MAKING PEACE WITH GOD (Spanish version here)
Are you ready to Pass from Death to Life?

God desires to pardon you – before it’s too late. Jesus beckons you to “Come unto me” — while you can (Matthew 11:28-30).

“Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. 29 Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls. 30 For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.” Matthew 11:28-30

GOD sees all sin and will either forgive or condemn each and every sinner (John 3:36; 5:23-27). It’s only if the sinner goes to the LORD – not religion, but Jesus – that the Savior will forgive his sins. Otherwise, the LORD shall be justified that the sinner will pay for his own sins consciously, eternally in hell – all for rejecting the full, perfect payment of Christ’s precious blood that was shed on that cross for the sins of the whole world!

Those who are only 99.9% sure they are going to Heaven, are as sure for eternal hell as if they were already there. Today is your day to give your life to Jesus, friend ….. don’t wait another minute. You are not here listening to, reading this message by accident! God is leading you to Himself. He loves you.

The most astounding event of human history occurred when this man, Jesus Christ, died on a Roman cross. When He died, an untimely darkness covered the land at 3 p.m. and an earthquake occurred as He took His final breath. This man called Jesus was crucified. He was then buried in a tomb. 3 days later He was raised from the dead! Here’s why He died:

“But your iniquities (sins) have separated between you and your God, and your sins have hid his face from you, that he will not hear.” Isaiah 59:2

God is holy and our sins separate us from Him. We have all broken God’s laws by lying, dishonoring our parents, cheating, hating, adultery, committing a sex act in our mind with someone we are not married to, fornication, stealing, coveting, taking His holy name in vain, etc. These are all sins against God and we are all guilty. You are personally and fully guilty of sinning against Your Maker, who is the Judge of your eternal soul. Committing any single one of these sins makes us guilty of breaking the whole law and worthy of death.

Divine justice demands that our violations be punished. Because we are guilty of breaking God’s holy law, we deserve to be fairly repaid for our offenses. God doesn’t want us to be punished in hell forever though, so He sent His Son to pay the debt for us, so we would not have to pay for our own sins in eternal hell as we clearly deserve, but rather live now and forever with Him. What love!

“For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.” John 3:16

At the end of a perfect (sinless) life, Christ carried the very cross He was to be nailed to. His infinite love for you, along with the nails driven through His hands and feet, held Him to that cross as He agonized for 6 hours in pain – to pay for your sins. He was crucified to make peace between God and man. The Son of God bridged the gap that sin had caused. This wonderful man named Jesus, chose to shed His life blood (die – in excruciating pain) for you rather than live without you. He loves you.

“For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.” Romans 6:23

Christ died to fully pay for the sins of the human race (John 19:30). God loves us and wants us to experience relationship with Him, now and forever (John 17:3). Friend, who else has ever died for you but Jesus, the Good Shepherd?

“For when we were yet without strength, in due time Christ died for the ungodly (that’s you).” Romans 5:6

Jesus Christ bears those scars in His holy hands and feet which prove how much He loves you (Romans 5:6-9; 2 Corinthians 5:19-21; 1 John 3:16). No one else ever died for your sins on a cruel cross – to buy you back to Himself. He “gave himself a ransom for all, to be testified in due time” (1 Timothy 2:6).

“Christ Jesus came into the world to save (rescue) sinners.” 1 Timothy 1:15

No religion or religious figure can forgive your sins or save your soul from hell (no matter what they claim). Jesus didn’t come to start a religion but rather to establish His eternal kingdom in the hearts of men, granting them a relationship with God. Jesus Christ is the only One who bears nail-scarred hands and feet for your sins. He is the only way to God and your only hope.

“For there is ONE God, and ONE mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus.” 1 Timothy 2:5

The Son of God died and rose again to take away all your sins. He was the only One qualified for the job and He is the only One worthy of your worship. Peace With God Happens When We Meet the Prince of Peace.

It is by no accident you are reading this message. This is your moment in history to be saved. Praying and doing good deeds and going to church will save no person from eternal punishment – “For by grace (undeserved favor) are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast.” (Ephesians 2:8-9) Only the good work of Christ shedding His sinless blood on the cross for you will save the soul as one repents before a holy and righteous God and Judge. If you are going to get right with the LORD and go to Heaven, there must be a moment of reckoning. Now is your time to be saved. No one will ever through a life of good works earn God’s favor. There must of necessity be that divinely-defining moment when you lay your whole life/being/existence into His perfect, holy hands. Are you willing right this moment to admit you have sinned against God and to receive His forgiveness and free gift of eternal life?

“Sirs, what must I do to be saved? 31 And they said, Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved, and thy house.” Acts 16:30-31

“Behold, now is the accepted time; behold, now is the day of salvation.” 2 Corinthians 6:2

Your Prayer to God … You must honestly admit your sins and receive Christ…

Apply His holy blood to your life so that you may be saved, forgiven, and live eternally with Him. You must completely turn your life over to Him in repentance and faith. Now, pray the following prayer to God with all that is within you, from your heart and out loud:….

Dear heavenly Father, right now, if never before, I come to You as a broken and sinful person. Thank You for sending Your only begotten Son to die in my place for my sins. Thank You Jesus for coming to this earth to die and rise again to rescue me from sin and eternal hell and to save me for Your eternal glory. Right this moment, if never before, I receive You LORD Jesus. Come in and take over my whole life. I am all Yours and You are all mine. I love You Jesus and I will follow You from this moment forward till I am with You in Heaven forever! Please use me to help others know You dear LORD. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.

Tell another Christian. Find a group of Christ-loving, Bible-living believers. Be water baptized. Read your King James Bible daily and talk with God in prayer. Follow Christ to the end of your life.

What To Do Next

Tell another Christian that you just got saved (Lk. 12:8-9).
Get a King James Bible immediately – It’s the pure Word and real English Bible (don’t let anyone fool you about this).
Be water baptized as a public and open announcement that you now belong to Jesus Christ (Matt. 28:19).
Read your Bible daily, and commune with God in prayer (2 Tim. 2:15; 1 Pet. 2:2; Rev. 1:3).
Write Scriptures (with reference) on index cards and begin memorizing God’s Word (Ps. 119:11; Prov. 4:4; Hab. 2:2).
Find a strong, Christ-centered, God-fearing, vibrant, and Bible-living group of believers to fellowship with regularly (Acts 2:41-47).
Discern Wisely: Always remember that those who truly know the LORD Jesus honor His Word as final authority & are led of His Holy Spirit (Jn. 5:39; 8:47; Rom. 8:14; 2 Tim. 2:15; 3:16). The supreme goal and deepest desire of their lives is to know Him yet more and more (Jn. 17:3; Phil. 3:10). God’s Word is your Textbook for life rather than a man’s book or commentary.
Continue following Jesus to the end of your life here on earth (Matt. 10:22; 24:13; 25:1-13; 1 Pet. 1:5, 9).

JESUS IS COMING AND THE TRUE BODY OF CHRIST IS “HOLDING FORTH (BOLDLY DECLARING) THE WORD OF LIFE”

WHEN you speak God’s Word, you are speaking divine authority.

“These things speak, and exhort, and rebuke with all authority. Let no man despise thee.” Titus 2:15

“And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth. 19 Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: 20 Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Nourishing the Body of Christ

“If thou put the brethren in remembrance of these things, thou shalt be a good minister of Jesus Christ, nourished up in the words of faith and of good doctrine, whereunto thou hast attained.” 1 Timothy 4:6

The best way to learn is to teach.

HOW well do you know your way around in God’s Word?

Jesus knew His way around God’s Word. Do you? If not, why not?

“And there was delivered unto him the book of the prophet Esaias. And when he had opened the book, he FOUND the place where it was written,” Luke 4:17

The disciple of Christ must daily and diligently search, study, and learn God’s Word in light of His Great Commission command to us to teach His Word to others (Matthew 28:18-20). Our ability to minister is in large part based on our knowledge of God’s Word or the ability to navigate God’s Word (King James Bible).

MAKE THE DIFFERENCE – OBEY GOD, “PREACH THE WORD.” (2 TIMOTHY 4:2)

Tip: Always know WHERE you are reading in God’s Word – chapter and verse. You’ll be surprised at the repertoire that begins to build, making you, like Jesus, a good navigator of our LORD’s Word as you preach His Word (Luke 4:17).

Have you ever pondered why there is little or no Scripture being used when listening to someone pretending to be speaking about the LORD? You should wonder (Matthew 7:16, 20; 1 John 4:1).

“Preach the word” is the divine mandate, command (2 Timothy 4:2).

Let us cease to pretend that we represent the LORD when everything we say isn’t coming straight out of His Word. Read that again please.

“If any man speak, let him speak as the oracles (written Word) of God; if any man minister, let him do it as of the ability which God giveth: that God in all things may be glorified through Jesus Christ, to whom be praise and dominion for ever and ever. Amen.” 1 Peter 4:11

Think God is calling you to serve? Good. If He has saved you, He has called you (Ephesians 2:8-10; 4:7). Get lost in His Word every day (Jeremiah 15:16). Read it (Revelation 1:3). Study it (2 Timothy 2:15). Memorize it (Proverbs 4:4). Meditate upon it day and night (Joshua 1:8; Psalm 1). THAT’s your prep for ministry, not going to an antichrist seminary. Jesus inducted you into His school of the Holy Ghost and Word the moment He saved you.

“A few years ago the Lord spoke to me and I heard honor your Father and Mother. I didn’t know that my Mom would be moving close to me in a few months and I would become her primary helper. It has been one of the biggest challenges of my life because she has dementia and isn’t always kind. I have had to come home many nights and sit at the feet of Jesus and ask forgiveness because I was not like Jesus to her. Then I go back everyday because the Lord commands us to Honor our Mother. He didn’t promise it would be easy. I have to be like Jesus and say Father forgive them for they know not what they do. Luke 23: 34 .As people who have dementia do not know what they are doing or saying.”

Sharing how God is working in her life concerning her relationship with her beloved mother, Karen Cochran writes:

“I had to die to being right. Pride! How could I love her (my mother) with the love of Jesus? How would she see Jesus in me? She would not see Him in me in all my pride and arrogance! By being full of pride, all I did was stir up strife. Proverbs 10:12 ‘Hatred stirreth up strifes: but love covereth all sins.’ Because she would retaliate and would be angry. I had to learn to keep my mouth shut. And it has completely changed our relationship. But first the Lord had to change me and cleanse me from my ‘know it all’ attitude and my pride. I went to the Lord and said ‘why is she (my mother) so mean to me’. The Lord straightened me out quick. It was me not her! I couldn’t control her! All I could do was allow God to root out what was sin in me.”

“Being broken to the core has been a continuous prayer for me. Otherwise my stone heart will hurt someone else that does not deserve to be hurt. Jesus had shown me my resentment against my parents. As I went to their grave, Jesus begin to say, ‘If they hadn’t taken you to Jesus at an early age, you wouldn’t be where you are now.’ I felt all the bitterness, anger, and hatred leave.
