“And many false prophets shall rise, and shall deceive many.” Matthew 24:11

In a post titled “PROPHETIC WARNING: VISITING THE ASBURY REVIVAL” self-proclaimed “Prophet” Jeremiah Johnson is attempting to cover for and slow down the expose’ of this “revival” and claims:

“All who have attended the Asbury University revival have talked about the authenticity of the move of the Holy Spirit. God’s love and tenderness is bringing many to repentance and revival is spreading to other college campuses across the nation. Prophet Jeremiah Johnson is warning Christians about some of the responses and perspectives being posted online.”

“Whoso despiseth the word shall be destroyed: but he that feareth the commandment shall be rewarded.” Proverbs 13:13

There’s no such thing as anyone who honors God and yet not His Word. He cannot be divorced from what He stated.

In fact, Jesus warns us that anyone who is “ashamed of me and of my WORDS“ is going to be rejected by God:

“Whosoever therefore shall be ashamed of me and of my words in this adulterous and sinful generation; of him also shall the Son of man be ashamed, when he cometh in the glory of his Father with the holy angels.” Mark 8:38

Those who honor God do it more than in just lip service. They are anchored in the record of His words.

“He that is of God heareth God’s words: ye therefore hear them not, because ye are not of God.” John 8:47

To defend what they’ve emotionally attached themselves to, counterfeits will lash out with several different smokescreens. Here’s an example:

REPLY TO ASBURY EXPOSE’:

“Satan is the accuser of the brethren. You will know them by their fruit.”

MY REPLY:

Note: There’s a difference between Satan accusing God’s people and God’s people identifying wolves in sheep’s clothing among us. Be careful not to mix things up: Note that Satan is the “accuser of our BRETHREN” (Revelation 12:10)… and the “brethren” are NOT the wolves the “brethren” are commanded to “MARK” and “earnestly contend” AGAINST (Romans 16:17-18; Jude 3). Read that again. God commands His disciples to “MARK” which means to make known, to identify those wolves so God’s people can be protected. Beware of those who are misusing Scripture. Stop it now. You cannot “rightly” divide the Word of truth until you are daily, diligently studying and walking with other of His saints in the revelation that is the written Word of God (2 Timothy 2:15).

Many are promoting and defending this “revival”, but why? What spirit is behind it? It’s clearly a false or “another gospel” and so there must be “another spirit” behind it, a spirit that is not the Holy Spirit – which would mean it’s “seducing spirits” which are promulgating “doctrines of devils.” (2 Corinthians 11:2-5; 12-15; Galatians 1:6-9)

“Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils; 2 Speaking lies in hypocrisy; having their conscience seared with a hot iron;” 1 Timothy 4:1-2

Many are exposing this “revival” as being false, staged, fabricated, inauthentic. Why? The Bible foretold a great falling away and not a revival leading up to the return of Jesus. Read 2 Thessalonians 2.

People know they are missing something and that something is their Maker. They are empty, guilty, and bear the shame of their sin and are seeking. Yet, Satan steps in and capitalizes on this using his human emissaries. We know who those deceivers are “by their fruit” – they don’t preach the original Gospel for one (Matthew 7:16, 20). Beware. God foreknows all and in His Word He foretold of a great “falling away” and not a great revival in the final days before His glorious return.

“Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition.” 2 Thessalonians 2:3

It’s time to cease listening to other mere men and to truly repent and get into God’s Word for ourselves.

“Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.” 2 Timothy 2:15

Specifically concerning His soon return and concerning the signs of His coming, our LORD Jesus warns us:

“And as he sat upon the mount of Olives, the disciples came unto him privately, saying, Tell us, when shall these things be? and what shall be the sign of thy coming, and of the end of the world? 4 And Jesus answered and said unto them, Take heed that no man deceive you. 5 For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and shall deceive many.” Matthew 24:3-5

“Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try (test against the Word) the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world.” 1 John 4:1

“These were more noble than those in Thessalonica, in that they received the word with all readiness of mind, and searched the scriptures daily, whether those things were so.” Acts 17:11

Asbury is definitely a manufactured Revival. Asbury is hosting the 200th Anniversary of the Collegiate Day of Prayer. This has been promoted since at least November of 2022. February 8th their revival begins and they have announced it well end February 22nd. Perfect timing as the Collegiate day of prayer is February 23rd. February 24th Greg Laurie’s Jesus Revolution movie comes, which is about the Jesus People Movement of the 70’s. This Movement was headed by Lonnie Frisbee, a known sodomite who died of Aids March 12th, 1993. Jonathan Roumie, who plays “Jesus” in The Chosen, also plays Lonnie Frisbee in #JesusRevolutionMovie. There has been much information coming out about Sodomites running around at Asbury. Sodomites in leadership roles, sodomite students, Sodomites singing in their worship sessions, and more. Sodomites are protected at Asbury. There is video explaining how Sodomites are not to be converted or to have the gay prayed away at Asbury.

Oh but there’s more. March 12th 1993 Lonnie Frisbee died, 30 years later March 13th Greg Locke is coming out with a documentary called Come Out in Jesus Name. March 13th 2023 is also the 10 year anniversary of Pope Francis being the Pope. Why do I bring up the pope? Well, the Pope has been know to show his support for these ecumenical movements. Pope Francis gave an address and showed his support for the Together 2016 Conference/CCM (Christian Contemporary Music) concert that was held in Washington DC. Many of the Ministries partners for the Collegiate day of Prayer are yoked up with the Pope, like Louie Giglio of Passion and Nick Hall of the Pulse. Did I mention Asbury takes the “Eucharist”. This is completely Catholic. Many Charismatic, WOF, NAR ministries are yoked up with the Popes and Rome, such as Billy Graham, Kenneth Copeland, Lou Engle, Todd White, Francis Chan, Rick Warren, IHOP Mike Bickle, and many more. There are now reports that Catholics are catching this fire.

Going back to Lonnie Frisbee and the Jesus People Movement. Isaiah Saldivar and his friends had a Demon Slayer podcast where Mike Signorelli prophesied or boldly claimed that we are witnessing a Jesus People Movement 2 in regards to what they are doing with all their Demon slaying. Again, how interesting considering the movie was/is coning out. At the Asbury Revival there was a woman who was having a seizure and another woman, who Greg Locke claims goes to his church and was trained by Daniel Adams, was attempting to cast out whatever devils she believes she was tormented by. This has been gaining a lot of coverage and it’s all perfect timing considering Locke’s movie comes out March 13th.

Now there are reports of “revival” popping up everywhere. Expect the same to be said with Greg’s movie being released. They are clearly taking these movements mainstream. But what is the end goal? Whether many of these people realize it or not they are being used as pawns for the arrival of the Antichrist. The false prophet is clearly here. The beast is about to be revealed. We see the man of sin comes with all signs and lying wonders. He will call fire down from heaven. He will be casting out devils. Jesus tells us that someone prophesying, casting out devils, and doing wonderful works in his name will still go to hell if they were never intimate with him, Matthew 7:21-23. We are seeing a very strong push for a one world religion.

The ecumenical swing is in full effect. One of the main ways they do this is through the music. Greg Laurie admitted last night that during the Jesus People Movement is what birthed CCM or Contemporary Christian Music. This music was birthed with the spirit of Sodomy. CCM has been played heavily at the Asbury Revival as they offer up strange fire unto the LORD. CCM shows are always extremely ecumenical. You’ll have professing Christians of all denominations, including Catholics at these shows supposedly worshipping the LORD. If it’s not obvious by now as to what’s going on I’d say the LORD may be giving some of you over to a strong delusion so that you will believe a lie.

2 Corinthians 6:14-18 says:
14 Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion hath light with darkness?
15 And what concord hath Christ with Belial? or what part hath he that believeth with an infidel?
16 And what agreement hath the temple of God with idols? for ye are the temple of the living God; as God hath said, I will dwell in them, and walk in them; and I will be their God, and they shall be my people.
17 Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you.
18 And will be a Father unto you, and ye shall be my sons and daughters, saith the Lord Almighty.

Friends, we are getting ready to head into a deep dive of demonic deception posing as the Christian faith and one of the main ways they are going to pull this off is through “deliverance” ministries. Jesus told us there would be those doing this who are not his children. Everything that glitters is not gold. It’s time to prepare yourselves for great tribulation. Look how those who speak and preach against this ecumenism are being demonized and labeled Pharisees, legalists, and possessing religious spirits. They are gaslighting believers into silencing them with threats that we have blasphemed the Holy Ghost because we dare try the spirits like we are commanded to do in 1 John 4:1-3

These people who condemn and slander us will be the same one’s who will have us killed or turned in to the Antichrist and his demonic legion of soldiers. They will believe that he is literally Jesus in the flesh and we are blasphemers for seeing through this. Friends prepare for real persecution. Persecution that we have never seen before in the United States. This push for revival is actually a revival of persecution that shall come upon all those who live Godly in Christ Jesus. Brother shall betray brother. Just like Jesus told his disciples they will put you out of the synagogues and will think they are doing God a service. Prepare your hearts brethren. Some have called the book of 1 John “the book of certainties” as Christ’s apostle John is blunt, curt, strong, forceful in/with the truth, and loving – a true man of steal, and velvet.

Reading any book of the Bible 10-20 times, reading straight through it, is powerfully effective in getting that Word of our God and its divine thoughts into our heart and mind.

Chapter 1

Chapter 3

WHO do WE say that Jesus is?

“Jesus Christ the same yesterday, and to day, and for ever” (Hebrews 13:8), and He is asking us the exact questions today that He asked His disciples while on earth.

Jesus is asking each of us “What are others saying of Me and Who do you say that I am?” In other words, perhaps He’s asking us “In a world of many swirling ideas about Me, who do you say that I am – who do you know Me to be?”

If we don’t believe that Jesus is who the Bible says He is then we cannot be saved. Who does the Bible tell us that Jesus Christ is?

The very first Messianic prophecy: Of necessity, from the very first declaration of God to fallen mankind, His promise to save us from our now fallen state, the virgin birth was asserted as a necessity….

“And I will put enmity between thee and the woman, and between thy seed and her seed; it shall bruise thy head, and thou shalt bruise his heel.” Genesis 3:15

As we know, “her seed,” the “seed” in Mary’s womb was God the Father’s miracle of virgin birth, the eternal Word Jesus Christ made flesh to dwell among us and die to save us, fallen mankind (John 1:10, 14; Galatians 4:4, etc.).

The Messiah that was yet to appear, to come to the earth to die for the sins of the world, had to be divine – Isaiah the prophet foretold that the Messiah would be “the mighty GOD” (Isaiah 9:6).

“Her seed” – Women do not have seed. The man, the father, has the seed. The seed of the woman was going to be by God the Father in Mary…. A divine miracle that never had nor will happen again. “Therefore the Lord himself shall give you a sign; Behold, a virgin shall conceive, and bear a son, and shall call his name Immanuel (GOD with us) (Isaiah 7:14).

The fulfillment of Isaiah’s prophecy: “And she shall bring forth a son, and thou shalt call his name JESUS: for he shall save his people from their sins. 22 Now all this was done, that it might be fulfilled which was spoken of the Lord by the prophet, saying, 23 Behold, a virgin shall be with child, and shall bring forth a son, and they shall call his name Emmanuel, which being interpreted is, God with us” (Matthew 1:21-23).

Jesus Christ is the God man. – “The Son of man” means God’s man to redeem man.

“…his Son Jesus Christ. This is the true God, and eternal life.” 1 John 5:20

“And we know that the Son of God is come, and hath given us an understanding, that we may know him that is true, and we are in him that is true, even in his Son Jesus Christ. This is the true God, and eternal life.” 1 John 5:20

Jesus Christ came to the earth exactly how and when the “more sure word of prophecy”, the Scriptures, foretold that He would come and to fulfill the Messianic prophecies of Himself to the exact detail (2 Peter 1:19-21).

“Then said I, Lo, I come: in the volume of the book it is written of me, 8 I delight to do thy will, O my God: yea, thy law is within my heart.” Psalms 40:7-8

If we truly love Christ, will we not search, read, and study the LORD Jesus Christ…. ?

IF we miss Christ in studying His Word, we have missed all. As is clear from our LORD’s interaction and rebuke of the false religionists of His day, this is quite possible. In fact, it’s clear by what Jesus said that we can know the Scriptures and not the Savior. We can know the words of God without knowing the God of that Word.

John 5:39-47

IF doctrine weren’t important, explain this….

The only way we can be assured we are following the Jesus of the Bible and not “another Jesus” is to ascertain that we are established in “the doctrine of Christ” which is simply what the Bible teaches us about Jesus Christ the Messiah.

“For if he that cometh preacheth another Jesus, whom we have not preached, or if ye receive another spirit, which ye have not received, or another gospel, which ye have not accepted, ye might well bear with him.” 2 Corinthians 11:4

HOW do we know that the coming of Jesus is at hand? Jesus warns. When asked He tells us that he first sign of His soon return will be the proliferation, the invasion of “MANY false prophets”:

“The disciples came unto him privately, saying, Tell us, when shall these things be? and what shall be the sign of thy coming, and of the end of the world? 4 And Jesus answered and said unto them, Take heed that no man deceive you. 5 For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and shall deceive many. … 11 And many false prophets shall rise, and shall deceive many. … 24 For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect.” Matthew 24:3-5, 11, 24

“The Doctrine of Christ”

51 times the Bible uses the word “doctrine,” and the central truth of biblical “doctrine” is what Scripture tells us about Jesus, the sacred substance of the Scriptures Himself, the eternal Word of God – Jesus Christ.

Beloved saints, make sure you are drilling down on “the doctrine of Christ” – laying the foundation that will stand against the evil winds of false doctrine that is being peddled by the vilest and most popular wolves on this planet (Ephesians 4:14-15; Hebrews 13:9, etc.).

The Bible phrase “the doctrine of Christ” refers by divine priority, plainly to Himself as the divine Person, the divine Word, the Son of God. Jesus Christ is revealed as God’s eternal Word, as the Messiah, LORD, Creator, Sustainer, and Great High Priest, Jesus Christ. It seems only after these biblical facts about Christ that “the doctrine of Christ” would then apply to our repenting and putting our whole faith in Christ for salvation (Acts 2:38; 3:19; 20:21, etc.).

Say it aloud: “the doctrine of Christ.” What saith the Holy Scriptures of Christ?

“Whosoever transgresseth, and abideth not (does not remain) in THE DOCTRINE OF CHRIST, hath not God. He that abideth in the doctrine of Christ, he hath both the Father and the Son.” 2 John 9

So what does this verse (above) mean? It means that you are going to hell irrevocably if you don’t remain grounded, holding to, embracing what the Bible says about Christ, the Messiah.

In the context of the above cited verse, 2 John 9, the apostle John is warning us about the “MANY deceivers” and to be careful not to “lose …. those things” we know of Christ – lest we “abideth not in the doctrine of Christ” which will result in us having not God at all, being an apostate lost soul. Also he warns of bidding Godspeed to the antichrist’s who peddle “another Jesus” – lest you go to Hell (be also judged) with that antichrist who preaches “another Jesus,” one that is not according to the biblical “doctrine of Christ.” See also 2 Corinthians 11:4.

2 John 7-11

“7 For many deceivers are entered into the world, who confess not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh. This is a deceiver and an antichrist.
8 Look to yourselves, that we lose not those things which we have wrought, but that we receive a full reward.
9 Whosoever transgresseth, and abideth not in the doctrine of Christ, hath not God. He that abideth in the doctrine of Christ, he hath both the Father and the Son.
10 If there come any unto you, and bring not this doctrine, receive him not into your house, neither bid him God speed:
11 For he that biddeth him God speed is partaker of his evil deeds.”

Of “the doctrine of Christ” one writer notes:

“In the Gospel of John, the apostle had already written that God’s word is truth (John 17:17). He also proclaimed that Jesus Himself (who is Deity – John 1:1) was the truth (John 14:6). It is clear from his gospel that if we love Jesus, we will keep His commandments (John 14:15; 15:14). We must also receive the truth that Jesus is deity who came in the flesh (John 1:14; 1 John 4:2-3). In his letter to the elect lady, John reiterates what he already stated in his gospel, namely, that the doctrine of Christ is composed of (1) Jesus’ commandments/doctrine which we are to obey and (2) Jesus’ deity.”

Example: John MacArthur is teaching that there is nothing special about the blood of Jesus. How anyone can still listen to that diabolical wolf is beyond belief. Yes he says a lot of good stuff which alone makes him even more insidious a tool of Satan. Say this Word from God aloud here and now beloved of God: Just “A LITTLE leaven leaveneth (ruins) the whole lump” (Galatians 5:9). This biblical phrase, statement refers to false doctrine and sin (1 Corinthians 5:6). And false doctrine IS sin.

What is the Cult of Personality?

“Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world.” 1 John 4:1

Beware when you see any mere man enshrined, basically worshipped by his followers. This is all too common in today’s church world and sometimes it’s very subtle. When people begin putting what a mere man says above what God says in His Word, when they quote him instead of the Bible, you know you have a cult.

CS Lewis has a cult following today, 100%. I’ve encountered it first hand. These people don’t care what you show them as far as the blatant falsehoods he spoke, and have soul tied their affections to him and will defend him no matter what.

Regrettably, Candace was unwilling to apologize, and most of her cult followers backed her up, cheered her on.

She was called to account for false info and didn’t apologize when asked to.

Her followers cheered her on, never stopping to question things.

Their hearts are set on her not Christ (Colossians 3:1-4).

No matter WHAT she says, they believe it.

Jesus says:

“I receive not honour from men. … 44 How can ye believe, which receive honour one of another, and seek not the honour that cometh from God only?” John 5:41, 44

By saying this, Jesus condemns putting trust in any mere man.

Jesus makes it clear here that anyone who puts their heart affections in a mere man or woman, is unable to believe on the LORD Jesus Christ for eternal life.

“And these things, brethren, I have in a figure transferred to myself and to Apollos for your sakes; that ye might learn in us not to think of men above that which is written, that no one of you be puffed up for one against another. 7 For who maketh thee to differ from another? and what hast thou that thou didst not receive? now if thou didst receive it, why dost thou glory, as if thou hadst not received it?” 1 Corinthians 4:6-7
