Polygamy is the cruel treatment of women and comes only from God-less, lust-filled, adulterous devils – “Having eyes full of adultery!” (2 Peter 2:14)

One man insisted that “polygamy is biblical – always has been, always will be.” My response was:

We find polygamy in the Bible but it’s not God’s will. We also see murder in the Bible, beginning with Cain who killed his brother Abel. That doesn’t make it God’s will.

“Therefore shall a man leave his father and his mother, and shall cleave unto his wife: and they shall be one flesh.” Genesis 2:24

Notice above the words “his WIFE” not wives.

Notice as in the case of Abraham (with Sarah and Hagar), polygamy never resulted in blessing but rather a curse.

Though violated by even men of old who were known of God, the divine original and stated design is that one man and one woman be married and that the “twain (two) shall be one flesh.”

“And he answered and said unto them, Have ye not read, that he which made them at the beginning made them male and female, 5 And said, For this cause shall a man leave father and mother, and shall cleave to his wife (not wives): and they twain (two) shall be one flesh?” Matthew 19:4-5

Jesus says: “And they twain (TWO, not 3) shall be one flesh: so then they are no more twain, but one flesh.” (Mark 10:8) ANY other variant is sin and “The wages of sin is death” or eternal damnation (Romans 6:23). The sinners of this world are attempting to dress it up as fun, variances, but Judgment Day is on the way.

Polygamy is perversion.

So, what’s behind polygamy?

Firstly, it violates God’s stated order for a family. It is therefore a sin.

“And shall receive the reward of unrighteousness (hell), as they that count it pleasure to riot in the day time. Spots they are and blemishes, sporting themselves with their own deceivings while they feast with you; 14 Having eyes full of adultery, and that cannot cease from sin; beguiling unstable souls: an heart they have exercised with covetous practices; cursed children:” 2 Peter 2:13-14

God made Adam and Eve for each other. One man, one woman.

POLYGAMY IS PERPETRATED BY SELFISH LUST-FILLED ABUSERS!

Having more than one wife is pure adultery and fornication. No such thing as a true Christian who is a polygamist.

“And he answered and said unto them, Have ye not read, that he which made them at the beginning made them male and female, 5 And said, For this cause shall a man leave father and mother, and shall cleave to his (singular) wife: and they twain (TWO) shall be one flesh? 6 Wherefore they are no more twain (two), but one flesh. What therefore God hath joined together, let not man put asunder.” Matthew 19:4-6

Jesus is teaching here that the LORD only joins together “twain” – two!

In the whole passage above Jesus is dealing with “male and female”, “a man” and “his wife”, and how those 2, one man and one woman, the “twain shall be one flesh.” Can anyone find a plurality of wives in this? No, unless you are a lust-filled man who has “eyes full of adultery”, and wants to justify the sin of polygamy (2 Peter 2:14). Read the passage above again.

Jesus specifically forbid polygamy when He stated “they twain (TWO) shall be one flesh.” (Matthew 19:5) Case closed.

TODAY I am shocked at the 5-6 men who when confronted on this issue, argued to justify being married to more than one woman. SMH They use Old Testament Scripture to justify this evil sin but we live under the NEW Testament which was ratified in the blood of Jesus who taught that “the TWAIN (2) shall be one.” (Matthew 19:5) The Son of God gave specific instructions and there is not even one example of a man having more than one wife in the New Testament Scriptures!

Jesus says that “the TWAIN (TWO) shall be one.” (Matthew 19:5) Anyone have a calculator? 1 man + 1 woman equals marriage or it’s adultery, fornication.

When you see men attempting to justify this vile injustice, does it not make you you wonder what kind of lust dwells in their hearts? This is the seed, the making of a cult leader, is it not?

Two antichrist cults come to mind that teach and allow polygamy – Mormonism and Islam.

It’s interesting that these vile devils, while pulling things out context in the Old Testament for their own self-serving purposes, conveniently ignore what Genesis teaches – which is also Old Testament.

“And the LORD God said, It is not good that the man should be alone; I will make him an help meet for him (singular).” Genesis 2:18

Do we read in Genesis that God made Adam one wife or more than one?

Is it not oppression of the woman to suggest or force her to share her husband with another woman or more? And all this for the lust of a sinful man.

“A bishop then must be blameless, the husband of ONE wife, vigilant, sober, of good behaviour, given to hospitality, apt to teach;” 1 Timothy 3:2

It’s “ungodly men” who mislead the gullible with the eternal security heresy, and the heretical doctrines and system of calvinism. Jude warned us of just that, as did the prophets (Jude 3-4; Jeremiah 23:17, etc.). Then Jude reminds us of God’s judgment upon His own covenant people who were saved out of Egypt (the world) and then “afterward destroyed.” Then Jude reminds us that God judged the angels, a third of them, who rebelled against Him and were terminated from His domain, Heaven (Isaiah 14:12-15; Luke 10:18; Revelation 12:7-12, etc.).

21 Keep yourselves in the love of God, looking for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ unto eternal life.

Abiding

Attend to My Words [podcast]

IF THE WORD isn’t flowing into you daily, you are falling away. Flood and fuel your heart and mind and body with the pure, the holy light of God’s Word daily and you will never famish! All darkness will be vanquished (Psalms 119:130). All who have been saved and yet aren’t in God’s Word and prayer daily – have rejected Christ, with no exception. Re-turn to the LORD prodigal. There’s no good outside of Christ the KING.

“The entrance of thy words giveth light; it giveth understanding unto the simple.” Psalms 119:130

ALL who are not in God’s written Word daily are not hearing from God, do not have God’s wisdom and direction, and are walking in darkness – 100%.

The feeding of Christ’s flock would integrally involve exhorting them to diligently study and walk in God’s Word themselves, daily (John 21:15-17). Isn’t this exactly what the apostle Paul told Timothy to do? Yes. He told his understudy to “Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.” (2 Timothy 2:15)

One of the ways we know who the false ministers are, is that they want people dependent on THEM, not God. So, they don’t constantly exhort the people to get into God’s Word, the Holy Scriptures, for themselves. Run.

Gathering Fruit for Christ’s Eternal Glory [podcast]

IF you are truly born again, God has called you personally to participate in, to obey His Great Commission command— NOT to salvage any country in this fleeting world.

It’s amazing how many people claiming to be saved spend more time, energy, and money trying to save America than they do building up the body of Christ and evangelizing the lost. Anyone claiming to be saved and yet is not participating in the Great Commission command of Christ, is out of the will of God. Repentance needed.

Save America or See Jesus Save Eternal Souls?

Same thing happened in the book of Exodus and God slew 3,000 men. This angers Him greatly! There will be a severe price to pay for this adultery! Forget saving America. Win souls. Preach the original Gospel to see eternal souls saved unto the LORD. See Mark 16:15-20; Matthew 28:18-20.

A good thing to ask proud Americans who claim they are Christians:

1. “When’s the last time you led someone to Jesus?”

2. “How much time and how much energy do you spend trying in vain to “save America” or “Make America Great Again” compared to the time and energy you spend learning, studying, and meditating on God’s Word and doing it – as in the Great Commission?”

“Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven.” Matthew 7:21

Anyone claiming to be Christ’s and yet is not doing, is not obeying His Great Commission mandate, is not in the will of God.

Regrettably, America is going down in judgment.

No efforts can undo the present reality of those claiming to know Christ refusing to truly repent, nor the 60 million innocent babies America has murdered in cold blood and called it “choice.”

Honoring something God calls “an abomination” brings “the curse of the LORD” upon any nation to do such. See Leviticus 18:22 and Proverbs 3:33. Sodomy is sin!

“Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven.” Matthew 7:21

Doing the will of the Father is executing the Great Commission Jesus gave us!
