Clear Proof that the Bible is the Only Sacred Holy Book on God’s Planet [podcast]

There is only one holy book and name in the earth, the sacred name of Jesus Christ who is the grand subject of all of Holy Scripture (Philippians 2:9-11).

God left us with His Word so we can know Him and not be deceived by the “MANY false prophets” He promised would come and deceive many just before His return (Matthew 24:11). God gave us His Word to protect us (2 Timothy 3:15-17).

“Remember the former things of old: for I am God, and there is none else; I am God, and there is none like me, 10 Declaring the end from the beginning, and from ancient times the things that are not yet done, saying, My counsel shall stand, and I will do
all my pleasure.” Isaiah 46:9-10

“Declaring the end from the beginning”—only God can do this. The LORD alone knows the future. He alone “inhabiteth eternity.”  

“For thus saith the high and lofty One that inhabiteth eternity, whose name is Holy; I dwell in the high and holy place, with him also that is of a contrite and humble spirit, to revive the spirit of the humble, and to revive the heart of the contrite ones.” Isaiah 57:15

One description of the above verse is as such:

“God’s Omnipresence and Eternality: All-Present and Inhabiting Eternity: The attributes you mentioned – being “all-present” and “inhabiting eternity” – relate to two fundamental aspects of God’s nature: Omnipresence and Eternality.”

Fulfilled prophecy: this is how we know without question that the Bible is the only holy book on God’s earth.

Hundreds and even thousands of years before the events of the Messiah’s coming were foretold by God. He foretold the events of the Messiah, His coming, long before they actually happened.

Fulfilled prophecy is the indisputable proof we know that the Bible is the only holy book on the planet. No one could be the Author of the Bible except God Himself.

This is an essential component of divine truth, imperative for a sound foundation.

God’s Word foretells in detail, over 300 events that have come to pass just as they were spoken hundreds and sometimes thousands of years before they happened. The statistical probability of this happening is impossible unless God Himself did it. For example: the exact town the Messiah was to be born in was  foretold (Bethlehem)—and He was (Micah 5:2; Matthew 2:1); that he would be miraculously born of a virgin—and he was (Isaiah 7:14; Matthew 1:23); that he would be called Emmanuel (God with us)—and he was and is (Isaiah 7:14; Matthew 1:23) and that he would be betrayed for 30 pieces of silver—and he was (Zechariah 11:12-13; Matthew 27:9).

“No other book but the Bible has prophecy. Prophecy is something God will do for Israel and it happened three thousand years later. The Bible proved itself over time that it is God’s Word. The Quran, or Tibetan book or writings of Confucius have no prophecy like the Hebrew Scriptures. Put your faith in the only trusted book of the ages. Jesus said heaven and earth will pass away but my word will never pass away but will last forever.” Terrence Przybylski

The specific details of THESE PROPHETIC PROMISES AND THEIR FULFILLMENT WOULD BE STATISTICALLY IMPOSSIBLE UNLESS THEY ORIGINATED FROM GOD WHO TELLS THE END FROM THE BEGINNING.

The whole, the surpassing, the paramount reason God gave us His written Word:

“But these are written, that ye might believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God; and that believing ye might have life through his name.” John 20:31
