WHY this Asbury Ordeal is a Blessing [podcast]

Even though such will never be heard from Asbury or any other fake ministry ….

“God … commandeth all men every where to repent.” Acts 17:30

Their not preaching repentance and yet you still believe Asbury is of God? hmmmm

ASBURY is a fake “revival” and yet such doesn’t mean that God isn’t doing a work in the hearts of men – everywhere on HIS planet. HE IS and He will not stop calling men to absolute repentance (Acts 17:30). And He is doing this out of the love He has for every man, woman, and child alive on the earth today – for whom He sent His only begotten Son to die on a cross, be buried, and raised again the third day! (1 Corinthians 15:1-4)

The work of Satan through the evil handlers at Asbury and above also doesn’t negate God’s plans. Asbury has be using and promoting heresy for many years so far, if not decades.

The demonic evil behind the agenda to concoct “revivals” etc for sinister reason doesn’t change the working of the Almighty.

Jesus sits upon His throne laughing at them! Read Psalm 2 now. KJB.

Fake, staged “revivals” are a reality. Asbury is just the latest. Let us learn to discern (1 Thessalonians 5:21; 1 John 4:1).

God says that “all things work together for good to them that love God” and not that all things are good. God is orchestrating all things for His glory and our good!

“And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose. 29 For whom he did foreknow, he also did predestinate to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brethren.” Romans 8:28-29

Remember Romans 8:28-29? Is the LORD using this bad thing to bring His glory, further conforming His remnant bride to the image of the Son of God? Yes!

“For there must be also heresies (divisions) among you, that they which are approved may be made manifest among you.” 1 Corinthians 11:19

Jesus says that He came to divide – to separate those who are true to Him, to His Word – and those who are not!

“Think not that I am come to send peace on earth: I came not to send peace, but a sword.” Matthew 10:34

The “sword” of God is the “sword of the Spirit which is the word of God.” (Ephesians 6:17) The Word divides in that it is the occasion for some to choose to believe it and some to reject it. Oil and water don’t, won’t mix. The righteous and the wicked shall be separated! (Matthew 25) We are seeing exactly who is “of God” and who is “NOT of God” by the way people embrace or reject the words of God (John 8:47).

Jesus teaches us that real change and the “manifest” presence of the LORD only come to those who embrace His Word, who love, worship, and obey Christ (John 8:47; 14:21-23). These blessings don’t come from going to a supposed “revival” and praising and worshipping the LORD endlessly. There is no magic bullet in Christ’s kingdom but there is a cross to be born, “daily” (Luke 9:23-24). Out of that abiding relationship with Christ, practically walking with Him daily, will be the progression of  “fruit… more fruit, much fruit” produced in our lives (John 15). Time to get into the trenches and stop buying Satan’s lies. The cross, the trench equals your own death and burial and guarantees the resurrection of Christ – raising you in His glory, His grace, His power, and His victory! (2 Corinthians 4:10-12)

This Asbury catastrophe has really turned out to be a blessing in that believers are talking about this and establishing the truth of God on this matter among each other.

“Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly (abundantly) in all wisdom; teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord.” Colossians 3:16

Most importantly perhaps is that the essential general truth that you either stand on God’s Word or you are an antichrist heretic headed for hell (2 Timothy 3:16-17, etc.). This morning two brothers in Christ and I met at a coffee shop and discussed this matter in biblical detail, establishing the truth of God in our heart.

“Bind up the testimony, seal (mark) the law among my disciples.” Isaiah 8:16

This is speaking about burning in, engraving, emblazening, etching the words of God on the canvas of our heart!

“For who hath stood in the counsel of the LORD, and hath perceived and heard his word? who hath marked his word, and heard it?” Jeremiah 23:18

PRAYER: Holy Father, I love You and do not want to be misled, deceived. Please do a deeper work in my heart and life Father, in Jesus’ name. Make my conscience super sensitive to Your conviction and leading. Please unite my heart to fear Thy name and cause my conscience to be captive to Thy written Word. In the name of Jesus Christ, amen!
