JESUS IS SAVING SOULS!

“The Lord saved two more souls in the retirement home over the weekend. Hallelujah! I stand in awe of God!

As we were reading the Jesus tract, one lady began to cry. Another resident immediately said to her “Oh no you don’t need to cry, Jesus loves you.” Then she held up the picture of Jesus. And said, “See this is Jesus and He loves you. I can’t come over to you, but Jesus can.” She keep repeating to her that Jesus loves her, and pointing to His picture! This lady, when she first started coming was very angry. She seldom talked to anyone. The Lord saved her and now she is beginning to help others. The resident stopped crying and prayed the salvation prayer! How amazing is the power of God!

A few weeks ago a lady with dementia came to our fellowship. As we were praying the salvation prayer I noticed she could not read it or even understand. I began to pray. Lord Jesus please get this in her heart as she cannot understand. This week she was the first one sitting at the table. I looked into her eyes and I saw the light of Christ! We sang “What a friend we have in Jesus.” She sang every word and without even looking at the words we gave her. Most of the time, she will say I don’t know where I am. She is very confused. The Lord Almighty must have reached right down into her heart, and through all her confusion, helped her comprehend the salvation message!

I gave one lady the Moments with our Master book. She immediately said, “What is the date, I want to read this right away.” After she read it, she said, “I always ask God why am I here?” This lady loves Jesus. So I was inspired to tell her many people here have no hope. They come here basically to die. And are alone with no family or visitors. They need Jesus. The Lord can use you to bring residents the hope of Christ! She began to beam with joy! And said, “Oh yes I will take that challenge from the Lord.” Hallelujah!

We are learning to never limit God! He speaks to hearts even when it seems they can’t understand! Everywhere we look there are Jesus tracts! The seed of God’s Word being planted (Isaiah 55:11).

This morning I read Job 26:14 “Lo, these are parts of His ways: but how little a portion is heard of Him? but the thunder of His power who can understand?” We only know a small part of His ways. Our finite minds cannot begin to fully grasp the power and majesty of our great God! Never ever limit God!”

The Warnings of the Book of Jude [podcast]

It’s “ungodly men” who mislead the gullible with the eternal security heresy, and the heretical doctrines and system of calvinism. Jude warned us of just that, as did the prophets (Jude 3-4; Jeremiah 23:17, etc.). Then Jude reminds us of God’s judgment upon His own covenant people who were saved out of Egypt (the world) and then “afterward destroyed.” Then Jude reminds us that God judged the angels, a third of them, who rebelled against Him and were terminated from His domain, Heaven (Isaiah 14:12-15; Luke 10:18; Revelation 12:7-12, etc.).

A Call to Persevere

17 But, beloved, remember ye the words which were spoken before of the apostles of our Lord Jesus Christ;

18 How that they told you there should be mockers in the last time, who should walk after their own ungodly lusts.

19 These be they who separate themselves, sensual, having not the Spirit.

20 But ye, beloved, building up yourselves on your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Ghost,

21 Keep yourselves in the love of God, looking for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ unto eternal life.

22 And of some have compassion, making a difference:

23 And others save with fear, pulling them out of the fire; hating even the garment spotted by the flesh.
