“And there was war in heaven: Michael and his angels fought against the dragon; and the dragon fought and his angels, 8 And prevailed not; neither was their place found any more in heaven.9 And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him. 10 And I heard a loud voice saying in heaven, Now is come salvation, and strength, and the kingdom of our God, and the power of his Christ: for the accuser of our brethren is cast down, which accused them before our God day and night. 11 And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death. 12 Therefore rejoice, ye heavens, and ye that dwell in them. Woe to the inhabiters of the earth and of the sea! for the devil is come down unto you, having great wrath, because he knoweth that he hath but a short time.” Revelation 12:7-12
—– A RECENT NEWS ARTICLE featured the story of a High School principal who hypnotized 3 students, each of who went out and either killed themselves or were killed very shortly afterward. Was this all coincidental? What are the odds? Here’s 3 High School students who died shortly after having one main thing in common – each of them was occultically hypnotized by a man who operated in witchcraft. Devils (demons, evil spirits) entered those 3 young lives via the occultic witchcraft they were introduced to by that former principal. Those evil spirits then drove those 3 teenagers to a very early, premature death. Each died in completely separate incidents. Jesus told us that Satan has come “to steal, to kill, and to destroy.” (John 10:10) Only a truth-deficient dupe thinks Satan and the other fallen angels have anything good in mind.
— Hypnotism, tarot cards, ouija boards, and levitation, and all these type things are witchcraft where people who reject the authority of their Maker think they can dabble/play on the dark side … with Satan and his fallen angels who has “come down with great wrath know that he hath but a short time” left to deceive and destroy (Revelation 12:7-12). This is not a joke. God forbid this in order to protect us (Deuteronomy 18; Isaiah 47; 1 Corinthians 10:19-21; 1 Peter 5:8; Proverbs 30:5, etc.). This former principle was acting/operating as a warlock who brought evil spirits and curses into these children’s lives and this then Satan did what Jesus said he would – steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10). We have ALL sinned against God and Christ alone can wash us from sin and protect us from Satan and eternal damnation.
“Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour: 9 Whom resist stedfast in the faith, knowing that the same afflictions are accomplished in your brethren that are in the world.” 1 Peter 5:8-0
IF devils/demons cannot attach to or be given place by inanimate objects then why are we commanded to destroy them?
It’s best to burn or demolish those satanic artifacts whether it be “art,” pictures, or music by ungodly bands, etc. It would seem that devils can be given place due to artifacts. Read this:
“Neither shalt thou bring an abomination into thine house, lest thou be a cursed thing like it: but thou shalt utterly detest (hate) it, and thou shalt utterly abhor it; for it is a cursed thing.” Deuteronomy 7:26
“Then ye shall drive out all the inhabitants of the land from before you, and destroy all their pictures, and DESTROY all their molten images, and quite pluck down all their high places:” Numbers 33:52
“And many that believed came, and confessed, and shewed their deeds. 19Many of them also which used curious arts brought their books together, and BURNED THEM before all men (publicly): and they counted the price of them, and found it fifty thousand pieces of silver. 20So mightily grew the word of God and prevailed.” Acts 19:18-20
Did Paul not tell us that behind all idols are “devils”?:
“What say I then? that the idol is any thing, or that which is offered in sacrifice to idols is any thing? 20But I say, that the things which the Gentiles sacrifice, they sacrifice to devils, and not to God: and I would not that ye should have fellowship with devils. 21Ye cannot drink the cup of the Lord, and the cup of devils: ye cannot be partakers of the Lord’s table, and of the table of devils.” 1 Corinthians 10:19-21
Saints, we are in an all out war and it’s a spiritual war. “Put on the whole armour of God” and “fight the good fight of faith.” (Ephesians 6:10-17; 1 Timothy 6:12)
Are You Armed and Dangerous?
Many times I have encountered demons and their wicked activity to steal, kill, and destroy but “Greater is He that is in you than he that is in the world.” (1 John 4:4; John 10:10). We must be baptized with the Holy Ghost and learn to use the name above all names (Acts 1:8; Rev. 12:11; Matt. 10:1-8; Mark 16:15-20, etc). Get away from those lame cowards who call themselves pastors and refuse to teach the whole counsel of God’s Word and are mere clean-handed pulpit pansies.
—– Jesus says “Cast out devils.” (Matthew 10:8). …. The Word tells us that He came “to destroy the works of the devil” and that’s exactly what Jesus did and what He sends us to do (Acts 10:38; 1 John 3:8, etc.).
“For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.” Ephesians 6:12
If you truly desire to be delivered from all oppression or possession of the enemy of all souls, you will read and heed this divine prescription – a guarantee for your liberty in Christ.
- Set yourself apart (Psalms 4:3).
- Seek the face of the LORD in a time of fasting and prayer (Isaiah 58; Matthew 17:21 KJV only – the new perversions have removed this verse).
- Repent of all known sin in order to shut out the enemy by cancelling his legal right to you (James 4:7).
- As we submit ourselves to the LORD, the enemy will be cast out and kept out in Jesus’ holy name (Mark 16:17; Acts 16:18; James 4:7; Matthew 12:43-45)
- Ask God to baptize you with the Holy Ghost (Matthew 3:11; Luke 11:13; 24:49; Acts 1:4-8; 2:1-4, 38-39; 8:14-17; 10:44-48; 19:1-6, etc.).
- Memorize Hosea 10:12
- Pore over James 4:4-10
- Read and do Isaiah 58.
- Memorize Mark 10:27
- Now, once delivered, you must keep your house – temple – clean and clear of all sin and this will keep Satan out (Matthew 12:43-45).
- This will keep him from having legal right to your life through sin (James 4:7).
- Know that God is able and willing and desires to make you completely whole, set apart to Him, and free (2 Corinthians 6:14-7:1).
- Liberty is in Christ and staying rooted in Him (2 Corinthians 3:17).
- Those who obey the LORD’s truth are made free (John 8:31-32, 36).
- God wants us to speak with Him. So, come before the LORD with “words” of repentance, denunciation of all idols, and placing all your trust – the whole weight of your existence – upon Him (Hosea 14:1-3).
