End Time Indicators

“There is a generation that are pure in their own eyes, and yet is not washed from their filthiness.” Proverbs 30:12

TODAY while reading a few news pieces, two headlines came up in succession, both with frightening, shocking indications of the late hour in which we live. These headlines involve two very young men and speak for themselves ….

The first read:

Man kills infant daughter, punches her 22 times to quiet ‘baby talk’

The second…

Man sentenced to 65 years for repeatedly slamming newborn’s head on pavement, killing her

By divine nature, God’s Word is prophetic, foretelling the end from the beginning. Listen closely:

“Remember the former things of old: for I am God, and there is none else; I am God, and there is none like me, 10 Declaring the end from the beginning, and from ancient times the things that are not yet done, saying, My counsel shall stand, and I will do all my pleasure.” Isaiah 46:9-10

Because it prophetically revealed thousands of years ago what would be transpiring today, those who make themselves students of Holy Scripture, will getting the new before the news. In other words, they will be seeing the unfolding of what they’re reading in God’s Word. These are Christ’s true followers – those who search, hear, heed, and do God’s Word as they hold it as the final authority of all they believe (John 5:39; Acts 17:10-11; James 1:21-25; Revelation 1:3; 22:14-15, etc.).

A whole generation of un-parented or mis-parented children are now upon us. This becomes more and more apparent as we see the increase of violence and all types of rebellion and immorality around us, just as Jesus promised.

“But as the days of Noe (Noah) were, so shall also the coming of the Son of man be. 38 For as in the days that were before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noe entered into the ark, 39 And knew not until the flood came, and took them all away; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.” Matthew 24:37-39

In the days of Noah, just before divine judgment came, there was fornication and violence. Just before the LORD reigned down fire upon the cities of Sodom and Gomorrah, there was pride, fullness of bread (financial prosperity), the abundance of idleness, a refusal to love their neighbor (charity), and immoral abominations. Listen closely to the LORD’s prophet Ezekiel:

“Yet hast thou not walked after their ways, nor done after their abominations: but, as if that were a very little thing, thou wast corrupted more than they in all thy ways. 48 As I live, saith the Lord GOD, Sodom thy sister hath not done, she nor her daughters, as thou hast done, thou and thy daughters. 49 Behold, this was the iniquity of thy sister Sodom, pride, fulness of bread, and abundance of idleness was in her and in her daughters, neither did she strengthen the hand of the poor and needy. 50 And they were haughty, and committed abomination before me: therefore I took them away as I saw good (divine judgment came down from the unchanging God).” Ezekiel 16:47-50

Through the apostle Paul, the Holy Spirit warns us, giving us a detailed resume’ of the generation of evil doers to be found wanting at the hour of the return of Heaven’s King … and notice that these even have a “form of godliness” or some kind of false spirituality which does not honor the cross of Christ.

“This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come. 2 For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, 3 Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good, 4 Traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God; 5 Having a form of godliness, but denying the power (authority) thereof (refused to truly repent and submit to Christ as LORD): from such turn away. 6 For of this sort are they which creep into houses, and lead captive silly women laden with sins, led away with divers lusts, 7 Ever learning, and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth.” 2 Timothy 3:1-7

We have in America a whole generation of demon possessed counterfeits who call themselves Christians and yet have no slight semblance of living a God fearing life. They have not truly repented (laid down their lives) and anchored themselves in the cross of Christ – living a life of self-denial so Jesus can reign supreme (Philippians 3:18-19).

THESE INDICATORS THAT ARE TRANSPIRING BEFORE OUR VERY EYES, OF THE SOON RETURN OF CHRIST, ARE MORE EVIDENCE AND EXHORTATION FOR THE WISE VIRGIN DISCIPLES OF JESUS TO REMAIN “NOURISHED UP” BY THE WORD OF GOD – READY AT ALL TIMES TO MEET JESUS AND TO HELP OTHERS IN THE SAME (1 TIMOTHY 4:6).

“They profess that they know God; but in works they deny him, being abominable, and disobedient, and unto every good work reprobate.” Titus 1:16

The fact that the democratic party in America has more members than any other political party is clear evidence of Satan’s agenda being espoused by so many. And so many who claim to be democrats falsely claim to be Christians. They could not be more deceived. Any person who espouses Satan’s agenda – to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10) – is a lost soul who is of the devil. See Democratic Devils.
