The Place of Our Sanctuary [podcast]

WHY Were You Created? Find out in this ground breaking new message.

“A glorious high throne from the beginning is the place of our sanctuary.” Jeremiah 17:12

Your prayer life is a clear measure of how much you love God-or not.

“If we take time to be holy with Him He will take time to be holy with us. No doubt Christian Soldier.” Ray

Personally, I am constantly aware of the danger of the dehydration of the body and therefore continue to militantly force water into my body hourly. In the same way, and much more importantly with eternal consequence, we must be disciplined followers of Christ, empowered by His truth, the warning, and the Holy Spirit to “pray without ceasing” (1 Thessalonians 5:17). “Men ought ALWAYS to pray and not to faint” (Luke 18:1). Those who don’t drink lots of fresh water will have physical problems and those who don’t drink from the well of the LORD in prayer without ceasing, will suffer defeat here and eternally (Matthew 26:41) | Pray without Ceasing

WHEN we sense ourselves “running on empty,” we know its time to go to the well, amen? Yet, we should never run on empty again and will not – if we begin our mornings meeting with the LORD.

“But thou, when thou prayest, enter into thy closet, and when thou hast shut thy door, pray to thy Father which is in secret; and thy Father which seeth in secret shall reward thee openly.” Matthew 6:6

What did Jesus do in the mornings while He was on earth? When we follow Jesus, we do what He says and we do what He did:

“And in the morning, rising up a great while before day, he went out, and departed into a solitary place, and there prayed.” Mark 1:35

Was David not called a man after the heart of the LORD? Yes (Acts 13:22). What did David do in the mornings?

“My voice shalt thou hear in the morning, O LORD; in the morning will I direct my prayer unto thee, and will look up.” Psalms 5:3

“O God, thou art my God; EARLY will I seek thee: my soul thirsteth for thee, my flesh longeth for thee in a dry and thirsty land, where no water is;” Psalms 63:1

MAY our lives be built around Christ, not what is called “church” … Jeremiah 17:12

Concerning the unthinkable idea of being out of the Word of God, out of fellowship with Christ, one sister writes: “I would be grieved in my spirit so much … I would be in TRAVAIL …WILL NOT SETTLE for ANYTHING LESS THAN SOLD OUT…PASSIONATE 150% in the WORD… STANDING on the WORD… SPEAKING the WORD…LIVING the WORD… HEARING the WORD…STUDYING the WORD.”

Don’t have a prayer life and a life of prayer? If not, it’s simply because you are refusing to fellowship with the LORD, you are pushing Him away and are in need of repenting and returning to Jesus as your “first love” (Revelation 2:4-5).

The LORD desires to fill us that our cup (vessel) would “run over” or overflow onto others.

“Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: thou anointest my head with oil; MY CUP RUNNETH OVER.” Psalms 23:5

“my cup runneth over” (Psalms 23:5)

IF we remain filled with the LORD by seeking His “face continually,” His bless-ed grace and Holy Spirit will overflow out of our lives onto others (1 Chronicle 16:11; Psalms 23:5; 51:12-13).

IF you are not in God’s Word every day, you have already back slidden!

God’s Word is your life! Proverbs 4:20-23

Should we not transition out of the church building perspective and live out a kingdom perspective as did the earliest followers of Jesus? Do it in us, please Jesus! We are Christ’s disciples, people, 24/7/365 no matter where we find ourselves on HIS planet, right? Our lives are centered around the throne of our Savior, right?

Pour over Acts 2:42-47 saints and remember that this is a screen shot of the earliest of Christ’s followers ensuing Pentecost when the church was born and before any deceivers entered among them.
