More Than Conquerors!

The LORD Wants to Use You!

— WHEN you walk into any situation, rooted in Christ, you know that God has sent you and He owns all and everything in this world (Have you memorized Psalms 24:1?). Having died down deep – the cross – you walk into that situation grounded and rooted in Christ, right in the middle of it, and you are possessed with a “My LORD and KING has come to take over!” attitude! All the world is God’s – every single soul is under His sovereign dominion.

“Behold, all souls are mine; as the soul of the father, so also the soul of the son is mine: the soul that sinneth, it shall die.” Ezekiel 18:4

“EVERY place that the sole of your foot shall tread upon, that have I given unto you, as I said unto Moses.” Joshua 1:3

Overcoming this world is not just an overcoming all sin issue, no – It’s an overcoming, “more than conquerors through him that loved us” disposition and victory!

“For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world: and this is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith. 5 Who is he that overcometh the world, but he that believeth that Jesus is the Son of God?” 1 John 5:4-5

Oh, and no I am not speaking about the misguided, boisterous, kingdom now dominionist flakes. No. Sometimes, the divine influence exuding from the cross-anchored saint, is accomplished without a words spoken. Listen to Jesus’ prophet:

“For thus saith the Lord GOD, the Holy One of Israel; In returning (repenting) and rest shall ye be saved; in quietness and in confidence shall be your strength: and ye would not.” Isaiah 30:15

Paul writes:

“Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us.” Romans 8:37

Jesus told us:

“Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you.” Luke 10:19

Needing divine strength? This morning I thought of Ephesians 3:16 and the great prayer that this is. Pray this:

“That he would grant you, according to the riches of his glory, to be strengthened with might by his Spirit in the inner man;” Ephesians 3:16

Here’s the central key to the power of God:  Strength Through Weakness
