Use the 10 Commandments to bring conviction to the consciences of the lost and backslidden. THAT’s exactly how New Testament saints are instructed to use the Law.
Do you have the 10 Commandments memorized? Do it now.
GOSPEL/KINGDOM TRUTH:
People must become convicted of their sin before they are broken and shown the need to repent. This truth is essential to successful ministering. Gal 3:24; 1 Tim 1:7-10; Ps 19:7 … You cannot and will never talk anyone into being saved. You don’t have that power. God does. And He instructs us to give them the divine sword which cuts straight into the consciences of men, convicting and drawing them.
“The law of the LORD is perfect, converting the soul: the testimony of the LORD is sure, making wise the simple.” Psalms 19:7
Notice, not your words or mine but rather “The law of the LORD is perfect, converting the soul.” Memorize this verse and the 10 Commandments. THAT’s when you will be armed and dangerous!
Today we have many ideas and notions concerning the important calling to evangelize the lost. Much of it is based upon mere human reason as an approach. Remember, we are but dust and that God knows what people, sinners need. And He told us what they need and how to engage them. Giving them the law, perhaps at times incorporating it conversationally, speaking it with care, lovingly, is the stated divine prescription.
The law convicts the sinner that he is just that – a sinner separated from his Maker, “alienated from the life of God.” (Ephesians 4:18) Then comes the Good News, the grace, the cross.
The law of God convicts. The Word of God rejoices the heart and enlightens the eyes.
“The law of the LORD is perfect, converting the soul: the testimony of the LORD is sure, making wise the simple. 8 The statutes of the LORD are right, rejoicing the heart: the commandment of the LORD is pure, enlightening the eyes.” Psalms 19:7-8
The law of God convicts sinners and brings them to Christ.
“Wherefore the law was our schoolmaster to bring us unto Christ, that we might be justified by faith.” Galatians 3:24
BIBLICAL EVANGELISM: When people realize they are lost through the law, by being convicted of their sin against God, they sense the separation and impending judgment. At this point, by divine design, they will be more readily accepting of being saved. The law clearly conveys, exposes our sin, convicts the conscience of the guilt of sin and opens the door wide for them to be saved. Law must precede grace. Moses (the law) preceded Jesus (grace) (John 1:17). The sinner must be convicted by the law that he’s a sinner before he realizes his need to receive Christ! (Galatians 3:24; 1 Timothy 1:8-11)
The law convicts deeply. Let the law of God do its work. It’s futility (without the law) to attempt to convince a sinner of his sin and therefore his need to be saved, forgiven. God’s law does this!
“And of some have compassion, making a difference: 23 And others save with fear, pulling them out of the fire; hating even the garment spotted by the flesh.” Jude 22-23
The ultimate divine goal is to convict and to save the soul. This is why we must obey God by preaching HIS WORDS – law to convict and gospel to save (Romans 1:16; Psalms 19:7, etc.).
“But we know that the law is good, if a man use it lawfully; 9 Knowing this, that the law is NOT made for a righteous man, but (it is made) for the lawless and disobedient, for the ungodly and for sinners, for unholy and profane, for murderers of fathers and murderers of mothers, for manslayers, 10 For whoremongers, for them that defile themselves with mankind, for menstealers, for liars, for perjured persons, and if there be any other thing that is contrary to sound doctrine; 11 According to the glorious gospel of the blessed God, which was committed to my trust.” 1 Timothy 1:8-11
Notice closely…. the law IS made for sinners…. to convict them of their sin so they may come to Christ!
“The law is not made for a righteous man, but for the lawless and disobedient, for the ungodly and for sinners…” 1 Timothy 1:9
Presenting the Word: First, employ the law to cut, to convict, and to expose how wicked the sinner is and deserving of nothing but damnation, THEN the Gospel of Jesus’ saving grace to make the sinner whole. Amen!
Let’s look at it again and you may wish to memorize this truth:
“Wherefore the law was our schoolmaster to bring us unto Christ, that we might be justified by faith.” Galatians 3:24
The sharp edge of the law convicts the sinner unto repentance.
NO one will BE saved before becoming greatly convicted of their sin. give them the Law then they will desire Christ (Galatians 3:24; 1 Timothy 1:9-11). The law convicts and brings them to Christ – it serves God’s purpose. We don’t lead them to Christ so much as God’s law convicts and leaves them feeling the reality of their alienation from God – and then they will be prepared to hear the saving Gospel of Christ. This is the New Testament way of winning souls to Jesus.
Jesus only saves those who truly repent and not those who just say a prayer! In order for one to repent, he must receive the Law, be convicted, repent and believe on the LORD Jesus Christ. Many have said a prayer but didn’t repent. The fact that their life is not completely changed by Christ proves they didn’t repent. The Law of God (the Ten Commandments) when used correctly and verbatim, convicts the sinner and leads him to repentance.
Gary Skinner writes: “God’s 10 Commandments should be memorized by every believer.”
God spoke for Himself when He told us that His law convicts the lost sinner and brings him to Christ (Galatians 3:24). “According to the glorious gospel” the LORD told us that His law is made, not for the saved but rather “for the lawless.” ….
“Knowing this, that the law is not made for a righteous man, but for the lawless and disobedient, for the ungodly and for sinners, for unholy and profane, for murderers of fathers and murderers of mothers, for manslayers, 10 For whoremongers, for them that defile themselves with mankind, for menstealers, for liars, for perjured persons, and if there be any other thing that is contrary to sound doctrine; 11 According to the glorious gospel of the blessed God, which was committed to my trust.” 1 Timothy 1:9-11
DO you know and do you access the 10 Commandments in God’s Word – to convict sinners?
What Bible chapter are the 10 Commandments found in? Exodus 20
10 Commandment Evangelism in Action: Derek’s Dilemma and Deliverance!
Today we have several well-known apologists who often appear before secular crowds at universities, king of like the apostle Paul as he spoke with the Athenians and those on Mars’ Hill.
What’s most important and the biblical model for evangelism, is to give the lost the law of God (10 Commandments), to convict them which in turn will bring them to Christ (Romans 7:12; Galatians 3:24; 1 Timothy 1:7-10). Placating lost souls with scientific arguments in defense of the faith seems to seldom if ever result in a lost sinner coming to the Savior in repentance. It is the law of God that pierces directly into the consciences of men and converts sinners to Christ (Psalms 19:7). When Paul spoke with the secularists of his day on Mars’ Hill he spoke to them of their idolatry (a sin violating the first 2 of the 10 Commandments), called them to repentance, and warned them that Judgment Day was coming (Acts 17:22-34).
Social media is full of people telling sinners the benefits of salvation, before they are saved, instead of obeying God and preaching the essentials of the law and call to repentance to convict them of that sin. In order for the sinner to experience the blessings of Christ’s salvation, they must be convicted of their sin, their separation from God. This is done by giving them the law, the 10 Commandments.
Give sinners the LAW to convict them of sin and therefore their separation from God. That is Bible evangelism (Galatians 3:24; 1 Timothy 1:7-11). Then preach the Gospel (Mark 16:15). No one can be talked into being saved. They must be preached into the kingdom, into being saved. It doesn’t matter how badly you want them to be saved, they will not be saved unless someone gives them the law to convict them – to expose their sin to them, bringing conviction and repentance. In being crucified with Christ, your personal sentiments will be mortified out of the way.
God begs no one. We all need Him. He doesn’t need us.
The law convicts the heart of sin and causes people to run to the LORD for the forgiveness He alone can give.
THE TEN COMMANDMENTS
Exodus 20
- “Thou shalt have no other gods before me.” v3
- “Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image, or any likeness of any thing that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth:” v4
- “Thou shalt not take the name of the LORD thy God in vain; for the LORD will not hold him guiltless that taketh his name in vain.” v7
- “Remember the sabbath day, to keep it holy.” v8
- “Honour thy father and thy mother: that thy days may be long upon the land which the LORD thy God giveth thee.” v12
- “Thou shalt not kill.” v13
- “Thou shalt not commit adultery.” v14
- “Thou shalt not steal.” v15
- “Thou shalt not bear false witness against thy neighbour.” v16
- “Thou shalt not covet thy neighbour’s house, thou shalt not covet thy neighbour’s wife, nor his manservant, nor his maidservant, nor his ox, nor his ass, nor any thing that is thy neighbour’s.” v17
After copying and pasting the Ten Commandments above, recently I sent the following to a sinner:
How does what you are saying to deflect and mock Christians and the LORD change your own personal accountability to your Maker who is the Judge of your eternal soul? We have all sinned against Him…. you included …. He sees the lies you’ve told, the people you’ve hated, the lust of the heart, the use of His holy name in vain, having other gods before Him (idolatry)…. why not settle out of court? Why not surrender in an honest heart and admit to Him what He already knows…. all of your sin? (Exodus 20)
Always, always, always use the Law to bring conviction of sin with sinners. That is the Bible, the New Testament way.
“ACCORDING TO THE GLORIOUS GOSPEL” we are to teach New Testament believers to use the law to bring conviction to lost souls (Psalms 19:7; Galatians 3:24; 1 Timothy 1:11). In order to be “meet (fit) for the master’s use,” one should know those 10 commandments in order to use them when evangelizing (2 Timothy 2:21).
Do you have the 10 Commandments memorized in order to help sinners be convicted of their sin and be saved?
Regrettably, the essential doctrine of repentance is a lost doctrine of the modern church and without it, one cannot possibly be born again, regenerated (Luke 13:3; John 3:3, 7; Titus 3:5-7). The sinner must first become convicted by the Law to be moved by the Holy Spirit to repent.
The New Testament way of evangelizing begins with putting the law of God, the 10 Commandments, in the hearts of sinners (1 Timothy 1:8-11).
New Testament believers are to use the law, the 10 commandments…. dropping them in people’s hearts and talking with them about how sinful we all are and in need of the Savior’s forgiveness and quoting the commandment and asking them specifically if they’ve committed that sin…. Watch God convict!
The law of God convicts the sinner that he’s sinned against a Holy God. The believer can assist in this process by asking them the questions of breaking His holy law, using the 10 Commandments. This is specifically according to the Gospel. Read 1 Timothy 1:7-10.
Eunice Tabuzo writes:
“The Gospel is only good news to those who understand the bad news about sin. By comparing the Law (God’s ten commandments), with our lives, we will realize by the power of the Holy Spirit that it is impossible for any of us to perfectly keep the Law. It becomes clear that all people have sinned and therefore, we are all worthy of condemnation; being guilty in the sight of God, and that we are all lawbreakers in need of forgiveness.
The good news is that God has provided forgiveness in the Person and work of Jesus. By His perfect life, death, burial and resurrection, Jesus accomplished all that God’s law requires of us in order to attain righteousness and full payment for our disobedience. Jesus Christ gave Himself to pay for our sins and provide the way of salvation—freedom from the condemnation we deserve.
God requires complete obedience. Jesus provides complete salvation for the disobedient who confess their sin before Him, repent of their transgressions, of their rebellion, and trust in Him as their Savior and Lord. Every repenting sinner who turns away from sin and trusts Jesus will be saved from sin.
What God requires in His Law He provides in His Gospel. That is the message of the Bible and it is what everyone needs to hear and believe to be saved.
So, Christians, when we share the Gospel, we need to declare the Law and the Gospel, and pray for the Spirit to bless the hearer to reveal Christ to them and to establish them in His way. God’s Truth is a powerful instrument in the hands of His Spirit. By the Spirit, may God’s truth bring conviction through His commandments and salvation through His Son.
Blessed be the only true God who has poured out His great mercy to bring us unto salvation through His Son Jesus Christ! To Him alone be the glory forever, amen!”
Below is an exciting real life example of the law being used to bring a sinner to Christ.
YOUR PRAYER: Holy Father, prepare me, Your vessel, to be mightily used of Thee, in Jesus’ name. Amen.

Dwelling in the Secret Place of the Most High [podcast]

“He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.” Psalms 91:1
Of the Bible phrase “secret place of the most High”, one source notes:
“‘The secret place of the Most High’: is a spiritual state of intimacy, trust, and absolute protection in God, referenced in Psalm 91:1. It is not a physical location, but rather a hidden sanctuary found in the heart of God, accessed through prayer and a surrendered life.”
“And this is life eternal, that they might know thee the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom thou hast sent.” John 17:3
Prayer communion is inseparably connected with knowing God (John 17:3).
Knowing the Father and the Son is the whole purpose for which He made you.
“That which we have seen and heard declare we unto you, that ye also may have fellowship with us: and truly our fellowship is with the Father, and with his Son Jesus Christ. 4 And these things write we unto you, that your joy may be full.” 1 John 1:3-4
Beloved of God, you have a relationship with your Maker, not religion.
To know Him, we must seek Him. He promises us that as we seek Him, He will be found of us!
“if thou seek him, he will be found of thee.” 1 Chronicles 28:9
He promises to manifest Himself exclusively to those who “diligently seek him.” (1 Chronicles 16:11; John 14:21-23, etc.)
God is not hiding and yet He is not available to the casual seeker. Only those who “diligently seek him” will be known as His, will experience in real relationship with the LORD.
“But thou, when thou prayest, enter into thy closet, and when thou hast shut thy door, pray to thy Father which is in secret; and thy Father which seeth in secret shall reward thee openly.” Matthew 6:33
“A sinning man stops praying. A praying man stops sinning.” – Leonard Ravenhill
“And in the morning, rising up a great while before day, he went out, and departed into a solitary place, and there prayed.” Mark 1:35
Anyone not praying is not seeking God and has already fallen away (Luke 12:40).
“A glorious high throne from the beginning is the place of our sanctuary.” Jeremiah 17:12
The LORD’s people are known as His “house” and He calls them His “house of prayer.”
“And said unto them, It is written, My house shall be called the house of prayer; but ye have made it a den of thieves.” Matthew 21:13
Those who truly love and worship the LORD perpetually seek His holy face and that’s called prayer.
“Pray without ceasing.” 1 Thessalonians 5:17
“Seek his face continually”
“Seek the LORD and his strength, seek his face continually.” 1 Chronicles 16:11
Spending quality moments with God is your best time spent (Matthew 6:6).
“The preaching of the Word of the Lord fails to run and be glorified from many causes. The difficulty may lie with the preacher himself, should his outward conduct be out of harmony with the rule of the Scriptures and his own profession. The word lived must be in accord with the word delivered; the life must be in harmony with the sermon. The preacher’s spirit and behavior out of the pulpit must run parallel with the Word of the LORD spoken in the pulpit. Otherwise a man is an obstacle in the success of his own message.” E.M. Bounds, E.M. Bounds On Prayer, p. 421
“A sinning man stops praying. A praying man stops sinning.” – Leonard Ravenhill
“The men who have done mighty things for God have always been mighty in prayer, have well understood the possibilities of prayer, and made the most of these possibilities. The Son of God, the first of all and the mightiest of all, has shown us the all-potent and far reaching possibilities of prayer. Paul was mighty for because he knew, how to use, and how to get others to use, the mighty spiritual forces of prayer.” EM Bounds, The Complete Works of E.M. Bounds on Prayer, P. 341
“It has been said that no great work in literature or in science was ever wrought by a man who did not love solitude. We may lay it down as an elemental principle of religion, that no large growth in holiness was ever gained by one who did not take time to be often long alone with God.” Austin Phelps
“Watch and pray, that ye enter not into temptation: the spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak.” Matthew 26:41
Can anyone possibly NOT enter into temptation who is not living a life of prayer? Not possible. If you are not living a life of prayer, praying “without ceasing,” you ARE living in sin. Wonder no more. Fresh repentance before God needed (Hosea 10:12; 14:1-2; 1 Thessalonians 5:17; Hebrews 4:14-16).
It’s the cross – where you die so Christ can be preferred, can reign in your personal daily life.
“Ye are dead and your life is hid with Christ in God.” Colossians 3:3
Lotta Prayer
Lotta Power
vs
Lil Prayer
Lil power
No such thing as an overcoming, victorious child of God who doesn’t meet daily with God in prayer communion.
Let’s read the words of our LORD Jesus again – aloud:
“Watch and pray, that ye enter not into temptation: the spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak.” Matthew 26:41
PRAYER: Holy Father, I come to You now, in repentance, asking You to please forgive my self-idolatry, rebellion, pride, sinful unbelief, and prayerlessness. Please wash me clean in Thy blood dear LORD Jesus. Unite my heart to fear Thy name. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

The Over Population Delusion Exposed [video]

FACT: There are 100 people groups that are uncontacted and remain isolated from modern societies which is further proof of over population being an induced myth.
FACTS are dangerous to those who perpetrate lying propaganda. Example:
Threat: There Were 93,331 Drug Overdose Deaths in the US in 2020 and ZERO Deaths from Climate Change in the US in 2020
While these lying agents of the enemy of all souls push the “danger” of “global warming,” the simple facts eviscerate their agenda.
ALL of Creation, Including the Earth and its People, are Exclusively God’s Property
The LORD owns the earth, not you, luciferian. You are an antichrist sinner, less than a spec of dust in contrast to the Almighty who said “The earth is the LORD’S, and the fulness thereof; the world, and they that dwell therein.” (Psalms 24:1)
Depopulation Devils Exposed! The earth is the LORD’s and He said He wants it populated! (Psalms 24:1) Those who participate in deciding who lives and who dies are murderers in the eyes of the Almighty. And, any person encouraging people not to have children is encouraging something that is against what God stated and is a divine command that is still in full force – “And God blessed them, and God said unto them, BE FRUITFUL, AND MULTIPLY, AND REPLENISH THE EARTH, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth.” (Genesis 1:28)
“Those who believe the over population myth should humbly read the Bible and it will wipe out their ignorance. Especially the book of Genesis.” Shadrack Rotich
No such thing as over population. Anyone who believes that has been deceived by the murderous depopulationists. Not long ago a study was done which proved that every person in the world could live comfortably in the state of Texas. The LORD who made the earth, made it to be inhabited and provide everything for such to happen. These are antichrists who are against the LORD and His plan to fill the earth with people (Genesis 1:28). Over population is a lie to push the agenda of depopulating the earth by murdering billions. It’s time to make peace with your Maker, the Judge of your eternal soul – before it’s too late. Peace with God
Those who believe in this lie of over population are bearing false witness against the Almighty and making a foolish, ungrounded indictment upon our Maker. Totally gullible. Bought the lies. It’s all an evil agenda to communize the world, and a communist world dictator is coming, the antichrist. Communism has never worked and never will – except temporarily for those ruling over the masses. Communism is the few self-appointed elites murderously ruling with tyranny. Only deceived souls are buying this delusion.
Below is a lost soul disagreeing with my above statements:
“The world is grossly over populated. We could do with a few generations who don’t want to have children. If everyone just kept popping them out like you suggest, how does the world sustain that many people?” Amy
MY REPLY:
Who the heck do you think you are pretending to decide who can live and who must die to suit the delusions you’ve gullibly bought into? You are completely selfish, sinner. What if someone, some other luciferian decides that YOU are expendable? – That you don’t matter and should be eliminated? Do you know what Jesus’ Golden Rule states?
“And as ye would that men should do to you, do ye also to them likewise.” Luke 6:31
“The earth is THE LORD’s” not yours (Psalms 24:1) One thing’s for certain – There is a God and you are not Him.
“The earth is the LORD’S, and the fulness thereof; the world, and they that dwell therein.” Psalms 24:1
The LORD made the earth and doesn’t need puny finite beings like us “deciding” that there is not enough room for more people. Total selfishness. It’s not up to YOU to decide if God’s green earth is over populated. You are completely brain washed, indoctrinated into the religion of self-worship, secular humanism. Not long ago an extensive study showed that the whole population of the world could fit in the state of Texas, each person and family with a large piece of land. Case closed. Junk science. Lies.
Regrettably, you don’t yet see the end game agenda of these scams you’ve bought into. The lie of over population and the murderous depopulation agenda is are tools of the evil dictators in order to accomplish global dominance. This will bring the most horrific times the earth has ever seen under the antichrist.
“For then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be. 22 And except those days should be shortened, there should no flesh be saved: but for the elect’s sake those days shall be shortened.” Matthew 24:21-22

Are You Bless-able? English and Spanish [podcast]

Who is Going to be “Blessed”?
“A FAITHFUL MAN shall abound with blessings: but he that maketh haste to be rich shall not be innocent.” Proverbs 28:20
Like it or not, God has conditions to appropriate His blessings. Rebels hate this reality because they despise personal accountability, personal responsibility. Their rebellion changes nothing. Either repent, be saved, and walk humbly with Christ, or lose your soul for eternity in hell (Mark 8:34-38).
True followers of Jesus are doing the work of the Gospel, are diligent, are “not slothful,” and “inherit” “the promises” of God “through faith and patience.”
“For God is not unrighteous to forget your work and labour of love, which ye have shewed toward his name, in that ye have ministered to the saints, and do minister. 11 And we desire that every one of you do shew the same diligence to the full assurance of hope unto the end: 12 That ye be not slothful, but followers of them who through faith and patience inherit the promises.” Hebrews 6:10-12
In the New Testament, we don’t ever see disciples of Christ spending all kinds of time singing praise songs, numbing themselves out, etc. No, when the Holy Spirit truly fills a believer, it’s to be a witness of Christ and that person is sent out.
Jesus dwells large only in those who practically obey Him and not those just trying to get an emotional fix by soaking in a building in a “revival.”
“And if it seem evil unto you to serve the LORD, choose you this day whom ye will serve; whether the gods which your fathers served that were on the other side of the flood, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land ye dwell: but as for me and my house, we will serve the LORD.” Joshua 24:15
Are We Bless-able?
“It is more blessed to give than to receive.” Acts 20:35
Have you given God your life?
“So likewise, whosoever he be of you that forsaketh not all that he hath, he cannot be my disciple.” Luke 14:33
