Apostasy

Kenneth Copeland Inside Edition [video]

Notice how excited Kenneth Copeland is about this world’s fleeting riches but not about Jesus. “Jesus answered, My kingdom is not of this world.” (John 18:36) Christ’s apostle Paul instructed us to … “If ye then be risen with Christ, seek those things which are above, where Christ sitteth on the right hand of God. 2 Set your affection on things above, not on things on the earth.” (Colossians 3:1-2)

If you don’t see Kenneth Copeland for the fraud he is, you have no clue who Christ is or His Gospel.
Kenneth Copeland could not be more false. We must NEVER “bid Godspeed” to the enemies of the LORD like this vile, greedy wolf (2 Peter 2:1-3). If we do, we shall be judged with them (2 John 10-11). The reason people follow devils like this is due to the greed and covetousness of their own hearts (2 Timothy 4:3-4).

Jesus Christ is our riches, not temporal earthly money (Colossians 1-2).

Notice how Copeland left out verse 23:

“And Jesus looked round about, and saith unto his disciples, How hardly shall they that HAVE riches enter into the kingdom of God! 24 And the disciples were astonished at his words. But Jesus answereth again, and saith unto them, Children, how hard is it for them that trust in riches to enter into the kingdom of God! 25 It is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle, than for a rich man to enter into the kingdom of God.” Mark 10:23-25

Copeland quoted out of Ephesians and yet ignores this verse:

“Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who hath blessed us with all SPIRITUAL blessings in heavenly places in Christ:”  Ephesians 1:3

The blessing of Abraham is salvation by faith and not material wealth.

Neither Christ nor His holy apostles chose to be rich in this fleeting world.

“For we brought nothing into this world, and it is certain we can carry nothing out. 8 And having food and raiment let us be therewith content. 9 But they that will be rich fall into temptation and a snare, and into many foolish and hurtful lusts, which drown men in destruction and perdition. 10 For the love of money is the root of all evil: which while some coveted after, they have erred from the faith, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows.” 1 Timothy 6:7-10
