Understanding and Communicating
the Born Again Experience

No man merits, works, or earns his way into the salvation, the family of God, the body of Christ. The only entrance into God’s family, is to be born into Christ’s kingdom, to be “born again,” to be “born of God,” a work done by God Himself as the sinner is drawn in by Him and bows in repentance and faith (John 3:3, 7; Acts 20:21; Titus 3:5-6; 1 John 5:4, etc.).

ATTN: Religion and being good enough are a farce. If you are not born again, you are not in God’s family. But you can be – today. WHAT does “Born Again” mean?

John 3:1-7

“There was a man of the Pharisees, named Nicodemus, a ruler of the Jews: The same came to Jesus by night, and said unto him, Rabbi, we know that thou art a teacher come from God: for no man can do these miracles that thou doest, except God be with him. Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God. Nicodemus saith unto him, How can a man be born when he is old? can he enter the second time into his mother’s womb, and be born? Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God. That which is born of the flesh is flesh (1st birth); and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit. Marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born again (2^nd birth).” John 3:1-7

The Bible speaks of 2 births not just one. Every person reading this message has been “born of the flesh” – when your mother’s water broke, you came forth and were birthed into the world and this is what is referred to here as “born of water” in verse 5 and also “that which is born of flesh” in verse 6. Being “born of water” or “of flesh” is the first birth, but to become a child of God and go to Heaven, one must be “born again”(again born) or experience the second birth which is spiritual not physical. There is no other way. This is a non-negotiable eternal truth.

1^st Birth – “born of water.” Every human being is “born of water” when he comes forth from his mother’s womb (as her water breaks).
2^nd Birth – “born…of the Spirit.” This happens as one is brought to repentance for his sins under the conviction of the Holy Ghost and chooses to fall upon the mercy of God through the shed blood of our LORD and Savior Jesus Christ who bled once for the sins of the world on the cross of Calvary. As that person confesses his sin and Christ as LORD, he is saved or born again. He arises a new creature in Christ and is never the same – he has a whole new life which bears fruit unto the LORD (2 Cor. 5:17-18).

Just “confessing Christ” is not enough. To be born again one must fully and without reserve throw himself upon the mercy of God as a hopeless sinner. Being born of the Spirit will always yield the fruit of a completely changed life – from the inside out and is the miracle of regeneration only the LORD Himself can perform.

The “water” Jesus speaks of here when He spoke with this religious leader has nothing to do with water baptism. When the mother’s water breaks a child is “born of water.” He is then “born of the flesh” and in need of the second birth or being “born of the Spirit” or “born again.”

Recently I received an e-mail concerning being born again and water baptism. Here is a portion. The writer says:

“How can you say that Catholics are not born again? I mean, I’m not a Catholic, but the Catholics I know are all baptized. You mentioned John chapter 3, and I read it, and verse 5 says that we must be born of water and the Spirit. So, according to Jesus, the way we are born again is through being baptized. The verses you mentioned from Titus also seem to point at baptism with the ‘water of rebirth and renewal by the Holy Spirit.’ If Catholics are baptized, then how can you say they are not born again? Your statement doesn’t make any sense to me. If we aren’t born again through baptism, as the Bible seems to say pretty clearly, then how are we born again? What other ‘water’ are Jesus and Paul talking about in those texts? It sounds like baptism to me.”

Here is My Response:

First off no catholic gets baptized (the Bible way) only sprinkled (doctrine of men) at 8 days old. The Greek word for the biblical experience of being water baptized is BAPTIZO which means to dip, submerge; to make whelmed, fully wet. Baptism is a burial or full immersion. It signifies the complete immersion of the subject into the LORD and His death, burial and resurrection life. No child, below the age of accountability, is found being baptized or sprinkled in the Bible. No person in Scripture is found being water baptized before believing fully upon Jesus Christ alone for salvation and being born again which is the miracle of God inside of the person who repents, falling upon His mercy while calling upon the LORD to be saved (Acts 16:30-34; Rom. 10:9-13). Actually sprinkling or “christening” is not biblical at all but water baptism is. But water baptism does not save the soul. Water cannot and does not save any person from eternal hell, only the blood of Jesus can do that and the only way to contact His blood is through obedient faith (Rom. 5:1-2,9; Eph. 2:8-9; Heb. 9:22, etc.). Water baptism does no good until one is first saved by the blood. All one is doing is getting wet if he is water baptized without having been brought to full repentance and salvation which happens in the heart of men and not by wetting ones outer skin. Hell is full of people who got wet or “christened” in the name of the LORD but did not know Him which can only happen by obeying Him and being born again (Jn. 3:3, 7). Anyone who goes to Heaven instead of eternal damnation in hell (there is no purgatory) will do so by obeying the One who is the only door to Heaven (John 10:1-9).

“Regeneration”

Before going to the cross and being raised again into Heaven and sending the Holy Spirit, Jesus foretold the necessity of being regenerated, born again.

“Peter saith unto him, Thou shalt never wash my feet. Jesus answered him, If I wash thee not, thou hast no part with me.” John 13:8

“For we ourselves also were sometimes foolish, disobedient, deceived, serving divers lusts and pleasures, living in malice and envy, hateful, and hating one another. But after that the kindness and love of God our Saviour toward man appeared, Not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to his mercy he saved us, by the washing of regeneration, and renewing of the Holy Ghost; Which he shed on us abundantly through Jesus Christ our Saviour; That being justified by his grace…” Titus 3:3-7

“Regeneration” here can only occur by the miracle of God. We are all born into this world “dead in trespasses and sins” according to Ephesians 2:1 and verse 8 says that our salvation is “that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God.” “The washing of regeneration” we see above in Titus 3:5 can only be done by the LORD and has nothing to do with dipping ones outer body in water (water baptism). If mere water could save ones soul, everyone who took a shower or bath would become a Christian. Look again at these words above in Titus 3 and that it is only “of the Holy Ghost” who is the third and divine Person of the Godhead that one can be regenerated or “born again.” Because the spirits of men are born “dead” or separated from God because of sin, he must be generated to live again or generated again back to life (resuscitated). This is the ultimate form of mouth to mouth resuscitation – or bringing a dead person back to life. Being born again or regenerated is when Christ raises a person up from his dead state back to spiritual life where he is reunited in communion with God.

The Greek word for “Regeneration” here in Titus 3 is paliggenesia which is defined in the Strong’s Concordance this way: (spiritual) rebirth (the state or the act), i.e. (fig.) spiritual renovation; spec. Messianic restoration: – regeneration.

What happened on the cross? Why did Jesus Christ come to the earth? What was shed to wash away the sins of the world and regenerate those who would believe upon Him? – nothing but the blood of Jesus!

“For this is my blood of the new testament, which is shed for many for the remission of sins.” Matthew 26:28

Can there possibly be the forgiveness of sin without the shedding of the sinless blood?

“And almost all things are by the law purged with blood; and without shedding of blood is no remission.“ Hebrews 9:22

Any person or organization who says that it takes water to be saved is heretical and despises the very blood of the New Covenant.

At the end of Romans is a marvelous passage of how men have all sinned against the Almighty who is holy and exactly how individuals must be justified – “through faith in his blood.”

“For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God; Being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus: Whom God hath set forth to be a propitiation through faith in his blood, to declare his righteousness for the remission of sins that are past, through the forbearance of God; To declare, I say, at this time his righteousness: that he might be just, and the justifier of him which believeth in Jesus. Where is boasting then? It is excluded. By what law? of works? Nay: but by the law of faith. Therefore we conclude that a man is justified by faith without the deeds of the law.” Romans 3:23-28

Romans 5:12 must be in the mind of the believer. The saint must possess a working knowledge of this fundamental truth or he will inevitably err. Jesus came on a mission from Heaven to pay the price for something. What is that something?

“Wherefore, as by one man (Adam) sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned.” Romans 5:12

We all died in Adam when he, the first man, sinned against our Maker. So, the Messiah was immediately and graciously promised and prefigured in the shedding of animal blood to cloak the man and woman (Gen. 3:15, 21). Our Redeemer would come and defeat sin and the evil one who caused the first sin and enable men to be alive unto God again, rescued and revived or resurrected from their spiritual dead state (Gen. 3:15; Matt. 1:21; Jn. 1:29). This is the re-generation or quickening spoken about in Scripture (Tit. 3:5-6; Rom. 8:11). To re-regenerate or to quicken is to make alive again, breath life into, or give life to.

“Regeneration” is when the LORD re-generates (generates again to life) or makes alive the dead soul that was born “dead in trespasses and sins”! This is where eternal life and the Christian life begin and not before. The unchanging and eternal Word of God said this is a “must.” (John 3:7)

Beloved, remember that Jesus Christ told us: “I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live: And whosoever liveth and believeth in me shall never die.” (Jn. 11:25-26) Christ raises to life those born dead in sin! Hallelujah! He resurrects the dead – bringing them back to life in His Spirit and grace to live lives pleasing to Him. There is no more glorious truth or miraculous experience than this one He came to give that we might know Him and His Father and be forever with them (Jn. 17:3).

“But if the Spirit of him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you, he that raised up Christ from the dead shall also quicken (make alive) your mortal bodies by his Spirit that dwelleth in you.” Romans 8:11

“But God, who is rich in mercy, for his great love wherewith he loved us, Even when we were dead in sins, hath quickened us together with Christ, (by grace ye are saved;) And hath raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus: That in the ages to come he might show the exceeding riches of his grace in his kindness toward us through Christ Jesus.” Ephesians 2:4-7

Many have sought to re-define this all important, essential born again experience that Jesus told us all is a “must.” Water does not wash away sin, only the blood can do that. The Church of Christ denomination erroneously teaches that water baptism brings salvation. In this writer’s estimation this doctrine which denies the need of the very blood of Jesus is antichrist and makes the Church or Christ denomination a cult. The Roman Catholic Church has its own distorted redefining of what it means to be born again. These are diabolical heresies which seek to rob the truth from the hearts of men in order to misguide and mislead people to eternal damnation by the one who has come to steal and to kill and to destroy (Jn. 10:10). So, read God’s Word concerning this matter of being born again and let divine truth imbue your heart that you might understand and be instantly ready to share the blessed hope of this glorious Gospel of Christ (2 Tim. 4:2; 1 Pet. 3:15).

Most of the time one just needs to speak the Word and it is self-explanatory as the Holy Spirit is fully involved in each heart (Jn. 14:26; 16:13). Sometimes, due to the evil twisting of truth by pawns of the enemy, we must define and defend truth as the LORD has revealed it in His Word. The LORD has called each and every one of His children to be “able ministers of the New Testament.” (2 Cor. 3:6) Here is a good place to start in knowing and understanding the born again experience and being able to communicate the truth of it when needed. Write on an index card and memorize verses 3 and 7 of our text in John 3. These are the words of our LORD who is our Salvation:

“Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.” John 3:3

“Marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born again (2^nd birth).” John 3:7

Are You Ready to be Saved?

Okay here’s a prayer to be God’s child. You have to admit the obvious, that you have sinned against God and turn to Him fully, turn your life over to Him who made you. And confess Jesus Christ as the new LORD and Savior of your life. Pray this okay … Your Prayer to God … You must honestly admit your sins and receive Christ… Apply His holy blood to your life so that you may be saved, forgiven, and live eternally with Him. You must completely turn your life over to Him in repentance and faith. Now, pray the following prayer to God with all that is within you, from your heart and out loud:…. Dear heavenly Father, right now, if never before, I come to You as a broken and sinful person. Thank You for sending Your only begotten Son to die in my place for my sins. Thank You Jesus for coming to this earth to die and rise again to rescue me from sin and eternal hell and to save me for Your eternal glory. Right this moment, if never before, I receive You LORD Jesus. Come in and take over my whole life. I am all Yours and You are all mine. I love You Jesus and I will follow You from this moment forward till I am with You in Heaven forever! Please use me to help others know You dear LORD. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.

PRAYER: Father in Heaven, open up doors for the ministry of Your Word. Open the hearts of men as You bless me to communicate Your truth in Your love to those You send to me! Glory to God in the Highest! Lead men to be born again, a miracle You alone are capable of performing. Use me Jesus! In the name of Jesus Christ, Amen.

How Has Women Leaving Their Homes Hurt Culture?

Many women despise my teachings on women being keepers at home. They will often give me names of all the great and powerful women who left their homes and did good things in order to back up their defense that women don’t need to be keepers at home. They will tell me that I am shaming women for teaching these things. They confuse shaming with conviction. God’s Word convicts them. If they feel shame, they are really feeling conviction. If they are doing what they know is right, no one would be able to shame them.

How has women leaving their homes hurt culture? It has hurt culture in many, many ways. Children are no longer being raised by their own mothers. They are being raised by daycare workers and teachers. “The rod and reproof give wisdom: but a child left to himself bringeth his mother to shame” (Proverbs 29:15). Children need a lot of teaching, training, and discipline. They aren’t receiving this if their mothers are away from them most of the day. These mothers are giving their best to others instead of to their children. These children are bringing shame to their mothers as they grow up. We are told this in God’s Word. All of the people we see rioting and burning down buildings were most likely not raised by a mother full time.

Women leaving their homes have hurt marriage. Women now initiate divorce 70 percent of the time since they no longer need to depend upon their husbands but can instead take half of what he owns and have them pay child support for many years. They are often too tired to put much time or energy into their marriages due to their careers. Marriage and raising children is FAR more important than having a career. There is nothing more important than raising the next generation, and children need a mother and father under the same roof and involved in their lives.

Women leaving their homes has hurt the old people. Old people no longer have their daughters around to help and give them comfort because their daughters are pursuing their careers. Young mothers hurt because they no longer have their mothers help because they have careers and they don’t have any older women involved in their lives due to careers. Neighbors don’t have people they can call on when they need help when all of the women are working away from their homes.

Women are more depressed and suicidal than ever before. They can’t expect anything different when they leave the clear path that God has chosen for them to pursue their own paths. God is our Creator and He is good. His ways for us are good. Women have been affected negatively since leaving their homes. Children have been abandoned and have been hurt the most. When the least among us is hurt the most, then we must carefully examine the path that we are on and switch course.

God-fearing women, I encourage you to go back to the paths that the Lord has laid out for you. If you think you can’t afford it, step out in faith in Almighty God. He tells us that His commands are not burdensome and that we can do all things through Christ who strengthens you. He wants you home full time. This is where He has given you to work and minister. Your work at home is not worthless! God will use you in powerful ways as you obey Him. He will bless you abundantly and the older you get, the more you will realize this.

Thus saith the LORD, Stand ye in the ways, and see, and ask for the old paths, where is the good way, and walk therein, and ye shall find rest for your souls. But they said, We will not walk therein. Jeremiah 6:16

Was Jesus the “One and Only Son” OR the “Only Begotten Son”? [podcast]

WHAT does the Bible word “begotten” mean to salvation? Everything! Remove it and there is no salvation and God lied!

Jesus had to partake (participate) in our plight (Heb 2:14) for us to participate in His resurrection, ascension and session. He was willing to take our sin condition in exchange for His victorious righteousness and glory. He came down to earth and even went under the earth to rescue us to the top of heaven. Eph 2:6.

Jesus demonstrated that it would never be by military might, control, threat, coercion, violence or killing that He would deliver us but only by becoming a helpless little embryo in the woman’s womb then a weak little baby lying in a filthy manger between the ass of ignorance and the ox of self-will. And then a carpenter.

The weakness of God is stronger than man. In the divine economy, power is perfected in weakness.”

To say Jesus Christ was “the one and only Son” of God contradicts Holy Scripture

Unlike the new “bibles”, the King James Bible uses “only BEGOTTEN Son” as is correctly translated from the Majority Manuscripts.

Jesus Christ is unique in all history in that He alone had a divine Father. He was begotten (generated) of Father God in the womb of a virgin. This miracle has never nor ever will happen again. a virgin conceived and bore the “only begotten son of God.”

From now on, when you hear someone quote that Jesus is “the one and only Son,” you will know they are quoting from one of the many fake news “bibles.”

In John 3:16, the Devil’s new “bibles” say “his one and only son” instead of the “only begotten Son” which is essential to the plan of God, the Messiah, the church, and the people of this world for whom Jesus died. Make no mistake: This is a frontal attack on our LORD and Savior by His arch enemy. First off, Jesus was not the “one and only son.” That is a contradiction. How could Jesus possibly be “the one and only son” when the Bible says – “Behold, what manner of love the Father hath bestowed upon us, that we should be called the sons of God…” (1 John 3:1)?

This is a robbing of the glory of God which is the work of none other than Satan himself. If Jesus weren’t the “only BEGOTTEN SON” then He wasn’t born of a virgin and isn’t the Messiah. Biblical truth 101 ! The Bible says that we, His people, are “the sons of God … Beloved, now are we the sons of God.” (1 John 3:1-2)

Webster’s 1828 Dictionary:

BEGOT’, BEGOT’TEN, Procreated; generated.

After Adam, only one human being in History was procreated, generated by the heavenly Father. Jesus. ALL other men, women, had an earthly father whose blood was contaminated by sin (Romans 5:12, etc.).

Hundreds of years before Jesus was born in Bethlehem, God’s prophet Isaiah foretold that the Messiah would be born of a “virgin.”

“Therefore the Lord himself shall give you a sign; Behold, a virgin shall conceive, and bear a son, and shall call his name Immanuel.” Isaiah 7:14

Jesus Christ, if not “the only begotten of the Father”, is not the Messiah and is a fraud. There could be no more essential doctrine to the Christian faith.

If Jesus is not God He’s not the Messiah. Jesus says: “if ye believe not that I am he, ye shall die in your sins.” (John 8:24 )

Isaiah told us that the Messiah would be born of a virgin, “begotten,” and the “mighty God” and “Immanuel”, “GOD with us.” (Isaiah 7:14; 9:6-7; Matthew 1:21-23)

What are the 2 central reasons Jesus had to be born of a virgin – “begotten of the Father” in the womb of a virgin? (See John 1:14.)

“And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.” John 1:14

Only by being both deity and humanity could Jesus Christ bridge the sin-caused chasm that divided the two parties after the first man sinned (John 1:14; 1 Timothy 3:16).

“No man hath seen God at any time; the only begotten Son, which is in the bosom of the Father, he hath declared him.” John 1:18

The “spirit of antichrist” denies that Jesus came in the flesh which means He was born of a virgin, begotten of the Father, and therefore divine.

“Hereby know ye the Spirit of God: Every spirit that confesseth that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is of God: 3 And every spirit that confesseth not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is not of God: and this is that spirit of antichrist, whereof ye have heard that it should come; and even now already is it in the world.” 1 John 4:2-3

Holy Scripture informs us that “God was manifest in the flesh” and that was only possible by way of the divine Father God who begot Him in the womb of a virgin. “Immanuel” means God with us (Matthew 1:21-23; 1 Timothy 3:16 etc.).

There cannot possibly be a perfect sacrifice without a virgin birth executed by divine operation.

One writer notes:

“The DNA/chromosomes of the Sin Nature (“Sin” Rom 5:12) I believe can only be passed down thru the male. The woman cannot pass it down. Therefore the woman could be impregnated by the Holy Spirit and the child, Jesus, did not receive from Mary a sin nature or flesh. He was 100 % human but without a sin nature. God with sinless skin on. He maintained this state of sinless perfection all his life and had no sin nature until He drank and absorbed the cup of Sin right before He died. Jesus’ blood had of necessity to be sinless, and it was. This is exactly why He had to be begotten, generated by God the Father in the womb of a virgin – one who never knew a man:

“For the life of the flesh is in the blood: and I have given it to you upon the altar to make an atonement for your souls: for it is the blood that maketh an atonement for the soul.” Leviticus 17:11

“And almost all things are by the law purged with blood; and without shedding of blood is no remission.” Hebrews 9:22

Jesus Christ is God

Anyone who doesn’t believe that Jesus Christ was born of a virgin, begotten of the heavenly Father, and is divine, is a Christ-denying unbeliever and not saved.

Saints, let us return to the King James Bible and burn the enemy’s counterfeits. Check this out. Watch how the real Bible uses the phrase “the sons of God” referring to the people of God, the born again disciples of Jesus:

God knew that wicked men, posing as His representatives, would appear throughout history to change His Word, as if it were a living, malable document. Not. This is why He told us He never changes and that His Word is “settled in heaven” and will never change by way of Him (Psalms 89:34; 119:89; Malachi 3:6; Mark 13:31, etc.). The LORD who “changeth not” specifically attached highest price tag, most severe punishment, to anyone who dare add to or take away from His words (Revelation 22:18-19). Satan himself is the one who influences wicked me to change God’s Word – “Satan cometh immediately, and taketh away the word.” (Mark 4:15). This description is not limited to and yet definitely applies to the “bibles” which are peddled by seminarian salesmen as being “easier to understand” and yet, these vile deceivers never mention how the content, the text of Scripture has been butchered.

For the above mentioned biblical reasons, we know of a certainty, that any person who participates in or justifies the changing of God’s Word, is of the devil (Proverbs 30:5-6; John 8:47, etc.). Beware.

Personally, I cannot endorse what are clearly Satan’s cheap subsitutes and counterfeits of God’s Word and therefore cannot recommend and definitely discourage any and all believers, not matter the maturity level, to read the King James Bible.

Fear Stifles and Stains our Lives – “Fear hath Torment”

“Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me.” Psalms 23:4

Fear, hides, it lurks, and it controls us until it is dealt with. It seems to me that we have little knowledge yet of how fear has controlled us the whole of our lives. Today is the day of salvation, deliverance from the evil of fear.

Fear stifles and robs.

One study Bible note says:

“Fear is a dark shadow that envelops us and ultimately imprisons us within ourselves. Each of us has been a prisoner of fear at one time or another – fear of rejection, misunderstanding, uncertainty, sickness, or even death. But we can conquer fear by using the bright liberating light of the Lord who brings salvation. If we want to dispel the darkness of fear, let us remember with the psalmist that “the Lord is my light and my salvation.”

“Fear hath torment.” The quality of life God intends you to enjoy with Him is spoiled by fear. “fear hath torment.” Did He provide the solution in Christ? Yes. His “perfect love casteth out fear: because fear hath torment.” Notice below is this golden passage of Holy Writ that oneness with the LORD who “is love” is when all fear is vanquished from our lives (John 17). This disciple would like to invite and to encourage you to pour over this passage prayerfully and to make it part of your life from today forward. You will want to share it with others also.

“And we have known and believed the love that God hath to us. Did you note in this passage above that the eradication of fear is God’s will not only for now but also for all eternity? | Why We Need not Fear Death

You can’t conjure up boldness, conviction, valiancy. It must come out of the cross life, the crucified life with Christ – from which all fear is vanquished (Romans 6; 1 John 4:16-18). Then we know that “The righteous are bold as a lion.” (Proverbs 28:1)

Someone has rightly stated: “Fear is the currency of control.”

“O LORD, my strength, and my fortress, and my refuge in the day of affliction…” Jeremiah 16:19

The struggles and fallen sinful nature of this world should lay us at the feet of Christ. There are many things that can cause us to fear and yet, we run to our LORD who is our refuge and our fortress and we don’t run to the world for a mood drug or psychobabble, etc.

“The name of the LORD is a strong tower: the righteous runneth into it, and is safe.” Proverbs 18:10

Notice in the verse above that the God fearing man does not run to the world, to a mood drug, to a “fix” that mere sinful man offers, but rather He runs to the LORD!

We we are experiencing worrying, anxiety, and fear, that simply means that we need to repent and draw nigh to our God and He will draw nigh to us and all fear will be vanquished. Beware of the coping mechanisms beloved!

“For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.” 2 Timothy 1:7

It’s one thing to know this verse above and yet another to truly, diligently, daily be seeking the face of the LORD. Memorizing and meditating upon and declaring this one below has helped this lowly disciple immensely!

“Seek the LORD and his strength, seek his face continually.” 1 Chronicles 16:11

When a man truly fears the LORD, that man doesn’t run to the world to find a coping mechanism because that man seeks the LORD continually and is continually filled with His Holy Spirit and the corresponding fruit of the Spirit – love, joy, peace… (Galatians 5:22-23).

Why do we fear?

“People fear because their faith is in self, not in God. Therefore they try and meet their own needs. Matt. 6:33 says when we make God’s kingdom and His righteousness a priority He will meet our needs.” Karen Cochran

Read Psalm 1 every day this week! Pray before you begin beloved of the LORD …. and realize that He loves you more than you can possibly fathom!

The only way to know true love is to know God via the Son of His love – Jesus Christ – who in the greatest act of love ever, came and died for us, sinners.

“What shall we then say to these things? If God be for us, who can be against us? 32 He that spared not his own Son, but delivered him up for us all, how shall he not with him also freely give us all things? 33 Who shall lay any thing to the charge of God’s elect? It is God that justifieth. 34 Who is he that condemneth? It is Christ that died, yea rather, that is risen again, who is even at the right hand of God, who also maketh intercession for us. 35 Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword? 36 As it is written, For thy sake we are killed all the day long; we are accounted as sheep for the slaughter. 37 Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us. 38 For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, 39 Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.” Romans 8:31-39

Who’s battling anxiety, fear? Divine prescription: Memorize Proverbs 1:33 and meditate on it. King James Bible as always. Also pour prayerfully over 1 John 4:16-18 and worship Him afresh beloved!!!! Denounce the fear verbally and ask God to make you one with Him (John 17), to fill you with His love which eradicates all fear 1 John 4:18 …. Also, in prayer, denounce all fear and never say “I am a worry wart” ever again. Memorize Proverbs 1:33 and 2 Timothy 1:7. Search, meditate upon, and speak God’s Word (Joshua 1:8).

Fear’s only cure is the love of God – us being made one with Him (John 17; 1 John 4:16-18). Pouring prayerfully over John 17 and 1 John 4:16-18 is a life-changer! Thank YOU Jesus! Asking the LORD to make you ONE with Him goes to the center of why Jesus came! (John 17:3).

Studies reveal that the vast majority of things we fear never come to pass.

After promising specifically that He is always going to provide the necessities for His children, protect them, and nourish them, Jesus says:

“But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you. 34 Take therefore no thought for the morrow: for the morrow shall take thought for the things of itself. Sufficient unto the day is the evil thereof.” Matthew 6:33-34

The Holy Spirit inspired the prophet Isaiah to pen these wonderful words:

“Fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed; for I am thy God: I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness.” Isaiah 41:10

Fear is not of God but rather comes by an evil spirit – “the spirit of fear.“
