Jaime Rivera is a false teacher, a heretic that has lied about the gracious LORD Jesus for many years.
Jesus forgives. If not, we are all doomed (Genesis 32:10; Lamentations 3:22-23; Titus 3:5-6, etc.). There’s something very spiritually dark about those who take upon themselves to push this no-divorce-or-remarriage-no-matter-what heresy. Any true follower of Jesus who has encountered such people can testify that they are merciless, ungodly, and diabolical while delusionally claiming to be in a superior place of holiness. Is this not just like the evil religious leaders of Jesus’ day who walked away condemned when Jesus forgave the woman caught in adultery whom they intended upon Him condemn? (John 8:1-11) The pharisees of Christ’s day went out and found her in her sins, doing nothing to help or minister to her but rather to condemn her. This is exactly what these diabolical divorce dictators today do, when they smell blood they move in for the kill. They are cultic and very aggressive. They are just like their father, the devil, who came to “steal, to kill, and to destroy.” (John 8:44; 10:10) As He demonstrated with the woman caught in adultery, Jesus came to show mercy, to save, to restore (Luke 9:56; 15; John 3:17, etc.).
Jesus freely forgave the woman taken in adultery and then said to “go and sin no more.” (John 8:11) “And Jesus said unto her, Neither do I condemn thee: go, and sin no more.” (John 8:11) He was not brow beating or scolding her with this instruction but rather simply saying “you are now forgiven and free from the dominion of sin.” Jesus and the woman taken in adultery.
Jaime Rivera has fallen into adultery himself after viciously attacking and harassing thousands of people about their unfortunate divorces – most of whom were victims of a sinning spouse who broke the marriage covenant. While condemning others, Jaime is married and was simultaneously committing adultery with a woman who is not his wife. He judged hypocritically and God is judging and exposing him (Matthew 7:1-5).
It’s biblical to publicly expose this for the learning of all – “Them that sin rebuke before all, that others also may fear.” (1 Timothy 5:20)
Naming Names: Is It Biblical? IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM with wolves being called out by name, YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WITH GOD! REPENT NOW BEFORE IT’S TOO LATE! You are still full of self and in darkness (John 3:19-21). Naming Names: Is it Biblical
Let us pray for his wife and family and for Jaime to truly come to repentance. This is SAD. We pray for true repentance. Regrettably, this guy deliberately chose to be a total devil, unrepentant (that’s the biggest problem!). He destroyed many households by sending people from their current spouse to their first spouse – which God specifically forbids (Deut. 24:1-4). Hopefully he repents. God allowed this man to fall in light of his utter and ungodly condemnation for those who have been victims of their spouses sin which led to divorce!
SAINTS, we must behold the whole counsel and character of the LORD from Genesis to Revelation or devils like this can snare our lives with false teachings. All remarriage is not sin. He and all the other devils teaching this are of the vilest of enemies of Christ and His body.
We can all learn from this.
“Therefore thou art inexcusable, O man, whosoever thou art that judgest: for wherein thou judgest another, thou condemnest thyself; for thou that judgest doest the same things. 2 But we are sure that the judgment of God is according to truth against them which commit such things. 3 And thinkest thou this, O man, that judgest them which do such things, and doest the same, that thou shalt escape the judgment of God?” Romans 2:1-3
Regrettably, this man has been merciless to so many others while committing the same sins he was ruthlessly condemning others for.
“For whosoever shall keep the whole law, and yet offend in one point, he is guilty of all. 11 For he that said, Do not commit adultery, said also, Do not kill. Now if thou commit no adultery, yet if thou kill, thou art become a transgressor of the law. 12 So speak ye, and so do, as they that shall be judged by the law of liberty. 13 For he shall have judgment without mercy, that hath shewed no mercy; and mercy rejoiceth against judgment.” James 2:10-13
Jaime Rivera is part of a vicious wolf pack who have perpetrated lies against the LORD and hurt many. He’s clearly a false teacher. Paul named 8 false teachers in 4 chapters in his 2 Timothy letter and such is fitting in this case – for one, to warn those who would be caught in his lies or attacks, just as Paul warned of Alexander the coppersmith (2 Timothy 4:14-15).
Jaime Rivera has been confronted by myself and many, many others for his false teaching and refused to repent. Jesus says “And if he shall neglect to hear them, tell it unto the church: but if he neglect to hear the church, let him be unto thee as an heathen man and a publican.” (Matthew 18:17) In this post, Jaime Rivera is being brought before the whole church. Church discipline.
