THE LORD is doing great things today saints! Today after doing the radio program with Chris Sitter, I went to the gym and began fellowshipping with a dear brother named Chris and loaded him up with a couple of dozen Diary of a Dead Man Gospel tracts to pass out. He was excited. Then after leaving the gym I went to get a subway in Dallas away from my immediate area/locale ($5.50 for a foot long egg/steak which covers 2 meals!). As I drove up there was a man sitting on the stairs outside at a strip center. He worked next door to that Subway. The LORD prompted me to give him a Diary of a Dead Man and I was able to speak a few loving words to him, sharing a portion of the Gospel. As I was in line at Subway he came in shaking his head and saying “Man, what or who is it that prompted you to give me that literature? Was it random or what?” I said, “Not at all. As I drove up the LORD put you on my heart because He loves you.” He then said “Man my girlfriend and I have just been talking about the LORD and I know it’s time for me to get right. People tell me all the time that God is going to save and use me.” I told him that after I left Subway I’d come next door (where he works) to see him because I could tell he really wanted to talk. After I left Subway that’s what I did and brought him a little book to read about giving his life to Jesus (repenting). As I was leaving he called me back, shaking his head more, astonished at what God was doing. We talked for several minutes as I quoted Jesus’ words in recorded in Matthew 6:33, telling him that his life would began at the moment he gave it all over into the hands of the LORD. I told him that the LORD was blessing him to stop his whole life and hand it over to the LORD and that today is his day (2 Corinthians 6:2). He’s going to call me later today and I believe he’s going to repent and be saved and begin his walk with Jesus! I say this because he is so very hungry and ready to jump into Christ’s lap. It’s so very obvious saints.
…Well the LORD was obviously leading me to go to that area of town, right exactly where He wanted me to be. Working at that particular Subway is a lady named Celestia whom I was led to speak God’s Word to as she was getting my meal prepared. She told me she knew that we are in the final days. It was clearly anointed (something Jesus was doing!). She listened so very intently and He moved and this young lady repented and began her walk with Christ! The LORD arranged it so no one else was in the store. We bowed before His Majesty and she surrendered her life over to Him!
…. THERE IS LOW HANGING FRUIT ALL AROUND US! USE US JESUS, PLEASE! Precious Celestia is like the Ethiopian eunuch in Acts 8 (vs 26-40) and so many today who know the truth, are being drawn in by the Holy Spirit and yet simply have not had the opportunity presented to repent and turn their life over to Jesus!!!!! Go read that account in Acts 8 saints! I went to the ministry vehicle and got a King James Bible and gave it to Celestia and she was smiling even bigger than before! In beginning to disciple this brand new creature in Christ, one of the things I shared with her is this ….Jesus says “Whosoever shall confess me before men, him shall the Son of man also confess before the angels of God: 9 But he that denieth me before men shall be denied before the angels of God.” (Luke 12:8-9) Celestia was asked if there was an authentic believer in her life and she said “Yes.” Then she was exhorted to call that true believer and share with them that today is the day she began her walk with Christ who says “follow me.” (Matthew 4:19) …. After finishing half that footlong sandwich and leaving, I waived goodbye to Celestia. Her head was buried in that Bible! I had earlier told her with great joy that she’d now be able to understand God’s Word because the Author of that Word now lived in her!…. please listen to today’s radio broadcast which is in the post below. It’s going to greatly encourage your heart. Pass it on Here’s the link to today’s program with brother Chris Sitter http://tobtr.com/s/7862315 #BlogTalkRadio
This is a picture of a homeless man named Lawrence who in his earlier years was employed by the CIA (for many years). His wife passed away a number of years ago. It’s difficult to understand Mr. Lawrence due to how low he speaks and so I wasn’t able to communicate very clearly with him as far as understanding him but he sure was a nice, kind man. It was a delight to spend some time with this precious soul. He wouldn’t let me buy him anything to eat so I gave him a jug of spring water, a Gospel tract, a Christian book, and a pair of reading glasses. He has those reading glasses on in the picture. He told me he seldom eats. I asked him if I could come back later and feed him and he declined it. I asked Mr. Lawrence if I could lift him in prayer and he immediately said “Yes.” So we had a refreshing time of prayer together which our Father in Heaven most definitely heard in Jesus’ precious name. When we finished praying and lifted our heads back up, this gentleman seemed to be choked up with tears in his eyes.
This man is very content…. More than most people actually. He’s not looking for help and turned down much of the help I attempted to give him. He’s no beggar. After he would only accept only a little help, I sat down next to him, settled down, and enjoyed a really good conversation with Mr. Lawrence. Of course, it’s also a blessing to meet with legitimate beggars (people in need). I’m simply attempting to paint an accurate picture here. Thanks for listening and praying for this blessed soul, Mr. Lawrence. As you know, God has a plan for Him saints!
Those who are giving are the ones making this kind of thing possible. Due to the great window of opportunity and the infinite value on each precious soul in this earth, I dare to assert that there’s still a whole lot of room left for more help for the LORD’s work to be done.
—- HELP ME here please …. In this following Bible passage, do we see Jesus moved with hatred or compassion upon the lost, upon those needing Him? … “And Jesus went about all the cities and villages, teaching in their synagogues, and preaching the gospel of the kingdom, and healing every sickness and every disease among the people. 36 But when he saw the multitudes, he was moved with compassion on them, because they fainted, and were scattered abroad, as sheep having no shepherd. 37 Then saith he unto his disciples, The harvest truly is plenteous, but the labourers are few; 38 Pray ye therefore the Lord of the harvest, that he will send forth labourers into his harvest.” (Matthew 9:35-38) … Now compare this to those street preachers (not all of them just a few)…. who scream and yell at people and speak down to them ….. Jesus was “moved with compassion.” … DID God so hate or love the world of sinners that His only begotten Son to die for them? (John 3:16) .. Kindness is a Soul Winning Weapon!
Deep Ellum is a district of Dallas that is known for its artsy and quite unusual, strange nature. There are many homeless people roaming that area, several of which we’ve been blessed to serve recently due to visiting one of the latest new converts who lives in that area.
The LORD sent Stacey to me … to us. She is pictured here. This sister is a blessing. For what it’s worth, it is my opinion that the LORD sent her more to minister to me than vice versa. She walked up and began talking to me about our LORD, knowing not that I also am blessed to know Jesus. She needed help also and so because some gave, we were able to help her with food, a bus pass, and a bit of cash ….. oh and a charged phone battery ….. and some extra food and good Christ-centered literature ….. She has a King James Bible and asked me to buy her a nap sack for her so that when she gets out of the hospital she can more easily totes things she needs around.
In the picture with her and I, notice that I am holding a ripped up Watchtower magazine, a magazine spreading the cancerous lies of the JW cult. Sister Stacey walked up and began talking about the LORD as if she already knew I was one of His. After we began fellowshipping, I noticed she had a small magazine in her hand and asked if I could see it. I told her it was a publication of the Jehovah Witnesses (JW) who are an antichrist cult (2 John 7-11). She thanked me for helping her with this discernment. Stacey simply didn’t know and was very thankful to now know of the cult of the JWs so she could stay clear and warn others. Stacey then began asking me to identify other antichrist cults so that she could be aware of them.
Stacey told me she does not like to waste time in this life and has nothing in common with the people she meets who do not want to talk about her LORD Jesus! Amen, right?!
Stacey is a part of what seems to be a good outreach type ministry whose t-shirt she was wearing. Would you like to stop and ask our Father in Jesus’ name to bless our sister to stand perfect and complete in all of His blessed will? (Colossians 4:12)
We’ve been in touch because she asked for my number and so this gives you and I the privilege and opportunity to continue to minister to this sister. She’s getting ready to go into the hospital for a week or so. So, I will be going to be visiting her there to keep her company, pray with her and read God’s Word with her.
WHY do we allow giving? – Because like all true believers, we want to see our LORD’s work in the hearts of men spread as far and wide as possible in this late hour leading up to His soon return.
Stacey is already a child of God. Keep in mind that in the divine economy, Jesus’ people are His first priority (Galatians 6:10). Foretelling of the Great Judgment to come, Jesus says: “Then shall the King say unto them on his right hand, Come, ye blessed of my Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world: 35 For I was an hungred, and ye gave me meat: I was thirsty, and ye gave me drink: I was a stranger, and ye took me in: 36 Naked, and ye clothed me: I was sick, and ye visited me: I was in prison, and ye came unto me. … And the King shall answer and say unto them, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye have done it unto one of the least of these my brethren, ye have done it unto me.” (Matthew 25:34-36, 40)
Anyone who wishes to help can go here. Please know that these things are transpiring daily and this is but a taste of what our LORD is doing. If each of us does our little part, God will be greatly glorified! John 4:34-38; 15:1-16; Matthew 9:35-39. | Contribute to Christ’s Work
Praise God for brother Alex who is pictured in this photo taken last night. As the LORD would have it, Alex asked me for some help to get something to eat which led to several hours of ministry. Mr. Alex is an Air Force veteran who receives a retirement check monthly and yet it’s only enough to pay his rent but not his food, etc. So, we were blessed with this opportunity which is only made possible by the love offerings of individuals like yourself. Alex was saved in the past and the LORD gave him a fresh start last night (Hosea 14:1-2; 1 John 1:7, 9, etc.). Alex is a very humble man. We prayed together and he was led in a prayer of repentance (which he prayed out of his own heart and mouth) for committing spiritual adultery, leaving his “first love.” (idolatry Revelation 2:4-5; Exodus 20:3). I left brother Alex with a copy of My Utmost for His Highest devotional. He has a King James Bible and was exhorted to study to show himself approved unto God daily, especially in this late hour as we look daily for the return of Jesus. God is good saints. Please consider saying a prayer for brother Alex.
Oh, almost forgot …. I began ministering to a young man who came by our table. This Mexican man was working at the restaurant where we were. Well, that young man knew only some English and so I shared a couple of things in Spanish with him and then asked brother Alex to translate and began communicating God’s Word to the young man via Alex who then communicated to the young man in his own language. The young man was very attentive and received the Word. We gave him a Gospel tract in Spanish and God’s love was present. We are believing what God’s Word says and that is that His Word never returns to Him void but always accomplishes His will! (Isaiah 55:11).
Alex is but one of the many homeless, hungry people who was reached this past week with physical food and the Gospel of Jesus. The ministry’s operating expenses are a matter of prayer. Please join me in lifting up provision so as to be able to continue and to expand the outreach. God is able. Thank you kindly.
If a few more saints could commit to just $10 per month, that would assist greatly. See more here.
—- A MAN named Tim, 52 years old, was gloriously saved today! You know, like so many in American, he has been around Christians and the church all his life but had never repented. The qualifying question I usually ask (and asked Tim today, looking him straight in the eye) is, “If you died right now, would you go to Heaven? Why?” At this point you will be able to discern if they are truly born again. If not, speak in terms of making sure and sharing with them, as I did Tim today, that if you are not 100% sure, it’s 100% certain that you are as sure for hell as if you were already there.
Beloved, repenting is an essential for salvation. So, leading the sinner in such is the key. Jesus never said “Except ye PRAY A LITTLE PRAYER ye shall all likewise perish (go to hell).” Getting saved is not wrapped up in a little 5 second magical prayer (you know, like the lame one Osteen says at the end of 45 minutes of false teaching!). No, in Luke 13:3, 5 Jesus gives an imperative/essential for salvation when He stated that “Except ye repent ye shall all likewise perish.” A lost soul must “repent” to be saved and in leading them to Christ in a prayer, they must beforehand understand that they are surrendering their life. The language should be in that prayer you lead them in as they confess it with their own mouths. This is an essential part of the sinner’s prayer if you will. I like to hit it from 3-4 angles to make sure it takes and that they are letting go of their lives they have destroyed by sin and releasing themselves into the divine hands of the Most High, amen? In leading them to Christ, I lead them to pray things like: “LORD, I lay my life in Your hands. I’ve made a mess of my life through my sin. I’m done! Into Your hands I submit my whole being. My life is over and now You are taking over! It’s not longer I that live but rather Christ! I’m all Yours LORD from this moment forward. Take over my life completely!”
Saints in Christ, we must realize that people will fall through the cracks and go to hell if we don’t make sure they are genuinely born again saints.
Please lift up Tim in prayer. – That he will grow in God’s grace being rooted in Christ (Colossians 2:6-7).
I led Tim in a thorough prayer of repentance and faith in Jesus Christ, prepping him to truly give his life over to the LORD in full surrender. When he raised his head of his countenance was visibly different. He was smiling radiantly.
After initial introduction and talk, as usual the LORD had me began speaking to Tim about how we have all sinned against God who is holy and are consequently separated from Him due to this sin. We went through several of the Ten Commandments to clearly establish in his conscience that he is fully guilty…… Check this out ….. See what you think …. pass it on and you may wish to ask our LORD to make you a soul winning dynamo! If you do, get ready because He will begin preparing you ….. Sinner’s Prayer?

SATAN ROBBED AT SWORD POINT! Highway Robbery!!!!! Saved on I-30 !!!!!
“The sword of the Spirit is the word of God.” Ephesians 6:17
On Tuesday this week, Satan was robbed at sword point (Hebrews 4:12). The LORD invaded the kingdom of darkness and 2 precious, eternal souls were stolen from the kingdom of darkness and translated into the kingdom of the LORD and Savior Jesus Christ! (Colossians 1:12-14) The perfect sword of Christ’s light and truth pierce through the thin veil of darkness that had bound these two precious souls!
Jesus saved Consuelo and Carlina!!!! They are sisters and now they are sisters in Christ! On the highway…… I was on the phone with a pastoral watchman from NM and had to get off the phone suddenly by the prompting of the Holy Spirit. There was an older lady parked on the interstate and outside her vehicle looking under it. So, I pulled over and …. The LORD added to HIS-story.
I been blessed to minister for a few weeks now to a special agent for the United States Government. Yesterday He repented and placed His faith in Jesus Christ for the remission of his sins.
The LORD is on a rampage.
Please lift these two sisters and the new brother in Christ up in prayer! The LORD brought them to repentance and surrendered lives and faith in the only LORD and Savior – Jesus Christ!
——- 1) IF you are not actively, deliberately, repeatedly, and perpetually teaching your children God’s Word, you are in direct disobedience to the One you claim you are serving, and 2) you are casting your own heritage/children/seed to Satan and into eternal damnation and the lake of fire.

Jesus says “GIVE” so greed is not your god. Giving is the only way to keep greed from being your false god (Matthew 6:19-24; Luke 6:38; Acts 20:35; 1 Timothy 6:6-19). Make no mistake: If you are not a generous giver it’s because greed is your god. Who’s the Real Boss?
~~~~The Gospel of Jesus Christ is a life or death message (Mark 16:16). As you know, this is not a game. The eternal souls of men are at stake and Satan is claiming millions of souls Christ had previously saved (2 Peter 3:17). The enemy is claiming them for hell through his many false teachers. For honest Bible students, this is a reality.
Paul told one evil false prophet:
“And said, O full of all subtilty and all mischief, thou child of the devil, thou enemy of all righteousness, wilt thou not cease to pervert the right ways of the Lord?” Acts 13:10
Please pass this one on …. So others can hear His voice to “Come out” of the false modern church system – business (2 Corinthians 6:17; Revelation 18:4).
Remember that Paul said for the other believers not to be ashamed of his “chain” which represented the things he was suffering for obeying God by upholding our LORD’s original Gospel and that includes warning His people of the “MANY false prophets” Jesus told us would “deceive MANY,” especially in this late hour before His return (2 Tim. 1:8; Matt. 7:15; 24:4-5, 11, 24; 2 Timothy 3:12-13, etc.)
“Be not thou therefore ashamed of the testimony of our Lord, nor of me his prisoner: but be thou partaker of the afflictions of the gospel according to the power of God;” 2 Timothy 1:8
They were not to be ashamed that Paul was a prisoner – thrown in jail often for preaching the Word of God. In the above words of the apostle Paul, notice the phrase “the afflictions of the gospel.” This reveals, as do mountains of other Scriptures, that there are “perilous (difficult) times” in the lives of true disciples in these last days. They suffer due to their stand for Christ and His Gospel. Does that include you? As Jesus and the apostle did, true men who are obedient to the divine call from Christ, preach, WARN, and teach in order to prepare Jesus’ people for His soon return (Colossians 1:28). And for doing this, they shall suffer great hatred, afflictions, persecutions, etc. And God will use those things as part of His plan to purge, wash, transform, and prepare them. See Daniel 11:32-35.
“And such as do wickedly against the covenant shall he corrupt by flatteries: but the people that do know their God shall be strong, and do exploits. 33 And they that understand among the people shall instruct many: yet they shall fall by the sword, and by flame, by captivity, and by spoil, many days. 34 Now when they shall fall, they shall be holpen with a little help: but many shall cleave to them with flatteries. 35 And some of them of understanding shall fall, to try them, and to purge, and to make them white, even to the time of the end: because it is yet for a time appointed.” Daniel 11:32-35
Last night a couple gave a box of food to help the poor. This morning a family I had lost touch with called to tell me they had to get a new phone number and so this was our LORD’s way of us passing on this supply. More importantly, the husband told me his wife just had a baby this morning also! This is a family who is new in this area and has moved from out of state. We were able to minister to them God’s Word, give them a King James Bible, and have been feeding them so they can continue to grow in Christ. “From whom the whole body fitly joined together and compacted by that which every joint supplieth, according to the effectual working in the measure of every part, maketh increase of the body unto the edifying of itself in love.” (Ephesians 4:16) It’s amazing to see the “Head,” our LORD Jesus, use each member of His body to glorify Himself.
—- WHAT did He tell us He does “daily” in our lives? … “Blessed be the Lord, who daily loadeth us with benefits, even the God of our salvation. Selah.” (Psalms 68:19)
—- THE THINGS that happen to us in this life, as Christ’s disciples, can be very hurtful and ugly. Think about how Joseph was unjustly jailed and Jeremiah and Paul, etc. Job lost all his children before God restored double to him (Job 1, 42). These sufferings, of which we must partake, are what we can witness in those who served Him in generations before us. But the spreading and blessing of the LORD’s Gospel will be the result! “The FURTHERANCE of the gospel” will always be the fruit, whether we realize it or not on this side of Heaven. – “But I would ye should understand, brethren, that the things which happened unto me (his sufferings) have fallen out rather unto the furtherance of the gospel.” (Philippians 1:12)
“Enemies of the Cross of Christ”
“(For many walk, of whom I have told you often, and now tell you even weeping, that they are the enemies of the cross of Christ: 19 Whose end is destruction, whose God is their belly, and whose glory is in their shame, who mind earthly things.)” Philippians 3:18-19 | Crossless Counterfeits
What false teacher? – me! I was on the track/course to have a “thriving church” or more. I was lying to people. Perhaps I would have become a Word of Faith “rock star” but the LORD had mercy on my wretched soul, rebuked me by His truth, and brought me to repentance.
Find out more about this divine intervention and transformation in detail in three chapters titled “Confessions of a False Teacher” in the book Predators in Our Pulpits.
Usually, it is wise to refrain from speaking of ourselves and yet, like Paul, perhaps more often we should glory in our own infirmities/weakness.
ALL rewards – all accounts are not created equal. The balance in the account determines its value. Did you know that you – yes you – have an account in Heaven? (Philippians 4:17)
IF YOU are not involved in getting the Gospel to the lost and the saved, your life is not fulfilling a New Testament purpose. Firstly, your monies should be viewed as the gift of God and as a tool of worship and to further His eternal kingdom in the hearts of men (Proverbs 3:9-10; Acts 2:44-45; 4:32-35; 1 Corinthians 16:1-3, etc.). A set apart portion of the resources He is allowing into your temporary possession should be be going into the true work of the Gospel and to help those around you in need, especially Christ’s body. Second, your daily life must involve sowing the seed of God’s Word into the hearts of the lost and saved (to feed Christ’s sheep). It’s simple. Are you in? | Fruit Abounding to Your Account!
***NO! NO! NO! I am not rejoicing today due to any goodness of my own (whatsoever!)! -Because there is NONE! (Romans 7:18) No, the rejoicing we have is due to the goodness of our God poured out on the cross of Jesus Christ “Whom having not seen, ye love; in whom, though now ye see him not, yet believing, ye rejoice with joy unspeakable and full of glory.” (1 Peter 1:8) God sent His only begotten Son “while we were yet sinners” to show mercy upon all who will “Come and take of the water of life freely”!!! (Revelation 22:17) – “O my God, incline thine ear, and hear; open thine eyes, and behold our desolations, and the city which is called by thy name: for we do not present our supplications before thee for our righteousnesses, but for thy great mercies.” (Daniel 9:18) PLEASE SHARE to remind and refresh others! | Receiving and Giving His Mercy!
Worried about what’s going to happen tomorrow or beyond? Jesus knew we would be tempted to do such and yet, He is seeking to get us to understand that we can “Be still and know” that He is God and He alone owns you and your future and all that will come your way! – “Take therefore no thought for the morrow: for the morrow shall take thought for the things of itself. Sufficient unto the day is the evil thereof.” (Matthew 6:34) Obey Jesus by refusing to worry!
The rhythm of the Gospel, resulting in resurrection, always begins with death and burial. No shortcut will result in a divine raising up – there must always be the going down deep into the death of Christ. Then, without fail, God will raise up that bowed down disciple in His glorious power and grace! It does no good at all to avert such a Gospel imperative! Do not run from the cross beloved, run to it! All men have a problem – a sin problem – before and after salvation (Romans 6-8). And, the divine weapon against sin is the daily cross – the blood of Christ’s cross and the daily cross. Find out how this divine solution will solve the problem of sin in your daily life, and how the LORD desires to reign in His power unto greater and greater fruitfulness in your daily life. You are not going to be blessed with the victory until you do things His way – which is the daily cross Jesus commanded us to take up! (Luke 9:23-24) Die now or you will die eternally (Romans 8:13-14). You must go through the cross or you are on the wide way that leads to eternal destruction. Stop what you are doing right now. Cease. Desist. Sit before the LORD and evaluate your life as to what you are doing and where you are heading. I Die Daily | Raised Up
***WHAT ABOUT Romans 7? In Romans 7, it is certain that Paul is not contradicting himself by saying he was always sinning. In fact, he’s not admitting to any sin but rather to the war that raged in him. In Romans 5:19 he had just told us that through Adam’s sin “many were made sinners.” This in no way means that born again men MUST sin and can’t help but sin. Nothing could be further from the truth. “Shall we continue in sin, that grace may abound? 2 God forbid. How shall we, that are dead to sin, live any longer therein?” (Romans 6:1-2) Especially after reading chapter 6, we know that God is holy and requires this same “spirit of holiness” in each of His people which always produces “fruit unto holiness, and the end everlasting life.” (Romans 1:4; 6:22) Yet, there was a war raging inside of Paul and all men, though he did not act out those iniquities, they were nonetheless in him and had to be crucified. See Chapter 6 and 8:12-14, etc. Elsewhere the apostle spoke of this inner civil war and the necessity of crucifying the deeds of the body/flesh. He taught that it is necessary to “put off” to “crucify,” to “keep under” his “old man”and this is only possible by participation with Christ in the daily cross which brings the power of the Holy Spirit. Rom 8:13-14 is key! God sure is able! Many are now teaching that we have no sin nature which is heresy. Instead of denying this self-evident fact of biblical truth, we must overcome it – to dominate that evil bent – by the power of the Holy Ghost (Romans 8:12-14). Perhaps Paul made this no more crystal clear than what he wrote to the Galatian saints when he said: “This I say then, Walk in the Spirit, and ye shall not fulfil the lust of the flesh. 17 For the flesh lusteth against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh: and these are contrary the one to the other: so that ye cannot do the things that ye would. 18 But if ye be led of the Spirit, ye are not under the law.” (Galatians 5:16-18) Your part, the key, is to die – “For he that is dead is freed from sin.” (Romans 6:7) You must die to be free! God will not bestow His resurrection presence and power upon your life unless you obey Him in the daily cross. When you do, He will raise you up as sure as you are this moment breathing (2 Corinthians 4:10-12). To be dead and buried with Christ, means that HE will raise you up in His power to please Him in all things. Did Jesus not tell us that He is “the resurrection and the life”? (John 11:25) THAT is the Gospel in your daily life – death, burial, resurrection. God has much larger plans for your life than just giving you His power to overcome sin (Romans 6:14). That just gets you to ground zero per se’. Jesus told us in John 15, in this order, that He wants to make us to bear “fruit,” “more fruit,” and then “much fruit.” (John 15:2, 5, 8) … The book “I Die Daily” has been written in order to help believers to learn this Gospel and the resurrection life of Christ. Saints, THIS is that victory that Jesus has ordained that you walk in – daily. Get this book and learn that daily cross – there are no shortcuts in the divine economy. ***ONE THING is for certain, we have all sinned against our Maker, the very Judge of our eternal souls and the wages of that sin is death (Romans 3:23; 6:23). The Savior is ready and willing to forgive all our sins in an instant if we will but come to Him, falling upon His mercy and placing our faith in Jesus Christ (repentance). – Jesus beckons: “Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. 29 Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls. 30 For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.” (Matt. 11:28-30) May the LORD this hour, bless each of us to rid our hearts, minds, and thoughts of any vestige of self-righteousness and fully abandon ourselves, fleeing to Jesus, as we come to rest in Him, falling headlong into His “abundant mercy.” (1 Peter 1:3) Mug Shots and Mercy Moments
STUDY JESUS Today. “Learn of me” says the Son of God who bought you with His precious blood (Matthew 11:28-30; 1 Corinthians 6:19-20; 1 Peter 1:18-19). There could be no better use of the time He has allotted you in this brief life than to increase your personal knowledge of Him. Jesus Christ/Christology
“In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. 2 The same was in the beginning with God. 3 All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made. 4 In him was life; and the life was the light of men. 5 And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not.” John 1:1-5
We were created by Him to know Him (John 17:3). We are granted the privilege of seeking, knowing, and abiding intimate in Christ our LORD and Savior (John 15:1-16). – “Truly our fellowship is with the Father, and with his Son Jesus Christ.” (1 John 1:3) It’s not enough to have mere head knowledge of Christ. One must choose to truly seek His face to know Him and to increase in the knowledge of Him (John 17:3; Philippians 3:10; 2 Peter 1:2; 3:18). The Pharisees knew the Bible, prophetic facts about their Messiah and yet, they refused to seek Him – they refused to come to Him in repentance and faith.
“Search the scriptures; for in them ye think ye have eternal life: and they are they which testify of me. 40 And ye will not come to me, that ye might have life.” John 5:39-40 | All the Treasure of Wisdom and Knowledge
WHO’s THE REAL BAD GUY NOW???? ARE YOU Being Exploited by a Pulpit Pimp? – “Am I therefore become your enemy, because I tell you the truth?” ~Apostle Paul, Galatians 4:16… WHO’s the real “bad guy”? SO, God’s watchmen who are warning you so you can be safe and secure from the fires of eternal damnation are the mean spirited ones right? So, ask yourself: When you are in hell, burning, suffering conscious, excruciating pain without end, WHO then will be the bad guy? If you die having followed these prophesied false prophets, you will have no one to blame but yourself – for being so gullible and foolish and not getting before the LORD in a real way. No, instead of loving the LORD and His truth/Word, you chose to follow the self-serving, thrill-seeking, greed-crazed crowd who made a circus out of “church.” What does 2 Thessalonians 2:9-12 say? Why hasn’t the wolf you are following shown you this passage? JUST WHAT is he/she trying to hide from you? Once you are in hell, burning, how wonderful will you think these wolves are then and for eternity when it’s too late? ANGRY MAN IN HELL
— PLENTY! According the LORD’s instructions to each of us, what is the very first check to write out when we get paid?
“Honour the LORD with thy substance, and with the firstfruits of all thine increase: 10 So shall thy barns be filled with plenty, and thy presses shall burst out with new wine.“ Proverbs 3:9-10
How did He instruct us to “honour” Him in the words above?
“Hi…It’s me again…I just have to tell you that you are a man with great depth! In God! I love the boldness …you just won’t waver or sugar coat…I just want you to know that I am praying for you….again, its not easy……hope all is well and keep up the good fight!” Joyce – More FEEDBACK From the Body here.
Saints, if we limit ourselves to what a local church gives us of God’s Word, in most cases, we will have but a miniscule, pitiful portion of the bounty of the everlasting God. – “Bless the Lord, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits.” (Psalms 103:2) Are you digging in the treasure chest of His Word to know Him more and to unearth the rich blessings held in His “exceeding great and precious promises”? (2 Peter 1:3-4) The Precious Promises of the LORD (edifying audio)
The LORD be praised for those who have given to Christ’s work in the past. You are among the vast minority. 99% of those who receive from the few sound ministries in this late hour have never bothered to help this work of our LORD. So, that makes your willingness to help so much the more important. The LORD promises you will be rewarded – eternally! Your continued giving is vital to the sustenance and fruitfulness of divinely-ordained, true New Testament ministries. Trust me: If they are telling the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but God’s truth, they are in need of your help! People don’t rush to give to those who endeavor to preach the full-counsel of our LORD’s Word. No, in fact, they get offended and run to the ear-tickling ministers of Satan (2 Corinthians 11:12-15; 2 Timothy 4:2-4). And, the sad fact is, that most who get fed by ministries, never bother to give of what God has put into their hands to further His work. In fact, many reading these very words have thousands saved up for a rainy day, preserving your life in this present, fleeting, sinful world, and will not bother to help (1 Timothy 6:6-19).
***STARTING a “ministry” doesn’t make you significant. Giving yourself a title doesn’t make you significant. The fact that He made you and especially knowing Him who made and died for you is why you are significant. He calls you to come and die that you might eternally dine with Him, His Father, and His saints of all ages! The Great Supper of the Lamb awaits! We are only complete in Jesus Christ. Prayerfully read Colossians 1-2 until the divine truth in this portion of Holy Scripture begins to consume your heart and life. We should stop with the “trying harder” and begin now to obey God by dying harder/deeper (John 12:24-26). Find out here exactly how true ministry that glorifies God is brought about – God’s way. ***NO, I’m not trying to get more Jewish. Nope! The ONE I have been saved by is the Ultimate Jew. You can have your far inferior mere shadow, I want my Savior! Also, the true, born again disciple of Jesus is complete in Jesus Christ alone, you know, the One who perfectly fulfilled what those obsolete, abolished OLD Testament shadows merely pointed to? – but He’s now come in the flesh! | Beware of Dogs! Just as you think no more work could go into the work of the ministry, God brings more of His sheep to nourish up and more helpers and now we still need more who will financially fund. Every dollar counts and we are so very grateful for those who are joining us in HIS Gospel work of feeding His blessed sheep/saints as He commanded and reaching out to lost souls who don’t yet know Him and stand today in jeopardy of hell fire.
Some are beginning to get it. Jesus is speaking to their hearts and they are learning what it means to lay down their lives as He said is a must to follow Him. They are setting aside self to truly serve the Savior. Many of them are being called outside the modern physical church so they can learn to walk with Jesus in a real way – daily and moment to moment – and to no longer be drawn to worship at the altar of self via the apostate local churches “who mind earthly things.” (Phil. 3:18-19)
Regrettably, most ministries are all about promoting that ministry or church organization and not about elevating the only One who qualified and bled to redeem our wretched souls from sin and certain damnation! Read Colossians 2 prayerfully every day this week!
God is calling out a remnant to truly follow Him according to His “daily” cross requirement (Luke 9:23-24). He is thereby raising up witnesses to bless the world with His love and truth (Acts 3:26; Romans 8:11; 2 Corinthians 4:10-12).
The Worship of Our Giving
The worship of our lives should be that firstly, they are laid down flat before Him who bled and rose again for our sins (John 12:23-25; Romans 12:1). This is truly abiding in Christ and when we are, there will be the fruit of giving our lives to others and to His blessed work (Read John 15:1-16). Jesus sent you on a mission – the Great Co-Mission – and not to establish yourself in this fleeting, sinful world (Matthew 28:18-20).
Do we give in order to get blessed, to get more material goods for us, or because it supposedly “works”? Or, do we give as part of our life’s worship? WHAT is the LORD Worth to You?
This week on Wednesday, I had to go to another town in the Greater Dallas area on a ministry excursion. While driving back, traveling up a certain busy street, I noticed a young man walking down the sidewalk towards the direction I was driving. The LORD deeply impressed my heart to visit with this man. My initial fleshly thought was “he may have a gun and also, maybe I need to give him the money in my pocket.” The Holy Spirit quickened to me that this young man was troubled and needed help (word of knowledge 1 Cor. 12:9-10). So, I swiftly did a u-turn and went and parked right where this young man would be passing as he walked. Parking in a parking lot in his path, I got out and leaned against my car with arms folded. As Farai walked by and looked up and saw me standing there, I said simply “The LORD told me to stop and talk with you.” Immediately he threw his head back and exclaimed “You have go to be kidding me!” Tears began flowing from his eyes as he related profusely how it must have been the LORD – it absolutely had to be – because as he was walking up that sidewalk, he was toiling and struggling in anguish with a temptation. Farai shared with me that he was about to do something “real bad.” Upon inquiry, Farai related that he had decided to commit a crime but was also saying “God show me a sign if you want to stop me.” He said he was going to commit a robbery or burglary in order to get some money. This man (24) is clearly not a bum. He’s very sharp yet was in a spiritual battle, one that was raging for his very soul and driving him to commit a crime, get killed, get arrested, and/or get thrown in jail. God intervened!!!!!!!
Farai told me that his parents are sincere, on-fire Christians and brought him up right but he had strayed. He told me they had just called him and told him they had prayed for him last night. Well, God heard their prayers! I preached the law to convict him of his sins and repentance and deep dying to self to Farai. He was buried in the truth as the Law and the cross were strongly presented to this young man as God was convicting him of his sins. By the LORD’s grace, it was a very firm and loving delivery. The LORD broke this man. After much speaking of the Word to him, I invited Farai to repent and lay down his life without reserve. He agreed. I then told him to put his elbows on the trunk of my car and bow down in humility. I stood next to him and informed him firmly that he would not be praying to me or any man but to the LORD and that the LORD was listening and was going to hear and save him. I instructed Farai to pray from the depth of his being, with everything that was within him. Farai repented as we prayed deeply. Farai called on the Father in repentance and weeping to forgive his many sins and take over his life completely. He submitted his life into God’s hands, crying “LORD, not my will be done but Thine be done!”
When we finished, Farai heard a lengthy message on getting into God’s Word daily, first thing, before anything else. He learned that victory only belongs to those who put God first place in their lives – literally! Defeat is the friend of all who don’t live in the Word!
After this he asked “Where do you go to church?” I told him that we are the church and it’s not somewhere you go and that Jesus says to “Follow Me daily.” I didn’t want this man trusting in a church and compartmentalizing his walk that way, becoming dependent on an hour or two on Sundays and Wednesdays. Local churches are not making disciples but rather just create good church members. They are not fulfilling a New Testament purpose and are misleading many. That is an abomination.
During this glorious interaction Farai thanked me profusely no less than twenty times. I just kept telling him how much the LORD loves and cares for him and that’s what all this means. I told him to go home and tell his precious parents and we prayed for his family.
Will you lift Farai up to our LORD today, tomorrow, and the next day? Just 3 days. Please pray the Holy Scriptures over this man’s life.
“Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it.” Proverbs 22:6
If you are not teaching your child(ren) God’s Word, you are failing as a Christian and a parent. Jesus commanded us to go and teach all men His Word and that begins at home (Matthew 28:18-20). There is NOTHING more important to that child and God has exclusively given parents this responsibility. Need we repent at once, get out God’s Word and begin reading with our precious children? more here
“Abide in the Ship” by Travis Bryan III “Except these abide in the ship, ye cannot be saved.” Acts 27:31
Read Acts 27:27–44. The story of the ship in this passage, although literally true, is also a figure or type of the story of the church and its doctrines of election and predestination. It is a picture of the church (the great ship) on its way to heaven. The ship is CHOSEN by God to be His very own vessel. Christ is the Captain and Pilot of this ship. All who desire to be part of this elect ship and its Captain can do so through a living faith in Christ, by which they come on board the ship. As long as they are on the ship, in company with the ship’s Captain, they are among the elect. If they choose to abandon the ship and Captain, they cease to be part of the elect. Election is always only in union with the Captain and His ship.
Scoff Now – Burn Later. That’s right. If you dare scoff at or take lightly the message of eternal judgment upon all who die in their sins, you will burn forever in the lake of fire (Revelation 20:15). Don’t like that fact? Argue with your Maker if you wish. He loves you enough to have made you, died for you, and sends people to warn you before it’s too late. … more here
