Someone said recently “Billy Graham is the golden calf of modern Christianity!”

Instead of seeking to follow Jesus, to be “conformed to the image of Christ”, so many have been misled to try to be like Billy Graham (Romans 8:29). Sad.
So who was Billy Graham? More on that in a moment.
The first thing we must do is deal with the sin of spiritual adultery where one Christ has previously saved has since alienated the affections of their heart away from the divine Person of Jesus Christ and onto something, someone, anything else (Colossians 2:18-19; 1 John 5:20-21, etc.).
If you are disturbed or crushed by the idea that your hero, Billy Graham, was a sell out, perhaps you should consider that you have an idolatrous heart that is committing spiritual adultery on the LORD.

Completely false. Billy Graham said “the pope is the greatest Christian on the planet.” Unreal. There’s no such thing as a saved catholic. Clueless to cheer this falsity. All the world spoke and speaks well for Billy Graham. The words of the Son of God spread clear light on this antichrist who was loved by all the world’s leaders:
“If ye were of the world, the world would love his own: but because ye are not of the world, but I have chosen you out of the world, therefore the world hateth you.” John 15:19
“Woe unto you, when all men shall speak well of you! for so did their fathers to the false prophets.” Luke 6:26
WHAT did Jesus tell us it means when “all men shall speak well of you”? He says you are one of the “false prophets.”
Check this out before you react in anger due to your heart idolatry of a mere sinful man. The Bible commands:
“Cease ye from man, whose breath is in his nostrils: for wherein is he to be accounted of?” Isaiah 2:22
Did Billy Graham, in all of his many, many meetings with the phony pope of Rome ever once seek to lead that antichrist idolater to Jesus? NOT ONCE! The answer to this simple question says it all, doesn’t it? Billy Graham was an agent of Rome, the most diabolical antichrist cult on this planet!

WHAT’S INTERESTING IS THAT BECAUSE BILLY GRAHAM SAID OR DID SOMETHING, GULLIBLE DUPES BOUGHT IT HOOK, LINE, AND SINKER. THEY COULD CARE LESS TO STUDY GOD’S WORD DILIGENTLY THEMSELVES TO TRULY FOLLOW CHRIST. IDOLATRY! TREASON!
If you are upset about the idea of any mere man being exposed for his falsehoods and deceptions, you are a consummate idolater and in need of repenting.

“But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and IDOLATERS, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death.” Revelation 21:8
“Back in the 1990’s I used to watch Billy Graham on Larry King Live. I was shocked at how many humanistic and universal statements that he made and yet I didn’t see any Christian organization calling him out. I continued to watch him every time he was on Larry King and he never changed his view. Then he was on Robert Schuler (Hour of Power), which is horrible, but Billy said everyone goes to heaven. It’s sad that so many people don’t realize how lost he was.” KW
What Billy Graham has done is the highest form of treason against the Son of God. He is unrepentant as Judas was. Billy Graham has openly betrayed Jesus Christ and would be much better off being a drunkard and whoremonger than the betrayer he has chosen to be (see Matthew. 21:31; 2 Peter 2:20-21). The Bible tells us he’s a “traitor.” (2 Tim. 3:4). Billy Graham has clearly and openly defied and denied the very Son of God just like Judas did and anyone who can’t see this is themselves blinded or ignorant of the facts. Now, some reading this have the soul-damning sin of idolatry in their hearts, holding Graham up as some protestant pope (Ezekiel 14:3). All idolaters will have their part in the lake of fire (Revelation 21:8, 27). Those who have made an idol of this mere man, will lash out at the messengers of this truth that infuriates them because they are in the gall of iniquity by idolizing this mere, sinful man. If this fits your state, the LORD is calling you to repent before it’s too late. You are not right with God. Jesus Christ is the only nailed-scarred, risen Savior. Billy Graham is but dust as you and I are. In his very best state, Graham is “altogether vanity.” (Psalms 39:5)
One believer notes: “Dr Lloyd-Jones refused to work with Billy Graham, and this is a significant example of secondary separation. In 1963 the evangelist asked Dr Lloyd-Jones to chair the first World Congress on Evangelism (eventually held in Berlin in 1966; predecessor to Lausanne). Dr Lloyd-Jones told Billy Graham that if he would stop having liberals and Roman Catholics on his platform and drop the invitation system he would support and chair the Congress. Billy Graham would not change his views, and Dr Lloyd-Jones declined to endorse or commend or work with him. No doubt the meeting between them was courteously conducted (it lasted three hours) but the outcome was a firm application of secondary separation.”

The Bible never gives us a concession on old age. If Billy Graham is aware and capable enough in his old age to publicly deny Jesus Christ, calling the very Son of God a liar, Graham had just as much aliveness and ability to preach that Christ is the ONLY way to God. Billy Graham has never repented of denying Christ and is clearly in danger of hell fire (Luke 12:8-9; 2 Timothy 2:12). We need to stop making excuses for men and stand with God as Paul did and stated “Let God be true and EVERY man a liar.” (Rom. 3:4)
Billy Graham said: “I’ve read the last page of the Bible, it’s all going to turn out alright.” WHAT did he leave out? Are there warnings in that last chapter of the Bible? Yes. Revelation 22. How does this affect the lost and backslidden who read these words? Does this message not lead people to believe in the heresy of universalism which teaches that ALL people are going to Heaven, whether they repent and receive Christ? Billy Graham taught universalism. Schuller then extolled the virtues of his mentor, the late Norman Vincent Peale, and the late Roman Catholic Archbishop Fulton R. Sheen, asking Graham what he thought of these men. To this Graham replied:
I knew both of them, as you did, and loved them both. And I have in my book a story of how Fulton Sheen came to my apartment on a train once, and we had two or three hours together. And when I went to his funeral they took me right up to the place of burial. And I felt I had lost a very dear friend. And since that time, the whole relationship between me and my work, and you and your work, and the Roman Catholic Church, has changed. They open their arms and welcome us, and we have the support of the Catholic Church almost everywhere we go. And I think that we must come to the place where we keep our eyes on Jesus Christ, and not on what denomination or what church, or what groups we belong to.”

The Tragedy of
A Compromised Ministry

The American media came out in force for what was hailed as the last crusade for 86-year-old Billy Graham this month. Called the most influential Protestant evangelist of modern times, Graham is said to have preached to 210 million people in 185 countries. Newsweek’s headline was, “A Prophet in Winter” as he came to New York. Associated Press called him, “An American Icon” and on and on the praise went leading up to the crusade.
But many evangelical Christians watching Graham’s New York crusade on television gave a collective gasp Saturday night (June 25) when 86-year-old Billy Graham brought former President Bill Clinton to the platform where Clinton informed the audience, “I love this man.” Graham took the opportunity to announce that he was a lifelong Democrat and then gave a veiled endorsement to Hillary Clinton in the audience. It was a sad moment in the long ministry of Dr. Billy Graham. The question that should haunt all of us who say we follow Christ is this: How could a man who has spent his life traveling the globe to bring the message of Jesus stoop so low? This was Bill Clinton, the same President who vetoed bills five times that would have banned the butchery of partial birth abortion. Does Billy Graham even grasp the magnitude of the slaughter that has taken place in this land for the last 32 years, a slaughter justified and defended by Bill Clinton and his wife and their Democratic Party? This was Bill Clinton, the man whose lust converted the Oval Office into a cheap brothel and who desecrated the Office of the President by his lies and his treachery? Yet this is the man Dr. Graham chose to bring to the platform to close out his storied ministry career.
It is not just Billy Graham’s unconditional statement of support for the party of abortion and gay rights that should be cause for weeping. It is his denial of the true Gospel that should break our hearts. It was May 31, 1997 that Graham appeared on the Hour of Power with Robert Schuller and the following exchange took place. This is an exact transcript.
- SCHULLER: Tell me, what do you think is the future of Christianity?
- GRAHAM: Well, Christianity and being a true believer — you know, I think there’s the Body of Christ. This comes from all the Christian groups around the world, outside the Christian groups. I think everybody that loves Christ, or knows Christ, whether they’re conscious of it or not, they’re members of the Body of Christ … I think James answered that, the Apostle James in the first council in Jerusalem, when he said that God’s purpose for this age is to call out a people for His name. And that’s what God is doing today, He’s calling people out of the world for His name, whether they come from the Muslim world, or the Buddhist world, or the Christian world, or the non-believing world, they are members of the Body of Christ, because they’ve been called by God. They may not even know the name of Jesus, but they know in their hearts that they need something that they don’t have, and they turn to the only light that they have, and I think they are saved, and that they’re going to be with us in heaven.”
- “SCHULLER: What, what I hear you saying, that it’s possible for Jesus Christ to come into human hearts and soul and life, even if they’ve been born in darkness and have never had exposure to the Bible. Is that a correct interpretation of what you’re saying?
- GRAHAM: Yes, it is, because I believe that. I’ve met people in various parts of the world in tribal situations, that they have never seen a Bible or heard about a Bible, and never heard of Jesus, but they’ve believed in their hearts that there was a God, and they’ve tried to live a life that was quite apart from the surrounding community in which they lived.”
These remarks by Graham illustrate how tragically far he has come from the faithful message of salvation by faith in Jesus Christ alone. If what Dr. Graham said is true, than foreign missionaries who have sacrificed their lives to share the name and message of Christ with the “lost” could have saved themselves a great deal of trouble. If God sovereignly calls people out for salvation outside of His own Son, it makes a mockery of Christ’s suffering and sacrificial, substitutionary atonement for our sins. Further, it renders absurd God’s Word itself which clearly teaches salvation through faith in Jesus Christ alone. (2 Peter 2:20-21, John 10:7-9, John 14:6)
On Sunday night following the New York Crusade, Graham appeared on Larry King where he announced that in his “early” years he preached Hell and damnation. Now, he said, he prefers to preach on love. Has Hell ceased to exist because Billy Graham prefers to talk about love? Are the words of Christ recorded in Scripture that warn repeatedly about Hell and the Lake of Fire to be downplayed because the man called “America’s Pastor” has changed his ministry philosophy? Should people stake their eternal destiny on some undocumented act of God that will allow them to enter heaven as a Muslim or a Buddhist because Billy Graham says so on the Hour of Power?
The sad fall from truth by Dr. Billy Graham is a sober warning to all of us. God’s Word instructs us to be Bereans. Like those early Christians, we are to search the Scriptures and we are to compare all that we hear with the unchanging, inspired Word of God. Following after a man, no matter how much good he has done at some point in his ministerial career, is risky business. The Apostle Paul warned repeatedly in the Epistles about those who would change and subvert the true Gospel. He said,
But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed. As we said before, so say I now again, if any man preach any other gospel unto you than that ye have received, let him be accursed. For do I now persuade men, or God? or do I seek to please men? for if I yet pleased men, I should not be the servant of Christ. (Galatians 1:8-10) KJV
God’s Word is plain. You cannot have the accolades of a sinful world and the approval of Jesus Christ. You cannot sup in the halls of power by toning down your Gospel message and expect to be found faithful. Dr. Graham has sadly chosen a path that deviates from the narrow one laid down by Christ himself. We would do well to learn from his example.

“Woe to the inhabiters of the earth and of the sea! for the devil is come down unto you, having great wrath, because he knoweth that he hath but a short time.” Revelation 12:12
How is Satan bringing his great wrath on mankind in this last hour? Isn’t it the same way he’s always done it, yet now in an even more feverish, intensified way? Yes. His tools, his “devices” are the same—from the Garden to now! This is exactly what the Holy Ghost told us through Paul:
“There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man (it’s Satan’s same temptations/tactics): but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it.” 1 Corinthians 10:13
Knowing and walking in this divine knowledge will help us stop Satan from getting an advantage over our lives.
“Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.” 2 Corinthians 2:11
In summation, “the spirit of antichrist” is Satan and exists to mislead people away from his arch enemy, the LORD Jesus Christ. This “spirit of antichrist” seeks to demote, to denigrate, and destroy the testimony of Holy Scriptures which reveal, which hold as their grand subject—Jesus Christ, born of a virgin, God Almighty, who was bodily crucified, buried, and raised again from the dead.
“The spirit of truth” vs “the spirit of error.”
“Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world.
2 Hereby know ye the Spirit of God: Every spirit that confesseth that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is of God:
3 And every spirit that confesseth not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is not of God: and this is that spirit of antichrist, whereof ye have heard that it should come; and even now already is it in the world.
4 Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world.
5 They are of the world: therefore speak they of the world, and the world heareth them.
6 We are of God: he that knoweth God heareth us; he that is not of God heareth not us. Hereby know we the spirit of truth, and the spirit of error.” 1 John 4:1-6
“That Spirit of Antichrist”
“Theological liberalism and religious cults (and cultists) betray themselves as ‘antichrist’ (v3) when they deny the full deity of Jesus Christ, His virgin birth, or His redemptive death and resurrection for our salvation (v 9-10; 2:2). Every departure from Biblical revelation concerning Christ opens itself up to demonic ‘spirits’ of deception (v1) because it sets aside the authority and complete trustworthiness of God’s Word.” Life in the Spirit Study Bible
“4:3 And every spirit that does not confess that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh is not of God. This is how you can detect the false teachers. They do not confess the Jesus who was described in the previous verse. This is the spirit of the Antichrist, which has been prophesied and which is now already in the world. There are many today who are willing to say acceptable things about Jesus, but they will not confess Him as God Incarnate. They will say that Christ is ‘divine,’ but not that He is God.” Believer’s Bible Commentary
“Spirit of antichrist – All the opponents of Christ’s incarnation, and consequently of his passion, death, and resurrection, and the benefits to be derived from them.” Adam Clarke
Seems to me that anyone who denies the essentials of the Messiah (virgin birth, divinity, etc.), is an “antichrist.”
Jesus told the antichrist pharisees:
“I said therefore unto you, that ye shall die in your sins: for if ye believe not that I am he, ye shall die in your sins.” John 8:24
“8:24 Jesus often used repetition for emphasis. Here He solemnly warned them again that they would die in their sins. If they steadfastly refused to believe on Him, there was no alternative. Apart from the Lord Jesus, there is no way to obtain forgiveness of sins, and those who die with sins unforgiven cannot possibly enter heaven at last. The word He is not found in this verse in the original, though it may be implied. It reads literally: ‘if ye believe not that I am he, ye shall die in your sins.’ We see in the words I am another claim to deity by the Lord Jesus.” Believer’s Bible Commentary
As was the case in the Garden, Satan’s mission is to misdirect, to remove Christ’s people from worshiping and upholding Him as the Head of His body, as the Captain of our salvation, who alone, who exclusively came as God the Word in the Flesh, Immanuel, and paid the full “It is finished” price for bringing us back to Himself and the Father from a life of sin (Matthew 1:21-3; John 1:1-4, 10, 14; 19:30). Holy Scripture informs us that “the devil is come down unto you, having great wrath, because he knoweth that he hath but a short time” (Revelation 12:12).
There are a myriad of facets, methods, mediums the prince of darkness is using in his full scale war against the Son of God. One of those methods is a changing of the words of God which is what Satan did in the very Garden of Eden which led to the fall of the first man and woman into sin. Satan cast doubt on God’s Word in order to lead the man and woman to doubt to, lose credibility in God and His Word, to weaken their resolve, and get them to not believe and obey what the LORD had stated to them in 2:17 (Genesis 3:1). Then the enemy altered what God had said (2:17) by adding a word (“not” — Genesis 3:4) This led to the fall of mankind into sin. New “bibles” equals/is apostasy and there could be no other spirit behind these corruptions of God’s words but “the spirit of antichrist” (1 John 4:3).
It’s interesting that the Bible uses the phrases “many antichrists” and also “many, which corrupt the word of God” (1 John 2:18; 2 Corinthians 2:17).
“For we are not as many, which corrupt the word of God: but as of sincerity, but as of God, in the sight of God speak we in Christ.” 2 Corinthians 2:17
There’s a direct connection between the snake in the Garden, animated by Satan, and those who question and pervert the words of God today.
“…ye have perverted the words of the living God, of the LORD of hosts our God.” Jeremiah 23:36
Perverting the words of God comes in many and various ways. His time is short and Satan is on an all-out offensive and many do not see it (1 Peter 5:8; Revelation 12:12).
How can anyone involved with, or agreeing with, or defending the changing of God’s Word be anything but an antichrist?
From our growing knowledge of God’s Word, just WHAT “spirit” do we think is behind the removal of the very “BLOOD” of Jesus from Colossians 1:14 in the new versions? Certainly we know this was “that spirit of antichrist” and surely we can conclude that is could only be “that spirit of antichrist” anointing, behind those who defend those who attack corruptions of God’s Word.
SO YOU agree with SATAN having removed the BLOOD of Jesus from Colossians 1:14? You are going to take sides with Satan himself against the Almighty you pretend to serve?
If your “bible” doesn’t have the BLOOD of Jesus in Colossians 1:14, you are now accountable. God knows you know!
The antichrists by Stacy Strother:
“I think it is worthy to mention that John is addressing the church in with this passage (1 John 4:1-3). He is warning the people, God‘s people, to be on the watch, and to be doctrinally ready to discern that antichrist spirit. I believe John is imploring the church that these antichrists are not just a bunch of people out in the world that noticeably hate God, but they are people who seem to appreciate God, who pretend to be saved. No, rather that they are coming from WITHIN the church body, serving a separate or different agenda and doctrine.
I believe the latest false doctrines that have emerged over the last 20 – 30 years are part of this antichrist spirit, which is basically a doctrine. WOF, the emergent church, IHOP, NAR and so on, all seep with the stench of this antichrist spirit.
John is telling them that they are living in the last hour and that the antichrist spirit is not just coming, it is abounding now, presently, within the professing church world.
A thought to glean from this might be that John was teaching his disciples that there would be certain doctrines come forth that might argue that Jesus left, and His kingdom is so distant that it doesn’t really affect our lives here and now. By doing this, it would leave room for the false teachers to implement a devised doctrine. Such doctrines would appear as authentic, but rather when the student of the Word peers into those false doctrines, he finds that it is actually another Jesus altogether. It is antichrist.”
Paul L. Freeman writes:
“Are we to believe the scholars when they tell us that no important doctrines are affected by the new Modern Versions? It is obvious that they are not correct. What they really mean to say is that when all the changes have been made the Bible Doctrines are still there somewhere else in the Bible. If there are ten verses showing the Virgin Birth of Christ, and they have removed two, there are still eight remaining to prove the doctrine. That may satisfy them, but the Fundamental believer sees that as a piece by piece destruction of the Word of God.
We would accuse them of taking away from the Word of God. They would accuse us of using a Bible which has many additions inserted by overzealous Christian copyists. The issue now becomes quite clear. We must either believe that overzealous heretics have corrupted the original Word of God or believe that overzealous believers have added to the original Word of God. I can understand why heretics would want to corrupt the original Word of God, but I cannot believe that Christians would add one word to the Word of God which they have been entrusted to copy and pass along. The Spirit of God within Christians would put a holy awe and reverence around the sacred word and guided by that same Spirit they would copy what God had given them. My conclusion is that the new Modern Versions are based on Greek manuscripts that have been corrupted by heretics who changed the Word of God to agree with their rejection of the Deity of Christ and their Humanism regarding salvation. The Greek Text underlying the King James Version is not filled with additions made by overzealous Christians. It is the Word of God preserved by the Spirit of God and it exalts the Lord Jesus Christ, giving him his proper place and the glory due unto his name.” | Bible Doctrines Affected by Modern Version (includes the deity of Christ maligned and attacked)
Anyone who participates in heretical doctrine or practices proves themselves to be under the control of “another spirit” which is the same devil as in the Garden of Eden, right? Read this, the Holy Spirit’s warning to us from Paul the apostles. Paul is seeing the body of Christ as Adam and Eve before they were beguiled by the serpent:
“For I am jealous over you with godly jealousy: for I have espoused you to one husband, that I may present you as a chaste virgin to Christ. 3 But I fear, lest by any means, as the serpent beguiled (deceived) Eve through his subtilty (cunning trickery), so your minds should be corrupted from the simplicity that is in Christ. 4 For if he that cometh preacheth another Jesus, whom we have not preached, or if ye receive another spirit, which ye have not received, or another gospel, which ye have not accepted, ye might well bear with him.” 2 Corinthians 11:2-4
“the simplicity that is in Christ” would be what is recorded about Christ the Messiah in God’s Word with nothing added or taken away.
- “another Jesus” – as in one that was not born of a virgin, was not God, did not die and rise bodily, etc.
- “another spirit” – that evil “spirit of antichrist” behind the denigration of Christ, the attempt to rob Him of His glory (Colossians 2:18-19).
- “another gospel” – a message, a false gospel that does not uphold Christ as that “the record” of Holy Scripture reveals Him.
Divine Commands Forbidding the Altering of God’s Words/Word
The obvious mission of Satan, “that spirit of antichrist” is to deceive and to destroy and to devour the saints of Christ. Adam and Eve were in perfect, sinless communion with God, right? Right. How did Satan derail them—get them removed from His holy presence? He simply questioned and changed the words of God.
If a person is not opposed to the desecration of “the RECORD that God gave of his Son”, such a person is against Christ. Such a person is not with but rather against the LORD—regardless of his mere profession (Matthew 12:30; Titus 1:16). Isn’t the very definition of antichrist to be opposed to or against Christ, right?
What do we call anyone pretending to be an American who “shreds the Constitution”? A traitor right? And traitors are worthy of death, right?
At this dark time in the history of Israel, the Scriptures had been lost and out of circulation among the people of God. Then they were found and read before the king, king Jehoiakim (the son of Josiah) and his servants. As a result, conviction of sin came and certain parts of God’s Word were rejected and thrown into the fire to burned and to be vanished out of their presence. Jehoiakim was a Bible burner. What he didn’t like, due to the darkness of his own heart, he thought in vain that he could just burn it and that it would go away. Not.
“My covenant will I not break, nor alter the thing that is gone out of my lips.” Psalms 89:34
This is a fascinating occurrence captured, recorded in Jeremiah 36 that is transpiring today in full scale, perpetrated by false leaders like king Jehoiakim (Ecclesiastes 1:9). Read Jeremiah 36. Remember that anyone participating in the altering of God’s words, is an antichrist.
“Whoso despiseth the word shall be destroyed: but he that feareth the commandment shall be rewarded.” Proverbs 13:13
Anyone defending the altering of God’s Word, which is what the new “bibles” have done, is under the control of a devil, the murderer who rebelled in eternity past, was cast to the earth, and began his war against God and His people by casting doubt upon and changing His words (Genesis 2:17; 3:1, 4).
If altering, changing God’s Word isn’t satanic, nothing is! See Genesis 2:17; 3:1, 4; 2 and Corinthians 2:1
New “bibles” are altered versions of God’s pure Word. They are the altering, the changing of “the RECORD that God gave of his Son”. The very premise of such is forbidden by the LORD (Deuteronomy 4:2; Jeremiah 26:2; Proverbs 30:5-6; Mark 13:31; Revelation 22:18-19). Read these carefully, prayerfully:
“Ye shall not add unto the word which I command you, neither shall ye diminish ought from it, that ye may keep the commandments of the LORD your God which I command you.” Deuteronomy 4:2
“Every word of God is pure: he is a shield unto them that put their trust in him. 6 Add thou not unto his words, lest he reprove thee, and thou be found a liar.” Proverbs 30:5-6
“… for ye have perverted the words of the living God, of the LORD of hosts our God.” Jeremiah 23:36
“Thus saith the LORD; Stand in the court of the LORD’S house, and speak unto all the cities of Judah, which come to worship in the LORD’S house, all the words that I command thee to speak unto them; diminish not a word:” Jeremiah 26:2
“Heaven and earth shall pass away: but my words shall not pass away.” Mark 13:31
“For I testify unto every man that heareth the words of the prophecy of this book, If any man shall add unto these things, God shall add unto him the plagues that are written in this book: 19 And if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book.” Revelation 22:18-19
“Antichrist” simply means to oppose or more insidiously, to put something, anything in front of, in place of the Jesus Christ divinely testified to in “the record” of Holy Writ.
There are “many antichrists” and anyone opposing or putting something or someone (including self) in front of Christ is an idolater and in my opinion can be referred to as an antichrist.
“For many deceivers are entered into the world, who confess not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh. This is a deceiver and an antichrist.” 2 John 1:7
Anyone defending these alterations of “the record that God gave of his Son” is under the control of “the spirit of antichrist” (1 John 4:1-3). In their allowing the very words of God to be perverted is the denial of “the record” or the recorded testimony that Jesus Christ is God.
It all goes back to what he did in the Garden (Genesis 3:1; 2:17>3:4): If you want to discern the work of Satan in this late hour and how he has “come down with great wrath,” look at the changing of God’s Word via the new versions (Revelation 12:12).

Greatest Country in the World? – such a statement and others are the glue that holds the enslaved to their slave masters. And there was many more.

America has for at least decades rejected God, even those who claim they are saved. They are bound for eternal damnation. They are “wretched, and miserable, and poor, and blind, and naked:”
Is America what it used to be? I think not. America is reaping what it has sowed. More on God’s judgment on nations in a moment.
So why would present judgment upon the USA be a surprise to the true born again Bible saints? Would this not prove that we ourselves are still in darkness?
“Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools,” Romans 1:22
Business as Usual? I don’t think so. Redemptive withdrawal at work – where God is removing His hand of protection over the USA due to the sin and unrepentant rebellion of the people. Notice how this starts – when we live in sin, we are unrepentant, we are digging out own pit.
“The heathen are sunk down in the pit that they made: in the net which they hid is their own foot taken. 16 The LORD is known by the judgment which he executeth: the wicked is snared in the work of his own hands. Higgaion. Selah. 17 The wicked shall be turned into hell, and all the nations that forget God.” Psalms 9:16-17

Just recently Massachusetts passed a law, that you can kill your own baby up to birth. This was applauded, by these demonic, feminist, Jezebels! Remarkably, there was not one man standing with them when this was signed. This is how far America has come. Killing children is acceptable and applauded! God’s judgment is definitely upon us. How did we get here?
What sins was Sodom committing when the LORD judged them?
PFA = Pride, Fulness of Bread, and Abundance of idleness.
The Sins of Sodom:
Sins Jerusalem cited for in Ezekiel 16:49-51:
- Pride (arrogance),
- Fulness of Bread (gluttony, hoarding),
- Abundance of Idleness (idle, lazy),
- did not help those in need due to preoccupation with self-worship (not generous in spreading God’s wealth to His people and work)
- haughty
- committed abomination (rampant fornication – just as in the days leading up to the Noahic flood. See Genesis 6)
Judgment is at hand.
HERE IS WHERE WE ARE – There’s a timing of judgment for each nation. The LORD has called America to repent for decades and she has refused and will not be repenting. She has wiped her mouth like she did nothing wrong. The people will not acknowledge their gross sin and only wants her freedom back in order to go back to living as she pleases but has no conviction of her sin to lead her to true repentance.
“AT WHAT INSTANT”
God has a specific timing for the judgment on each nation.
Jeremiah 18:10
1 The word which came to Jeremiah from the LORD, saying,
2 Arise, and go down to the potter’s house, and there I will cause thee to hear my words.
3 Then I went down to the potter’s house, and, behold, he wrought a work on the wheels.
4 And the vessel that he made of clay was marred in the hand of the potter: so he made it again another vessel, as seemed good to the potter to make it.
5 Then the word of the LORD came to me, saying,
6 O house of Israel, cannot I do with you as this potter? saith the LORD. Behold, as the clay is in the potter’s hand, so are ye in mine hand, O house of Israel.
7 At what INSTANT I shall speak concerning a nation, and concerning a kingdom, to pluck up, and to pull down, and to destroy it;
8 If that nation, against whom I have pronounced, turn from their evil, I will repent of the evil that I thought to do unto them.
9 And at what instant I shall speak concerning a nation, and concerning a kingdom, to build and to plant it;
10 If it do evil in my sight, that it obey not my voice, then I will repent of the good, wherewith I said I would benefit them.
Clear proof that America is under divine judgment. Rampant injustice such as judges giving bond to murderers and rapists so they can (and they are) go out and do it again. Read Isaiah 3.
Over 60 million murdered in cold blood precious babies, and county, with no voice crying out for abortion to cease.
No political party or candidate can save America from divine judgment. Only repentance could have done such—yet those claiming to be God’s people have refused (Jeremiah 18:1-10; 2 Chronicles 7:14).
Most other nations are not under such judgment at this time and this underscores the timing of God in judging individual nations. Those who live elsewhere or travel can testify that other nations are not the cascading catastrophe the United States presently is. The LORD told us that He has an “instant” in time, a specific time for the judgment of each nation – and in the end the final judgment of all nations (Jeremiah 18:1-10; Matthew 25:31-46).
“I see this on men’s faces all over America. The women have rotted their bones with their words! They destroy him and tear him down so much so that he stops fighting and surrenders to her. At the time of this writing, nearly $1 million has been donated to the wicked woman’s defense fund by other wicked women who are defending her murders of her own three precious children and blaming her husband for it.

In other words, in the USA it’s okay to murder, even your own children, since after all, perhaps the pharmakeia drugs weren’t working good enough. So, your punishment is minimal. There are consequences for our decisions.
“Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap. 8 For he that soweth to his flesh shall of the flesh reap corruption; but he that soweth to the Spirit shall of the Spirit reap life everlasting.” Galatians 6:7-8
We have all sinned against our Maker and are in need of His forgiveness before it’s too late. Call on Jesus today if you wish to be forgiven. “For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord” (Romans 6:23). America is over but eternity lies before each of us.

The right to abort, to murder one’s own precious innocent baby has given way to this exponential murderous evil – including murdering your own born babies. ALL abortion is murder and anyone in any way involved, has the blood of innocent babies on their wicked hands.

The LORD our Maker sees all.

- Daniel 2:21: “And he changeth the times and the seasons: he removeth kings, and setteth up kings: he giveth wisdom unto the wise, and knowledge to them that know understanding:”
- Micah 3:9-11: “Hear this, I pray you, ye heads of the house of Jacob, and princes of the house of Israel, that abhor judgment, and pervert all equity. They build up Zion with blood, and Jerusalem with iniquity. The heads thereof judge for reward, and the priests thereof teach for hire, and the prophets thereof divine for money: yet will they lean upon the LORD…”
- Psalm 2:10-12: “Be wise now therefore, O ye kings: be instructed, ye judges of the earth. Serve the LORD with fear, and rejoice with trembling. Kiss the Son, lest he be angry, and ye perish from the way, when his wrath is kindled but a little. Blessed are all they that put their trust in him.”
- Psalm 82:1-2, 6-8: “God standeth in the congregation of the mighty; he judgeth among the gods. How long will ye judge unjustly, and accept the persons of the wicked? … I have said, Ye are gods; and all of you are children of the most Highest. But ye shall die like men, and fall like one of the princes. Arise, O God, judge the earth: for thou shalt inherit all nations.”

Who is truly reigning in my heart?
“But those mine enemies, which would not that I should reign over them, bring hither, and slay them before me.” Luke 19:27
Am I an antichrist?
Are there professing Christians who have “the spirit of antichrist” reigning in their hearts, their personal lives?
“Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition; 4 Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God.” 2 Thessalonians 2:3-4
If I am sitting upon the throne of my own heart in this my temple (myself), I am an antichrist. God forbid!
Anti as in antichrist means in place of: It’s the “spirit of antichrist” working through Satan’s false ministers that robs the glory from Jesus Christ (2 Corinthians 11:12-15; Colossians 1:18; 2:8-10, 18-19; 1 John 4:1-3, etc.).

Those not excited for Jesus to return simply love this fleeting world and are not ready to meet the KING! Jesus is coming
We know when “that spirit of antichrist” is working through a rebel when he speaks contrary to God’s Word (John 8:47; 1 John 4:3). “That spirit of antichrist” – anti (in place of) Christ is anything that contradicts what God’s Word says, working to subvert divinely stated truth while posing as Christ’s minister (2 Corinthians 11:12-15).
“That spirit of antichrist” is witnessed in the human agents, possessed by devils who make it all about something, anything but Christ. The emphasis is taken away from Jesus Christ (Colossians 2:18-19). They make it about the church, Zionism/Israel, a nation, a genealogical people, a mere pastor, a man or men, an organization, a creed, a fraternal order, etc. This becomes clearer as the word “antichrist” is broken down. Anti means in place of.
