“Sin lieth at the door.” Genesis 4:7

One writer takes a shot at this in the following words:

“Jesus died for our sins. He is the sin offering for all humanity: past, present, and future. So the offerings in the Old Testament represent the Cross. So in short, if you reject the offering, meaning Christ and the Cross, ‘then sin lieth at the door.’ This means sin will DOMINATE you if any other method is used.”

“Sin lieth at the door” – Temptation to sin presents itself perpetually and this is why prayer, abiding communion, perpetual communication with the Savior, command central, is imperative. For therein does divine virtue flow into the life of the abiding, wayfaring saint. Sin entices and draws us to enter therein, to enter into its pleasure and grasp which leads to spiritual death (James 1:13-16).

If sin doesn’t matter to you it’s only because God doesn’t matter to you. He sent His only begotten Son to die to take it away (Matthew 1:21; John 1:29; Romans 6:1-2, etc.). Remember, the LORD is “Holy, holy, holy” and “commandeth ALL men everywhere to repent” and to “Be ye holy; for I am holy.” (Acts 17:30; 1 Peter 1:15-16)

WHAT do we have without a heart after God? Religion (Acts 13:22).

This is why Jesus instructs and teaches us to:

“Watch and pray, that ye enter not into temptation: the spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak.” Matthew 26:41

“Ye have not yet resisted unto blood, striving against sin.” Hebrews 12:4

Let’s widen the lens on this passage, shall we?

Jesus is the Founder and Perfecter of Our Faith

“Wherefore seeing we also are compassed about with so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which doth so easily beset us, and let us run with patience the race that is set before us, 2 Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God. 3 For consider him that endured such contradiction of sinners against himself, lest ye be wearied and faint in your minds. 4 Ye have not yet resisted unto blood, striving against sin.” Hebrews 12:1-4

Our sin is the occasion for God to show His mercy afresh on us!

“And he did evil, because he prepared not his heart to seek the LORD.” 2 Chronicles 12:14

Overcoming sin involves a truly abiding life with Christ – seeking His face “continually.”

“Seek the LORD and his strength, seek his face continually.” 1 Chronicles 16:11

Separated from Sin or Separated from God?

Repentance is ground zero the disciple must return to as often as needed.

“For thou art not a God that hath pleasure in wickedness: neither shall evil dwell with thee.” Psalms 5:4

Separated UNTO the LORD so that we’re not eternally separated FROM Him (John 15:6).

“Follow peace with all men, and holiness, without which no man shall see the Lord: 15 Looking diligently lest any man fail of the grace of God; lest any root of bitterness springing up trouble you, and thereby many be defiled; 16 Lest there be any fornicator, or profane person, as Esau, who for one morsel of meat sold his birthright. 17 For ye know how that afterward, when he would have inherited the blessing, he was rejected: for he found no place of repentance, though he sought it carefully with tears.” Hebrews 12:14-17

God is holy and therefore sin separates us from Him.

“But your iniquities have separated between you and your God, and your sins have hid his face from you, that he will not hear.” Isaiah 59:2

IF you still count one sin to be above another, it’s due to not yet understanding that God is “Holy, holy, holy” (Isaiah 6:3; Revelation 4:8).

Sin sends the message for us to draw nigh unto the LORD James 4:6-10.

The same list of soul damning sins that includes fornication, murder, and adultery, also includes hatred, strife, envyings (Galatians 5:19-21).

Listen to the Holy Spirit through James:

“But if ye have respect to persons, ye commit sin, and are convinced of the law as transgressors. 10 For whosoever shall keep the whole law, and yet offend in one point, he is guilty of all. 11 For he that said, Do not commit adultery, said also, Do not kill. Now if thou commit no adultery, yet if thou kill, thou art become a transgressor of the law.” James 2:9-11

Any and all sin must never be taken lightly by the disciple of Jesus. Be not deceived: Unforgiveness will damn the soul to the same hell as adultery, murder, fornication, etc.

Of holiness, one writer notes:

“Holiness speaks more to nature than it does conduct. Good conduct is the spontaneous byproduct of the new nature of the new creation man thru the cross and death to the old man nature. We are new creatures in Christ (2 Cor 5:17-18). To preach holiness as conduct without the new nature thru the cross understand is legalism. Holiness is actually derived from ‘wholeness’, meaning the thorough transformation of the whole tripartite man (1 Thess 5:23). So many of these ‘holiness’ preachers are preaching nothing but conduct under law. Law arouses sinful passions and causes sin to increase and was given in order to provoke transgressions (Rom 7:5-20; Gal 3:21). They are enemies of the cross!”

NO, we can’t overcome sin through the works of the flesh, and yet, if your pastor is justifying sin, he’s a wolf (Galatians 3:3; Romans 4:4-5; 6:14, etc.). Is he  forthrightly, regularly preaching the preeminent biblical truth that God is “Holy, holy, holy” (Isaiah 6:3; Revelation 4:8). Only through Christ’s cross prescription, and the resulting resurrection grace of the Spirit and grace of God, is sin conquered in the life of the individual saint (Romans 6:3-14; 8:13-14, etc.). Holy Scripture informs us that Jesus came and died to deliver His people from “ALL iniquity,” all (Titus 2:14). Jesus died, was buried, and raised again from the dead to save His people “FROM their sin” and not in their sin (Matthew 1:21; John 1:29). HE alone is able and as we come to Him afresh, laying down our lives, crying out “He must increase, but I must decrease,” the reciprocal divinely-enabling grace of Christ will begin working in our lives – as we look for the soon return of the Savior who’s coming back for a people, a church that is set apart to Him – to “present it to himself a glorious church, not having spot, or wrinkle, or any such thing; but that it should be holy and without blemish” (John 3:30; Ephesians 5:25-27).

We definitely want to stay completely clear of putting anyone in bondage, under the lie of thinking THEY have to overcome all sin, all by themselves. No. According to the record of Holy Scripture, Jesus finds and saves us, we abide in Him, working out (not for) our salvation with fear and trembling, and God works in His people “both to will and to do of His good pleasure” (John 15; Philippians 2:12-13, etc.). The follower of Jesus, willingly consenting to the cross daily, is raised up by the Holy Ghost, in the power of the divine Holy Spirit, living pleasing to the Father (Romans 8:11-14, etc.). “Trying to live the Christian life” in the flesh is a futile endeavor and yet submitting to Christ’s cross principle brings His resurrection life which produces “fruit unto holiness, and the end everlasting life” (Romans 6:22).

“Now to him that worketh is the reward not reckoned of grace, but of debt. 5 But to him that worketh not, but believeth on him that justifieth the ungodly, his faith is counted for righteousness.” Romans 4:4-5

“Are ye so foolish? having begun in the Spirit, are ye now made perfect by the flesh?” Galatians 3:3

Yet it must be acknowledged that God is Holy and will not remain in fellowship with those who live in sin….

HIS children are responding to His initiating grace. Jesus beckons “Come unto me” and Paul tells us that as we work out (not for) our salvation with fear and trembling that it is “GOD which worketh in you both to will and to do of his good pleasure” (Matthew 11:28-30; Philippians 2:12-13).

At times, do we not cry out in our toil, “But I just can’t do it!” True. But HE sure can, right? Yes – Ephesians 3:20 anyone? Jesus is always able to bring to pass what He stated in His Word, what He commands, expects, and ordains in our lives. No I’m not talking about some fleeting temporal trinket we may be asking Him for but rather His holiness in us, to truly be crucified with Christ (Galatians 2:20). The cross is central to the Christian faith – beginning with Christ’s redemptive cross and then His requirement that those who would follow Him, to deny themselves, take up the cross (consent to being dead and buried, crucified with Christ), and follow Him (Luke 9:23-24).

If we don’t truly repent which always results in separation from sin, we shall be eternally separated from God (2 Corinthians 6:14-7:1; 7:1 Hebrews 12:14; 1 Peter 1:15-16).

WHAT’s so ugly about holiness? The Bible says holiness is beautiful. Why then do those pretending to represent the LORD despise and intentionally ignore this divine attribute, this essential doctrine?

Divine holiness is beautiful and how beautiful it is in our own lives. Four times, Holy Scripture informs us of how beautiful the holiness of God is ……

“Give unto the LORD the glory due unto his name; worship the LORD in THE BEAUTY OF HOLINESS.” Psalms 29:2

“O worship the LORD in THE BEAUTY OF HOLINESS: fear before him, all the earth.” Psalms 96:9

“Give unto the Lord the glory due unto his name: bring an offering, and come before him: worship the Lord in the BEAUTY OF HOLINESS.” 1 Chronicles 16:29

“And when he had consulted with the people, he appointed singers unto the Lord, and that should praise the BEAUTY OF HOLINESS, as they went out before the army, and to say, Praise the Lord; for his mercy endureth for ever.” 2 Chronicles 20:21

OUR LORD Jesus is “SEPARATE FROM SINNERS”“For such an high priest became us, who is holy, harmless, undefiled, SEPARATE FROM SINNERS, and made higher than the heavens” (Hebrews 7:26).

When wolves teach anything except the image of God conveyed through HIS Word, they teach a “another Jesus,” “another gospel,” under the influence of “another spirit,” (Satan) and are “accursed” (Galatians 1:6-9; 2 Corinthians 11:2-5).

Holy means separated unto God. Holiness is the work of God in the true born again, PRESENTLY abiding saints who love and therefore obey Jesus in the cross life daily. Make no mistake, this is the only Heaven-bound remnant (John 15:1-6; 2 Corinthians 6:14-7:1; Hebrews 12:14; Revelation 2-3, etc.).  Holiness, separation to God begins in an instant, right where we are…. upon repentance, believing upon the LORD Jesus Christ, truly, by faith.

“…purifying their hearts by faith.” Acts 15:9

Catering to counterfeits, fake preachers prove they have no fear of the LORD by their catering to the sin of men. They constantly confirm men in their sin that Jesus died to take away – to save them “FROM” and not in (Matthew 1:21; John 1:29; Titus 2:14, etc.). They are weak moral cowards and preach soft little sin-justifying messages that accommodate the sin of other compromisers who purposely ignore that the Judge of every eternal soul is “Holy, holy, holy” (Isaiah 6:3; Revelation 4:8). These are the very peddlers of false grace Jude warned us about – the OSAS/eternal security wolves – “ungodly men.” Jude warns us that they are “turning the grace of our God into lasciviousness (license to sin) (Jude 4).

Jesus came and died because God is Holy and cannot dwell with sinful beings. The fall of man made Jesus’ coming essential – to redeem, to forgive those who will ask. IF sin were not so severe – the eternal consequence of it, why did Jesus teach the extreme action of cutting off the hand, plucking out the eye of any sin that causes us to offend divine holiness? Mark 9:43-49 <<<< read this in the King James Bible because Satan’s fake “bibles” removed these words of Jesus and put a lie of a note in the margin to justify their wickedness.

Scripture says that sin brings death which is separation from God (Ezekiel 18:4; 33:12-13; Romans 6:23; James 1:15, etc.).

The deception of our own deceitful, desperately wicked hearts and Satan, is that God is somehow going to overlook the sin we refused to confess, repent of, and refused to die to, to rid our lives of. Not going to happen – doesn’t matter how special you think you are. If a person dies in sin – they are going to hell irrevocably. Gospel. The wages of sin is still death saints (Romans 6:23).

Without fail, those who teach Satan’s OSAS/eternal security heresy, never teach the essential Biblical truth that God is “Holy, holy, holy” (Isaiah 6:3; Revelation 4:8). They’ve been taught a “check your ticket at the door” “eternal security.” They are made to believe that they are free to live in sin and are still going to Heaven, no matter what. But this is not what Scripture teaches. “Be ye holy for I am holy” is Holy Scripture never heard among the diabolical perpetrators of the OSAS heresy (1 Peter 1:15-16).

WHO are we to question the Almighty? Repent and take Him at HIS WORD is what all true, all Heaven-bound disciples do!

Fasting earns nothing from God. No, a time of fasting and prayer is the wise decision to declare “Jesus, I love You and I want You to consume my life!” Saints, today is our day to drive our stake in the ground by scheduling a time of fasting and prayer (Matthew 6:16). Broken yokes, deliverance, wholeness, and fruitfulness for His glory await as Jesus manifests Himself in and raises up those that be bowed down (Psalms 145:14; Isaiah 58; 2 Corinthians 4:10-12; James 4:10).

In fasting, the flesh is starved while the spirit man is unshackled and released to soar. “Every yoke” shall be broken by the LORD (Isaiah 58:6). It’s the cross – death and burial of you while Christ frees and raises your life upward! Isaiah 58 saints.

Here are passages false teachers never mention and if they do, they attempt to soften the blow. Devils (1 Peter 1:15-16).

“Having therefore these promises, dearly beloved, let us cleanse ourselves from all filthiness of the flesh and spirit, perfecting holiness in the fear of God.” 2 Corinthians 7:1

False preachers are too busy tickling your ears to teach Holy Scripture on the holiness of God! (See 2 Timothy 4:2-4.) Tickling ears = more nickels, noses, and numbers. It’s a busine$$ plan and you are their pawn!

Are we becoming more and more familiar (by study) with the Holiness of God – the only divine attribute He declares in triplicate – twice? (See Isaiah 6:3; Revelation 4:8.)

ANY preacher who is not thoroughly teaching on the holiness of God, is absolutely a fraud. Run now!

Fake preachers are full of pride. They refuse to allow any man to hold them accountable. They oust anyone who knows God’s Word and asserts it (hopefully in HIS wisdom and love). | Are Most Ministers False?

“Remembering mine affliction and my misery, the wormwood and the gall. 20 My soul hath them still in remembrance, and is humbled in me. 21 This I recall to my mind, therefore have I hope. 22 It is of the LORD’S mercies that we are not consumed, because his compassions fail not. 23 They are new every morning: great is thy faithfulness. 24 The LORD is my portion, saith my soul; therefore will I hope in him. 25 The LORD is good unto them that wait for him, to the soul that seeketh him. 26 It is good that a man should both hope and quietly wait for the salvation of the LORD.” Lamentations 3:19-26

The divine economy is the cross economy.

Testing the Mettle of our Profession [podcast]

In this example, the phrase “testing the mettle” speaks of examining the authenticity of a person’s profession, putting to the test their claim of knowing Christ.

“They profess that they know God; but in works they deny him, being abominable, and disobedient, and unto every good work reprobate.” Titus 1:16

1 John 3:5-23

And ye know that he was manifested to take away our sins; and in him is no sin. 6 Whosoever abideth in him sinneth not: whosoever sinneth hath not seen him, neither known him. 7 Little children, let no man deceive you: he that doeth righteousness is righteous, even as he is righteous. 8 He that committeth sin is of the devil; for the devil sinneth from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil. 9 Whosoever is born of God doth not commit sin; for his seed remaineth in him: and he cannot sin, because he is born of God. 10 In this the children of God are manifest, and the children of the devil: whosoever doeth not righteousness is not of God, neither he that loveth not his brother.

11 For this is the message that ye heard from the beginning, that we should love one another. 12 Not as Cain, who was of that wicked one, and slew his brother. And wherefore slew he him? Because his own works were evil, and his brother’s righteous. 13 Marvel not, my brethren, if the world hate you. 14 We know that we have passed from death unto life, because we love the brethren. He that loveth not his brother abideth in death. 15 Whosoever hateth his brother is a murderer: and ye know that no murderer hath eternal life abiding in him. 16 Hereby perceive we the love of God, because he laid down his life for us: and we ought to lay down our lives for the brethren. 17 But whoso hath this world’s good, and seeth his brother have need, and shutteth up his bowels of compassion from him, how dwelleth the love of God in him?

18 My little children, let us not love in word, neither in tongue; but in deed and in truth. 19 And hereby we know that we are of the truth, and shall assure our hearts before him. 20 For if our heart condemn us, God is greater than our heart, and knoweth all things. 21 Beloved, if our heart condemn us not, then have we confidence toward God. 22 And whatsoever we ask, we receive of him, because we keep his commandments, and do those things that are pleasing in his sight. 23 And this is his commandment, That we should believe on the name of his Son Jesus Christ, and love one another, as he gave us commandment.

Mark 4

“And these are they likewise which are sown on stony ground; who, when they have heard the word, immediately receive it with gladness; 17 And HAVE NO ROOT IN THEMSELVES, and so endure but for a time: afterward, when affliction or persecution ariseth for the word’s sake, immediately they are offended.” Mark 4:16-17

“Have no root in themselves” would be a good phrase to search out. When we choose to have impure motives, when we refuse to rid our lives of that sin which defiles us in His holy eyes, we still have a poisoned instead of a pure root.

IF one who has been saved and yet is not diligently seeking the face of the LORD for the REAL foundation that HE alone can build in our lives—the wheels are going to fall off before eternity. God told us He is going to shake all things, every life. There are no shortcuts. The divine kingdom system cannot be falsified.

“See that ye refuse not him that speaketh. For if they escaped not who refused him that spake on earth, much more shall not we escape, if we turn away from him that speaketh from heaven: 26 Whose voice then shook the earth: but now he hath promised, saying, Yet once more I shake not the earth only, but also heaven. 27 And this word, Yet once more, signifieth the removing of those things that are shaken, as of things that are made, that those things which cannot be shaken may remain. 28 Wherefore we receiving a kingdom which cannot be moved, let us have grace, whereby we may serve God acceptably with reverence and godly fear: 29 For our God is a consuming fire.” Hebrews 12:25-29

ASSIGNMENT FOR THE HONEST: WANT to see, want to test if you are real, genuine, authentic? Read the book of 1 John. 5 chapters. Read 1 chapter per morning for the next 5 days. Pray as you begin and be ready, fervent, to repentto cry out to the LORD to purge, to strip you of every trace of evil, of deceit, of pride, to the core of your beingas He alone can do. Psalms 51. You will do well to prayerfully camp in 1 John 3.

Never cover your sins. Confess them for what they are before the LORD (Hebrews 4:14-16).

He that covereth his sins shall not prosper: but whoso confesseth and forsaketh them shall have mercy.” Proverbs 28:13

Any saved person who does not deliberately choose to have a heart after God, a heart and life that is seeking God “continually” is not enduring to the end and will not make it. Such a person is clearly a foolish virgin (Matthew 25:1-13).

“Seek the LORD and his strength, seek his face continually.” 1 Chronicles 16:11

“This should be a way of life! Actively seeking a deep and intimate relationship with Him. Not just an occasional prayer but an active pursuit. ‘And ye shall seek me, and find me, when ye shall search for me with all your heart’ (Jeremiah 29:13). This verse describes exactly how we are to seek Him. With all our hearts! Not half hearted! Jesus wants our total and complete devotion and commitment to Him. If we seek Him with our whole entire being He promises we will find Him!” Karen Cochran

The ONLY foundation standing in the end will be obedience to HIS Word (Matthew 7:19-29). Only those who chose to have their feet firmly planted on that one foundation will be with King Jesus (Matthew 7:21).

IN HIS MERCY, God is shaking EVERY foundation. Read Hebrews 12.

DO execute the calling of God on your life militantly (1 Timothy 2:1-5).

Heaven bound WISE virgins saints are staying full of God’s Word today. Matthew 25:1-13

Get militant or get mauled, mutilated by the flesh.

Your simple prayer: LORD, please help me love You more. In Jesus’ name.

Authentic (Spanish)

Jesus Speaks…….. watch exactly WHO the the Son of God/Bible says are really saved…. which means the vast majority of professing “Christians” are hell bound….

“Also I say unto you, Whosoever shall confess me before men, him shall the Son of man also confess before the angels of God: 9 But he that denieth me before men shall be denied before the angels of God.” Luke 12:8-9

ALL who do not confess Jesus to others prove they are ashamed of Him and will perish in the flames of hell. Counterfeits—“trees whose fruit withereth, without fruit, twice dead, plucked up by the roots.”

“These are spots in your feasts of charity, when they feast with you, feeding themselves without fear: clouds they are without water, carried about of winds; trees whose fruit withereth, without fruit, twice dead, plucked up by the roots.” Jude 12

SO you claim Christ as Savior and yet you aren’t putting forth, preaching His Word? I doubt He knows you!

“Also I say unto you, Whosoever shall confess me before men, him shall the Son of man also confess before the angels of God: 9 But he that denieth me before men shall be denied before the angels of God.” Luke 12:8-9

Evangelism Adventures: Stories, Reports, and Testimonies of God’s Amazing Love [podcast]

SO, we prayed for God to use us today right? …. He’s hearing our prayer.

So, in the gym this morning, a lady near me was struggling to get a large plate on each side of the barbell. So, I began to help her and she said “No Ingles” which means she does not speak English. So, I affirmed that she speaks Spanish and I began to speak God’s Word to her in her language. Her face lit up and she thanked me. God is good!

Jesus says “The seed is the word of God” and His people are planting it today in the hearts of others in order for God to bring them to Himself. God be praised in Jesus Christ our LORD and Savior today and forever!

How were we, how are others “born again”? – “the the word of God.”

“Being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the word of God, which liveth and abideth for ever.” 1 Peter 1:23

Sharing the Gospel in Spanish! YOU can do it! Go here.

The body of Christ in the earth is TEAM JESUS!

The body of Christ is “striving together for the faith of the gospel”, … “WE are labourers together with God.” (Philippians 1:27; 1 Corinthians 3:9)

Let’s lift this up now….. Holy Father, You are the LORD of the harvest. In the name of Jesus Christ, we here and now ask You to send forth more laborers and supporters into the fields which You told us are ready to be harvested. In Jesus’ name. Thank You LORD Jesus !

Ever notice how some church goers live their life trying to get others to go to their church? Question: As you read God’s Word, do you see Jesus, His apostles, or the earliest followers of Jesus inviting people to their church? Or, do you see them bringing the love, the truth, the Gospel to the people?

“And Jesus went about all the cities and villages, teaching in their synagogues, and preaching the gospel of the kingdom, and healing every sickness and every disease among the people. 36 But when he saw the multitudes, he was moved with compassion on them, because they fainted, and were scattered abroad, as sheep having no shepherd. 37 Then saith he unto his disciples, The harvest truly is plenteous, but the labourers are few; 38 Pray ye therefore the Lord of the harvest, that he will send forth labourers into his harvest.” Matthew 9:35-38

Oh and this…

“Therefore they that were scattered abroad went every where preaching the word.” Acts 8:4

Those in charge in the so-called “church” buildings are perpetuating their own existence and not taking the Gospel of Jesus to the people. Unlike Jesus and all of His true disciples throughout New Testament history, they have no concern for lost souls.

Tens of thousands of saints and sinners are being reached each month with the Word of God via a multiplicity of diverse venues.

Books like the Born Again book and Moments with Our Master, etc. continue to go forth to the incarcerated. Today a copy of the Born Again book was sent to a man who confessed to the murder of 16 people (Sean Lannon). GOD is able saints!

Giving God praise for those who support HIS work. Your support is vital. Jesus Christ is KING! and He’s coming soon! “WE are labourers TOGETHER with God.” (1 Cor 3:9) | Because You Care

JESUS HASN’T AND WILL NOT RESCIND HIS GREAT COMMISSION MANDATE. ARE YOU PARTICIPATING? He commanded us to “GO ye into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature.” (Mark 16:15)

Jesus is Bringing Incarcerated, Captive Souls to Himself: YOUR GIFTS ARE REACHING BEHIND THE COLD HARD WALLS OF PRISON CELLS – INTO THE SEARCHING, HUNGERING SOULS OF A CAPTIVE AUDIENCE OF MEN AND WOMEN: Inasmuch as there is financial supply, ministry books continue to flood jails across our nation – touching the hearts of the incarcerated for Christ! These books will be read by many, Captive audience.

Sending the Divine Light into “The Prison House” Here

“Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over.” Psalms 23:5

YOUR PRAYER: Holy Father, I ask You now to use me for Your glory. Set my life apart to Yourself. Bless this life to be truly crucified with Christ and raised for Your eternal glory my LORD Jesus. I love You Jesus. I love You dear Father. In Jesus’ name.

If we are low spiritually, it could only be for 1 reason – we didn’t stay filled. Get filled! Stay filled! Overflow!

“Blessed are they which do hunger and thirst after righteousness: for they shall be filled.” Matthew 5:6

“The Lord gave the word: great was the company of those that published it.” Psalms 68:11

Examples and Blessings of Sharing God’s Love

This recent letter below is from Brother John Becknell in Kentucky. John and I met when I called his store after seeing a Fox news article featuring their no-mask policy store front sign. It was a divine connection for certain and we’ve been blessed to continually supply brother John and the believers around him with Bibles and the Moments for Our Master 365 devotional books. Also, John referred us to a women’s recovery home there in his area which we’ve been blessed to also supply with Bibles and copies of the devotional books.

“Brother Todd, To say the least … it’s been busy here. Alvin’s was blessed to give away 510 free Christmas dinners to anyone in the community who came into the store the Sunday after Christmas Day. We had made all the preparations for the dinners to be served on Christmas Day… but we got about 7 or 8 inches of surprise snow and black ice, temperatures dropped into the teens; ice everywhere, broken water lines on Christmas Eve. The ice was really bad; cars off the road all around us. Several stranded people came into the store and stayed until the roads were passable Friday night. We gave away coffee and snacks to those who came in out of the storm. We had to postpone the dinner until Sunday… it was a nightmare, but God saw us through and Sunday we had a glorious time! We were able to give away the Bibles you sent. We made a display and placed them on a table directly in front of our hot bar. We talked with many people and gave the ones that wanted one a Bible… There’s nothing better than being able to feed food to the body and nourishment to the Spirit! As you know Christmas is a hard time for many families and we got to minister Hope and pray with several people… Thanks for all the prayers and support especially during Christmas with the Bibles and devotionals… ‘People need Hope, they need healing, they need to reach out for the Master, they need the Word.’ Matt 9:22. God Bless you and your ministry for sending the Word; it will bring much light in this dark place… John (and yes, we could use a few Bibles and Devotionals).” John Becknell

“Say not ye, There are yet four months, and then cometh harvest? behold, I say unto you, Lift up your eyes, and look on the fields; for they are white already to harvest. 36 And he that reapeth receiveth wages, and gathereth fruit unto life eternal: that both he that soweth and he that reapeth may rejoice together. 37 And herein is that saying true, One soweth, and another reapeth. 38 I sent you to reap that whereon ye bestowed no labour: other men laboured, and ye are entered into their labours.” John 4:35-38

Below are recent letters from sister Dana, a dear disciple we have had fellowship with for years and whom the ministry outreach has been blessed to supply – due to the love offerings of Christ’s saints.

Here’s How Our LORD Instructed us to Pray

“And Jesus went about all the cities and villages, teaching in their synagogues, and preaching the gospel of the kingdom, and healing every sickness and every disease among the people. 36 But when he saw the multitudes, he was moved with compassion on them, because they fainted, and were scattered abroad, as sheep having no shepherd. 37 Then saith he unto his disciples, The harvest truly is plenteous, but the labourers are few; 38  Pray ye therefore the Lord of the harvest, that he will send forth labourers into his harvest.” Matthew 9:35-38

Feel free to lift a lady named Cindy in prayer….. the following was given to her…

@Cindy – We have all sinned against God and shall all stand before our Maker, the Judge of our eternal souls, to give full account. “The fool hath said in his heart, There is no God. They are corrupt, they have done abominable works, there is none that doeth good.” (Psalms 14:1) Lying, stealing, coveting, using His holy name in vain, lusting, fornication, etc. are sins we’ve all committed and are 100% guilty and will pay for our own sins in hell for eternity. The Almighty owes you nothing. You need Him. He does not need you.

THIS LIFE is about loving GOD and OTHERS [podcast]

THIS LIFE is about loving GOD and OTHERS. It’s that simple. Read Matthew 22:37-40 daily.

WHEN we are walking a life of prayer and helping others, we are dead center in God’s perfect will.

Read that again.

“Walk in love.”

“And walk in love, as Christ also hath loved us, and hath given himself for us an offering and a sacrifice to God for a sweetsmelling savour.” Ephesians 5:2

Loving the Brethren is Essential to Eternal Glory

Matthew 22:37-40 Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind. 38 This is the first and great commandment. 39 And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. 40 On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets.

1 Peter 4:7-8  But the end of all things is at hand: be ye therefore sober, and watch unto prayer. 8 And above all things have fervent charity among yourselves: for charity shall cover the multitude of sins.

1 John 4:7-8  Beloved, let us love one another: for love is of God; and every one that loveth is born of God, and knoweth God. 8 He that loveth not knoweth not God; for God is love.

1 John 5:1-2  Whosoever believeth that Jesus is the Christ is born of God: and every one that loveth him that begat loveth him also that is begotten of him. 2 By this we know that we love the children of God, when we love God, and keep his commandments. 3 For this is the love of God, that we keep his commandments: and his commandments are not grievous.

John 13:35  By this shall all men know that ye are my disciples, if ye have love one to another.

The love of many waxing cold and yet for Christ’s remnant, for those choosing God’s way and no other, can our love for the LORD wax hotter? (Matthew 24:8-14)

Just as we have to forbear others, they have to forbear us! Right? To forbear basically means “to put up with.”

“Put on therefore, as the elect of God, holy and beloved, bowels of mercies, kindness, humbleness of mind, meekness, longsuffering; 13 Forbearing one another, and forgiving one another, if any man have a quarrel against any: even as Christ forgave you, so also do ye. 14 And above all these things put on charity, which is the bond of perfectness.” Colossians 3:12-14

“And now abideth faith, hope, charity, these three; but the greatest of these is charity.” 1 Corinthians 13:13

“EDIFY ONE ANOTHER”

“Wherefore comfort yourselves together, and EDIFY ONE ANOTHER, even as also ye do.” 1 Thessalonians 5:11

To “edify” means to build up, upward – with biblical truth, not flattery.

IF you aren’t regularly, perpetually edifying, building up the body of Christ, you have no business correcting the body of Christ. Repent now and cry out to God for His mercy, for an heart of flesh, and the mind of Christ. Read Philippians 2:3-5 each morning this weekend in prayer.

“Let us therefore follow after the things which make for peace, and things wherewith one may EDIFY another.” Romans 14:19

YOUR PRAYER: Father, please have YOUR way in me. I am crucified with Christ, now. Now, dear LORD please fill this Your vessel with Your love – to be poured out upon Your beloved saints. I love You LORD Jesus. In Jesus’ name. amen.
