MESSAGE RECEIVED:
“WOW!!! That’s so good. I noticed “3 questions on the crucified life” got the most hits. I wonder if that’s an indicator that people are really hungry for and want info on how to live the crucified life?” Debbie

REPLY:
There are some hungry people who have been starved because they never hear the message of the cross which is an essential component of the original Gospel – the divine way of getting us out of the way so He alone can reign and bless and be glorified.

Want a book that will change your life this year? Here it is. I Die Daily (1 Corinthians 15:31). MESSAGE RECEIVED:
“I MUST SAY, YOU’VE ENCOURAGED ME TO READ MY BIBLE IN THE MORNING AS WELL, NORMALLY I READ IN THE EARLY EVENING!” Colin Ramsamy

REPLY:
Amen sister. I certainly understand. The more we commune with this cross message, the more it becomes part of our lives! Daily Cross

QUESTION ASKED:
“Good morning, Todd!
Just have a question for you.
I was talking with a friend the other day about baptism. He says it’s not necessary for salvation. I quoted the part in Acts:2 where the people asked Peter what they needed to do to be saved, and he said, Repent AND be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins. Am I right or wrong about baptism?” David

REPLY:
Hey brother David …. good to hear from you today …. well water baptism is only for the person who has already repented and been regenerated … which is the miracle of God in the human heart as He makes us new creatures in Christ (Titus 3:5-6; 2 Corinthians 5:17-18). According to the full counsel of God’s Word, water baptism is only for the person who has already believed upon Christ, simultaneously repenting (Acts 20:20-21) and is an outward, public profession, confessing Christ and His transforming work of salvation in that life! Check this out brother …. it’s a sign of Christ’s cross in our daily life where we willingly choose to die and are buried and He raises us up by His Spirit to glorify Him (Luke 9:23-24). Christ raises us up out of our dead in trespasses and sin fallen state to serve Him (Ephesians 2).  Water Baptism

QUESTION ASKED:
My friend what do you tell someone that thinks they are saved and their actions are in complete contrast of holiness obedience and walk as The world and after the rudiments of the world. I see no Christ in them at all…how do you witness to someone like that?

REPLY:
Hi. Tell them nothing but the Word of God – verbatim. Memorize it and what it says (King James Bible) and show or speak it to them. We cannot win someone with OUR words …. our words must be fasted (gone for good)…. IS. 58). Memorize 2 Timothy 4:2 and 1 Peter 4:11 – “If any man speak, let him speak as the oracles of God” 1 Peter 4:11. Oh and the LORD says “Speak with my words unto them.” Ezekiel 3:4

QUESTION ASKED:
“If Jesus said He will be with us always (Matthew 28:20) then why did He have to send the Holy Spirit because He (Christ) was going away?” BJ

REPLY:
Great question …. Jesus is with us via the divine Person of the Holy Spirit. See 1 John 3:24. And, as a man while on earth, Christ was only able to be at one place at a time and yet now, by His Spirit, He indwells every single believer across His globe. In fact, for this very reason, He informed us that it was better that He go away so He could send the Holy Spirit to indwell and fill each and every one of His saints. See John 16:7. Study Pentecost. Acts 1-2, etc. Does this not reveal to us why Peter used the words “the gift of the Holy Ghost”? (Acts 2:38)

QUESTION RECEIVED:
“My beloved brother, question, what would be an example of a weakness and what exactly was Paul talking about when he said he boasted in His weaknesses. Thank you brother I truly appreciate you and love you…” Cat J.

REPLY:
Hi Cat!!!! Hope you are well today sister. Well, Paul, like each of us, had the fallen nature that had to be crucified and daily dominated by the cross and Spirit of Christ! See Romans 6-8! Also, the things that came against him, as they do those who truly stand forth and declare the original Gospel, were horrendous! Read his resumes of suffering in the glorious, profound book of 2 Corinthians. … When we are weak (in self) THEN are we strong in Christ! 2 Corinthians 12:9-10 …. check this out more here on Victory in and through suffering.
Revolutionary coffee—- THE LORD’S army is marching ….. Have you noticed the quality of divine (biblical) truth in the posts from Jesus’ people lately? Am I missing something? Wow, the LORD’s witnesses have and are being prepared and equipped and are in action doing His Great Commission mandate.

“Ye are my witnesses, saith the Lord, and my servant whom I have chosen: that ye may know and believe me, and understand that I am he: before me there was no God formed, neither shall there be after me.”  Isaiah 43:10

A big welcome to the slew of new disciples who are communicating truth that is far beyond what I have ever seen, especially from numerous saints. Incredible. AND, essentially, they are putting forth His truth in love and in His wisdom …. “speaking the truth in love.” (Ephesians 4:15; James 3:17-18) God bless and supply and embolden, and anoint His servants this late hour! We will be going Home soon! (John 14:1-6; Revelation 21)  In Jesus’ name. … check this out: Heaven’s Nourishment http://safeguardyoursoul.com/heavens-nourishment/

I-Die-Daily-Cover-upright-smaller.jpg19QUESTION (TODAY):
“Doesn’t the Bible teach on giving elders money 1 Timothy 5:17, and 18….? I need understanding with that.”

REPLY:
Yes and first off this is in obedience and worship to the LORD who has a plan instituted to support the feeding of His beloved sheep for which He died and to reach lost souls – Great Commission He gave. So, you mentioned the biblical term, “double honour” here in 1 Tim. 5:17-18 which means above sufficient (above average) compensation for those men who labour in God’s Word and doctrine …..not lavish but perhaps double the average income (it seems) …. check out some good commentaries on this passage and pass some of your findings on to me if you wish.

Deut. 17 speaks of “kings” – leaders who are told not to “multiply gold and silver” (earthly riches) …. and we have the examples of Jesus and His holy apostles who were all poor in this world.

Men who truly “labour in the word and doctrine” do the most important and only eternal work in the earth and are to compensated by those taught God’s Word by them (Galatians 6:6) so they can keep teaching and never have to worry about paying their bills. That’s God’s plan and it can only work when those taught God’s Word and discernment by them supply/support (1 Corinthians 9:1-4). …. When we all do our small part, that divinely set forth elder is able to give himself “continually to prayer and the ministry of the word” of God (Acts 6:4) check this out The Workman is Worthy

QUESTION RECEIVED:
“Ok. So how does one develop love? I live in logic, and love seems to sometimes be the opposite of logic. I am a Christian because it makes sense and is logical, and I believe the Bible is true, but this passage (1 Corinthians 13) says I’m not a Christian w/o love. I know Jesus’ death & resurrection aren’t logical, but the evidence shows it to be true, so I accept it as factual. But apparently, that doesn’t make me a Christian, according to this passage. By the same token, there are billions of people who love their religions, but loving it doesn’t make false religions true.”

REPLY:
Good morning John. “Love is of God” ….. “Beloved, let us love one another: for love is of God; and every one that loveth is born of God, and knoweth God. 8 He that loveth not knoweth not God; for God is love.” 1 John 4:7-8 …..1 Cor 13 reveals the characteristics and fruits of God’s love…. only “God is love” and those who dwell in Him have His love in them and it’s by this love that all men know we are His disciples (John 13:34-35). This all begins when a person is drawn to the LORD and repents, surrendering his life to the LORD with faith in Jesus Christ. 1 John 4:16-18 are very important to read prayerfully. “Consider what I say; and the Lord give thee understanding in all things. ” 1 Tim. 2:7
