Your life in Christ will be enriched forever as you embrace and put into practice His Word.)

There is a great absence of scriptural resourcefulness in the people of God today. Think for a minute; How many “Christians” do you personally know who use Scripture when they speak, in their thought processes, reasonings, when they are making decisions, etc.? If they do not, it is clear that there is no depth of divine substance in them – Matthew 12:34; Isaiah 8:20.

“Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly (abundantly) in all wisdom; teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord.” Colossians 3:16

According to Hebrews 5:11-14, spiritual maturity is measured by how much of God’s Word is personified in the believer. We should utterly desire God’s Word to be at work in our daily thoughts and lives. We should allow for God’s holy Word to replace all human reasonings, philosophies, psychology and traditions concerning the divine. See Colossians 2:8. Because of the lack of knowledge of God’s Word, many of His own people are “destroyed” and ” do err” (Hos. 4:6; Matthew 29:22.).

The Bible is the overcoming factor in the lives of all who love and live it. There will be no victory outside of God’s life in His Word. May the testimony of the LORD concerning our individual lives be as His “testimony” of David, whom He saidwas “a man after mine own heart, which shall fulfil all my will.” Acts 13:22

“Order my steps in thy word: and let not any iniquity have dominion over me.” Psalms 119:133

The words contained in the Bible are God’s revelation to man. His words embody His original, present, and future intent and message of redemption to fallen mankind. The message of the Redeemer, Jesus Christ, is found from the beginning to the end of the holy Scriptures. The loving and eternal purposes of our Creator toward His creation are recorded within its pages (Jeremiah 29:11).

Our God has gone to great lengths to provide a written record of His covenants, commandments, will, communion, and dealings with mankind. His ultimate purpose, in furnishing us with His written Word, is that we might know Him and His love toward us, both now and forever (John 17:3; 20:31). The eternal and living Word, Jesus Christ, is the central Theme of all of Scripture. His past, present, and future divine sovereignty, actions, decrees, workings, love, reign, judgments and rewards are revealed herein.

1. How were the worlds framed? Hebrews 11:3

________________________________________________________________________

2. What is it that upholds the universe at this very moment? Hebrews1:3

________________________________________________________________________

3. What does God promise that His Word will accomplish when it is sent forth? Isaiah 55:11

4. Who is it that inspired the Scriptures? 2 Timothy 3:16

________________________________________________________________________

Never has there been and never will there be a book so loved, so hated, so authentic, validated, tested, and proven, as the Bible is. Throughout the ages, God’s written Word has stood the test. No man, committee, religion, nor organization has ever successfully disproved its contents. No book has ever sold more copies or been so widespread and popular as the Holy Bible. God’s Book has always been the all-time bestseller and always will be. The God who inspired the Bible is infallible and unchanging, and thus is His Word. God’s Word can be trusted. As millions of faithful souls have discovered through the ages, you can stake every part of your life upon the Author of its contents.

5. Who did God use to record His holy Word as He inspired them? 2 Peter 1:20,21

________________________________________________________________________

The Scriptures did not come from man’s private opinion or interpretation, but by the direct inspiration of God the Holy Ghost through holy men of God. During the span of approximately 2,000 years, the Scriptures were penned by over 40 men who were divinely moved upon to record His oracles. Not one contradiction exists within the Bible or between the writers or writings of the Bible, although there are some “things hard to be understood.” (2 Pet. 3:16). There is perfect agreement, harmony, and continuity in all of Scripture which originated and emanated from one Source. The New Testament records Jesus quoting from the Old Testament writings – Mt 4:4,7,10. The Son of God repeatedly confirmed the authenticity of the Old Testament Scriptures – Mt 19:4, 12:40, 23:35, 24:15; Luke 4:25, 17:27, 20:37. This is one of the greatest seals of God’s approval that the Bible is His inspired Word. Jesus not only confirmed the inspiration of the Old Testament writings, but He also promised the inspiration of the New Testament writings. He promised that the Spirit of the Father would speak through His disciples – Mt. 10:20 cp. Lk. 10:16; Mk. 13:11; Mt. 28:18,20; Jn. 14:26, 16:13. The disciples of Jesus carried on after Jesus departed from them. They executed “all that Jesus began both to do and teach” (Acts 1:1). The early Church “continued stedfastly in the apostles’ doctrine” (Acts 2:42). The apostle Paul quoted from the Gospels – 1 Tim. 5:18; also see Mt 10:10; Luke 10:7. The apostle Peter categorized Paul’s writings with the inspired “Scriptures” of the Old Testament – 2 Peter 3:16. Paul charged the brethren that his epistles be read in the churches which authenticates them as Holy Writ, divine in origin. – Col. 4:16; 1 Thess. 5:27.

6. Did God ever do any recording Himself? Exodus 24:12, 32:15,16, 34:1

________________________________________________________________________

From the above verses we see that God led the prophets of old by example. He personally came to the earth and recorded His holy precepts upon earthly stone.

7. What are some of the reasons that God has had the Scriptures recorded?

John 20:31

________________________________________________________________________

Romans 15:4

________________________________________________________________________

1 John 5:13

________________________________________________________________________

Habakkuk 2:2

________________________________________________________________________

As we see in Habakkuk 2:2, God has had His Word recorded so that the person who reads it is empowered to run in the way that God has prescribed.

8. What has always been the plan of God in declaring His Word to His people?

Deuteronomy 4:10

A.______________________________________________________________________

B.______________________________________________________________________

9. Who were the Scriptures written for? Romans 15:4; 1 John 5:13

________________________________________________________________________

From the time the Scriptures began to be recorded and until now, millions have searched and embraced the priceless truths of the Bible. His recorded Oracles have comforted, instructed, and strengthened the lives of countless God-fearing souls over the centuries. There are millions across the globe, in our day, who search out and live daily by the precepts of their Maker recorded in the Holy Bible. Some are forced to cling to God’s message at the expense of their own lives (Matthew 10:22; Revelation 2:10-11). Our Heavenly Father has seen to it that His Word be recorded in many languages and it continues to be recorded in new languages. He loves all of His creation.

10. In John 5:39, which one of the three divine persons of the Godhead is said to be the theme of holy Scripture?

________________________________________________________________________

11. Who did the Old Testament prophets write about? Luke 24:27, 44

________________________________________________________________________

As you have just read, Jesus personally confirmed the divine inspiration of the Old Testament writings and revealed that He was the central Theme of those Scriptures.

12. Who did Moses write about? John 5:46

________________________________________________________________________

13. What is one of the names of Jesus Christ, recorded in John 1:1, 2, 14; Rev. 19:13?

________________________________________________________________________

Again here, the person of Jesus Christ is emphatically revealed. He is the Word of God. He is God’s expression and revelation to man. Jesus Christ, the incarnate Word of God, and the written Word are interrelated. The living Word, Jesus Christ, becomes more and more precious, known, loved, and understood to the person who studies the written Word of God. He is its central theme and revealed to the believer through its contents. His nature is revealed and His character is produced within the lives of those who search and obey His Word.

14. What is settled in heaven forever? Psalms 119:89

________________________________________________________________________

15. Will God ever change His mind about, break, or alter what has been recorded in the holy Scriptures? Psalms 89:34

________________________________________________________________________

16. According to Jesus Christ, what will never change? Mark 13:31

________________________________________________________________________

The term “pass away” simply means to be altered. As is the case with His nature, God’s Word never will be changed (Mal. 3:6; James 1:17-22). At no time in history has God failed to answer a seeking heart that claimed the promises of His Word. Not one Biblical promise has ever failed. “Seek ye out of the book of the Lord, and read: no one of these shall fail.” Isaiah 34:16

17. According to Isaiah 40:8, what “withereth”, what “fadeth”, and what “shall stand forever”?

________________________________________________________________________

18. Are the Word of God and the Gospel the same? 1 Peter 1:25
(circle one)

YES

NO

19. What did God say was even more authoritative than His own actual audible voice speaking from Heaven? 2 Peter 1:16-21

________________________________________________________________________

The “more sure word” is the recorded “prophecy of the scripture.” (2 Peter 1:19)

The phrase “unto a light that shineth in a dark place, until the day dawn, and the day star arise in your hearts” reveals to us that the revelation of God is progressive and unfolding as the believer seeks Him in the Spirit and in the Scriptures (John 4:23-24).

20. What did the LORD place even above His own name? Psalms 138:2

________________________________________________________________________

NOW WOULD BE A GOOD TIME TO VERBALLY THANK YOUR HEAVENLY FATHER FOR PROVIDING YOU WITH HIS HOLY, TANGIBLE WORD.

OPTIONAL ASSIGNMENT:

In 250 words or more, detail the ways that the Word of God should be incorporated into the daily life of the believer. (Tips for your essay’s content: study, performance, prayer, warfare, proclaiming, meditating upon, memorizing, etc). Search the Scriptures as your source for this essay and use Scripture and references to validate your statements. Begin with deep and prayerful meditation on God’s Word. Write your essay neatly and in an organized manner.

SCRIPTURE MEMORIZATION: 2 Timothy 3:16

It would be very advantageous for you to cross reference all of the Scriptures in this study. For example, pencil in each topically similar verse into the margin next to the corresponding verses on this same subject. Write out these verses with references on index cards – make it a priority to carry and post them where you will study and meditate upon them. These two measures will build in you a wealth of truth on each topic. This will help you to retain and become resourceful in the Word of God – ready to be used of Him. Capture the knowledge that you have learned, don’t let it slip away from you.

Capitalize on your efforts. This is preparation in earnest (2 Timothy 2:21).

“Lord, I Believe; Help Thou Mine Unbelief” [podcast]

“Jesus said unto him, If thou canst believe, all things are possible to him that believeth. 24 And straightway the father of the child cried out, and said with tears, Lord, I believe; help thou mine unbelief.” Mark 9:23-24

God wants us to depend on HIM, not self. What a prayer from this father who was seeking Jesus for his possessed, embattled son!

“And straightway the father of the child cried out, and said with tears, Lord, I believe; help thou mine unbelief.” Mark 9:24

Now that is a great prayer for us today—“Lord, I believe; help thou mine unbelief.” Mark 9:24

Is this not kin to the prayer Christ’s disciples prayed to Him—“And the apostles said unto the Lord, Increase our faith” (Luke 17:5) ?

Some ask “Lord, how can I increase MY faith?”

Read that again.

It’s not how I can increase my faith! No. That is all self-centered. We pray as did the apostles, “Lord, Increase our faith.” In other words, You do it please dear LORD!

There are two ways the Word prescribes that we walk in more faith:

Asking for it (Luke 17:5)

Reading and heeding the Word for it—“So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God (Romans 10:17).

“9:24 The father expressed the paradox of faith and unbelief experienced by God’s people in all ages. ‘Lord, I believe; help my unbelief!’ We want to believe, yet find ourselves filled with doubt. We hate this inward, unreasonable contradiction, yet seem to fight it in vain.” Believer’s Bible Commentary

Another person commenting on this text writes:

“Help thou mine unbelief – That is, assist me against it. Give me a power to believe.”

“[Lord, I believe; help thou mine unbelief] A prayer that all can pray with great profit.” Dake

“VII. The profession of faith which the poor man made hereupon (Mrk_9:24); He cried out, ‘Lord, I believe; I am fully persuaded both of thy power and of thy pity; my cure shall not be prevented by the want of faith; Lord, I believe.’ He adds a prayer for grace to enable him more firmly to rely upon the assurances he had of the ability and willingness of Christ to save; Help thou my unbelief. Note, 1. Even those who through grace can say, Lord, I believe, have reason to complain of their unbelief; that they cannot so readily apply to themselves, and their own case, the word of Christ as they should, no so cheerfully depend upon it. 2. Those that complain of unbelief, must look up to Christ for grace to help them against it, and his grace shall be sufficient for them. ‘Help mine unbelief, help me to a pardon for it, help me with power against it; help out what is wanting in my faith with thy grace, the strength of which is perfected in our weakness.’ Matthew Henry

Learning to trust and depend upon our LORD:

If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him. 6 But let him ask in faith, nothing wavering. For he that wavereth is like a wave of the sea driven with the wind and tossed. 7 For let not that man think that he shall receive any thing of the Lord. 8 A double minded man is unstable in all his ways.” James 1:5-8

“I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without me ye can do nothing.” John 15:5

“But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.” Hebrews 11:6

“And Jesus looking upon them saith, With men it is impossible, but not with God: for with God all things are possible.” Mark 10:27

“All it takes is a mustard seed of faith to move mountains. Meaning even the smallest of faith can do miracles. It is belief in God not in self that matters. Mark 11:22 says ‘Have faith in God.’ He will provide the increase. Even the disciples prayed for more faith! And we know them to be men of great faith!” Karen Cochran

LET’S PRAY: Holy Father, we come to You now, because we know You are our Source for all blessings and answered prayer. Yet, we lack faith and ask You now to “Increase our faith” and to “help thou mine unbelief.” Please fill in dear LORD where we lack, where we are weak. We know You are all powerful, loving, and desire to and are ready to answer our prayers. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

“Evolution is a Fairy Tale for Grownups” … “The Greatest Hoax Ever

Clear proof that the devil can only make a monkey out of fools who deny the existence of their own Maker. – SIMPLE QUESTION: IF MAN CAME FROM MONKEYS, WHY ARE THERE STILL MONKEYS?

The fool hath said in his heart, There is no God. They are corrupt, they have done abominable works, there is none that doeth good.” Psalms 14:1

Is it possible to have a painting and not a painter?

Got proof?

Did the painting paint itself?

Is it scientific, is it honest to acknowledge a creation and deny there’s a Creator?

Got proof?

Can something come out of nothing? Where did the evolutionary primordial soup come from that what we see now somehow came out of? WHO created that soup? Does the first law of science not acknowledge that “something cannot come out of nothing”?

By definition, science is defined as the study of what already exists. Otherwise there would be no science, nothing to study, right? What would you say of a person who while claiming to be scientific, simultaneously denies there’s anything to study? Are we studying something that doesn’t exist? If we are studying, that means we exist, right? If we are examining, studying something, that means that that something already exists, correct? Where did it come from?

Those who deny there’s a Creator, are simply being moral cowards who want to deny the need to obey the Judge of their eternal souls before whom we shall all stand before to give full account of every intent of the heart and action.

Robert Beriault notes:

“They have disproved evolution many years ago, by mapping our genome. It proved that humans were always humans and monkeys were always monkeys. And through God‘s fingerprints in the Fibonacci sequence. The question is why are they still teaching it to our kids? The beast system as its best.”

Charles Darwin was a satanist – The theory of evolution is mere baseless theory, mythology, a fairytale for grown ups who refuse to take personal responsibility for their lives before a holy God.

“To suppose that the eye… could have been formed by natural selection, seems, I freely confess, absurd in the highest possible. degree.” Charles Darwin, 1872

THERE’S NOTHING SCIENTIFIC ABOUT EVOLUTION. Undisputably, it’s a proofless myth, a lie, a fraud.

If mankind evolved from apes, why are there still apes? Where O where is the intermediary species? Where’s the proof? There is not 1 iota of evidence of such the whole world over.

Is mankind the evolution of apes?

IF HUMANS CAME FROM APES, WHY ARE THERE STILL APES? WHERE IS THE INTERMEDIARY SPECIES?

Apes are beasts, animals. They can’t laugh, cry, or reason. God made only MANKIND in His own image (Genesis 1). Satan is the author of this erroneous doctrine of evolution. He’s the one who want children, people to believe they are just animals, so they act like such. He’s the liar and the father of all lies who has come to steal, to kill, and to destroy (John 8:44; 10:10), Those who don’t walk in the truth of God, given all men in Holy Scripture, will be “destroyed”, the pawns of the evil one who “walketh about seeking whom he may devour.” (Hosea 4:6; 1 Peter 5:8)

God made each species of HIS creation to PRODUCE AFTER IT’S OWN KIND and so that dispels the myth, the rank heresy of evolution (Genesis 1). Adaption can be observed but not evolution. Species simply do not become something other than what they were made to be, what they are coded to be. There is no proof the world over for such a myth as the evolution of species. A term makes nothing true, especially in this case where there is no proof. Adding “millions of years” to a mere theory doesn’t change that such a theory is mythology, not truth. Think about it: If you went home today and emptied out your gargage, and waited a year to see if something would magically appear in that garage, would it happen? No. What if you waited 10 years? How about a thousand, a million years? Would time itself cause something, anything to somehow appear in your garage? No.

Fact: There’s not 1 stitch, not 1 iota of evidence of evolution in every museum in the world. It’s been called a “fairy tale for grown ups.”

Adaptation is part of CREATION. It merely speaks to a loving God who made men and even animals to adapt to their environment on HIS earth where He created and placed them (Psalms 8). There is no museum in the entire world that has a stitch of proof of evolution. “The FOOL hath said in his heart, there is no God.” (Psalms 14:1)

“Evolution is a fairy tale for grownups.” Dr. Louis Bounoure, Director of the Zoological Museum and Director of Research at the National Center of Scientific Research in France, J. Rostand, “LaMonde et la Vie,” October 1963, p. 31 from V. Long, “Evolution: A Fairy Tale for Adults,” Homiletic and Pastoral Review, Vol 78 (1978), no. 7, pp. 27-32

“Scientists who go about teaching that evolution is a fact of life are great con-men, and the story they are telling may be the greatest hoax ever. In explaining evolution we do not have one iota of fact.” Dr. T. N. Tahmisian, Physiologist, Atomic Energy Commission. As quoted in: Evolution and the Emperor’s New Clothes, 3D Enterprises Limited, 1983, title page
