, Estate tax,Waste management tax, Cigarette tax, Court fees, Dog license tax, Drivers license fees, Garbage tax, Gas tax, Gun ownership fees, Gift tax, Social security taxes on money already taxed when you earned it, Unemployment taxes, Fishing license fees, Highway toll fees on highways already paid for by your taxes, Hotel tax, Hunting license fees, Health insurance tax, Inheritance tax, Insect control tax, Insurance fees, IRS interest and penalty, Library card fees, License plate fee,s Liquor tax, Luxury tax, Medicare tax, Parking meter fees for streets WE THE PEOPLE own and paid for, Passport fees, Biodiesel fuel tax, Air transportation tax, Professional license fees, Recreational vehicle tax, Self employment tax, Sewer and water tax, Service charge taxes, State park entrance fees on land WE own and paid for, Sports stadium tax, FEDERAL INCOME TAX, etc.
